Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an interior structure of a railway vehicle, particularly to an indoor ceiling structure and a shape member used therefor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
On the ceiling of a conventional general railway vehicle, an air passage with a louver for a fan is provided at the center in the width direction of the vehicle, and an air passage with a louver for an air conditioner is provided on the left and right of the air passage through an air conditioning duct. It has been.
And in the part other than the ventilation path with the said louver, the nonflammable decorative board etc. which coated the flat plate made from aluminum with the melamine resin were provided.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional ceiling structure used a flat plate member, so that the rigidity was poor. Therefore, when it is used in the longitudinal direction (rail direction) of the vehicle, it is necessary to appropriately add reinforcement in the width direction (sleeper direction). Moreover, since it is not rigid even if it becomes an inspection cover, such as a side destination indicator, it was necessary to add reinforcement suitably. For this reason, the number of man-hours and the number of parts are increased.
Moreover, since the ceiling material is flat and has no rigidity, the pitch of the mounting screws cannot be widened, and it is inevitable that the number of man-hours also increases in this respect.
[0004]
Also, in the manufacture of railway vehicles, it is necessary to absorb the variation in dimensions specific to the vehicle structure by the joint wall width of the front and rear end walls of the vehicle and the joints between the ceiling materials. As described above, in the flat plate shape, there is also a disadvantage that the gap in the joint portion is easily noticeable. Therefore, it has been difficult to absorb the variation in dimensions unique to the vehicle structure.
[0005]
Furthermore, in the conventional structure, simply screwing a flat ceiling material to the vehicle structure side makes the screw heads conspicuous, which makes the design unfavorable.
[0006]
Therefore, in the conventional method, after the decorative plate is cut at the site according to the size of the structure, an aluminum frame called a pressing surface is attached around it and installed on the structure. Many work efficiency was poor. In addition, the fact that the work on site is required has the disadvantage of requiring adjustment of the context with other work.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its main purpose is to reduce the number of parts and the number of work steps, and to efficiently construct the ceiling of a railway vehicle with a simple structure. It is another object of the present invention to provide a ceiling structure that easily absorbs variations in dimensions unique to a vehicle structure and is excellent in functional and decorative design effects.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The ceiling structure for a railway vehicle according to the present invention is a ceiling structure for interior interiors of a railway vehicle, and is a cross-section in which a large number of fins protrude and project downward from a curved plate-shaped base portion. A shape member having a shape is used, and this shape member is arranged to extend in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and is attached to the vehicle structure side in a state of being arranged along the lower part of an air conditioning duct or a ceiling lamp. It is characterized by being configured.
[0009]
Preferably, in addition to the above-described configuration, the shape member is arranged in a single or a plurality in the width direction of the vehicle, and the shape of the portion of the ceiling lamp is formed of a light-transmitting material. In the shape member near the air conditioning duct, a part of the base portion is cut off to form a ventilation path for a fan or an air conditioner.
[0010]
Further, in addition to the above-described configuration, the shape member extends along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle in a state in which a hanging bar support or an advertisement suspension is sandwiched, or in a state in which a gap of the joint is connected via a backing metal or the like. A railcar ceiling structure characterized in that a plurality of rails are arranged.
And preferably, in addition to the above configuration, the shape of the portion in which the fan or the like in the center in the width direction of the vehicle is housed, and the shape of the portion of the ceiling lamp are attached so as to be openable and closable. It can also be a railcar ceiling structure.
[0011]
Further, in addition to any of the above-described configurations, the ceiling constituted by the shape member is formed to extend to an upper portion of the sash such as a window glass on the left and right sides of the vehicle. The section between the curtain plate and the air conditioning duct in the center of the vehicle is flat, while the section from the air conditioning duct to the top of the curtain has a curved shape with the ceiling lamp part located slightly below. The shape of the plate portion may be a railcar ceiling structure characterized in that the projecting dimension of the fin from the base portion is shortened toward the end portion on the sash side.
[0012]
In addition to the above-mentioned configuration, after the shape member arranged in the center in the width direction of the vehicle is attached to the bottom surface of the unit including an air conditioning duct or the like, the unit is bolted to the curtain rail below the roof structure. It is good to have a railcar ceiling structure characterized by being attached to the vehicle ceiling.
[0013]
As an example, a light-transmitting polycarbonate extruded shape is used for at least the shape of the ceiling lamp, and an aluminum extruded shape is used for the other shapes.
[0014]
On the other hand, the profile used for the railcar ceiling structure of the present invention is a profile used for the ceiling of the interior interior of the railcar, a plate-like base portion curved in a curve, and The cross-sectional shape includes a plurality of fins that project downward from the lower surface of the base portion.
[0015]
