Description

The present invention relates to a coupling fitting for coupling a reinforcing bar to, for example, a steel pipe pile or a column steel member.

In bar arrangement work for a concrete structure, there are not a few operations for joining a reinforcing bar to a steel member such as a round pipe steel material, an H-shaped steel material or a reinforcing steel material. Specific examples thereof are shown in FIGS. That is, FIGS. 7 and 8 show a steel pipe pile 403 pile head outer periphery in which a reinforcing bar 402 for connecting to a reinforced concrete foundation 406 is connected by welding 407. 9 and 10, a mechanical joint 508 is connected to the periphery of a disk-shaped fixing plate 503 that is a steel member for a column of a reinforced concrete bridge 506 by welding 507, and a deformed reinforcing bar 502 for a bridge girder is connected to the mechanical joint. The screw connection is shown. Conventionally, as shown in these examples, the reinforcing bars and the steel frame members are joined by welding at the construction site.

However, there are the following problems to be improved in the welding connection at the construction site as described above. That is, the welding work at the construction site takes a lot of time. Also, welding quality such as bond strength tends to vary due to rust and dirt on the welded part, weather such as rain and snow, or the skill of the welding worker. Moreover, once the concrete is placed, it is difficult to confirm the quality of the welded portion covered with the concrete. When the welding location is high, work may be interrupted or delayed due to weather such as wind and rain, or work safety may be reduced.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to significantly improve the efficiency of joining work, and to provide a reinforcing bar joint that can be joined to an iron pipe or the like safely and at low cost with little variation in joining quality even without special skill. It is to provide.

As a result of examining various means for connecting reinforcing bars in place of welding work at the work site, the present inventor has less variation in bonding quality even if there is no special skill, if a cylindrical member into which deformed reinforcing bars can be inserted is used. It has been found that a rebar fitting that can be quickly and easily and safely combined with an iron pipe or the like can be manufactured at low cost. In other words, a feature of the reinforcing bar coupling metal fitting according to the present invention is a coupling metal fitting of either a steel pipe or a steel plate and a deformed reinforcing bar, and this coupling metal fitting is formed from a cylindrical member into which the deformed reinforcing bar can be inserted. One end portion of the cylindrical member is formed into a plate-like portion by pressing and compressing the outer periphery, and a bolt hole is opened in the plate-like portion. And the other end part of the said cylindrical member is couple | bonded with this deformed bar by pressing and compressing the outer periphery and crimping | bonding to the outer periphery of the one end part of the said deformed bar. The deformed reinforcing bar is connected to the iron pipe or the like through a bolt for connection through the hole for the bolt and the hole provided in the iron pipe or the like.

Further, the plate-like portion is formed at one end portion of the cylindrical member, a female screw is formed at the inner periphery of the other end portion, and this female screw is screwed to a male screw formed at one end portion of the deformed reinforcing bar. It can also comprise so that a member and a deformed reinforcing bar may be combined. Further, when the bolt is coupled to an arcuate outer peripheral surface such as an iron pipe, it is desirable to form the cross section of the plate-like portion in a concave shape.

Here, “steel pipe” means a steel pipe member made of a hollow pipe used for, for example, a steel pipe pile supporting a reinforced concrete foundation, a reinforced concrete column such as a bridge, etc., and its cross-sectional shape and structure are not limited. The “iron plate” means a plate-like member or a plate-like element that constitutes all or part of a steel member of reinforced concrete, and its shape or structure is not limited. “Deformed reinforcing bar” means a reinforcing bar having bamboo or screw-like nodes on the outer periphery. The “cylindrical member” means a hollow tube and includes not only a circular cross section but also a cross section such as a polygon or an ellipse.

“Pressurizing and compressing the outer periphery to form a plate-like portion” means that, for example, a die, a press, or a hammer is used to crush one end of the cylindrical member to form a plate-like portion. The cross section is not limited to a planar shape, but includes a case where the cross section is formed into a curved surface shape or a bent surface shape according to the surface shape of an iron pipe or an iron plate that joins the plate-like portions. “Bolt hole” means, as described above, an opening hole through which a bolt is passed through a bolt hole and a hole provided in an iron pipe or the like to connect the plate-like portion and the iron pipe or the like. Regardless of the number and arrangement of the holes.

“Pressing and compressing the outer periphery and crimping to the outer periphery of one end of the deformed reinforcing bar” means that one end of the deformed reinforcing bar is inserted into the other end of the cylindrical member, and this cylindrical shape is formed by, for example, a die, a press, or a hammer. This means that the outer periphery of the other end of the member is plastically deformed by applying a diameter reducing force, and the inner periphery of the tubular member is inserted into a bamboo knot formed on the outer periphery of the deformed reinforcing bar to be crimped. .

By configuring the invention in this way, the following effects can be obtained. First, if the above-mentioned joint metal fitting is connected to the deformed reinforcing bar or one end of the reinforcing bar in advance at a factory or the like, the joint between the deformed reinforcing bar and the steel plate at the construction site is opened in the plate-like part of the joint fitting. It is only necessary to pass the bolt through the hole for the bolt to be bolted and to connect the bolt with the hole provided in this iron plate, etc., so that the efficiency of the coupling work is greatly improved and no special work skill or tools such as a welder are required In addition, the coupling can be performed easily and safely without being influenced by the working environment such as the weather, and variations in coupling quality can be suppressed.

Secondly, the material of the joint metal fitting can be obtained at low cost because a hollow cylindrical member into which a deformed reinforcing bar can be inserted is cut to a certain length. In particular, when a hollow pipe is used as the cylindrical member, it can be manufactured or obtained at a very low cost.

Thirdly, since the outer circumference of one end of the cylindrical member is formed by pressing and compressing the outer periphery of the cylindrical member with a press, for example, to form a plate-like portion, and a hole for a bolt is sufficient in this plate-like portion, It can be manufactured very easily, quickly and in large quantities. Further, since the outer periphery of the other end of the cylindrical member only needs to be pressed and compressed with a die having, for example, an arc groove shape, the connection with the deformed reinforcing bar is extremely easy and quick.

Fourth, if a female thread is formed on the inner periphery of the other end of the cylindrical member, the female thread is easily and quickly and firmly connected to the deformed reinforcing bar by screwing the female thread with a male thread formed at one end of the deformed reinforcing bar. can do. The female screw and the male screw can be formed very easily and at low cost. Fifth, by forming the cross-section of the plate-like portion formed at one end of the cylindrical member into a concave shape, for example, the plate-like portion and the iron tube with respect to the surface of the iron tube or the like having an arc surface. And the like can be bonded to each other more firmly.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, the structure and use of the reinforcing bar fitting according to the present invention will be described. The coupling fitting shown in FIG. 1 is formed from a material obtained by cutting an iron pipe 1 that is a cylindrical member into which a deformed reinforcing bar 2 can be inserted into a predetermined length. That is, one end of the iron pipe 1 is formed into a flat plate-like portion 11 by pressing and compressing the outer periphery 11a thereof by a press or the like, and a bolt hole is formed in the plate-like portion by a drill or the like. Two 12 are opened side by side in the longitudinal direction. On the other hand, the other end 13 of the iron pipe 1 is inserted into one end of the deformed rebar 2 at a factory or the like, the outer periphery 13a is pressed and compressed with an arc-shaped die or the like, and the inner periphery 13b is one end of the deformed rebar. It is crimped to the outer periphery of the part, and is engaged with and joined to the bamboo knuckle 21 formed on the outer periphery of the deformed reinforcing bar.

2 is different from that shown in FIG. 1 only in that the number of bolt holes 112 opened in the plate-like portion 111 is one, and the other structure is the same as that shown in FIG. is there. For ease of reference and the like, the numbers of parts and parts equivalent to those shown in FIG. 1 are obtained by adding 100 uniformly to the numbers shown in FIG.

3 has a plate-like portion 211 similar to that shown in FIG. 1 formed at one end of an iron pipe 201, and a female screw 213c on the inner periphery 213b of the other end 213. Is formed. Then, the female screw 213 c is screwed into a male screw 223 formed at one end of the deformed reinforcing bar 202 and coupled to the deformed reinforcing bar. For ease of reference and the like, the numbers of parts and parts equivalent to those shown in FIG. 1 are the same as the numbers shown in FIG.

FIG. 4 shows a configuration in which the deformed rebar 2 is joined to the iron plate 3 using the joint fitting shown in FIG. That is, the bolts 4 are inserted into the two bolt holes 12 opened in the plate-like portion 11 and the two bolt holes 31 opened in the iron plate 3, respectively, the nut 5 is tightened, and the coupling metal fitting is Join to iron plate. As described above, the other end 13 of the fitting is connected to one end of the deformed reinforcing bar 2 by pressing and compressing in advance at a factory or the like. Therefore, at the construction site, one end of the fitting is attached to the iron plate 2. All that is required is bolt connection.

Further, in the case of the coupling metal as shown in FIG. 3, the coupling metal and the deformed reinforcing bar 202 are coupled to each other in advance by screwing the female screw 213c and the male screw 223 at a factory or the like in advance. It is also easy to do. Further, it is possible to join the fitting to the iron plate or the like first by bolting, and then to join the reinforcing bar 202 by screwing into a female screw 213c formed on the inner periphery 213b of the other end 213 of the fitting.

Next, in the coupling fitting shown in FIG. 5, the cross section of the plate-like portion 311 is formed in a concave shape. That is, the plate-like portion 311 is formed by pressing and compressing one end of the iron pipe 301 with a press having a convex arc-shaped pressing surface and a concave arc-shaped receiving surface. Therefore, as for the cross-sectional shape after pressing and compressing the outer periphery 311a of the iron pipe 301, one surface (upper surface in FIG. 5B) is formed in a concave arc shape, and the other surface (lower surface in FIG. 5B). Is formed in a convex arc shape. As shown in FIGS. 5B and 5C, the plate-like portion 311 is formed by shifting the cross-sectional center downward. As will be described later, when rebar is connected to the outer periphery of the pile head, such as a steel pipe pile, the cross-sectional center of the rebar is hung from the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile as far as possible from the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile and is applied to the connecting bolt. This is to reduce the bending moment. For ease of reference, etc., the parts and parts numbers equivalent to those shown in FIG. 1 are the same as the numbers shown in FIG.

FIG. 6 shows a configuration in which the deformed reinforcing bar 302 is coupled to the outer periphery of the pile head such as the steel pipe pile 303 using the coupling fitting shown in FIG. That is, the bolts 304 are inserted into the two bolt holes 312 that open in the plate-like portion 311 and the two bolt holes 331 that open in the pile heads of the steel pipe pile 303 and the like, and the nut 305 is tightened. Then, this coupling fitting is coupled to this steel pipe pile. As the nut 305 is tightened, both side ends of the concave arc-shaped outer periphery 311a of the plate-like portion 311 come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe pile 303 and the like. Therefore, as compared with the case where the plate-like portion 311 is formed in a flat plate shape, the contact area between the plate-like portion and the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe pile 303 or the like increases, and it is possible to bond more firmly.

Note that, as described above, the other end 313 of the joint fitting is preliminarily pressed and joined to one end of the deformed reinforcing bar 302 in a factory or the like, so that one end of the joint fitting is connected to the steel pipe pile 303 at the construction site. All that is required is bolt connection. Further, if the other end 313 of the coupling fitting and the deformed reinforcing bar 302 are configured to be coupled with screws as shown in FIG. 3, the screw coupling between the coupling fitting and the deformed reinforcing bar is performed in advance at the factory. Not only in the case but also easily at the construction site. Furthermore, it is also possible to first bolt only the coupling fitting to the steel pipe pile 303 or the like, and then screw the false rebar 302 to this coupling fitting.

The rebar coupling metal fitting according to the present invention greatly improves the efficiency of the coupling work, and there is little variation in the coupling quality even without a special skill, and the rebar can be coupled safely and at low cost. . Therefore, it can be widely used in industries related to construction work and construction members.
