【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a coupler structure for connecting a PC steel material used in a prestressed concrete method, an end structure of a PC steel material used in this coupler structure, and a sheath cap.
[0002]
[Prior art]
PC steel is connected by a coupler structure in bridges using the outer cable method. FIG. 17 is a partial cross-sectional view of a conventional coupler structure. This is a structure in which the

[0006]
The
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, with the coupler structure described above, there are cases where field work is complicated and connection reliability is insufficient.
[0008]
The work of attaching male and female cones to the edge of PC steel is done at the site where PC steel is connected. Usually, the male cone is a conical metal piece that can be divided into a plurality of pieces, and if the metal pieces are displaced when attached to the female cone, the reliability of fixing may be impaired. Further, it is conceivable that after the coupler is screwed into the female cone on the primary construction side, the male cone on the secondary construction side may come off from the female cone, and there is no dedicated accessory for confirming whether the connection has been made reliably.
[0009]
Furthermore, the sheath cap has an integral structure, and it is inferior in workability because it has to be brought to the primary construction side after being previously fitted in the outer periphery of the PC steel material on the secondary construction side.
[0010]
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide a coupler structure for connecting a PC steel material that is excellent in workability and connection reliability. Another object of the present invention is to provide an end structure of a PC steel material and a sheath cap used in this coupler structure for connecting a PC steel material.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention achieves the above object by combining a male cone and a female cone in advance with a PC steel material end and making the sheath cap split.
[0012]
That is, the coupler structure for connecting a PC steel material according to the present invention includes a pair of fixing parts configured by fitting a male cone holding a PC steel material into a female cone, a coupler for connecting both fixing parts, a sheath covering the outer periphery of the coupler, and a sheath It is a coupler structure for connecting PC steel, which includes a sheath cap attached to the end face. Here, a holding plate for preventing the male cone from coming off from the female cone is disposed on the end face of the male cone. The sheath cap is an annular body and can be divided into a plurality of arc pieces. Furthermore, a spacer may be interposed between the fixing portions.
[0013]
The present invention is also characterized by the structural members used in the coupler structure.
[0014]
That is, the end structure of the present invention PC steel is arranged on the end surface of the PC steel, the female cone through which the end of the PC steel is inserted, the male cone that holds the end of the PC steel and is fitted into the female cone, and the male cone. And a presser plate that prevents the male cone from coming off from the female cone.
[0015]
In addition, the sheath cap of the present invention is an annular body attached to the end surface of the PC steel material connection sheath, and can be divided into a plurality of arc pieces.
[0016]
In this sheath cap, it is preferable that the joining surface of the adjacent arc pieces has a convex portion and a concave portion that engage with each other. Due to the engagement between the convex portion and the concave portion, the arc pieces of the sheath cap can be combined reliably and easily without causing a shift. The convex portion and the concave portion may be corrugated surfaces other than rod-like protrusions and fitting holes.
[0017]
By attaching the male cone and female cone to the end of the PC steel in advance at the factory, and preventing the male cone from coming off with the presser plate, the fixing work at the connection site can be omitted.
[0018]
The presser plate prevents the male cone from coming out of the female cone before and after connecting the PC steel material, and can realize a reliable fixing structure.
[0019]
In the coupler, when a spacer is interposed between the fixing portions on the primary construction side and the secondary construction side, it contributes to prevention of the male cone from coming off. In addition, the spacer reduces the space in the coupler, thereby reducing the air (oxygen) remaining in the space and improving the corrosion resistance.
[0020]
In the conventional sheath cap, it was necessary to pass the steel material in advance, but by connecting the PC steel material of the primary construction side and the secondary construction side by connecting the sheath cap in a split structure, it can be easily attached from the outer periphery side of the PC steel material be able to.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the coupler structure of the present invention, the work of gripping the PC steel material with the male cone and fitting it into the female cone is performed in the factory, so that the field work can be omitted and a reliable coupler structure can be realized.
[0044]
Moreover, the structure which a male cone does not remove | deviate by attaching a press plate and a rubber spacer is realizable.
[0045]
Furthermore, by making the sheath cap into a split type, it is possible to easily attach from the outer peripheral side of the PC steel after connecting the PC steel on the primary construction side and the secondary construction side.
