Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態の光触媒含有体であるところの光触媒含有液の製造工程の概要説明図である。
なお、球型の光触媒側の電子濃度は約10×1012cm3/s、本実施形態の光触媒側の電子濃度は約1×1012cm3/sであった。このように、約10倍程度の電子濃度の相違が確認された。
1.光触媒原液のみを基板に塗布して乾燥させた後に、当該基板表面を電子顕微鏡を用いて観察したところ、表面に付着した酸化チタンには、平均的に約60%の気孔率が確認された。

Claims (5)
- 鑓型形状の結晶粒子の光触媒と球状の結晶粒子の光触媒とが結合している光触媒含有体であって
前記鑓型形状の結晶粒子は、5nm〜30nmの大きさであり、その平均サイズが、前記球状の結晶粒子の平均サイズ以上であり、
前記鑓型形状の結晶粒子の光触媒がアナタース型である光触媒含有体。 - 前記各粒子のいずれかは、可視光線又は紫外線を受けて触媒作用が得られる請求項1記載の光触媒含有体。
- 前記鑓型形状の結晶粒子の光触媒は平均で10nmの大きさであり、かつ、前記球状の結晶粒子の光触媒は平均で6nmの大きさである、請求項1又は2記載の光触媒含有体。
- 塗布乾燥後の光触媒の気孔率が50%以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか記載の光触媒含有体。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか記載の光触媒含有体が塗布乾燥されることによって、光触媒膜が形成されている物品。
