Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a transport carriage configured to be foldable so that left and right side panels overlap each other on the front side of a back panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of foldable transport cart includes a base frame with wheels, a back panel erected from the base frame, and a support member fixedly projecting forward from the left and right sides of the back panel. The left and right panels are foldably supported on the front side of the panel, and generally, a foldable loading platform is provided on the base frame so as to be stacked on the front side of the back panel. The left and right side panels are folded so that the folded cargo bed is sandwiched between the back panel and the base frame with wheels is configured to have a shape that allows nesting in the front-rear direction of the carriage. However, when the left and right side panels are folded to overlap the front side of the back panel for this nesting, etc. Because be prevented in a state that can not be, the external force in the longitudinal direction thereof overlaps the panel group when applied, so that the back panel is deformed so as to be tilted easily against the wheeled base frame.
[0003]
In order to solve the above problems, as described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, conventionally, in order to increase the bending strength of the back panel in the front-rear direction with respect to the base frame with wheels, The short sleeve panel part which protrudes ahead from both right and left sides was connected continuously, and the planar shape of the whole back panel was comprised in the U-shape.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional configuration as described above, the thickness in the front-rear direction of the entire back panel including the sleeve panel portion is greatly increased, so that the entire overlapping panel group in a state where the left and right side panels are folded for nesting or the like. Not only does the thickness in the front-rear direction increase greatly, the number of nestings per unit area decreases, but there is also the disadvantage that the cost is increased by adding a sleeve panel.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An object of the present invention is to provide a transport carriage capable of solving the above-described conventional problems, and the means is attached with reference numerals of embodiments to be described later. A support member 8b is fixedly projected from the left and right sides of the back panel 6 erected from the base frame 1 in a forward direction, and the rear column portions 14a of the left and right panels 7A and 7B are respectively attached to the support member 8b. left and right side panel 7A, is capable supported folded and 7B on the front side of the back panel 6, side panel 7A in position folded even without low, side panel lower locking means for preventing up and down movement of the lower end of 7B 27 and a side panel intermediate portion locking means 22 for preventing the rear column portion 14a of the side panels 7A and 7B from moving up and down with respect to the support member 8b . Side panel bottom edge locking Stage 27 is configured so as to sandwich the side panel 7A, the rear end portion with said rear pillar portion 14a of the inward horizontal plate portion 15a of the angle member 15 forming the lower side of 7B between the base frame 1 ing.
[0008]
When the present invention having the above-described configuration is carried out, the side panel lower end locking means 27 is provided on the reinforcing member 19 fixed over the back panel 6 and the base frame 1, and the inward horizontal plate of the angle member 15. In this case, the left and right side panels 7A and 7B are opposite to the folding direction in the reinforcing member 19. It is possible to provide a side panel opening stopper 25 that prevents the outer panel from moving beyond a certain angle.
[0009]
The side panel lower end locking means 27 includes a locking piece 31 protruding on the base frame 1 so as to overlap the rear end portion of the inward horizontal plate portion 15a of the angle member 15. Alternatively, it may be a concentric connection with the open / close swing center of the left and right side panels 7A and 7B sandwiching the rear end portion of the inward horizontal plate portion 15a of the angle member 15 and the base frame 1 on the lower side. What comprised from the axis | shaft 33 may be used. In the case of forming the side panel lower end locking means 27 from the former locking piece 31, the locking piece 31 can be configured by fixing another member on the base frame 1. It is desirable to cut and raise the plate material.
[0010]
Further, the side panel intermediate section locking means 22, the bearing member 8b side panel 7A so as to sandwich from above under a pair of upper and lower fixed to the rear pillar portion 14a of 7B mounting member (horizontal crosspieces 16a And the protruding member 21). In this case, one of the pair of upper and lower mounting members can be shared by the horizontal bar member 16a installed inside the peripheral frame of the side frame panels 7A and 7B.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. [0012]
In the state of use, the transport carriage configured as described above connects the loading platform 9 and the left and right side panels 7A and 7B by fixing means 10a and 10b provided in the vicinity of the front ends of the left and right sides of the loading platform 9, and The panels 7A and 7B can be held in parallel to each other, and the loading platform 9 can be prevented from lifting. When not in use, the loading platform 9 is first stacked on the front side of the back panel 6 as shown in FIG. 2A. 2B, the left and right side panels 7A and 7B are folded in the same manner by sequentially folding the left and right side panels 7A and 7B so as to overlap with the front side of the back panel 6 (the front side of the loading platform 9 in the upright position). The nesting can be performed by inserting the base frame 1 into the inside of the base frame 1 of the transport carriage from behind.
[0013]
The back panel 6 includes a peripheral frame composed of a gate-shaped frame 11 and an angle member 12 (see FIG. 3 and the like) installed between the lower ends of both support columns 11a, and a horizontal frame installed inside the frame at appropriate intervals. The left and right side panels 7A and 7B are composed of a crosspiece 13a and a vertical crosspiece 13b, and the left and right side panels 7A and 7B are an angle member 15 (see FIG. 3 and the like) laid between the gate-shaped frame 14 and the lower ends of both column portions 14a. And a horizontal crosspiece 16a and a vertical crosspiece 16b installed at appropriate intervals inside thereof.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the back panel 6 and the base frame 1 are composed of a horizontal plate portion 12 a of a lower end angle member 12 of the back panel 6 and a pair of left and right wheel mounting seats 4 c and 4 d on the rear end side of the base frame 1. And a reinforcing member 19 fixed by welding across the pair of left and right corners of the lower end of the back panel 6 and the pair of left and right wheel mounting seats 4c, 4d of the base frame 1. They are fixed and integrated with each other. Further, the upper and lower two-stage support members 8a and 8b for supporting the left and right side panels 7A and 7B are fixed to both column portions 11a of the gate-shaped frame 11 in the back panel 6 and protrude forward. In addition, a rear shaft column 14a in the portal frame 14 of the side panels 7A and 7B is provided with a cylindrical shaft portion 20 through which it can rotate, and the support members 8a and 8b are shown in FIGS. 1A and 5. As described above, the cylindrical shaft portion 20 is positioned on the horizontal crosspiece 16a in the peripheral frame of the side panels 7A and 7B, and the rear column portion 14a of the portal frame 14 in the side panels 7A and 7B. The protrusion member 21 protrudes at a position adjacent to the cylindrical shaft portion 20 of the lower support member 8b.
[0015]
The side panel intermediate section member that prevents the side panel from moving up and down with respect to the support member 8b fixed to the back panel 6 side by the horizontal bar 16a and the protruding member 21 on the left and right side panels 7A and 7B. Stop means 22 is configured. The protruding member 21 may be provided at a position adjacent to the cylindrical shaft portion 20 of the upper support member 8a or may be provided at both.
[0016]
The reinforcing member 19 includes both a base plate 23 fixed to the wheel mounting seats 4c and 4d on the base frame 1 side by welding, and fixed to the base plate 23 by welding and connected to the portal frame 11 on the back panel 6. It is composed of a fitting plate portion 24 that is fitted to the column portion 11a and is fixed by welding, and is fixedly connected by welding so as to protrude forward from the substrate 23 to constitute the side panel opening preventing portion 25. A plate material which constitutes the locking portion 28 of the side panel lower end locking means 27 which is fixedly connected by welding to the corner between the U-shaped plate portion 26 and the substrate 23 below the U-shaped plate portion 26. 29.
[0017]
The wheel mounting seats 4c and 4d on the side of the base frame 1 are connected to the center of folding of the left and right side panels 7A and 7B, that is, the vertical center line of the rear column portion (round pipe member) 14a of the gate-shaped frame 14. A support shaft 30 is provided concentrically and a shaft hole into which the support shaft 30 is fitted is provided in the horizontal plate portion 15a of the lower end angle member 15 of the left and right side panels 7A and 7B.
[0018]
According to the transporting carriage having the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 2A, the left and right side panels 7A and 7B are accidentally moved to the outside in a state in which the loading platform 9 is folded over the front side of the back panel 6 for nesting or the like. When opened, as shown by phantom lines in FIG. 3, the outer surface of the lower end angle member 15 of the side panels 7A and 7B is the side panel opening preventing portion of the reinforcing member 19 on the back panel 6 side (base frame 1 side). 25 (the front end of the U-shaped plate portion 26) is prevented from being moved outward beyond approximately 90 degrees. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the transport carriage falls to the rear because the side panels 7A and 7B are moved outward by more than 90 degrees.
[0019]
Also, as shown in FIGS. 2B and 2C, for nesting and the like, the loading platform 9 is folded so as to overlap the front side of the back panel 6, and the left and right side panels 7 A and 7 B are placed between the loading platform 9 and the back panel 6. When folded so as to be sandwiched, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the lower ends of the left and right side panels 7A, 7B, that is, the rear end of the horizontal plate portion 15a of the angle member 15 is on the back panel 6 side (base The reinforcing member 19 on the frame 1 side) enters the lower side of the engaging portion 28 (the lower end of the plate member 29) of the side panel lower end engaging means 27. Accordingly, the rear end portions of the left and right side panels 7A and 7B (the rear column portions 14a of the gate-shaped frame 14) move upward with respect to the base frame 1 so that the locking portions 28 of the side panel lower end locking means 27 are moved. Is blocked.
[0020]
Therefore, when an external force in the front-rear direction is applied to the back panel 6 in a state where the carriage is folded as described above for nesting or the like, for example, when an external force FF facing forward is applied as shown in FIG. The support member 8b fixed to the back panel 6 is prevented from moving downward relative to the rear column 14a of the side panels 7A and 7B by the horizontal crosspiece 16a of the side panels 7A and 7B. Since the rear support column 14a of 7A, 7B is prevented from moving downward by the wheel mounting seats 4c, 4d on the base frame 1 side via the angle member 15, the rear support column of the side panels 7A, 7B 14a is subjected to compressive stress between the lower end thereof and the support member 8b on the back panel 6 side, and unless the rear strut portion 14a of the side panel 7A, 7B is buckled by this compressive stress, External force Back panel 6 is never subjected to bending deformation forward by F.
[0021]
Conversely, when a rearward external force FR acts on the back panel 6, the support member 8b fixed to the back panel 6 moves upward with respect to the rear column 14a of the side panels 7A and 7B. It is blocked by the protruding member 21 fixed to the rear column 14a, and the rear columns 14a of the side panels 7A and 7B are moved upwards through the horizontal plate 15a of the angle member 15 on the base frame 1 side. Since it is blocked by the locking portion 28 (the lower end of the plate member 29) of the side panel lower end locking means 27 in the reinforcing member 19 on the (back panel 6 side), the rear column portion 14a of the side panels 7A, 7B Tensile stress is applied between the lower end and the support member 8b on the back panel 6 side, and the rear struts 14a of the side panels 7A and 7B are broken by the tensile stress or the plate material 29 and the angle member 15 The horizontal plate 15a is deformed Unless it, back panel 6 is never subjected to bending deformation in the rear by an external force FR of the rearward facing.
[0022]
A modification of the side panel lower end locking means 27 will be described. The side panel lower end locking means 27 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 is provided on the rear end side wheel mounting seats 4c and 4d of the base frame 1 so as to protrude. The locking piece 31 is configured. The locking piece 31 can be configured by fixing another member by welding or the like, but in this embodiment, the locking piece 31 is configured by being integrally cut and raised from the top plate 32 of the wheel mounting seats 4c and 4d. Thus, when the locking pieces 31 are folded so that the side panels 7A and 7B overlap the front side of the back panel 6 as shown, the horizontal plate portion 15a of the lower end angle member 15 of the side panels 7A and 7B. Is configured to enter a gap between the locking piece 31 and the top plate 32 of the wheel mounting seats 4c, 4d. Even in this configuration, the locking pieces 31 can prevent the side panels 7 </ b> A and 7 </ b> B folded so as to overlap the front side of the back panel 6 from moving so as to be lifted with respect to the base frame 1.
[0023]
The side panel lower end locking means 27 shown in FIG. 9 includes a connecting shaft 33 that connects the rear end side wheel mounting seats 4c, 4d of the base frame 1 and the left and right side panels 7A, 7B. The connecting shaft 33 is an alternative to the support shaft 30 shown in the previous embodiment, and is the center of opening and closing of the side panels 7A and 7B, that is, the rear column portion (round pipe member) 14a of the portal frame 14. Concentric with the vertical centerline. Thus, the connecting shaft 33 shown in FIG. 9A includes a nut 34 concentrically fixed to the horizontal plate portion 15a of the angle member 15 by welding or the like concentrically with the rear column portions 14a of the side panels 7A and 7B. 9B, the top plate 32 of the wheel mounting seats 4c and 4d and the horizontal plate portion 15a of the angle member 15 are made up of bolts 35 that are screwed upward, and the connecting shaft 33 shown in FIG. The head is fixed to the horizontal plate portion 15a of the angle member 15 by welding or the like concentrically with the rear column portions 14a of 7A and 7B, and the top of the horizontal plate portion 15a of the angle member 15 and the wheel mounting seats 4c and 4d. The bolt 36 penetrates the plate 32 downward, and the nut 37 is screwed into the bolt 36 below the top plate 32 of the wheel mounting seats 4c, 4d.
[0024]
In any of the connecting shafts 33, the top plate 32 of the wheel mounting seats 4c and 4d and the horizontal plate portion 15a of the angle member 15 are not fixed by tightening the bolt 35 or the nut 37, that is, the side panel 7A. , 7B may be provided with large-diameter shaft portions 35a, 36a for limiting the screwing depth with the nuts 34, 37, or the large-diameter shaft portion 35a so as not to hinder the opening / closing swinging motion of 7B. , 36a is loosely fitted. Further, when the wheel mounting seats 4 c and 4 d are provided with the lower plate 38 facing the top plate 32, the lower plate 38 is provided with an operation opening 39 for the bolt 35 or the nut 37. Furthermore, it is preferable to prevent the bolt 35 or the nut 37 from being loosened. However, when this loosening is applied later, the embodiment of FIG. 9B is more desirable.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention can be implemented and used as described above, and according to the transport carriage of the present invention, the back panel includes the side panel lower end locking means and the side panel intermediate section locking means. The left and right side pillars and the rear pillars on the left and right side panels can correspond to a rigid quadrilateral structure in side view. Therefore, it is only necessary to attach a support member for directly supporting the side panel to the left and right sides of the back panel, and the side panel itself is configured to have a U-shape in a conventional manner in a side view. Even if the thickness in the front-rear direction is not increased, the bending strength in the front-rear direction of the back panel when the side panel is folded so as to overlap the front side of the back panel can be sufficiently increased. As a result, not only can it be used as a durable transport cart with sufficient strength even in the folded state of the side panel, but the thickness of the overlapping panels in the folded state of the side panel can be reduced, for example, When implemented as a transport cart that can be nested in the front-rear direction as in the embodiment, the number of nestings per unit area is not reduced.
[0026]
Furthermore , according to the configuration of the present invention , since the inward horizontal plate portion of the angle member constituting the lower side of the side panel can be used as the lower end portion of the side panel with which the side panel lower end locking means engages, a special member Can be implemented at low cost.
[0027]
Moreover, according to the structure of Claim 2 , the bending strength of the front-back direction of a back panel can be increased with the reinforcement member fixed ranging over the back panel and the base frame, and this reinforcement member is utilized. Thus, the side panel lower end locking means can be configured, so that the strength increase and the cost reduction effect can be obtained at the same time when the side panel is folded. In this case, according to the configuration of the third aspect , the reinforcing members can prevent the left and right side panels from opening outward by a predetermined angle to the outside opposite to the folding direction. By opening the side panel, it is possible to prevent the transport carriage from falling backward.
[0028]
Further, according to the configuration of the fourth aspect , since the side panel lower end locking means is composed of the locking pieces protruding from the base frame, the configuration of the side panel lower end locking means is very simple. And can be implemented at low cost. Furthermore, according to the structure of Claim 5 , it can also be comprised so that the side panel lower end latching means cannot be seen from the outside, and the cart for conveyance excellent in design can be provided.
[0029]
With regard to the side panel intermediate portion locking means, according to the configuration of claim 6 , the side panel can be obtained by simply providing a pair of upper and lower mounting members on the side panel side that sandwich the support member fixedly projected from the back panel side. The intermediate portion locking means can be configured and can be implemented at a lower cost compared to the case where a special member is added. In this case, according to the configuration of claim 7, further since it utilize the erection is horizontal crosspieces inside the peripheral frame of the side frame panel, it can be performed in one layer depreciation value.
