Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of an adsorption-type oil / water separation apparatus in which an adsorption tank is installed in a partitioned casing. In particular, the adsorbent such as activated carbon in the adsorption tank is efficiently exchanged.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional adsorption-type oil-water separator, the adsorption performance deteriorates when the adsorbent approaches a saturated state, and thus the adsorbent needs to be replaced. In such a case, the adsorption cylinder is often covered with a casing, and the adsorbent is generally drawn out and replaced in an upward direction, so that it is necessary to provide a drawing space above. Further, there is a disadvantage that the upper plate of the adsorption cylinder must be removed and opened when exchanging the adsorbent.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the drawbacks of the prior art, and aims to provide a structure in which the adsorbent can be easily replaced and no special drawing space is required in the apparatus.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention relates to a suction cylinder disposed in a casing, a pedestal for supporting the suction cylinder at one end in the vertical direction, and a leg for normally supporting the suction cylinder provided at the other end of the suction cylinder. This object is achieved by an adsorption-type oil / water separation device comprising a stopper and provided with a stopper for locking the rotation of the adsorption cylinder in front of the rotation center of the adsorption cylinder in front of the rotation direction of the gantry. .
The invention of claim 2 is an adsorption-type oil-water separation device in which a return prevention stopper is provided between the back side of the adsorption cylinder and the casing wall surface in consideration of the case where the center of gravity of the adsorption cylinder comes later.
[0004]
[Operation]
In the improved structure of the suction device according to the present invention, the suction tube is supported on the lower end of the suction tube located on the door side via a gantry, so that the suction tube rotates in the vertical direction using that portion as a fulcrum. Since the stopper is arranged so that the vertical line of the center of gravity of the suction cylinder comes before the fulcrum when rotating, the suction cylinder is locked in an inclined state. Therefore, the operator can replace the adsorbent by extracting the adsorbent to the door side without maintaining the inclination of the adsorption cylinder.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, after the adsorbing material has been removed, the position of the center of gravity of the adsorption cylinder is set at a predetermined angle via a stopper to prevent the adsorption cylinder from falling backward when the adsorption cylinder is moved backward. It can be maintained in an inclined state.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the following, the invention will be described in detail according to the illustrated embodiment.
1 and 2 are longitudinal sectional views of an apparatus according to the present invention, and an adsorption tank 2 and a separation tank 3 are installed in a room covered with a casing 1 from the door side (left side in the figure). The lower part of the suction cylinder 2 is joined to an inverted L-shaped base 4 and supported at the door side end of the base 4 via a base 5. The gantry 5 and the pedestal 4 support the suction cylinder 2 horizontally in a normal state. A handle 6 for tilting the suction cylinder 2 forward is attached to the side surface of the suction cylinder 2.
In the present embodiment, the table 4 is provided with a stopper 7 provided continuously. The stopper 7 and the casing base are engaged with each other so that the stopper 7 and the casing base are positioned on the front side of the support fulcrum rather than vertically below the center of gravity G of the suction cylinder 2.
[0006]
3 and 4 show a second embodiment of the present invention, and an adsorption cylinder 2 and a separation tank 3 are placed on the door side on an inverted L-shaped base 4. The base 4 is supported via a base 5, and a stopper 7 for maintaining the inclination of the base 4 at a predetermined angle is joined in front of the base 5 on the door side.
The position of the gantry 5 that supports the pedestal 4 is set so that the position of the fulcrum is behind the casing from the vertical line of the position of the center of gravity of the adsorption cylinder 2 and the separation tank 3 placed on the pedestal 4 as in the first embodiment. Designed to be located.
Further, in this embodiment, considering that the entire center of gravity moves rearward when the adsorbent in the adsorption cylinder 2 is removed, one end of a rod-like stopper 8 is pivotally attached to the back surface of the separation tank 3, It is comprised so that the other end of this stopper 8 can be latched to the inner wall surface in a casing. As a locking method, as shown in FIG. 2, the other end of the stopper 8 is bent in an L shape, and the bent portion is inserted into a cylindrical hook portion 9 in the casing.
[0007]
FIG. 5 is a partial enlarged view specifically showing the mounting position of the base 4 and the base 5 and the structure of the stopper 7 provided on the base 4. In FIG. 5 (1), the base 4 is pivotally supported by the base 5. It consists of what the member 10 was arranged in the horizontal direction on the door side of the stand 4.
5 (2) is a rectangular parallelepiped so that the L-shaped member 11 is joined to the door-side tip of the base 4 and the suction cylinder 2 can be maintained horizontal in the normal state below the rear end of the base 4. It consists of what joined the block 12 of shape.
5 (3) is the same as that of the embodiment of FIG. 2, and an L-shaped groove 14 is formed on the support 5 by the support 5 of the adsorption cylinder 2 so that the adsorption cylinder 2 can be attached and detached. And a structure in which the shaft 16 is placed in the groove 14. In this embodiment, the horizontal groove portion is grooved toward the rear of the pedestal 5 so that the fulcrum position is located behind the center of gravity of the entire suction cylinder 2 when the suction cylinder 2 is tilted.
[0008]
In the structure described above, in the improved structure of the apparatus according to the present invention, the suction cylinder 2 pivotally supported via the base 4 can swing in the vertical direction. Pull the suction cylinder 2 forward. Then, since the vertical line position of the center of gravity of the suction cylinder 2 is located on the door side (front side) with respect to the fulcrum of the gantry 5, the suction cylinder 2 cannot be returned. When the suction cylinder 2 is further tilted, the stopper 7 provided at the tip of the base 4 is locked to the floor portion of the gantry 5, so that the swing position is limited.
[0009]
Next, in the embodiment of FIG. 3, when the adsorbent is removed while the adsorption cylinder 2 is inclined, the center of gravity of the entire adsorption cylinder 2 moves in the forward direction. Then, depending on the case, the position of the center of gravity is located behind the fulcrum, so that the adsorption cylinder 2 tends to return and hinders the replacement work of the adsorbent. Therefore, the adsorption cylinder 2 is prevented from falling backward by being locked in advance on the hooking portion of the casing 1 via a rod-shaped stopper.
[0010]
Further, in the case of (3) in the embodiment of FIG. 5, the table 4 on which the suction cylinder 2 is placed is inserted into the L-shaped groove 14 of the gantry 5 via the shaft 16. 2 can be removed by lifting the base 4 together with the shaft 16 along the longitudinal groove 14, and when the suction cylinder 2 is inclined for exchanging the adsorbent, first the base 5 After moving the table to the front along the horizontal groove, the suction cylinder 2 is rotated in the vertical direction around the end of the groove 14. Then, since the gravity center G of the inclined adsorption cylinder 2 is located far behind the fulcrum, the possibility that the adsorption cylinder 2 will fall backward when replacing the adsorption material becomes extremely low, and the operator can safely adsorb The material can be replaced.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the improved structure of the apparatus according to the present invention is such that the adsorption cylinder can be swung, so that when replacing the adsorption material in the adsorption cylinder, the casing itself becomes an obstacle even if the adsorption filter is taken out. However, the space for drawing out the filter can be simplified, and the casing can be made compact as compared with the conventional case where the suction cylinder is fixed.
