2. Description of the Related Art In order to enable opening and closing of a door, pivots are respectively projected at upper and lower ends of a hanging side of a frame constituting the door, and the above-mentioned pivots are provided above and below a frame provided on an inner periphery of an opening of a wall. A structure provided with a pivot bearing (bearing pot) for rotatably supporting the pivot is generally used. When the door is closed, the upper frame of the door contacts the upper frame of the wall or the lower frame of the door contacts the lower frame of the floor due to the mounting error of the pivot and the bearing pot. In order to prevent the rotation, the mounting position of the pivot bearing on the lower frame is shifted left and right to adjust the inclination angle of the rotation axis connecting the upper and lower pivots with respect to the vertical line.

However, in the above bearing device, the center axis of the bearing pot is displaced right and left, that is, in parallel with the length direction of the lower frame, so that the height of the tip of the door when the door is closed is increased. Although it could be adjusted, it was not possible to adjust the height of the tip of the door with the door open at right angles to the wall. Therefore, in a so-called barrier-free structure in which there is no step on the floor at the position of the lower frame, it is extremely difficult to perform a correction work to prevent the lower end of the door from contacting the floor when the door is opened.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a bearing pot fixed to a lower frame is vertically displaced instead of being displaced left and right, so that the door can be opened and closed both in a closed state and in an open state. The height of the tip can be adjusted, so that the lower surface of the tip of the door can contact the floor without using a tool even in a barrier-free structure.

A door pivot bearing device according to the present invention is a door pivot bearing device attached to a lower frame for rotatably supporting a pivot projecting from a lower end on a hanging side of the door. A bearing base fixed to the lower frame and provided with a square hole having a regular polygonal cross section on the upper surface, and a prism having a regular polygonal cross section insertable into the square hole of the bearing base, and the pivot is formed on the upper surface. And a bearing pot having a supporting circular hole, on the bottom surface of the bearing hole and the bottom bottom surface of the bearing hole, by changing the phase of the bearing hole inserted into the square hole of the bearing stand, It is characterized in that a step portion for raising and lowering the bearing pot or unevenness is formed.

The above-mentioned door pivot bearing device comprises a bearing base and a bearing pot, and the bearing base is fixed to a lower frame.
A bearing pot is inserted into the square hole of the bearing stand, and a pivot projecting from the door is rotatably supported by the bearing pot.
Then, when the bearing pot is inserted into the square hole of the bearing stand, the bearing pot moves up and down by the phase thereof, so that the height of the hanging side of the door is adjusted by the phase at the time of the insertion.
That is, the support height of the door is changed only by changing the phase of the bearing pot to the bearing stand and replacing it. Since the hanging side height of the door itself is adjusted, the tip height of the door is simultaneously changed both when the door is closed and when the door is opened. Therefore, even when there is no step on the floor at the position of the lower frame, the tip of the door can be prevented from contacting the floor surface when the door is opened.

The cross section of the square hole and the bearing pot of the bearing stand is formed in a square as described in claim 2, and the step of the bottom face of the square hole of the bearing stand and the step of the bottom lower face of the bearing pot are each four steps. In this case, by changing the phase of the bearing with respect to the bearing base by 90 degrees and replacing it, the height of the bearing becomes 4
Changed to a column. The bottom surface of the bearing hole and the bottom surface of the bearing pot may each be divided into two levels, and the height may be adjusted to two levels. Further, the bottom surface of the square hole of the bearing base and the bottom surface of the bottom of the bearing pot are each formed in an equilateral triangle, and the step portion is formed in three steps and has a height of 3 steps.
It may be adjusted in steps. In addition, the bottom surface of the bearing hole and the bottom surface of the bearing pot are formed in a regular pentagon, a regular hexagon, etc., respectively, and the steps are formed in a stepped shape such as five steps, six steps, etc., and the height is five steps. It may be adjustable to six steps or the like. However, the above four stages are practically most preferable in terms of manufacturing and easiness of operation.

The square hole of the bearing base is formed in a regular polygon, and the bearing pot is formed in the shape of a prism having a regular polygonal cross section which can be inserted into the square hole. When inserted, the bearing pot does not rotate with respect to the bearing stand. That is, the bearing stand and the bearing pot itself have a function of preventing the bearing from rotating. Therefore, it is not necessary to particularly provide a detent on the steps or irregularities formed on the square hole bottom surface of the bearing stand and the bottom lower surface of the bearing pot,
Further, the shape of the step portion or the unevenness can be simplified.
For example, when a stepped step is formed on one of the bottom surface of the square hole of the bearing base and the bottom surface of the bottom of the bearing pot, it is not necessary to form a similar stepped step on the other side. It is also possible to provide only one convex portion that is in contact with the lowest tread surface in the step portion having a stepped shape.

According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, when the bearing pot is inserted into the square hole of the bearing stand, the height of the bearing pot depends on the phase and the bottom of the square hole of the bearing stand and the bearing. The number of steps is changed to two or more depending on the number of steps or irregularities formed on the lower surface of the bottom of the pot. That is, the support height of the door is changed in multiple stages simply by changing the phase of the bearing pot and replacing it with the bearing stand. Since the hanging side height of the door itself is adjusted, the tip height of the door is simultaneously changed both when the door is closed and when the door is opened. Therefore, even when there is no step on the floor at the position of the lower frame of the door, the height of the tip of the door can be adjusted so that the tip of the door does not contact the floor surface when the door is opened. Then, it is only necessary to change the phase of the bearing pot with the door removed and replace it, and in that case, almost no tools are required.
When the bearing pot is worn, only the bearing pot can be replaced. Also, the height of the bearing pot is set at the phase when the bearing pot is inserted into the bearing stand,
After the bearing pot is inserted into the bearing stand, the bearing pot does not rotate, so that the height of the bearing pot does not change during use.

In particular, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the height of the bearing is changed to four steps by changing the phase of the bearing with respect to the bearing base by 90 degrees and replacing the bearing with 90 degrees. Easy to use and practical.
