本発明は、ポンプ用羽根車に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
周知のようにポンプ用羽根車においては従来から、回転円板(シュラウド)の板面要所にドリルで浅く穿孔したり或いは凹溝状に削刻するなどして座刳りされた凹所を設けることにより、重量バランスを調整することが一般に行われている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しょうとする課題】
特許文献1に見られるような肉取りされた凹所は、そのままでは回転時における異物の絡み付きによる堆積や異常摩耗や振動および騒音等の発生要因となるので、樹脂充填により閉塞し且つ充填樹脂の硬化をまってその表面が平坦となるように樹脂の盛り上り分を削り取るというのが一般に行われているが、これらの作業に手数が掛かるだけでなく、充填樹脂の硬化までに時間が掛かるため極めて作業性の悪いものである。

本発明は上述の課題を解決して、座刳りされた凹所に樹脂充填を必要としない、ポンプ用羽根車の提供を目的とする。

【問題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る回転円板(シュラウド)の端面に環状凹所が形成されて平坦な凹面が保有されているポンプ用羽根車においては、羽根車の重量バランス調整のために上記凹面に座刳りされた凹所を閉塞するように、環状のマスキングプレートを上記回転円板(シュラウド)端面が面一状となるよう凹面に重合して環状凹所に嵌合し閉塞させた状態により、該マスキングプレートの周辺部をビス止めにより上記凹面上へ定着させ、ポンプ回転時に前記環状凹所への異物の堆積を防ぎ、異常摩耗,振動、騒音を防止させたポンプ用羽根車を提供するものである。

以下図1及び図2の実施例により説明をする。

1は回転円板(シュラウド)、2・・2はブレード、3は中心に軸孔4を縦設した羽根車ボス部、5・・5は回転円板(シュラウド)1端面の環状凹所に平坦に形成された凹面要所に座刳りされた凹所であり、例えばドリルで浅く穿孔したり或いは扇形の凹溝状に削刻するなどして羽根車の重量バランスの調整が行われている。6は回転円板(シュラウド)1端面が面一状となるよう凹面に重合して環状凹所に嵌合し閉塞するよう環状に作られたマスキングプレートであり、上記凹所5・・5を閉塞させた状態によりビス止め等により定着させるのである。

凹所5・・5が上部回転円板の凹面に設けられている場合には、当該上部回転円板の凹面へ定着させ、凹所5・・5が下部回転円板の凹面に設けられている場合には当該下部回転円板の凹面へ定着させ、また、図2の実施例のように凹所5・・5が上部回転円板の凹面と下部回転円板の凹面にそれぞれ設けられている場合には、上部回転円板の凹面と下部回転円板の凹面にそれぞれマスキングプレート6を定着させることになる。7・・7はマスキングプレート6を定着させるためのビスである。

【発明の効果】
本発明ポンプ用羽根車によれば、回転円板(シュラウド)の凹面に座刳りされた凹所内への樹脂充填および充填後の盛り上り分を削り取り作業が不要となる。

更に、ノンクロッグ形羽根車など構造上の特性から必然的に回転円板(シュラウド)上面が深い環状の凹所に形成されている羽根車を実施対象とした場合には、上記座刳りされた凹所の閉塞と同時に上記深い環状の凹所も閉塞されることになるので、該深い環状の凹所内への異物の堆積を防止し得るという副次的効果をも生じることになる。

Since the hollowed-out recess as seen in Patent Document 1 becomes a cause of occurrence of accumulation, abnormal wear, vibration, noise, and the like due to entanglement of foreign matter during rotation as it is, it is blocked by resin filling and filled with resin. It is common practice to scrape off the swell of the resin so that the surface becomes flat after curing, but it takes time to harden the filled resin as well as these operations. The workability is extremely poor.

[Means for solving problems]
In an impeller for a pump in which an annular recess is formed on an end face of a rotating disk (shroud) according to the present invention and a flat concave surface is held, the pump impeller is seated on the concave surface to adjust the weight balance of the impeller. The annular masking plate is overlapped with the concave surface so that the end face of the rotating disk (shroud) is flush with the annular recess so as to close the recess, and the masking plate is fitted and closed in the annular recess. The peripheral part of the pump is fixed on the concave surface by screws , and foreign matter is prevented from accumulating in the annular recess during pump rotation, thereby providing a pump impeller that prevents abnormal wear, vibration, and noise .
