Claims (5)
- 湾曲した吊天井において使用するために現場においてファセット状の湾曲したビーム(37,50)に形成されることができる、上部に設けられた球状部(21)と、垂直方向のウェブ(22)と、該ウェブ(22)の底部から延びた水平方向のフランジ(23,25)とを備えた、逆T字形の横断面を有する直線的なビーム(20)において、
改良点が、
ビームに沿って間隔を置いて配置された切欠(30)が設けられており、該切欠のそれぞれが球状部(21)及びウェブ(22)内へ延びていてかつ各切欠(30)の上方に球状部(21)の残されたセグメント(34)を残していることを含んでおり、
直線的なビーム(20)が、切欠(30)の球状部(21)の残されたセグメント(34)を裁断し、ビーム(20)を切欠(30)において曲げ、各切欠(30)において継目板(40)をビーム(20)に固定することによって切欠(30)における曲げ(36,52)を固定することによって、現場において、ファセット状の湾曲したビーム(37,50)に形成されることができることを特徴とする、直線的なビーム(20)。 - 凹状のファセット状の湾曲したビーム(37)に形成されることができる、請求項1記載のビーム(20)。
- 凸状のファセット状の湾曲したビーム(50)に形成されることができる、請求項1記載のビーム(20)。
- (a)金属の条片(11)を移動する連続的な直線的なビーム(20)に形成するために前記条片(11)をロール成形作業(12)に連続的に通過させる一方で、
(b)ロール成形作業(12)と同時に、移動する連続的な直線的なビーム(20)に切欠(30)を打ち抜き、
(c)移動する連続的な直線的なビーム(20)を直線的な長さに裁断し、
(d)ビーム(20)のそれぞれの長さの端部にコネクタを形成する
プロセスによって形成される、請求項1記載のビーム(20)。 - (a)金属の条片(11)を移動する連続的な直線的なビーム(20)に形成するために前記条片(11)をロール成形作業(12)に連続的に通過させる一方で、
(b)ロール成形作業(12)と同時に、移動する連続的な直線的なビーム(20)に切欠(30)を打ち抜き、
(c)連続的な直線的なビーム(20)を直線的な長さに裁断し、
(d)ビーム(20)のそれぞれの長さの端部にコネクタを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1のビームを形成する方法。
