Description

【0001】
図5(a)は振り子の下面図、同(b)は振り子の側面図、同(c)は(a)のA−A線断面図、同(d)は(b)のB−B線断面図である。

The locking device 52 includes a cam member 53 provided on the case 50, a biasing spring 55 that biases the cam member 53 in one direction, and a trace pin 54 provided on the moving body 51. The body 51 includes a push-push locking mechanism that locks the body 51 at the storage position by a push operation against the biasing means and can release the lock by the next push operation.
[0003]
The cam member 53 includes a rear piece 58 separated by a front piece 56 and a vertical slit 57. The front piece 56 includes an inclined cam surface 56a forming a front edge, a locking concave cam groove 56b provided at a part of the rear edge, and a release linear inclined cam groove 56c extending in the front-rear direction. have. The rear piece 58 has a shaft mounting hole provided at the center, a protrusion 58a protruding from the front edge toward the concave cam groove 56b, and a contact protrusion 58b protruding from the rear edge. . The cam member 53 is pivotally supported by the case 50 via the shaft S with the front piece 56 facing the case entrance side. The urging spring 55 is held by the shaft S, and one end is locked to the cam member 53 and the other end is locked to a stopper 59 protruding from the case 50 side. The cam member 53 is urged to rotate clockwise as shown in FIG. 5B by the urging force of the urging spring 55 until the abutment protrusion 58b comes into contact with the corresponding end of the stopper 59.
[0004]
The operation of the locking device 52 described above is as follows. When the moving body 51 is pushed into the case 50 by a push operation, after the trace pin 54 comes into contact with the inclined cam surface 56a, the cam member 53 turns counterclockwise against the biasing spring 55 with the axis S as a fulcrum. Into the concave cam groove 56b. When the pushing force is released, the cam member 53 is slightly rotated clockwise by the force of the biasing spring 55, and the trace pin 54 is positioned at the inner angle of the concave cam groove 56b of FIG. The movable body 51 is locked at the storage position against the urging means in the locked state. When the moving body 51 is pulled out from the case 50, the moving body 51 is further pushed. Then, the trace pin 54 moves from the concave cam groove 56b to the linearly inclined cam groove 56c side (unlocked) as shown in FIG. When the pushing force is released, the moving body 51 is moved in the projecting direction, which is the use position, by the urging force of the urging means while the trace pin 54 moves along the linear inclined cam groove 56c.
[0005]
In the conventional locking device described above, when the case 50 is provided in the passenger compartment, the movable body 51 in the retracted position is pushed in by an inertial force generated by a sudden brake or a collision, and the lock is released in the same manner as the push operation. There is also a risk of protruding forward in the use position. As a conventional measure, for example, an inertia stopper 60 is provided at a corresponding portion of the case 50. The inertia stopper 60 is formed so as to be thin in the front-rear direction, is guided by a pair of L-shaped guides 61 erected on the case 50 so as to be movable back and forth within a predetermined range, and is pushed forward by a coil spring 62 It has become. Normally, it does not act on the cam member 53 as shown in (a) and (b). When the inertial force is received by a sudden brake or the like when the locking device 52 of the same (a) is in the locked state, that is, when the moving body 51 is in the storage position, the inertia stopper 60 moves backward against the coil spring 62, As indicated by the imaginary line in FIG. 6A, the cam member 53 approaches the corresponding side portion of the inclined cam surface 56a. That is, this locking device with a safety function is pushed in similarly to the case where the moving body 53 is pushed by the inertia force received by the above-described collision or the like, and when the trace pin 54 tries to escape from the concave cam groove 56a, the inertia stopper 60 is also provided. The cam member 53 is turned in the unlocking direction by receiving the inertial force and moving in the same direction, thereby preventing inadvertent unlocking.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, as the above-described moving body 51, for example, it may be incorporated in a lid that is switched between a horizontal mode and a standing mode as shown in FIGS. In the standing state of the lid, since the inertia stopper 60 is arranged in the vertical direction and does not function, for example, when the occupant touches the moving body and pushes the moving body in the same manner as the push operation, the cam member 53 and the trace The lock by the pin 54 is released, and the moving body 51 protrudes upward and carelessly. Such a malfunction not only impairs the performance and reliability of the product, but also becomes dangerous in a narrow passenger compartment.
[0007]
The object of the present invention is to easily solve the above-described problems. Specifically, when the moving body is incorporated in a lid or the like that can be switched between a horizontal mode and a standing mode, the push-push locking mechanism in the standing mode can be prevented from being unintentionally unlocked, that is, malfunctioned, and performance and An object of the present invention is to realize a locking device with a safety function that is excellent in reliability and to further expand the application of the locking device including various storage devices. Other objects will be clarified in the contents described below.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the locking device with a safety function of the present invention, as shown in the principle diagrams of FIGS. 1 and 2, the case 3 is projected and moved from the inside by the storage position and the urging means 12 and slid to the use position. The case 3 has a movable body 10 that can be moved and is hinged 4 so as to be rotatable with respect to the installation portion 2, and can be turned from a horizontal state to a standing state. And a cam member 21 provided on one side of the movable body 10 so as to be turnable, a biasing spring 23 for biasing the cam member in one direction, and a cam groove of the cam member 21 provided on the other side. And a push-push locking mechanism that locks the movable body 10 at the storage position by a push operation against the biasing means 12 and releases the lock by the next push operation. From The locking device 20 is provided on one of the case 3 or the moving body 10 and approaches the corresponding side portion of the cam member 21 by its own weight in the process in which the case 3 is rotated and switched from a horizontal mode to a standing mode. It has a pendulum 30 that prevents the cam member 21 from turning and prevents the lock from being released.
[0009]
The above structural features are such that the pendulum 30 approaches the corresponding side portion of the cam member 21 by its own weight and prevents the cam member 21 from turning in the process in which the case 3 is switched from the horizontal mode to the standing mode. This prevents the body 10 from receiving an inadvertent downward load, that is, a load similar to that when the body 10 is pushed, to release the locking (engagement) between the cam member 21 and the trace pin 22. The pendulum 30 is simple because it protrudes by its own weight when the case 3 is in the standing state, and is in a position that does not interfere with the turning operation of the cam member 21 when the case 3 is turned to the horizontal state again. evacuate. Therefore, the lock device 20 of the present invention is suitable for use as a vehicle storage device 1 provided in an automobile, a train, a ship, an airplane, or the like as recited in claim 4, and there is a risk of malfunction as in the prior art. The product operation quality and safety can be improved.
[0010]
The present invention as described above is more preferably embodied as follows.
First, the pendulum 30 is disposed on the corresponding side portion of the cam member 21 in a manner in which the pivot 3 is pivotally attached to the case 3 or the moving body 10 and the case 3 is raised. The configuration includes a weight portion 33. In this structure, the shape of the pendulum 30 is specified, and the pendulum 30 is pivoted about the shaft 31 of the mounting portion 32 in a standing state of the case 3 and the moving body 10 so as to protrude. The weight of the weight 33 may be secured by the thickness of the weight itself of the pendulum 30, or a weight mounting portion may be formed and a dedicated weight member having a large specific gravity such as metal may be mounted thereon. .
Second, the pendulum 30 is arranged in the recess 19 provided in the case 3 or the moving body 10 and is rotated and protrudes from the recess 19 in the standing manner. In this structure, when the pendulum 30 is disposed in the recess 19, it does not interfere with the turning operation of the cam member 21 in the horizontal mode, and in addition, the corresponding side portion of the cam member 21 is rotated in the standing mode. It is easy to protrude and approach.
In the present invention, the case 3 is used in a broad sense, and is not limited to a mode in which the appearance is formed by itself, but includes a rotating lid 3 and the like as illustrated in FIGS. Also included are embodiments. In short, what is necessary is just to hold | maintain the moving body 10 so that withdrawing / inserting is possible. The moving body 10 is not limited to a cup holder, and any moving body 10 may be used as long as it is slidably incorporated in a member that can be switched in a rotating manner. The push-push locking mechanism may be of any type in which the cam member 21 that engages and disengages the trace pin 22 is pivotable and is urged in one direction by the urging spring 25.
[0011]

In the following description, first, the vehicle storage device, the moving body, and the case, which are application examples of the present invention, will be outlined, and then the locking device and the pendulum will be described in detail to clarify the advantages.
[0012]
(Storage Device) FIG. 6 is a schematic side view of a storage device to which the locking device of the present invention is applied. FIG. 6 (a) shows a closed state, that is, a horizontal state, and FIG. 6 (b) shows an open state of the lid. That is, the standing mode is shown. FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing a cup holder as a moving body incorporated in the lid in a storage position, and FIG. 8 is a schematic view showing the cup holder in a use position protruding from the lid. In the storage device 1 according to the embodiment, the console body 2 forms a storage portion 2 a having an upper opening, and the storage portion 2 a is opened and closed by the rotary lid 3. That is, the lid 3 is on the upper side of the console main body 2 and the rear side is attached via the hinge member 4 and is raised up by about 100 degrees from the horizontal mode in which the upper opening of the storage portion 2a is closed. And can be rotated. In the horizontal mode, the console main body 2 is held in an immovable state via the locking means 5, and the cup holder 10 can be used by protruding forward from the lid as shown in FIG. In the standing mode, the hinge member 4 is held at the design inclination angle by the rotation restriction of the hinge member 4 or the exclusive rotation restriction means, and the article can be taken in and out of the storage portion 2a. As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 6A, the locking means 5 is provided at the operation lever 6 pivotally supported on the front lower side of the lid 3 and the upper corresponding portion of the console body 2. The pressing member 7 and the locking member 8 are provided. The operating lever 6 is urged by a spring 9a in the direction of the solid line in FIG. The pressing member 7 is held so as to be movable up and down with respect to the mounting portion. The locking member 8 forms an upward inclined portion and a rear end protrusion 8a that are in pressure contact with the lower end portion of the pressing member 7, and is normally biased rearward by a spring 9b so that the rear end protrusion 8a is on the lid 3 side. Is engaged with the step 3c. The lid 3 is held in the stationary state by the console body 2 by the engagement. When opening the lid 3, when the operating lever 6 is rotated in the direction of the arrow by the front end knob 6 a, the projection 6 b at the lower end presses the pressing member 7 downward, and the locking member is moved by the downward movement of the pressing member 7. 8 is moved to the front non-locking position against the biasing force of the spring 9b.
[0013]
(Case and moving body) The above storage device 1 is a center console installed in a passenger compartment, and in relation to the present invention, the lid 3 is an example of a case and the cup holder 10 is an example of a moving body. . Among these, the lid 3 forms an accommodation space 3C in which the cup holder 10 is inserted between the upper and lower halves 3A and 3B integrated in a heavy box structure. In the accommodation space 3C, a guide member 11 attached to both sides and extending in the front-rear direction, an urging means 12 that is located on the front side of the lower half 3B and is attached to a recess (not shown), and an upper half A trace pin 22 provided at the rear side of the body 3A and projecting downward is built in at least. The urging means 12 urges the cup holder 10 in the protruding direction by locking the drawing end 13 a of the winding spring 13 drawn out from the housing to the rear side of the cup holder 10. Accordingly, the cup holder 11 protrudes larger than the front opening of the lid 3 while being guided by the guide member 11 by the urging force of the winding spring 13 from the storage position of FIG. The sliding position is automatically switched to the use position shown in FIG. The cup holder 11 here has a thick plate-like main body 15, two rings 16 rotatably attached to both front sides of the main body 15 via shafts 17, and each ring 16 in the arc shape of FIG. 8. A spring 18 that urges the main body 15 and a locking device 20 and a pendulum 30 provided on the rear side of the main body 15 are provided. Both rings 16 are composed of a fixed arc half 16a and a movable arc half 16b, and the free ends of the fixed arc halves 16a are connected by an operating portion 16c. In this structure, the movable arc half 16b is superimposed on the fixed arc half 16a side in the storage position of FIG. 7, and the operation portion 16c closes the front opening of the storage space 3C substantially flush. . 8, the movable arc half 16b is separated from the fixed arc half 16a by the biasing force of the spring 18, and a cup holding hole is formed between the movable arc half 16a and the fixed arc half 16a.
[0014]
The lid 3 as the above case, the cup holder 10 as the moving body, and the urging means 12 are examples of the present invention, and the configurations described in Japanese Patent No. 2968490 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-60528 may be used. However, also in this case, the main body 15 of the cup holder 10 is provided with a recess 19 corresponding to the pendulum 30. The recess 19 is formed on the rear upper surface of the main body 15 so that the pendulum 30 can be inserted with a sufficient margin so that the pendulum 30 does not protrude from the upper surface of the main body 15 when the pendulum 30 is stored. What is necessary is just to satisfy | fill conditions, such as attaching via the axial part 31. FIG.
[0015]
(Lock Device) The lid 3 and the cup holder 10 are provided with a lock device 20 and a pendulum 30 for safety function as a set as shown in FIG. Among these, the locking device 20 urges the cam member 21 provided on the cup holder 10 (the main body 15 thereof), the needle-like trace pin 22 provided on the lid 3, and the cam member 21 in one direction. A push-push locking mechanism that is configured by a biasing spring 23 and that the cup holder 10 is locked at the storage position by a push operation against the biasing means 12 and can be released by the next push operation. It is made up of. Here, the trace pin 22 is attached to the rear inner surface of the upper half 3A of the lid 3 and protrudes into the storage space 3C in a downward state. The cam member 21 includes a front piece 26 and a rear piece 28 separated by a vertical slit (a cam groove-like slit) 27. The front piece 26 extends in the front-rear direction with an inclined cam surface 26a having a sickle-shaped front end edge and forming an edge surface thereof, a locking concave cam groove 26b provided at a part of the rear end edge. And a release linear inclined cam groove 26c. The rear piece 28 has a protrusion 28a protruding from the front edge toward the concave cam groove 26b, an abutting protrusion 28b protruding from the rear edge, and a mounting hole 28c provided in the center. The cam member 21 is pivotally attached to the rear upper surface of the moving body 3 with a shaft 24 and a washer 25 in a state where the front piece 26 faces the rear side of the moving body 3. The urging spring 23 is held around the shaft 24, one end 23 a is locked to the corresponding side portion of the cam member 21, and the other end 23 b is locked to a stopper 29 protruding from the cup holder 10 side. Yes. Then, the cam member 21 rotates clockwise as shown in FIG. 3A by the urging force of the urging spring 23 until the abutting projection 28b comes into contact with the corresponding end of the stopper 29 when the trace pin 22 is not abutting. It is energized.
[0016]
(Operation of Locking Device) FIGS. 3 to 4 show the operation of the locking device 20 described above. In the locking device 20, when the cup holder 10 is pushed into the lid 3 by a push operation, the inclined cam surface 26a contacts the trace pin 22 on the lid 3, and the cam member 21 has the shaft 24 as a fulcrum as shown in FIG. The trace pin 22 is received in the concave cam groove 26b while turning counterclockwise against the biasing spring 23. When the pushing force is released, the cam member 21 is slightly rotated clockwise by the urging force of the urging spring 23 as shown in FIG. 4A, and the trace pin 22 is positioned at the inner corner of the concave cam groove 26b and is locked. For this reason, the cup holder 10 is locked at the storage position against the biasing means 12 in the locked state. When the occupant wants to use the cup holder 10, the occupant touches the operation portion 16c of FIG. Then, the cam member 21 is slightly advanced to weaken the locking force between the cam pin 21 and the cam member 21, and the cam member 21 turns clockwise as shown in FIG. Transition from the concave cam groove 26b to the linearly inclined cam groove 26c side. Thereafter, since the cup holder 10 is slid in the forward projecting direction (use position) by the urging force of the urging means 12, the cam member 21 is moved while the trace pin 22 moves along the linear inclined cam groove 56c. Will leave. In such a push / push locking mechanism, the cam member 21 may be provided on the lid 3 side and the trace pin 22 may be provided on the cup holder 10 side as in the conventional structure.
[0017]
(Pendulum) The pendulum 30 for the safety mechanism is provided in the cup holder 10 and the cam member 21 is moved by its own weight in the process in which the lid 3 is rotated and switched from the horizontal mode shown in FIG. It approaches the corresponding side and makes the locked state of the cam member 21 unreleasable. FIG. 5 shows details of the pendulum 30, and FIGS. 1 to 4 are shown in a schematic state. 5 (a) is a bottom view of the pendulum, FIG. 5 (b) is a side view of the pendulum, FIG. 5 (c) is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 5A, and FIG. It is sectional drawing. The pendulum 30 includes an attachment portion 32 with a shaft portion 31 and a weight portion 33, and is entirely narrow and long in the front-rear direction. The weight portion 33 is formed such that the inside 34 is hollow, the front side is vertically high, and the height decreases as it goes to the mounting portion 32. Although it is a resin molded product in terms of material, it may be made of metal. Further, the weight portion 33 may secure a load by mounting a weight 35 as a separate member on the inside 34. The above pendulum 30 is rotatably attached to the recess 19 provided in the cup holder 10 as shown in FIG. The recess 19 is provided in the front-rear direction along the side of the cam member 21, and the pendulum 30 has a margin and does not protrude from the upper surface of the cup holder 10.
[0018]
(Operation of Pendulum) FIG. 2 shows the operation of the pendulum 30 described above. That is, the pendulum 30 is rotated about the shaft 31 as a fulcrum as shown in FIG. 2 in the process of switching the lid 3 from the horizontal mode shown in FIG. The weight part 33 protrudes outward from the recess 19. In this protruding operation, the pendulum 30 is automatically rotated by its own weight as the lid 3 stands. In this embodiment, the inclination angle of the lid 3 is set to about 100 degrees, and the pendulum 30 is rotated by its own weight at the inclination angle so that the weight portion 33 has a protruding amount that exhibits a safety function described later. . However, in various tests, the safety function can be satisfied by rotating the lid 3 by 95 degrees or more in the standing direction by setting the full size of the pendulum 30 and the load. Theoretically, the lid 33 protrudes from the recess 19 by exceeding 90 degrees in the standing direction, and a safety function can be obtained. That is, when the weight portion 33 protrudes from the recess 19, the pendulum 30 approaches the corresponding side portion of the cam member 21, thereby making the cam member 21 unrotatable. As described above, when the cam member 21 is prevented from turning by the pendulum 30, the cam member 21 cannot be switched from the locked state shown in FIG. 4A to the unlocked state shown in FIG. 4B. For this reason, the lock device 20 is reliably maintained in the locked or locked state unless the lid 3 is rotated and switched to the horizontal mode again. Therefore, in this structure, even when the occupant touches the operation portion 16c or hits the load, that is, when the lid 3 is unlocked, the lock device 20 is locked due to malfunction. Or the lock is not released. As a result, not only the reliability of the locking device 20 but also the reliability of the product performance as the storage device 1 and the cup holder 10 can be improved by several levels, and the safety is excellent.
[0019]
The present invention can be variously modified based on the above basic form except for the technical elements described in claim 1. In particular, the moving body is not limited to the cup holder 10 of the embodiment, and may be, for example, a storage tray or various sliders that are moved with respect to the case or the lid 3.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the locking device with a safety function according to the present invention eliminates the possibility that the locked state is released even by an inadvertent load received directly or indirectly in the standing state of the moving body. As a result, the operation quality is improved and the application of this type of push-push locking mechanism can be expanded.
In addition, the vehicle storage device of the present invention improves safety by eliminating risk factors caused by inadvertent unlocking, that is, malfunctioning of the moving body, or even inadvertent protrusion, compared to conventional products. The device reliability can be improved.
