- 脂質およびこの脂質を含む有機物のいずれかからバチラス(Bacillus)属に属する微生物の働きによってエチレンを生成し、
このエチレンにて果実の熟れを促進させる
ことを特徴とする果実の熟れ促進方法。 - 有機物として、特にブドウ葉を用いる
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の果実の熟れ促進方法。
