Description

The present invention relates to an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the height of a deck by adjusting the height of a joist.

As a deck laid on a terrace or the like, conventionally, a deck in which a deck material is bridged on a joist having a support leg is widely known.
By the way, when such a deck is laid on a terrace or the like, it is desirable that the deck material be stably installed with the upper surface of the deck material horizontal. However, in reality, the surface of the terrace on which the deck is installed is not necessarily horizontal, and there are irregularities. Therefore, simply placing the deck on the terrace or the like causes the top surface of the deck material to incline along the installation surface. The deck installation state may become unstable because some support legs are lifted from the installation surface due to the unevenness of the installation surface and play occurs.

Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, the support leg, a support shaft around which a male screw is provided, and a base that is fixed to the lower end of the support shaft and placed on an installation surface such as a terrace, The nut is screwed into the male screw of the support shaft, and a hole is formed in the bottom surface of the joist material so that the support shaft can be inserted and removed from the upper end side. By adopting a structure in which the nut is supported by the nut, it has been attempted to adjust the height of the joist member with respect to the installation surface by operating the nut and moving it vertically.

However, in such a deck height adjustment mechanism, a tool is inserted from the side through a gap formed between the bottom surface of the joists and the installation surface such as the terrace, so that the nut is rotated and finely adjusted. Since there is a need to perform an adjustment work, a relatively ample work space is required, and an unreasonable posture is forced during the adjustment work.
Therefore, there is a problem that it is very difficult to perform the height adjustment work especially when the place where the deck is installed is narrow, or depending on the installation interval of the joistwood or the mounting position of the support leg to the joistwood.

The present invention is for solving such problems, and the technical problem is that the deck height can be adjusted easily and reliably regardless of the installation environment of the deck. To provide a mechanism.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the deck height adjusting mechanism of the present invention includes a joist material that spans the deck material over the upper surface, and a support leg that supports the joist material so that the joist material can be adjusted to an appropriate height from the installation surface. In the deck height adjustment mechanism provided, the support leg is provided with a male shaft and a vertical support shaft, and the axial movement of the support shaft is restricted with respect to the support shaft. A base that is rotatably mounted around the shaft and is placed on the installation surface, and a female screw hole for threading a male screw of the support shaft is provided therethrough, and the support shaft is attached to the joist member. An engagement member for engaging a tool with the upper end surface of the support shaft to rotate the support shaft around the shaft. Of the female screw member attached to the joist on the upper and bottom surfaces of the joist. On the central axis of the screw hole, an upper surface opening for inserting the tool into the joist member and engaging with the engaging portion of the support shaft, and the support shaft from the upper end side into the joist member are inserted. Each of the female screw members has a plate portion through which the female screw hole penetrates in the center, and the bottom surface of the joist material is along the axial direction thereof. A pair of L-shaped engaging claws are arranged to face each other inward, and an engaging groove having a substantially U-shaped cross section facing each other is formed, and the female screw member is a groove of the engaging groove. Both ends of the plate portion having a width corresponding to the width are respectively inserted into the pair of engaging grooves, and the center axis of the female screw hole is located at the position where the center axis of the top and bottom openings of the joist is aligned. mounted to regulate the rotation, by inserting the tool from the upper opening of the joists material, supported By rotating the shaft relative to the base and the female screw member, it is characterized in that it has adjustable height joists material.

In a preferred embodiment of the height adjusting mechanism of the present invention, the joist is hollow and formed in a substantially rectangular shape in cross section. In this case, the lower surface opening may be formed by a hole drilled in the bottom wall of the joists, and the upper surface opening is formed by a hole drilled in the upper wall of the joists. Also good.

In the present invention, a nut for restricting the rotation of the support shaft and holding the deck at an adjusted height is screwed between the base of the support shaft and the female screw member. It is desirable.

According to the deck height adjusting mechanism having the above-described configuration, a tool is inserted from the upper surface opening provided on the upper surface of the joist member and engaged with the engaging portion of the support shaft, and the support shaft is mounted around the shaft. By rotating with respect to the female screw member, the female screw member can be moved up and down in the axial direction of the support shaft, and the height of the joist can be adjusted up and down. In this way, it is possible to perform fine height adjustment work by inserting the tool into the joist from above, so unlike the conventional case where the tool is inserted from the side, Regardless of the width, the interval of the joists, the mounting position of the support legs with respect to the joists, etc., even in a narrow work space, the height adjustment work can be performed easily and reliably without being forced into an unreasonable working posture.

As described above in detail, according to the deck height adjustment mechanism of the present invention, it is possible to perform fine height adjustment work by inserting a tool from above, so the installation environment of the deck, etc. Regardless, the height can be easily and reliably adjusted.

1 to 6 show an embodiment of a deck height adjusting mechanism according to the present invention. The height adjusting mechanism of this embodiment is formed in an elongated shape, and the deck material 1 is hung on the upper surface. A plurality of joists 2 for passing, and a plurality of metal support legs 3 for supporting each joist 2 so as to be adjusted to an appropriate height from a deck installation surface such as a terrace.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the joists 2 are arranged in parallel to each other, and two support legs 3 are attached to each joist 2. Then, by adjusting the height of the support leg 3 that supports the joist member 2, the joist member 2, and thus the height and level of the deck can be adjusted. The deck material 1 is formed in a long plate shape by foamed resin, and is placed on the upper surface of each joist material 2 so as to be orthogonal to each other and fixed by fixing means 1a such as screws. Yes.

The joist 2 is made of metal, preferably aluminum, having a length adapted to the size of the deck installation location, and is formed in a hollow rectangular cross section, that is, a cross section.
The joist 2 is provided with an upper surface opening 21 for inserting a tool 4 such as a screwdriver into the hollow interior 2a on the upper surface side, and a support shaft of a support leg 3 to be described later on the bottom surface side. A bottom opening 22 is provided for inserting 31 from its upper end side into the hollow interior 2a. The upper surface opening 21 and the bottom surface opening 22 are respectively opened so as to be arranged on the same vertical straight line at the approximate center in the width direction (short direction) of the joist 2. Holes having substantially the same diameter are formed in the upper wall 2b and the bottom wall 2c in the vicinity of both ends of the joist member 2, respectively, and these holes serve as the upper surface opening 21 and the bottom surface opening 22, respectively.
In other words, in this embodiment, the upper surface opening 21 is formed to have a diameter that allows the tool 4 to be freely inserted and removed and rotated, that is, slightly larger than the axis of the screwdriver tool 4, The bottom opening 22 is formed to have a diameter that allows the support shaft 31 of the support leg 3 to be loosely fitted and can be freely inserted and removed and rotated, that is, slightly larger than the support shaft 31.

On the bottom surface of the joist member 2, a pair of engaging claws 23, 23 for mounting the support leg 3 are integrally formed along the axial direction (longitudinal direction) of the joist member 2. Specifically, the pair of engaging claws 23, 23 are bent substantially L-shaped, that is, at the end portions of the standing wall projecting downward at the both ends in the width direction of the joist member 2, at a substantially right angle inward. The tip of each engagement nail | claw 23 and 23 is arrange | positioned so that it may mutually oppose. By doing so, a pair of grooves having a substantially U-shaped cross section in which the openings face each other are formed on the bottom surface of the joist member 2 by the bottom wall 2c of the joist member 2 and the pair of engaging claws 23, 23. The pair of grooves form engagement grooves 24 and 24 for attaching a female screw member 33 of the support leg 3 described later to the joist member 2.

The support leg 3 has a support shaft 31 which is provided with a male screw 31a and is erected substantially vertically. The support leg 3 is restricted from moving in the axial direction with respect to the support shaft 31 and rotates about the shaft. A freely mounted base 32 and a female screw hole 33a for screwing the male screw 31a of the support shaft 31 are penetrated, and the rotation around the support shaft 31 is restricted with respect to the joist member 2. The female screw member 33 is provided. Then, by placing the base 32 on a deck installation surface such as a terrace, the support leg 3 can be erected on the deck installation surface. Further, the male screw 31a located between the base 32 and the female screw member 33 in the support shaft 31 is for restricting the rotation of the support shaft 31 and holding the deck at an adjusted height. A nut 34 is screwed.

The support shaft 31 is formed in a rod shape having a substantially uniform diameter in the axial direction, and the male screw 31a is provided from the upper end portion to the vicinity of the lower end portion. An engaging portion 31b is provided for engaging the tool 4 such as a turning tool to rotate the support shaft 31 about the axis. In this embodiment, the engaging portion 31b is formed by a substantially cross-shaped groove in plan view so as to be compatible with any screwdriver tool 4 having a plus or minus tip.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the support shaft 31 is formed in such a length that the upper end surface thereof is always located in the hollow interior 2 a of the joist material regardless of the adjustment height of the joist material 2. ing. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 5, even when the height of the joist 2 is adjusted to the lowest position, the upper end surface of the joist 2 does not protrude from the upper surface of the joist 2, so that the deck material 1 is laid on the upper surface of the joist 2. Does not interfere with handing over.

The base 32 is attached to the lower end portion of the support shaft 31 and is formed in an inverted bowl shape with the central portion raised upward, and the support shaft 31 is idled at the top of the raised portion. A mounting hole 32a to be inserted in the fitted state is formed. That is, the mounting hole 32 a is formed to have a slightly larger diameter than the outer diameter of the support shaft 31.

The support shaft 31 is provided with a stopper member 31c and a retaining member 31d as means for rotatably holding the base 32 at a predetermined position on the support shaft 31. The stopper member 31 c is formed to have a larger diameter than the mounting hole 32 a of the base 32 and is fixed above the base 32 in the vicinity of the lower end portion of the support shaft 31. On the other hand, the retaining member 31d is also formed with a larger diameter than the mounting hole 32a, and is fixed in the space formed by the raised portion of the base 32 at the lower end portion of the support shaft 31. A gap slightly larger than the thickness of the base 32 is formed between the lower surface of the stopper member 31c and the upper surface of the retaining member 31d, and the shaft portion located in the gap is formed in the mounting hole 32a. It is inserted.

When the support member 3 is placed on the installation surface, the stopper member 31c brings the base 32 above the support shaft 31 by bringing the top of the raised portion of the base 32 into contact with the lower surface thereof. By restricting the movement, the bottom surface of the base 32 is always kept in contact with the installation surface, and the support shaft 31 is kept upright on the base 32. On the other hand, the retaining member 31 d restricts the base 32 from moving below the support shaft 31 and prevents the base 32 from being detached from the support shaft 31.
Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the retaining member 31 d has a shape and a size that can easily fit in the space on the bottom surface side of the base formed by the raised portion of the base 32. The length from the lower surface of the stopper member 31c to the lower surface of the retaining member 31d is set to be smaller than the height from the bottom surface of the base 32 to the top of the raised portion, and the support leg 3 itself is installed. It does not become an obstacle.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the female screw member 33 has a plate portion 33 b formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape, and is fixedly projected downward from a substantially center of the plate portion 33 b. The female screw hole 33a penetrates the protruding portion 33c and the plate portion 33b in the vertical direction at the approximate center of the female screw member 33. Here, the plate portion 33b and the protruding portion 33c may be fixed to each other, or may be integrally formed.

The plate portion 33b has a width and thickness adapted to the distance between the pair of engaging grooves 24, 24 and the groove width. Then, both end portions of the plate portion 33b are inserted into the pair of engaging grooves 24, 24 of the joist member 2, respectively, and the female screw member 33 is located at the center of the female screw hole 33a with respect to the joist member 2. It is attached to the position where the center of the upper surface opening 21 and the bottom surface opening 22 of the joist 2 is arranged on the axis. At this time, the rotation of the plate portion 33b around the support shaft 31 is restricted by the substantially L-shaped engagement claws 23, 23 forming the engagement grooves 24, 24. The rotation around the support shaft 31 is restricted.
In this embodiment, the support shaft 31 screwed into the female screw hole 33a of the female screw member 33 is inserted from the bottom opening 22 of the joist member 2 into the hollow interior 2a, thereby supporting the leg 3 itself. Is positioned with respect to the joist member 2, the female screw member 33 is not directly fixed to the joist member 2. By doing so, the manufacturing process of a deck can be omitted and manufacturing cost can be suppressed.

The nut 34 rotates together with the support shaft 31 when the support shaft 31 is rotated around the shaft. The nut 34 is in contact with the lower surface of the protruding portion 33 c of the female screw member 33. Is pivoted in the direction of lowering the support height of the joist 2, it is brought into pressure contact with the lower surface of the protruding portion 33 c, thereby having a function of restricting the rotation of the support shaft 31.
That is, during the height adjustment work of the joist 2, the nut 34 is separated downward from the female screw member 33, and after the height adjustment, the nut 34 is moved with respect to the support shaft 31 with a hand or a tool. By rotating it upward and bringing it into contact with the lower surface of the protrusion 33c, the rotation of the support shaft 31 is restricted, and the joist member 2 can be held at an adjusted height.

In attaching the support leg 3 to the joist member 2, first, both end portions of the plate portion 33 b of the female screw member 33 are inserted into the engaging grooves 24 and 24 from one end of the joist member 2, and the female screw member 33 is inserted. Are slid along the axial direction of the joist 2 and arranged at a position where the central axis of the female screw hole 33a coincides with the centers of the top surface opening 21 and the bottom surface opening 22. Then, the support shaft 31 is screwed into the female screw hole 33a from the upper end side, and is inserted into the hollow interior 2a of the joist member 2 through the bottom opening 22, thereby supporting the support leg 3 with respect to the joist member 2. Easy to install.

When adjusting the height of the deck by the adjusting mechanism having the above-described configuration, as shown in FIG. 2, the tool 4 is inserted from the upper surface opening 21 formed in the upper surface of the joist material 2, and the tip of the tool 4 is moved. The engagement portion 31 b formed on the upper end surface of the support shaft 31 is engaged. Then, the tool 4 is turned to rotate the support shaft 31 with respect to the base 32 and the female screw member 33 around the axis, and the female screw member 33 that supports the bottom surface of the joist member 2 is attached to the support shaft 31. On the other hand, the height of the joist member 2 at the position where the support leg 3 is disposed is adjusted up and down by displacing it up and down (see FIGS. 5 and 6). In this way, the height at which each joist 2 is supported by each support leg 3 so that the upper surface of the deck material 1 is horizontal at a desired height in accordance with the inclination or unevenness of the deck installation surface. Adjust each one. Finally, in each support leg 3, the nut 34 is brought into contact with the protruding portion 33 c of the female screw member 33, whereby each joist member 2 is held at the adjusted support height.
In this way, since the fine work of adjusting the height of the joist material 2 can be performed by inserting the tool 4 from the upper surface of the joist material 2, the installation environment such as the width of the installation location of the deck, Regardless of the distance between the joist members 2 or the mounting position of the support legs 3 with respect to the joist members 2, the height adjustment of the deck should be performed easily and reliably without being forced into an unreasonable posture even in a narrow work space. Can do.

In the above embodiment, a hollow material is used as the joist material 2, but the present invention is not particularly limited thereto, and for example, a solid material may be used. Further, the cross-sectional shape is not particularly limited to a substantially rectangular shape as in the above embodiment.
Moreover, in the said Example, although the upper surface opening 21 and the bottom face opening 22 are made into the hole of substantially the same diameter, a mutually different diameter may be sufficient and it does not necessarily need to be a hole. For example, one of the openings 21 and 22 may be formed in a slit shape opened along the axial direction of the joist 2.
Moreover, in the said Example, although the internal thread member 33 is not fixed directly with respect to the joist material 2, regardless of the presence or absence of the said engaging grooves 24 and 24, the said internal thread member 33 is in the plate part 33b. Of course, it may be fixed to the bottom wall 2c of the joist 2 directly by fixing means such as screws or fixing means such as welding.
