Description

【0001】
クランプ部材82は、PC(ポリカーボネート)、POM(ポリオキシメチレン)、PA(ポリアミド)等の樹脂材料から射出成形により製造することができる。
【0028】

Thus, recording / reproduction is performed as the tape-shaped recording medium travels.
[0003]
In the tape cartridge as described above, a leader member having a cylindrical shape as a whole is attached to the tip portion of the tape-like recording medium, and the leader member holds and fixes the tip of the tape-like recording medium around it. ing. The leader member is pulled out from the case of the tape cartridge by pulling the tape-shaped recording medium through the opening on the side surface of the case, and conversely, pulled from the reel hub side when the use is finished. Thus, the cylindrical end of the leader member fits in a predetermined position in the case. FIG. 9 shows a conventional configuration in which such a leader member is placed in a predetermined position in the case. FIG. 9 is a plan view of an essential part showing the inner surface of a case of a conventional tape cartridge.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 9, when the leader member 101 is pulled into the case C, the leader member 101 is positioned at a predetermined circular position 102 determined by an upright wall 103 formed in a semicircular shape on the inner surface of the case C of the tape cartridge. However, the spring member 106 presses the cylindrical end surface of the leader member 101 at the predetermined position 102 with the contact surface 107.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the holding member of the recording / reproducing apparatus pulls out the leader member 101, the leader member 101 may be pressed against the upright wall 103 due to an overstroke of the holding member or variations between apparatuses. In order to maintain the strength of the upright wall when this is repeated, it is desirable to increase the plane width b of the rib 105 in order to increase the contact area between the upright wall and the bottom surface.
[0006]
However, when the plane width b of the rib 105 is increased, the linear spring member 106 needs to be bent relatively large at the bent portion 109 in the vicinity of the rib 105 toward the circular predetermined position 102. For this reason, the leader member 101 Is drawn from the outside through the opening 104 on the side surface of the case C and abuts against the outer abutment surface 108 of the spring member 106 as indicated by the one-dot chain line in the figure, the abutment surface 107 and the outer abutment surface of the spring member 106. There is a possibility that the tip portion including 108 does not escape to the left in the figure, and the tip portion of the spring member 106 is deformed in the direction in which the leader member 101 enters. If the distal end portion of the spring member 106 is deformed, there arises a problem that the leader member does not fit in a predetermined position or the leader member cannot be held in a predetermined position.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a tape cartridge that prevents deformation of a spring member that holds a leader member, in view of the above-described problems of the prior art.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A tape cartridge according to the present invention is formed in a cylindrical shape as a whole so that a reel hub portion around which a tape-like recording medium is wound is rotatably accommodated in a case and the tip of the tape-like recording medium is fixed. A tape cartridge provided with a leader member, wherein the leader member is pulled out when the tape cartridge is used through an opening provided on a side surface of the case and is pulled in when the tape cartridge is used, and an end of the leader member is placed in the case It is comprised so that it may be hold | maintained and positioned by the spring member in the predetermined area | region , and the said spring member may be comprised from the linear part extended linearly, the front-end | tip part contact | abutted to the said edge part of the said reader member, and the said linear part. A first bent portion that is bent first toward the tip portion, and further bent away from the first bent portion. And the predetermined region is formed in a semicircular shape in plan so as to conform to the shape of the end portion of the leader member, and stands upright from the inner surface of the case to the thick portion. A rib portion that is defined by the upright wall and is provided in the vicinity of the end of the upright wall, and the end of the leader member is positioned in the predetermined region by the spring member. And a first straight line passing through the center of the semicircular predetermined region crosses the vicinity of the first bent portion of the spring member, and the end of the rib portion that is continuous with the upright wall and the opening A second straight line connecting the ends crosses the vicinity of the second bent portion, and the rib portion is interposed between the straight portion near the first bent portion and the second bent portion with a gap by the spring member. Surrounded by The rib portion has a flat width along the first straight line, the spring member that is provided with the first and second bending portions, wherein the leader member is drawn toward the predetermined area of the leader member characterized in that said end portion is the tip when in contact with the front end portion of the spring member is movable in a direction to release the holding of said end portion.
[0009]
According to this tape cartridge, when the leader member is drawn toward a predetermined region and the end of the leader member comes into contact with the tip of the spring member, the spring member is elastically deformed, and the tip of the spring member is the end of the leader member. Move in the direction to release the holding. That is, the spring member is in the configuration of bending between the linear portion extending linearly up tip that abuts on the end portion of the leader member at a plurality of positions, bending the first bending portion of the Me first toward the front end portion from the straight portion Since the angle can be reduced, when the leader member enters, the tip end portion can smoothly escape in the holding release direction without being deformed in the entry direction of the leader member. For this reason, a deformation | transformation of the spring member holding a leader member can be prevented. Furthermore, since the rib part which consists of a thick part is provided in the edge vicinity of an upright wall, and the plane width of this rib part can be comprised comparatively wide, the intensity | strength of a rib part and an upright wall can fully be obtained .
[0010]
In the tape cartridge, the spring member can be configured to have a second end portion that is supported in a cantilever manner and a straight portion that extends linearly from the second end portion.
[0011]
The tip of the spring member includes a first abutting portion that abuts the end when the end is pressed in the predetermined region , and a time when the reader member is pulled toward the predetermined region. A second abutting portion capable of abutting against the end portion at a position away from the first abutting portion, wherein the leader member is drawn toward the predetermined region, and the end portion of the spring member The first abutting portion may be configured to move away from the predetermined area when abutting on the second abutting portion.
[0012]
In the tape cartridge, the leader member includes a pin member in which the tape-shaped recording medium is located between a pair of flanges, and an opening formed in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder over both end surfaces of the cylinder. And a clamp member that fits in between and clamps the tape-shaped recording medium with the pin member.
[0013]
In addition, the predetermined region may be configured to be formed in a semicircular shape in plan so as to match the shape of the end portion of the leader member and to be defined from an upright wall that stands upright from the inner surface of the case.
[0014]
The rib portion near the end of the semicircular upright wall can be configured to be located between the straight portion of the spring member and the predetermined region . In this case, even if it is necessary to bend a relatively large portion from the straight portion of the spring member toward the tip portion while maintaining the strength of the rib portion and the upright wall with a relatively wide planar width of the rib portion, as described above. The tip of the spring member can move in the holding release direction.
[0015]

The magnetic recording tape T is recorded or reproduced by the recording / reproducing head 202 while running while being guided by the guides 201 and 203 on both sides of the recording / reproducing head 202.
[0034]
Next, a configuration in which the leader member shown in FIGS. 1 and 5 fits in a predetermined position inside the tape cartridge will be described with reference to FIGS. 6, 7, and 8. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a principal part showing a predetermined region in which the leader member is accommodated on the inner surface of the upper case of FIGS. 1 to 3 and a spring member. FIG. 7 is a main part perspective view showing a state in which the leader member is housed in a predetermined region on the inner surface of the upper case of FIG. FIG. 8 is a plan view of an essential part showing a state where the leader member is housed in a predetermined region on the inner surface of the upper case of FIG.
[0035]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, a predetermined semicircular area 70 is formed on the inner surface 1 a of the upper case 1 so as to conform to the shape of the disc portion 81 d of the reader member 8 of FIG. 5. . The predetermined region 70 is formed in a semicircular shape so as to fall from the planar thick portion 71a on the inner surface 1a, and is defined by an upright wall 71 standing upright from the inner surface 1a of the upper case 1 to the thick portion 71a. . A passage 73 a of the leader member 8 is formed on the inner surface 1 a so as to spread in a fan shape from the semicircular predetermined region 70 toward the opening 73.
[0036]
Further, a plate-like spring member 74 is provided in a direction perpendicular to the inner surface 1a of the upper case 1, and is supported by the support portion 71b of the inner surface 1a at the rear end portion 80.
[0037]
The spring member 74 includes a straight portion 75 extending straight from the rear end 80, a first folding bending portion 76 that is bent toward the straight portion 75 in a predetermined region 70, away from the first folding bending portion 76 Te second folding bending portion 77 bends further folded toward a predetermined region 70, a first contact portion 78 abutting against the disk portion 81d of the leader member 8 within a predetermined area 70, the leader member 8 from the outside a second contact portion 79 circular plate portion 81d is engageable as dashed line in FIG. 8 to 12 when pulled through the opening 73, includes a first, second folding bending portion 76, 77 The first and second contact portions 78 and 79 constitute a tip portion 74a.
[0038]
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the thick portion 71 a extends between the semicircular predetermined region 70 and the spring member 74, and is positioned at the end of the upright wall 71 to constitute the rib portion 72. Rib 72 is straight portion 7 5 semicircular predetermined region 70 and the spring member 74, the first located between the second folding bending portion 76 and 77, the plane width w is relatively thick structure ing. For this reason, the strength of the upright wall 71 and the rib portion 72 can be sufficiently obtained.
[0039]
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, when the leader member 8 is pulled into the tape cartridge 100, the disc portion 81 d that is the end of the leader member 8 is surrounded by the upright wall 71 and fits in the predetermined region 70. At this time, the disc member 81d is pressed and held by the first contact portion 78 of the spring member 74 in the leader member 8, and is positioned at a predetermined position.
[0040]
In addition, the lower case 2 side is configured in the same manner as described above with respect to the disk portion 81e at the other end of the leader member 8, and the leader member 8 is predetermined while being pressed by the spring members at the disk portions 81d and 81e at both ends. In position.
[0041]
Next, the drawing operation of the leader member 8 into the tape cartridge will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 4, the leader member 8 of the tape cartridge 100 attached to the recording / reproducing apparatus 200 is pulled out to the apparatus side, and the reel hub section 204 on the apparatus side and the reel hub section 3 of the tape cartridge 100 rotate while rotating the magnetic recording tape. Recording / reproduction is performed at T. After the recording / reproduction is completed, the leader member 8 is pulled while the magnetic recording tape T is wound around the reel hub portion 3 and is pulled into the tape cartridge 100 through the opening 73.
[0042]
When the leader member 8 is pulled in from the opening 73 while passing through the passage 73a, the disc portion 81d may come into contact with the second contact of the spring member 74 as shown by a two- dot chain line in FIG. 8 depending on the position of the leader member 8 in the passage 73a. The part 79 may come into contact. By the abutment, the spring member 74 at a tip portion 74a is elastically deformed to move in the arrow direction a in FIG. 8, when the leader member 8 is Ru further retracted, the spring member as shown by the broken line of the disk portion 81d in FIG. 8 The tip 74 a is pushed out of the passage 73 a against the pressing elastic force of 74 and fits in the predetermined area 70 so as to contact the upright wall 71.
[0043]
Further, the pulling force with respect to the leader member 8 as described above is determined by the standard. However, since the rib portion 72 is configured to have a relatively large plane width w, the upright wall 71 and the rib portion 72 have sufficient strength. The upright wall 71 is less likely to be damaged even if the leader member 8 is pulled in and comes into contact therewith.
[0044]
As described above, since the relatively thick rib portion 72 having the planar width w exists between the predetermined region 70 and the spring member 74, the bending angle from the straight portion 75 toward the first contact portion 78 becomes large. The distal end portion 74a of the spring member 74 is bent at the first and second bent portions 76 and 77 between the linear portion 75 and the first contact portion 78, and is bent toward the distal end portion 74a from the linear portion 75. Since the angles are dispersed and the bending angle at one place is not too tight, the spring member 74 is elastically deformed so that the tip end portion 74a moves in the release direction a when the leader member 81 abuts.
[0045]
As described above, when the disc portion 81d of the leader member 8 is within the predetermined region 70, the distal end portion 74a of the spring member 74 is elastically restored, and the disc portion 81d is moved to the first contact portion at the position indicated by the solid line in FIG. When the 78 is pressed and held, the leader member 8 is positioned within the predetermined area 70 and positioned. Then, the door member 7 closes the opening 73, and the tape cartridge 100 can be taken out from the recording / reproducing apparatus 200.
[0046]
As described above, according to the tape cartridge 100 of the present embodiment, the leader member 8 is drawn into the interior after use, and the disk portion 81d at the end thereof is the second contact of the tip portion 74a of the spring member 74. When abutting against the portion 79, the tip end portion 74a of the spring member 74 is elastically deformed in the releasing direction a for releasing the pressing of the disc portion 81d by the first abutting portion 78, so that the position of the leader member 8 does not shift. The leader member 8 can be accommodated in a predetermined position determined by the predetermined region 70.
[0047]
As described above, the present invention has been described by the embodiments and examples. However, the present invention is not limited to these, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention. For example, the tip 74a of the spring member 74 in FIG. 8 may be further bent in multiple stages between the straight portion 75 and the first contact portion 78.
[0048]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, when the leader member fixed to the tip of the tape-shaped recording medium is drawn into the inside and abuts against the spring member for holding the leader member, the tape that can prevent deformation of the spring member. A cartridge can be provided.
