The wiring device in the desk having the configuration as disclosed in Patent Document 1 is such that the downward engaging piece of the cover body is mounted in the gap between the side plate of the panel support and the desk panel, and therefore the desk panel is not installed. In some cases, the position of the cover body is not stable and the U-shaped panel support that faces upward in the cross section is exposed, which is not preferable in terms of appearance. Therefore, it is not suitable for the usage pattern with the desktop panel removed. Moreover, since the said cover body is what extends on the said top plate surface, the use area | region on the said top plate reduces. Furthermore, since a step is generated between the cover body and the top plate surface, it is not preferable in appearance. Furthermore, the cover body is formed by opening a cord insertion hole at an appropriate location on the rear edge and wiring through the insertion hole. When the wiring is re-executed, the cover body needs to be attached and detached. Become.

When a large number of cords or a large outlet is inserted through a wiring device in a desk configured as in Patent Document 2, the tip of the edge member is rotated upward with a curved tongue as an axis. The curved tongue piece is rotated to release the engagement with the upward groove, and the base end side of the lower plate is retracted from the downward groove of the mounting member to remove the edge member. Therefore, after the edge member is removed, an operation for attaching the edge member to the attachment member is required.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems. The upper surface 1a is substantially flush with the upper surface 1a. With such a configuration, regardless of the presence or absence of parts such as the desktop panel P, the impression of a clean appearance as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 is maintained, and the design is not impaired.

The support member 32 is not limited to the configuration that is supported by the engaging portion 25 of the receiver 21, and the support member 32 is placed at a position that is separated from the rear end edge 1 c of the top plate 1 by a predetermined distance. What is necessary is just to be supported so that it may be located substantially parallel to the edge 1c. For example, the structure which fixes the support member itself of a wiring cover to the rear-end part of the top plate 1 may be sufficient.

At the lower part of the support member 32, front and rear engaging plates 32b, 32b extending in the left-right direction are provided, and the engaging plate 32b is a gap 25c between the clamping pieces 25a, 25b of the engaging portion 25 of the second receiving portion 23. To be securely supported. The engaging portion 25 has an upper surface formed lower than the upper surface 1 a of the top plate 1, is not exposed from the upper surface 1 a of the top plate 1, and has an upper surface ( Since the upper surface 32a of the support member 32, the upper surface 33a of the first cover body 33, and the upper surface 34a of the second cover body 34 are formed substantially flush with the upper surface 1a of the top plate 1, the design can be improved. . As shown in FIG. 6, support portions 36 and 36 are provided on the front and rear sides of the support member 32, and the support portion 36 has a horizontal axis O substantially parallel to the rear edge 1 c of the top plate 1. Inner and outer arcuate side surfaces 37 and 38 are formed at the center, and recesses 38a and 38b are formed in the arcuate side surface 38.

The first cover body 33 has a circumscribed surface 39a that substantially circumscribes the arc-shaped side surface 37 of the support member 32, a circumscribed surface 39b that substantially circumscribes the arc-shaped side surface 38 of the support member 32, and the horizontal axis O. An arcuate side surface 39c outside the circumscribed surface 39b is formed. Therefore, since the first cover body 33 is stably and reliably supported by the support member 32 so as to be rotatable around the horizontal axis O, high reliability of the rotation operation is ensured over a long period of time. As shown in FIG. 4, the first cover body 33 is assembled while being slid in the left-right direction with respect to the engaging portion 36 of the support member 32, and the first cover body 33 is used as the support member during use. It will not drop out of 32.

The 2nd cover body 34 consists of the engagement convex part 34b and the cover part 34c, and engages the engagement convex part 34b with the engagement recessed part 33b of the 1st cover body 33 (refer FIG. 4), and is 1st. The cover body 33 is integrated. And by making the cover part 34c of the 2nd cover body 34 into synthetic rubber or an elastomer etc., since the 2nd cover body 34 tends to change, in the state where it wired to the wiring duct mentioned below from the top plate 1 side, Even when the cover bodies (the first cover body 33 and the second cover body 34) are closed, the horizontal state of the upper surfaces of the cover bodies (the upper surface 33a of the first cover body 33 and the upper surface 34a of the second cover body 34) is easily maintained. It has become. Moreover, since the clearance gap between the top plate 1 and a cover body can be eliminated with the 2nd cover body 34, fall of a pen etc. in a wiring duct can be suppressed. Furthermore, if the second cover body 34 is removed and only the first cover body 33 is used, wiring from the top plate 1 side to the wiring duct can be facilitated and the amount of wiring can be increased.

A synthetic resin side cap 35 attached to the first cover body 33 includes a circumscribed surface 40 that substantially circumscribes the arc-shaped side surface 39 c of the first cover body 33 and an arc-shaped side surface 38 of the support portion 36 of the support member 32. Convex portions 41 are formed which are elastically engaged with the concave portions 38a and 38b formed in the above. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6B, in a state where the cover bodies (the first cover body 33 and the second cover body 34) are opened and the cover bodies are substantially vertically upward, The portion 41 is elastically engaged with the recess 38a of the support portion 36 of the support member 32, and the position of the cover body is maintained.

Thus, the convex portion 41 provided on the side cap 35 and the concave portion 38a provided on the support member 32 hold the position of the cover body when the cover body is opened and the cover body is substantially vertical upward. Functions as holding means. According to such a configuration, the holding means can be configured easily and at low cost. In addition, without providing the side cap 35, a portion that has the same function as the convex portion 41 formed on the side cap 35 and elastically engages with the concave portions 38a and 38b is formed integrally with the first cover body 33. Also good.

The holding force of the holding means depends on the size and shape of the convex portion 41 and the concave portion 38a and the material of the side cap 35. For example, the horizontal length B of the convex portion 41 in FIG. 4 is adjusted. Thus, the holding force can be easily adjusted. By providing the holding means for holding the position of the cover body with the holding force adjusted in this way, the cover body can be easily opened and closed (see arrow C in FIG. 6), and the cover body is opened. Since the position of the cover body is stably and surely held in the above state, it is possible to easily perform operations such as storage of wiring using a wiring duct, which will be described later, and arrangement of an outlet.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 6A, in the state where the cover body is closed and the upper surface of the cover body is substantially horizontal, the convex portion 41 of the side cap 35 is the concave portion 38b of the support portion 36 of the support member 32. The cover body is held in position by being elastically engaged with the cover body. Therefore, even when the wiring is performed by deforming the second cover body 34 with the cover body closed as described above, the upper surface of the cover body (the upper surface 33a of the first cover body 33 and the second cover body 34). The horizontal state of the upper surface 34a) can be held stably and reliably. That is, the upper surface 33 a of the first cover body 33 and the upper surface 34 a of the second cover body 34 are held substantially flush with the upper surface 1 a of the top plate 1.

In addition, the wiring cover 31 can divide | segment a cover body into arbitrary numbers in the right-and-left direction appropriate place with respect to the top plate 1, and can open and close for every cover body divided | segmented in this way. For example, FIGS. 1 to 3 show an example in which the wiring cover is divided into two with respect to the top plate 1. With such a divided structure of the cover body of the wiring cover, the workability of the wiring work can be further improved.

Next, referring to FIGS. 5 and 7, a structure for attaching the receiving member 21 to the top plates 1 and 1 will be described. A receiving cap 16 is fixed by bolts 15 on the lower surface of the top plates 1 and 1 to which the receiving device 21 is attached. Further, the support holes 23b, 23b of the receiver 21 are formed in a substantially bowl shape in which the diameter of the holes changes in the left-right direction. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 7, the receiving member 21 is moved relative to the caps 16, 16 as indicated by an arrow 16 in the state where the receiving caps 16, 16 are passed through the portions where the support holes 23 b, 23 b are large in diameter. As a result, the receiving caps 16 and 16 are positioned in the portions where the diameters of the support holes 23b and 23b are small, and in this state, the receiving member 21 is supported by the top plates 1 and 1. In this state, the holder 21 can be easily fixed to the top plates 1 and 1 through bolts or wood screws from the fixing holes 23c and 23c.

1 to 3 and 8, for example, when the distance between the pair of left and right receivers 21 and 21 is large, the support member 32 of the wiring cover 31 is placed between the receivers 21 and 21. It is something to support. That is, the intermediate receiver 27 is provided with an engaging portion 25 similar to both the receivers 21 and 21, and the front and rear engaging plates 32 b and 32 b formed in the lower part of the support member 32 are extended in the left-right direction. Engage in the gap 25c between the holding pieces 25a and 25b of the engaging portion 25 and be reliably supported. The intermediate receiver 27 is fixed to the lower surfaces of the top plates 1 and 1 through bolts or wood screws from the fixing holes 28a of the extended fixing portions 28 and 28.

FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the wiring duct. The downward hook-like engagement pieces 9a, 9a of the beam receiver 9 are engaged with the upper horizontal groove 6a of the horizontal member 2b, and the lower part of the opening A between the top plates 1, 1 arranged opposite to each other in the front-rear direction. With the front and rear positioning protrusions 9b and 9b inserted into the hole 8a of the positioning plate 8, the front and rear upward hook-like engagement pieces 10a and 10a of the fixing member 10 are engaged with the lower horizontal groove 6b of the horizontal member 2b. In combination, the beam receiver 9 and the fixing member 10 are fixed by the bolt 11. The beam 12 that supports the wiring duct 14 is fixed to the beam receiver 9 thus positioned by bolts 13 and 13. Thus, by laying the beam 12 between the horizontal members 2b and 2b, the structural strength of the entire desk, particularly the structural strength in the left-right direction is improved. The wiring duct 14 includes a horizontal portion 14a, front and rear rising portions 14b and 14b, and sandwiching plates 14c and 14c extending downward from the lower side of the horizontal portion 14a and extending in the left-right direction. Therefore, by placing the wiring duct 14 from above the beam 12 and sandwiching it with the clamping plates 14c, 14c, the wiring duct 14 is stably held on the beam 12. The sandwiching plates 14c and 14c can be easily configured using a U-shaped channel material or the like. Further, the wiring duct 14 may be screwed to the beam 12, and in this case, the holding plates 14c and 14c can be eliminated. The wiring duct 14 can be used to store the wiring and arrange the outlet.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a wiring device in a desk according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, showing an example in which top plates 1 and 1 are juxtaposed side by side to constitute a connecting desk having a single-side free address layout. ing. 11 is a perspective view showing the structure of the receiver, FIG. 12 is an explanatory view showing the structure of the intermediate receiver, FIG. 12 (a) is a plan view, and FIG. 12 (b) is a front view (from the left). It is a view). Further, FIG. 13 is a side sectional view showing the opening / closing operation of the wiring cover. 10 to 13, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 1 to 8 in the first embodiment denote the same or corresponding parts, and thus detailed description thereof is omitted. Even in such a configuration, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.

A wiring duct opening A is formed between the rear end of the desk top plate 1 and the curtain plate 17 provided behind the desk. The opening A has a pair of receptacles 21 spaced apart from each other on the left and right. , 21 and a wiring cover 31 are disposed. As shown in the figure, the receiver 21 has a shape different from that of the embodiment, but has the same configuration and function. That is, the receiving device 21 is attached to the rear end portion on the counter-use side of the top plate 1 of the desk, and the first receiving portion 22 formed with an upper surface 22a substantially flush with the upper surface 1a of the top plate 1. And an upper surface 23a substantially parallel to the upper surface 1a of the top plate 1 is formed at a position shifted from the first receiving portion 22 in a direction along the rear edge 1c of the top plate 1 and lower than the upper surface 1a of the top plate 1. The second receiving portion 23 is provided. And the receiving tool 21 of the right-and-left end of the top plate 1 is arrange | positioned so that the side surface 22b on the opposite side to the 2nd receiving part 23 side of the 1st receiving part 22 may become substantially flush with the side surface 1b of the top plate 1. The Further, the first receiving portion 22 is provided with a hole 24 that is an engaging portion that engages with a pin provided at the lower portion of the desktop panel P, and the second receiving portion 23 is provided with a support member 32 of the wiring cover 31. An engaging portion 25 to be engaged is provided.

The wiring cover 31 covers the upper side of the wiring duct 19 disposed on the lower rear side of the table top 1 of the desk, and extends along the rear edge 1c on the side opposite to the top plate 1 along the top edge 1c. Are provided over substantially the entire length in the left-right direction. Further, the support member 32 that engages with the engagement portion 25 of the second receiving portion 23 of the receiver 21, the first cover body 33 that engages with the support member 32, and the second member that is coupled to the first cover body 33. The structures of the side caps 35 and 35 attached to both side ends (left and right ends of the first cover body 33) of the cover body 34 and the first cover body 33 in the direction of the rear end edge 1c of the top plate 1 are the same as in the first embodiment. It is. The wiring duct 19 is fixed to the lower surface of the top plate 1 with bolts 20 or wood screws.

The shape of the support member 32 is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the first cover body 33 is engaged with the support portion 36 on the top plate 1 side of the support member 32, but in such a one-sided layout, The first cover body 36 does not need to be engaged with the support portion 36 opposite to the top plate 1. Therefore, the support portion 36 on the opposite side of the top plate 1 can be used for attaching the curtain plate 17 at the rear of the desk. For example, as shown in FIG. 11, the curtain plate 17 provided on the rear side of the top plate 1 is arranged such that the latching portion 17 b is connected to the top plate 1 so that the upper surface 17 a is substantially flush with the upper surface 1 a of the top plate 1. The cover plate 17 is engaged with the opposite support portion 36 so as to be hidden, and the upper and lower intermediate portions of the curtain plate 17 are received by the cap 18 to be hooked on the desk pillar 2a. At the same time, the uniformity of the appearance of the upper surface of the desk is increased and the design is improved. As described above, the support member 32 can be shared in the opposing arrangement of the desk as in the first embodiment and the single-sided arrangement of the desk as in the second embodiment.

The intermediate receiver 27 shown in FIGS. 10 and 12 is similar to the intermediate receiver 27 of FIG. 8 of the first embodiment, for example, when the distance between the pair of left and right receivers 21 and 21 is large. The support member 32 is supported between the receiving members 21 and 21. The intermediate receiver 27 is fixed to the lower surface of the top plate 1 through a bolt or a wood screw from the fixing hole 28a of the extended fixing portion 28.
