Description
ンブロックの管はヘッダと密にろう接されて、流路を形成する。凝縮器の実施形態に応じてヘッ
ダ内に分離壁が配置されており、これらの分離壁は管/フィンブロック内にサーペンタイン状流
れ推移を引き起こす。その際、管/フィンブロック内の通路ごとに複数の管を並列に接続してお
くことができる。望ましいことに通路当りの管の数は可変である。一方のヘッダの横に容器付き
受液器が配置されており、凝縮した冷媒がそこを流れる。図2は第1実施形態の保護キャップ2
0の1実施例を示す。周方向密封フランジ21が平らな密封面22を有し、この密封面が正面3(図1)とで密封対偶を形成する。保護キャップ20はその上面に、中央に配置される握り部23を有し、下面にはねじ付支軸24を有する。

Claims (24)
- 閉鎖栓(4)によって閉鎖される凝縮器の集合容器(1)を正面側で密封するための保護キャップであって、集合容器(1)が閉鎖栓(4)から実質的に張り出す管壁(2)を有し、保護キャップ(9、20、30)がプラスチック材料から製造され、かつ、保護キャップ(9、20、30)が、閉鎖栓(4)を越えて上方に張り出す管壁(2)の末端領域で、集合容器(1)を密封するように配置されることを特徴とする保護キャップ。
- 保護キャップが実質平らな環状面を有し、この環状面が管壁の正面側の環状面に載置されて集合容器を密封することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の保護キャップ。
- 保護キャップが管状面を有し、この管状面が管壁の周方向内側側面に載置されて集合容器を密封することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の保護キャップ。
- 保護キャップが保持手段を有し、この保持手段が閉鎖栓または管壁の保持手段と協動して閉鎖栓または管壁の保持手段と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 保護キャップが支軸を有し、この支軸が閉鎖栓または管壁の受容部内に係合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 保護キャップが受容部を有し、この受容部内に閉鎖栓または管壁の支軸が係合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 支軸が雄ねじ等のねじを有し、このねじが受容部の雌ねじ内に係合することを特徴とする、請求項5または6記載の保護キャップ。
- プラスチックが、繊維混和材によって強化され得るポリアミド(PA)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 管壁(2)の正面(3)に載置される平らな密封面(22)を備えた周方向密封フランジ(10、21)によって特徴づけられている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 管壁(2)の内側側面に載置される円筒形密封面(22)を備えた周方向密封フランジ(10、21)によって特徴づけられている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 密封面と保護キャップが2部分で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 密封面が環状要素として保護キャップと結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の保護キャップ。
- 密封面が環状要素として保護キャップと一体に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の保護キャップ。
- 密封面がエラストマー等の弾性材料から作製されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 密封面が支軸を介して管壁(2)の正面(3)または管壁の内側側面に対して緊締されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- ねじ付支軸(24)と密封面(22)との間に円環円錐状中空面(25)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 中央に配置される異形化握り部(23、33)によって特徴づけられている、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 握り部(23、33)が、中空に構成され、かつ、外方に開口したほぼ星形横断面の袋穴(26、33b)を有することを特徴とする、請求項17記載の保護キャップ。
- 密封フランジ(35)が周方向直立縁(31)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 縁(31)が、波形に推移する上稜(32)を有することを特徴とする、特に請求項19記載の保護キャップ。
- ゴム製密封板(36)が、保護キャップ(30)に結合されていて密封フランジ(35)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 密封板(36)が、突起(37)を利用してフランジ(35)の穴(38)内に留められまたは射出成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項21記載の保護キャップ。
- 密封フランジ上に周方向シールリップが射出成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜22のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップ。
- 請求項1〜23のいずれか1項記載の保護キャップを備えた集合容器を有する凝縮器。
