Description
Claims (24)
- 流方向(S)に延在するガス管(4)が設置される、尿素(12)または尿素溶液の加熱と気化のための内燃機関用の加熱装置であって、
前記流方向(S)に相互に離間するとともに加熱室(11)を画定する少なくとも二つのガス通過加熱面(10a,10b)を有し、
前記少なくとも二つの加熱面(10a,10b)の間の前記加熱室(11)へ前記尿素(12)または前記尿素溶液を供給するための流入開口部(19)を有していることを特徴とする加熱装置。 - 前記流方向(S)に対して略垂直に延びる平面に前記加熱面(10)が延在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 少なくとも二つの加熱要素(10,31)を含み、前記加熱面(10a,10b)の各々が前記少なくとも二つの加熱要素(10,31)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の加熱装置。
- ケーシングの形状で前記加熱室(11)を囲繞するとともに、少なくとも一つの加熱要素(10,31)と熱伝達関係にあるヒートシンク(30,32)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 少なくとも一つの加熱面(10)がヒートシンク(30,32)によって形成されることと、該ヒートシンク(30,32)が少なくとも一つの加熱要素(10,31)に対し熱伝達が可能であることとを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記ヒートシンク(30,32)が単体で少なくとも一つの加熱面(10)と前記加熱室(11)の前記ケーシング(4)の一部とを形成することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記加熱面(10a,10b)の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部が加熱螺旋体(10a,10b)から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記加熱螺旋体(10)がロール状加熱バンド(20)を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記流入開口部(19)の間隙よりも狭い間隙幅を持つガス通過開口部(23)を前記加熱面(10a,10b)が有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の加熱装置。
- 少なくとも一つの加熱面(10a,10b)が、スペーサ(21)により相互に距離を置いて保持されるとともに前記ガス流開口部(23)を形成する複数の隣接加熱部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記加熱面(10)に隆起輪郭エリア(21)がスペーサとして形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の加熱装置。
- 作動中に前記加熱室(11)の流れを渦流化するための流要素(21)を前記加熱面(10)が形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記スペーサ(21)が流要素として前記流方向(S)に対して傾斜して配置されることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の加熱装置。
- 加熱装置と流入開口部(2)と排出開口部(3)とを含む、尿素(12)または尿素溶液の加熱と気化のための内燃機関用の熱反応器(1)であって、
前記流入開口部(2)および前記排出開口部(3)がガス管(4)によって相互に接続されるとともに、該ガス管(4)に気化エリアが配置され、
前記加熱装置は前記気化エリアに配置された加熱室(11)を含み、前記加熱室(11)はガスが通過する加熱面(10a,10b)によって前記ガスの流入側および排出側で画定され、前記加熱室(11)が前記加熱面(10a,10b)の間に前記尿素(12)または尿素溶液のための流入開口部(19)を有していることを特徴とする熱反応器。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置を備えた請求項14に記載の熱反応器(1)。
- 前記ガス管(4)が前記気化エリアに供給開口部(6)を有し、該供給開口部(6)が前記加熱室(11)のエリアへの放出を行うことを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の熱反応器。
- 前記供給開口部(6)が前記加熱室(11)の前記流入開口部(19)のエリアに放出を行うことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の熱反応器。
- 前記加熱装置が前記熱反応器(1)の前記ガス管(4)を少なくとも部分的に形成することを特徴とする請求項14〜17のいずれか1項に記載の熱反応器。
- 尿素(12)または尿素溶液の加熱と気化のための内燃機関用の加熱・気化方法であって、ガス流が流方向(S)にガス管(4)を流れるとともに、該尿素(12)または該尿素溶液が該ガス流へ供給され、該尿素(12)または尿素溶液が加熱されて蒸発し、該ガス流とともに除去され、該尿素(12)または尿素溶液が二つの加熱エリア(10a,10b)の間で前記ガス管(4)へ供給されることを特徴とする加熱・気化方法。
- 前記尿素(12)または尿素溶液が基本的に前記流方向(S)に直交して前記加熱面(10a,10b)の間で前記ガス管(4)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の加熱・気化方法。
- 前記尿素(12)または前記尿素溶液が基本的に前記二つの加熱面(10a,10b)の間で蒸発することを特徴とする請求項19または20に記載の加熱・気化方法。
- 前記尿素(12)または前記尿素溶液が最低400℃の温度で熱分解されることを特徴とする請求項19〜21のいずれか1項に記載の加熱・気化方法。
- 固体尿素(12)または該固体尿素溶液が蒸発することを特徴とする請求項19〜22のいずれか1項に記載の加熱・気化方法。
- 球粒の形状の前記固体尿素(12)または該固体尿素溶液が気化されることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の加熱・気化方法。
