Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a nail clipper that can be folded when not in use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Patent Document 1 discloses the following nail clippers.
The upper blade body and the lower blade body are rotatably supported by the opening / closing center portion. The upper and lower blades are urged so that the cutting edges formed opposite to the upper and lower blades on the tip side of the opening / closing center portion are separated from each other. A pressing operation lever supported so as to be movable relative to the lower blade body by a relative movement support portion can press the lower blade body against the urging force, and the pressing operation lever against the upper blade body. It can be taken into a non-use state that can be folded.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2647561 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The nail clipper according to Patent Document 1 has the following problems *.
* In the pressing lever, the upper wall formed from the point of force of the relative motion support part to the tip of the lever has a penetrating portion (in the drawing, avoidance hole 23) formed in the vertical direction, so the strength is reduced. In addition, there is a risk that the feel during use will deteriorate and the operability will deteriorate.
[0005]
* When changing the nail clipper from the use state to the non-use state, if the lever is not moved sufficiently in the sliding direction, the tip of the lever will come into contact with the upper blade body. In the drawing, there is a possibility that the locking recesses 4a and 5a and the locking projection 16a) cannot be smoothly locked, and the operability is deteriorated.
[0006]
* In the pressing lever, the upper surface formed from the penetrating portion (the avoidance hole 23 in the drawing) to the tip of the lever is a smooth surface without unevenness. Therefore, when the nail clipper is changed from the use state to the non-use state or from the non-use state to the use state, there is a possibility that the pressing lever cannot be reliably moved in the sliding direction, and the operability is deteriorated.
[0007]
* When cleaning the nail after cutting, it is necessary to prepare a nail file separately from the nail clipper, resulting in poor operability.
* When changing the nail clipper from the use state to the non-use state or from the non-use state to the use state, it is difficult to recognize the sliding direction by pressing, so the pressing lever cannot be moved reliably in the sliding direction. There is a risk that the operability will deteriorate.
[0008]
* Because the cutting edge is formed in a straight line perpendicular to the sliding direction by pressing, the cutting edge cannot be cut according to the shape of the nail or by changing the direction of the cutting edge with respect to the nail. Is difficult to perform and the operability is deteriorated.
[0009]
In particular, the present invention eliminates the need to prepare a nail file separately from the nail clipper when cleaning the nail after cutting, and smoothly rotates the nail file having both filed surfaces against the lever by pressing. The purpose is to improve the operability .
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
Below the embodiment of the drawings (FIGS. 1-6, especially FIG. 6 (b) (c) Another example according to) it describes the present invention with the aid of codes.
[0030]
The nail clipper according to the invention of claim 1 is configured as follows.
[0031]
In the nail clipper (1), the upper blade body (2) and the lower blade body (13) are rotatably supported by the opening / closing center portion (19), and the tip side is closer to the opening / closing center portion (19). The upper and lower blades (2, 13) are urged so as to separate the blade edges (9, 20) formed opposite to the upper and lower blades (2, 13) with respect to the lower blade (13). A locking surface 30 a is formed in the locking recess 30.
[0048]
The upper blade body 2, the lower blade body 13, the pressing lever 22 and the like are manufactured by MIM (metal powder injection molding).
2A and 2B, in the use state P of the nail clipper 1, the support shaft 24 of the pressing lever 22 is positioned in front of the guide long hole 21 of the lower blade body 13, and the pressing lever 22 is pressed. The force point 28 is separated from the step portion 27 of the lower blade 13 and is supported by the fulcrum portion 26 on the lever connecting portion 17. The upper and lower blades 2 and 13 are pushed apart by the urging force of the leaf spring 12, and the blade edges 9 and 20 of the upper and lower blades 2 and 13 are separated from each other. The lever connecting portion 17 of the lower blade body 13 and the pressing operation lever 22 connected thereto are inclined above the upper blade body 2. When the pressing lever 22 is pressed downward, the lever connecting portion 17 of the lower blade body 13 is pressed downward against the urging force of the leaf spring 12 by the force point portion 28, and the pressing operation lever 22 and the lower blade body 13 are opened and closed. The blades 9 and 20 of the upper and lower blade bodies 2 and 13 are brought into contact with each other by rotating around the center portion 19.
[0049]
On the other hand, when not in use, the support shaft 24 of the pressing lever 22 is moved to the rear side of the guide elongated hole 21 of the lower blade body 13, and the power point portion 28 of the pressing lever 22 is separated from the fulcrum portion 26 of the lower blade body 13. The stepped portion 27 of the lower blade body 13 is retracted. When the pressing lever 22 is pressed downward, the cutting edges 9 and 20 of the upper and lower blade bodies 2 and 13 come into contact with each other and the lever of the lower blade body 13 is brought into contact with each other in the folding state Q of the nail clipper 1 shown in FIG. The connecting portion 17 and the pressing lever 22 are placed in the storage chamber 7 of the upper blade body 2. The locking wall 29 of the pressing lever 22 is located slightly behind the left and right locking ridges 10 of the upper blade 2 between the rear end portions of the left and right frame portions 5 and 6 of the upper blade 2.
[0050]
Further, when the support shaft 24 of the pressing lever 22 is moved forward along the guide long hole 21 of the lower blade body 13 as shown in FIGS. The left and right locking recesses 30 are locked to the left and right locking ridges 10 of the upper blade body 2, and the locking surfaces 30a and 11 come into contact with each other. Therefore, the pressing lever 22 and the lever connecting portion 17 of the lower blade body 13 are prevented from rotating upward by the urging force of the leaf spring 12. In the unused state R of the nail clipper 1 folded in this way, the lower blade 13 and the pressing lever 22 enter the upper blade 2, so that the upper and lower blades 2, 13 and the pressing lever 22 are made compact. It can be folded to reduce the thickness of the nail clippers. Further, since the cutting edges 9 and 20 of the upper and lower blade bodies 2 and 13 are in contact with each other and closed when not in use, when the folded nail clipper is put in the pocket, the cutting edges 9 and 20 may damage the pocket, 20 eliminates the risk of injury to fingers or the like. Since the upper blade body 2, the lower blade body 13, the pressing lever 22 and the like are polished, the entire nail clipper 1 is glossy and brings out a high-class feeling.
[0051]
When the support shaft 24 of the pressing lever 22 is moved rearward along the guide slot 21 of the lower blade 13 in the non-use state R of the nail clipper 1, the left and right locking recesses 30 of the pressing lever 22 are raised. Apart from the left and right locking ridges 10 of the blade body 2, the locking surfaces 30 a and 11 are also separated from each other, and the nail clipper 1 is in the middle of folding Q. When the pressing lever 22 is released, the pressing lever 22 and the lever connecting portion 17 of the lower blade body 13 are rotated upward by the urging force of the leaf spring 12. Thereafter, the support shaft 24 of the pressing lever 22 is moved forward along the guide slot 21 of the lower blade body 13, and the power point portion 28 of the pressing lever 22 is moved away from the step portion 27 of the lower blade body 13. When it is supported by the fulcrum portion 26 on the connecting portion 17, the nail clipper 1 is in use state P.
