次に、本発明のパチンコ機の玉抜き装置に係る実施形態について、図1〜3を参照しながら説明する。
図1は、図4に例示したような、パチンコ機の裏面に配置される玉計数装置の上部に位置する玉誘導路ユニットの一部に相当する部分であって、傾斜した玉の誘導路に対して左右の壁を切り開いた断面斜視図である。
先ず、本発明では、このような玉計数装置の上部に配置された玉誘導路ユニット2において、両側壁21a、21bの間に設けられた傾斜床部22の上側を玉が流れる玉誘導路23とし、その傾斜床部22の下側を玉排出路25の空間として、玉をパチンコ機の裏側に取り出せるものとしている。

そして、本発明の重要な特徴とするところは、次の(1)、(2)、(3)の構造を採用した点にある。

この状態から、図3(B)のように、開閉板部3を前方(図3では右方向に)に引出しながら、図3(C)にように、開閉操作ピン41を前記円弧状ガイド溝53に沿って引き下げて移動させ、前記開閉板部3を開くことにより、開口部24を通じて上流側の玉を前記玉排出路25に誘導して取り出すことができる。
なお、上流側の玉をすべて取り出した後、前記開閉操作ピン41を引き上げて開口部24を閉じ、長孔51の後端方向(図3では、長孔の左端方向)に押し込めば、開閉板部3は傾斜床部の一部に復帰して、通常の玉誘導路が再形成されるのである。
