Description

The present invention relates to a heat insulating bathtub capable of suppressing a temperature drop of bath water.

Conventionally, a heat insulating material made of a synthetic resin foam such as foamed polystyrene, foamed polyurethane, foamed phenol or the like is attached to the outer surface of the peripheral wall of the bathtub for the purpose of keeping warm the bath water stored in the bathtub. (For example, Patent Document 1).

However, the heat insulating material has low heat insulating efficiency, so that it is not possible to sufficiently keep the bath water, and power is wasted, for example, the number of times of additional cooking is increased. In addition, if the thickness of the heat insulating material is increased, the bath water can be sufficiently warmed. To increase the thickness of the heat insulating material, the distance between the bathtub and the wall surface of the bathroom where the bathtub is installed is set. In this case, it is necessary to make the bathtub itself small or make the bathroom wash space narrow.
JP 2003-64326 A

The present invention has been invented in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and in order to dispose a thick heat insulating material, the bath is not made small or the bathroom washing space is not narrowed. An object of the present invention is to provide an insulating bathtub that can sufficiently keep hot water and save energy.

In order to solve the above problems, the heat insulating bathtub according to the present invention covers the outer surface of the bathtub 2 with a heat insulating member 5 made of a heat insulating material that is not a vacuum heat insulating material, and the vacuum heat insulating material 6 is placed between the bathtub 2 and the heat insulating member 5. A recess 18 is formed on the inner surface of the heat insulating member 5, the vacuum heat insulating material 6 is housed in the recessed portion 18, and the heat insulating member 5 containing the vacuum heat insulating material 6 is placed in the bathtub. 2, and a heat insulating gap S 1 , S 2 is formed between the bathtub 2 and the heat insulating member 5 and between the vacuum heat insulating material 6 and the bathtub 2 , respectively. . By disposing the vacuum heat insulating material 6 having high adiabatic efficiency on the outer surface of the tub 2, it is possible to effectively perform the thermal insulation of the bath water with a thin vacuum heat insulating material 6 thick, thereby the tub 2 itself The insulation space with a large thickness is arranged between the peripheral wall portion 2a of the bathtub 2 and the wall surface of the bathroom or between the bottom wall portion 2b of the bathtub 2 and the upper surface of the floor pan 21. Without forming a large space for installation, the bath water can be kept warm enough to realize energy saving.

The cover the outer surface of the tub 2 at the heat insulating member 5 made of a heat insulating material is not a vacuum heat insulating material 6, by disposing between the tub 2 and the heat insulating member 5 of the above vacuum heat insulating material 6, bathtubs heat insulating member 5 2 can be further suppressed, and since the vacuum heat insulating material 6 is disposed between the bathtub 2 and the heat insulating member 5, the heat insulating member 5 can cover the vacuum heat insulating material 6, thereby The vacuum heat insulating material 6 can be prevented from coming into contact with a bathroom wall or the like during the construction of the bathtub 2 and torn, and the internal vacuum degree of the vacuum heat insulating material 6 is lowered and the heat insulating performance of the vacuum heat insulating material 6 itself is lowered. Can be prevented.

The heat insulating member to form a recess 18 on the inner surface 5, by housing the vacuum heat insulating material 6 into the recess 18, the vacuum thermal insulation on the outer surface of the tub 2 when performing the task of providing the heat insulating member 5 The material 6 can be prevented from coming into contact with the bathtub 2 or being displaced due to this contact, thereby facilitating the work of disposing the heat insulating member 5.

Further, the heat insulating member 5 includes a bottom wall constituting member 5a covering the bottom wall portion 2b of the bathtub 2, and three or more covering the peripheral wall portion 2a of the bathtub 2 erected in the circumferential direction at the outer peripheral end portion of the bottom wall constituting member 5a. Of the peripheral wall constituent members 5b to 5e, and the inner protrusion 12 is projected from the inner half of both end faces of the starting peripheral wall constituent member 5b, which is one of the peripheral wall constituent members 5b to e. An outer protrusion 13 is projected from the outer half of both end faces of the terminal peripheral wall constituent member 5e which is a peripheral wall constituent member adjacent to one end of the start end peripheral wall constituent member 5b, and the start end peripheral wall constituent member 5b and the terminal peripheral wall structure An inner protrusion 12 is projected from the inner half of one end face of the intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5c, 5d, which is a peripheral wall constituting member standing between the member 5e and the outer protrusion from the outer half of the other end face. 13 projecting outside the peripheral wall constituting members 5b to 5e It is also preferable to lock the projection 13 on the inside protrusion 12 of the peripheral wall constituting member 5B~e adjacent to the peripheral wall constituting member 5B~e. By the said structure, the outer side protrusion 13 of the surrounding wall structural members 5b-e is latched by the inner side protrusion 12 of the surrounding wall structural members 5b-e which stood up one before, and the surrounding wall structural members 5b-e are bottom wall structure. The member 5a can be erected in order toward one side in the circumferential direction. In this case, the outer protrusion 13 protruding from the outer half of the end surface of the peripheral wall constituting members 5b to 5e is erected one before. The peripheral wall constituent members 5b to 5e can be locked from the outside to the inner protrusion 12 protruding from the inner half of the end face, and the peripheral wall constituent members 5b to 5e can be easily erected on the bottom wall constituent member 5a. It becomes.

It is also preferable that the gap S 1 is formed between the tub 2 and the heat insulating member 5 and 3mm or less. By a clearance S 1 and 3mm or less can prevent the convection of air between the tub 2 and the heat insulating member 5, it is possible to obtain a greater insulating effect.

It is also preferable to attach the vacuum heat insulating material 6 to the outer surface of the floor pan 21 on which the bathtub 2 is placed. Heat release from the floor pan 21 can be suppressed by the vacuum heat insulating material 6, and the temperature of the bath water can be more effectively maintained.

In the present invention, since the heat insulating material having a large thickness is disposed, the bath water can be sufficiently kept warm without reducing the bathtub itself or the bathroom washing space, thereby realizing energy saving.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a heat insulating bathtub 1 installed in the bathroom of the present embodiment.

The heat insulation bathtub 1 is provided with a bathtub 2 made of FRP or acrylic resin, and the bathtub 2 is formed in a bowl shape having a substantially elliptical shape in plan view and opened upward. From the upper edge of the bathtub 2, a flange 3 is projected outward, and a bath lid 4 that closes the upper opening of the bathtub 2 is placed on the flange 3.

The outer surface of the bathtub 2 which consists of the outer surface of the peripheral wall part 2a of the said bathtub 2 and the lower surface of the bottom wall part 2b is an air bubble or an air layer inside synthetic resin foams, such as a foamed polystyrene, a foamed polyurethane, and a foamed phenol, glass wool, etc. The heat insulation to the outside is suppressed by being covered with a heat insulating member 5 made of a heat insulating material (in this example, expanded polystyrene) provided with the heat insulating member 5, and the inner surface of the heat insulating member 5 is formed to be approximately the same size and shape as the outer surface of the bathtub 2. It is the bowl-shaped member opened upwards, Comprising: The substantially whole bathtub 2 is accommodated in the inner side. The thickness of the bottom wall portion of the heat insulating member 5 is smaller than the thickness of the peripheral wall portion. Specifically, the thickness of the bottom wall portion of the heat insulating member 5 is 10 mm, and the thickness of the peripheral wall portion is 25 mm to 40 mm. The material of the heat insulating member 5 is not limited to the above, and any heat insulating material that is not a vacuum heat insulating material may be used.

As shown in FIG. 2, a gap S 1 of 1 mm or more and 3 mm or less (1 mm in the illustrated example) is formed between most of the inner surface of the peripheral wall portion of the heat insulating member 5 and the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion 2a of the bathtub 2. . The the clearance S 1 by forming a gap S 1 above 1mm can effectively prevent the heat radiation from the bath 2 as a heat insulating space, besides the presence of the clearance S 1 into the gap S 1 by a 3mm or less Air convection can be prevented, and a further heat insulating effect can be obtained.

3 and 4, the space between the upper edge of the peripheral wall 2a of the heat insulating member 5 and the upper edge of the bathtub 2 is the inner surface of the peripheral wall 2a of the heat insulating member 5 and the outer surface of the peripheral wall 2a of the bathtub 2. The entire periphery is sealed with a sealing material 7 made of a silicon-based filler or the like adhered to the water, and water enters the gap S 1 formed between the bathtub 2 and the heat insulating member 5 by the sealing material 7. Is prevented, and water is prevented from collecting between the bathtub 2 and the heat insulating member 5. Also the seal member 7 plays a role of preventing the convection of air existing in the gap S 1, thereby obtaining a greater insulating effect. It is assumed that the sealing material 7 is disposed above the vacuum heat insulating material 6b described later.

Between the inner surface of the heat insulating member 5 and the outer surface of the bathtub 2, a plurality of substantially rectangular plate-shaped vacuum heat insulating materials 6 are disposed along the outer surface of the bathtub 2. As shown in FIG. 5, the vacuum heat insulating material 6 includes a powder material such as silica powder as a heat insulating material, a fiber material such as glass wool as a core material 15, and the core material 15 is an outer bag made of a plastics / metal laminate film. 16, and the inside of the outer bag 16 is sealed under reduced pressure so that the internal vacuum degree is 1 to 200 Pa, which is conventionally due to the heat insulating effect by making the gap of the core material 15 close to a vacuum. It has better thermal insulation performance than thermal insulation materials such as expanded polystyrene. In addition, the vacuum heat insulating material shall be formed in thickness 5mm.

Specifically, the vacuum heat insulating material 6 is disposed on each of the outer surface side of the four side wall portions 17 constituting the peripheral wall portion 2 a of the bathtub 2 and the lower surface side of the bottom wall portion 2 b of the bathtub 2. One vacuum heat insulating material 6 may be provided on the outer surface side of each side wall portion 17 or a plurality of vacuum heat insulating materials 6 may be provided.

Among these vacuum heat insulating materials 6, each vacuum heat insulating material 6 a disposed on the outer surface side of the peripheral wall portion 2 a of the bathtub 2 has four side walls of the bathtub 2 on the inner surface of the peripheral wall portion of the heat insulating member 5 as shown in FIG. 2. Each vacuum heat insulating material 6a is affixed to the inner surface of the recess 18 with a double-sided tape, a silicon-based adhesive, or the like. That is, the vacuum heat insulating material 6 a is disposed between the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion 2 a of the bathtub 2 and the inner surface of the peripheral wall portion of the heat insulating member 5. Here, the inner peripheral surface of each recess 18 is formed in substantially the same shape and size as the outer peripheral edges of the vacuum heat insulating materials 6a to 6e to be accommodated (specifically, the inner surface of the concave portion 18 is more than the outer peripheral edge of the vacuum heat insulating material 6). The depth of the concave portion 18 is substantially the same as the thickness of the vacuum heat insulating material 6a, and the vacuum heat insulating materials 6a to 6e are accommodated in the concave portion 18 without a substantial gap. Also between the outer tub 2 side surface and the tub 2 peripheral wall 2a of the vacuum heat insulating material 6a that is housed in the recess 18, the same 1mm and gap S 1 described above in less than 3mm (the example shown above 1mm a gap S 2 is formed of), so that the high insulation effect for the same reason as the gap S 1 described above can be obtained by the clearance S 2.

Moreover, the vacuum heat insulating material 6b arrange | positioned at the lower surface side of the bottom wall part 2b of the bathtub 2 is arrange | positioned in the hole 19 penetrated up and down formed in the bottom wall part of the heat insulation member 5, as shown in FIG. The upper surface of the vacuum heat insulating material 6 accommodated in the hole 19 is attached to the lower surface of the bathtub 2. Further, an upper surface of a heat insulating sheet 20 (thickness 5 mm) made of a polyethylene sheet is attached to the lower surface of the vacuum heat insulating material 6, and the heat insulating sheet 20 is disposed in the hole 19, and the lower surface is the heat insulating member 5. It is flush with the bottom surface of the bottom wall. Here, the inner peripheral surface of the hole 19 is formed in substantially the same shape and size as the outer peripheral edge of the vacuum heat insulating material 6b and the heat insulating sheet 20 to be stored, and the vacuum heat insulating material 6b is stored in the recess 18 without a substantial gap. Yes.

In attaching the heat insulating member 5 to the bathtub 2, the vacuum heat insulating material 6a is disposed in the recess formed on the inner surface of the heat insulating member 2, and then the bathtub 2 is fitted from above the bowl-shaped heat insulating member 5, At the same time, the bottom wall portion of the heat insulating member 5 is adhered to the lower surface of the bottom wall portion 2b of the bathtub 2 with an adhesive or the like, and a part of the inner surface of the peripheral wall portion of the heat insulating member 5 is bonded to the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion 2a of the bathtub 2. Adhere with an agent. Thereafter, the upper surface of the vacuum heat insulating material 6b is attached to the lower surface of the bottom wall portion 2b of the bathtub 2 with an adhesive or a double-sided tape through a hole 19 formed in the bottom wall constituting member 5a of the heat insulating member 5, and the vacuum heat insulating material. 6 b is accommodated inside the hole 19. Next, the upper surface of the heat insulating sheet 20 is adhered to the lower surface of the vacuum heat insulating material 6b with an adhesive or the like, and the heat insulating sheet 20 is accommodated inside the hole 19, whereby the lower surface of the heat insulating sheet 20 and the bottom of the heat insulating member 5 are stored. The lower surface of the wall constituting member 5a is flush. As described above, the heat insulating member 5 is attached to the bathtub 2 after the vacuum heat insulating material 6 is attached to the inner surface, but in this example, each vacuum heat insulating material 6a is placed in the recess 18 formed on the inner surface of the heat insulating member 5. Since it is housed, it is possible to prevent the vacuum heat insulating material 6a from coming into contact with the bathtub 2 when the bathtub 2 is fitted into the heat insulating member 5, and the internal vacuum degree of the vacuum heat insulating material 6 is reduced to reduce the vacuum heat insulating material 6 itself. It can prevent that the heat insulation efficiency of falls.

The bathtub 2 whose outer surface is covered with the heat insulating member 5 is placed on a floor pan 21 made of FRP provided in a bathroom as shown in FIG. The floor pan 21 is formed in a box shape that opens upward, and the lower portion of the heat insulating member 5 is fitted into the floor pan 21 from above. The bottom wall portion 2b of the heat insulating member 5 is provided with a plurality of leg through holes 19 penetrating vertically, and the leg portions 27 projecting downward from the bottom wall portion 2b of the bathtub 2 are respectively connected to the leg through holes. 19 is placed directly on the floor pan 21. As a result, the lower part of the heat insulating member 5 is interposed between the lower part of the bathtub 2 and the floor pan 21. Here, it is assumed that a gap is formed between the lower surface of the bottom wall portion of the heat insulating member 5 and the upper surface of the floor pan 21 as shown in FIG.

Moreover, the upper surface of the heat insulation sheet 28 (thickness 5 mm) which consists of a polyethylene sheet is affixed on the outer surface of the said floor pan 21 with the adhesive agent, and the heat radiation from the floor pan 21 to the exterior is prevented with this heat insulation sheet 20. . In addition, the heat insulation sheet 20 of the example of illustration is stuck over the lower surface of the floor pan 21, and the outer peripheral surface of the floor pan 21. FIG.

In this example, the above-described vacuum heat insulating material 6 is also provided on the bath lid 4 described above. As shown in FIG. 6, the bath lid 4 is composed of two lid bodies 22 that are divided into two along the short direction of the bathtub 2, and each lid body 22 is provided inside as shown in FIG. A base layer 25 is formed by laminating a decorative layer 24 (thickness 300 μm) made of an aluminum plate on both upper and lower surfaces of a heat insulating layer 23 (thickness 20 mm) made of expanded polystyrene provided with a vacuum heat insulating material 6. The portion is fitted into a fitting recess 18 formed on the inner peripheral side surface of the frame 26 made of an olefin elastomer. In this way, by providing the bath lid 4 with the vacuum heat insulating material 6, the heat radiation from the bathtub 2 can be further suppressed.

As described above, in the present invention, since the vacuum heat insulating material 6 with high heat insulation efficiency is disposed on the outer surface side of the bathtub 2, it is possible to effectively retain the temperature of the bath water using the thin vacuum heat insulating material 6. Can save energy. Furthermore, the bathtub itself is made small or the bathroom wash space is narrowed, and the thickness between the peripheral wall 2a of the bathtub 2 and the wall of the bathroom, or between the bottom wall 2b of the bathtub 2 and the upper surface of the floor pan 21 is increased. It is not necessary to form a large space for disposing a large heat insulating material.

Moreover, since the said vacuum heat insulating material 6 is arrange | positioned between the bathtub 2 and the heat insulating member 5, the vacuum heat insulating material 6 can be covered with the heat insulating member 5, and the vacuum heat insulating material 6 is constructed in the construction of the bathtub 2. The outer bag 16 can be prevented from coming into contact with the bathroom wall and being broken, and the vacuum heat insulating material 6 can be prevented from being broken and the internal vacuum degree can be prevented from being lowered.

Here, a normal bathtub provided with the vacuum heat insulating material 6 and the heat insulating member 5 having a thickness of 5 mm as described above and a bath provided with the same heat insulating member 5 in the same bathtub are prepared. An experiment was conducted in which the temperature was left at 42 ° C. for 6 hours under an external temperature of 5 ° C., and the temperature of the bath water was measured after 6 hours. Although the vacuum heat insulating material 6 was provided, the temperature drop of the bath water after 6 hours was 2 ° C., and the temperature drop of the bath water after 6 hours although the vacuum heat insulating material 6 was not provided was 6.2 ° C. Thereby, it was proved that the heat insulation bathtub 1 of this invention has the heat insulation performance of bath water higher than the conventional heat insulation bathtub.

Next, an embodiment different from the above will be described. In addition, the same number is attached | subjected about the structure same as embodiment of the said FIG. 1, and description is abbreviate | omitted about the overlapping description.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the bottom wall portion and the peripheral wall portion of the heat insulating member 5 are integrally formed. However, in this embodiment, the heat insulating member 5 is covered with the bottom wall portion 2 b of the bathtub 2 as shown in FIG. 8. The bottom wall constituent member 5a and three or more peripheral wall constituent members 5b to 5e covering the peripheral wall portion 2a of the bathtub 2 erected side by side in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral end of the bottom wall constituent member 5a. Specifically, the peripheral wall portion 2a of the heat insulating member 5 is composed of four peripheral wall constituting members 5b to 5e provided upright on each of the four sides around the bottom wall constituting member 5a.

As shown in FIG. 9, an upright portion 8 is formed on the outer peripheral end of the bottom wall constituting member 5 a, and an inner protruding portion 9 that protrudes upward is formed on the inner half of the upper end surface of the upright portion 8. Forming. Moreover, the outer side protruding part 10 which protrudes toward the downward direction is formed in the outer half part of the lower surface of each surrounding wall structural member 5b-e, and each surrounding wall structural member 5b-e comprises the outer side protruding part 10 as a bottom wall structure. The member 5 a is fitted into a notch 11 formed outside the inner protrusion 9 and is locked to the inner protrusion 9.

Of the plurality of peripheral wall constituting members 5b to 5e, the peripheral wall adjacent to the inner half of both end faces of the starting end peripheral wall constituting member 5b, which is one peripheral wall constituting member (the peripheral wall constituting member 5b on the long side in the illustrated example). Inner protrusions 12 project toward the end faces of the constituent members 5c and 5e, and outer half portions of both end faces of the end peripheral wall constituent member 5e, which is a peripheral wall constituent member adjacent to one end of the start end peripheral wall constituent member 5b. The outer peripheral protrusion 13 is projected toward the end face side of the adjacent peripheral wall constituent members 5b and 5d, and the peripheral wall constituent member is erected between the start peripheral wall constituent member 5b and the terminal peripheral wall constituent member 5e. Each of the intermediate peripheral wall constituting members 5c, 5d (hereinafter, those corresponding to the intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5c are indicated outside the parentheses, and those corresponding to the intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5d are indicated in parentheses) on one end face thereof Peripheral wall component 5 adjacent to the outer half (5c) The outer protrusion 13 protrudes toward the end face side, and the inner protrusion 12 protrudes toward the end face side of the peripheral wall constituting member 5d (5e) adjacent to the inner half of the other end face. The outer protrusion 13 of each peripheral wall constituting member 5b-e is fitted from the outside into a notch 14 formed outside the inner protrusion 12 of the peripheral wall constituting member 5b-e adjacent to the peripheral wall constituting member 5b-e. The inner protrusion 12 is locked.

In attaching the heat insulating member 5 to the bathtub 2, for example, the bottom wall constituting member 5 a of the heat insulating member 5 is attached to the lower surface of the bottom wall portion 2 b of the bathtub 2 with an adhesive or the like. The upper surface of the vacuum heat insulating material 6b is attached to the lower surface of the bottom wall portion 2b of the bathtub 2 with an adhesive or a double-sided tape through the hole 19 formed in the constituent member 5a, and the vacuum heat insulating material 6b is accommodated inside the hole 19. . Thereafter, the bathtub 2 formed by sticking the bottom wall constituent member 5a is placed on the turntable with the bottom wall constituent member 5a facing down.

Next, the sealing material 7 is bonded to the outer surface of the upper edge portion of the peripheral wall portion 2a of the bathtub 2 covered by the start end peripheral wall constituting member 5b, and thereafter, as shown in FIG. The outer protruding portion 10 is locked to the inner protruding portion 9 of the bottom wall constituent member 5a, and a part of the inner surface of the starting end peripheral wall forming member 5b is adhered to the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion 2a of the bathtub 2 with an adhesive or the like. Thus, the start end peripheral wall constituting member 5b is erected on the outer peripheral end portion of the bottom wall constituting member 5a. As a result, the vacuum heat insulating material 6a previously disposed in the recess 18 of the starting end peripheral wall constituting member 5b is disposed between the inner surface of the starting end peripheral wall forming member 5b and the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion 2a of the bathtub 2. Become.

Next, the turntable is rotated by a predetermined angle clockwise in plan view, and thereafter, the sealing material 7 is bonded to the outer surface of the upper edge portion of the peripheral wall portion 2a of the bathtub 2 covered with the intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5c, Next, the outer protruding portion 10 of the intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5c is locked to the inner protruding portion 9 of the bottom wall forming member 5a, and a part of the inner surface of the intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5c is fixed to the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion 2a of the bathtub 2. At the same time, the outer protruding portion 13 of the intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5c is locked to the inner protruding portion 12 of the starting end peripheral wall constituting member 5b which is erected one by one, thereby forming the starting end peripheral wall configuration. An intermediate peripheral wall constituent member 5c adjacent to the member 5b is erected on the outer peripheral end of the bottom wall constituent member 5a. As a result, the vacuum heat insulating material 6a previously disposed in the recess 18 of the intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5c is disposed between the inner surface of the intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5c and the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion 2a of the bathtub 2. Become.

Thereafter, similarly to the intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5c, the outer projecting portion 10 of the other intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5d is locked to the inner projecting portion 9, and a part of the inner surface of the intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5d is placed in the bathtub 2. Adhering to the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion 2a with an adhesive, and simultaneously locking the outer protrusion 13 of the intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5d to the inner protrusion 12 of the peripheral wall constituting member 5c erected one before, Another intermediate peripheral wall constituting member 5d is erected so that the intermediate peripheral wall constituting members 5c and 5d are placed in one direction in the circumferential direction of the bottom wall constituting member 5a indicated by the arrow in FIG. In the example shown in the figure, they are erected sequentially in the counterclockwise direction).

After all of the intermediate peripheral wall constituting members 5c and 5d are erected, the outer protruding portion 10 of the terminal peripheral wall forming member 5e is locked to the inner protruding portion 9 of the bottom wall forming member 5a, and the terminal peripheral wall forming member 5e. A part of the inner peripheral wall of the intermediate peripheral wall constituent member 5d, which is affixed to the outer surface of the side wall of the bathtub 2 with an adhesive, and at the same time one outer protrusion 13 of the terminal peripheral peripheral wall constituent member 5e While locking to the inner protrusion 12, the other outer protrusion 13 is locked to the inner protrusion 12 of the starting peripheral wall constituting member 5 b erected first, whereby the terminal peripheral wall constituting member 5 e is fixed to the bottom wall constituting member 5 a. Standing up at the outer peripheral edge of the. As a result, the vacuum heat insulating material 6a previously disposed in the recess 18 of the terminal peripheral wall constituent member 5e is disposed between the inner surface of the terminal peripheral wall constituent member 5e and the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion 2a of the bathtub 2. Become.

As described above, the peripheral wall constituting members 5b to 5e of the heat insulating member 5 of the present example are related to the inner protrusion 12 of the peripheral wall constituting members 5b to 5e which are provided with the outer protrusion 13 of the peripheral wall constituting members 5b to e standing in front. The peripheral wall constituting members 5b to 5e can be erected in order toward one side in the circumferential direction of the bottom wall constituting member 5a. In this case, from the outer half of the end surfaces of the peripheral wall constituting members 5b to 5e. The projecting outer projection 13 can be locked from the outer side to the inner projecting portion 12 projecting from the inner half of the end face of the peripheral wall constituting member 5b to e standing one before, and the peripheral wall constituting member 5b to 5e. The erecting operation to the bottom wall constituting member 5a of e becomes easy.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 8, the vacuum heat insulating material 6 may be attached to the outer surface of the floor pan 21 as shown in FIG. In the illustrated example, the vacuum heat insulating material 6 is adhered to the lower surface of the floor pan 21 with an adhesive or the like, and thus heat radiation from the floor pan 21 is suppressed by providing the vacuum heat insulating material 6 on the outer surface of the floor pan 21 as well. In this way, the temperature of the bath water can be more effectively maintained. The vacuum heat insulating material 6 may be attached to the outer surface of the floor pan 21 via the heat insulating sheet 20 described above, or may be directly attached to the outer surface of the floor pan 21 without providing the heat insulating sheet 20.
