【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shelf device that can be used in a storage.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a storage having a storage space capable of storing an object to be stored such as a box file or a document, one or a plurality of shelf boards are bridged between a pair of side plates separated from each other to the left and right, and the shelf board is partitioned by the shelf boards In this space and the space above the shelf, various objects are stored. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-34677 (pages 2 and 3, FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when one or more shelves are bridged between the side plates, the height of the storage space partitioned by the shelves is constant, so when storing objects with different heights, they are stored efficiently. This is a wasteful space in the storage space, so-called dead space. As described above, the conventional storage is poorly accommodated depending on the storage mode, and the storage efficiency is lowered.
[0005]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such a problem, and a main purpose thereof is to be attached to a storage space of a storage as required, and to store objects having different height dimensions. It is an object of the present invention to provide a shelf device that can be efficiently stored in the storage, can effectively suppress the generation of useless space in the storage, and can increase the storage efficiency.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the shelf apparatus of the present invention can be used by being arranged in a storage space of a storage having a pair of opposing side plates as needed, and the shelf top plate and one side end of the shelf top plate A shelf side plate that supports the portion, and the other end of the shelf top plate is configured to be attachable to the side plate of the storage.
[0007]
If it is such, in consideration of a storage mode etc., the arbitrary storage space (storage of the said storage container) enclosed by a shelf top plate, a shelf side plate, and a side plate in the storage space of a storage container as needed. In order to differentiate from the space, for convenience of explanation, a space surrounded by the shelf top plate, the shelf side plate, and the side plate can be formed as a “storage space”). Thus, for example, a storage object such as a short document or a box file is stored in this storage space, and a high storage object is stored in a storage space not surrounded by the shelf top plate, the shelf side plate, and the side plate. For example, it is possible to efficiently store the objects to be stored having different height dimensions in one storage, and it is possible to effectively suppress the generation of useless space in the storage. Furthermore, it is also possible to place the objects to be stored on the shelf top plate, and effectively use the space between the shelf top plate and the top plate of the storage or the shelf plate located above the shelf top plate. Storage efficiency can be increased. Moreover, since the other side edge part of the shelf top plate is attached using the side plate of the storage, it is compared with a configuration in which each side edge of the shelf top plate is supported by each shelf side plate using a pair of shelf side plates. Thus, the number of parts can be reduced. Also, depending on the storage mode, it may be better to use a storage space with a fixed height without attaching the shelf device, so that the storage in the storage may be better. In such a case, the shelf device should be removed. Thus, a desired storage space can be secured. Thus, the height dimension of the storage space and the like can be adjusted as appropriate according to the storage mode, and it is excellent in usability.
[0008]
In addition, if the height position of the shelf top plate can be changed, the height of the storage space below the shelf top plate, and the shelf top plate and the top plate of the storage or above the shelf top plate The height dimension of the storage space between the shelf plates positioned can be made to correspond to the height dimension of the storage object, and the storage object can be efficiently stored in the storage space.
[0009]
As a concrete embodiment, the shelf top plate is configured to be selectively attachable to any one of a plurality of shelf top plate attachment portions set intermittently along the height direction of the side plate. Is mentioned.
[0010]
Further, an insertion hole is provided in the shelf side plate, and a shelf column that can be inserted into the shelf side plate through the insertion hole is provided on the lower surface of the shelf top plate, and the insertion depth of the shelf column with respect to the shelf side plate is changed. Thus, even if the height position of the shelf top plate can be changed, it can be suitably used.
[0011]
In order to form a plurality of storage spaces of different sizes by further dividing the storage space in the storage, another shelf is attached in a state where the other end of the shelf top plate is attached to one side plate of the storage. What is necessary is just to comprise a top plate so that attachment is possible so that it may span or interpose between the said shelf side plate and the other side plate.
[0012]
The other shelf top plate is configured to be selectively attachable to any one of a plurality of shelf top plate attachment portions set intermittently along the height direction of the shelf side plate and the other side plate. It is desirable.
[0013]
Specifically, it is mentioned that the shelf top plate mounting portion provided on the side plate is a shelf plate mounting portion used when the shelf plate is bridged or interposed between the side plates.
[0014]
In order to easily form the shelf top plate attachment portion, the shelf top plate attachment portion provided on the side plate may be an attachment hole formed by cutting a part of the side plate.
[0015]
From the same viewpoint, it is desirable that the shelf top plate mounting portion provided on the shelf side plate is a mounting hole formed by cutting a part of the shelf side plate.
[0016]
If the mounting hole is provided only on one side surface of the shelf side plate, and the shelf side plate can be mounted in a state where the shelf side plate is reversed left and right according to the storage mode, the manufacturing process is simplified and the processing cost is reduced. In addition, it can be suitably used by attaching the shelf side plate so that one side surface provided with the attachment hole faces either one of the side plates.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the shelf device 3 according to the present invention can be used by being arranged in the storage space 2S of the storage 1 as required.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the storage 1 has a storage body 2 that forms a predetermined storage space 2 </ b> S, and a left and right that can be opened and closed by rotating the front opening of the storage body 2. It is a well-known thing provided with a door (illustration omitted).
[0020]
The storage body 2 mainly includes a pair of side plates 21 and 22 provided to be separated from each other on the left and right sides, a back plate 23 provided between rear end portions of the side plates 21 and 22, and upper end portions of the side plates 21 and 22. The top plate 24 and the bottom plate 25 that are provided between the lower ends are assembled in a bowl shape to form a storage space 2S that is open at the front. For convenience of explanation, in the following explanation, one end side that is opened is a front end (front end portion), and one end where the back plate 23 is located is a rear end (rear end portion).
[0021]
Each of the plate members 21 to 25 is formed by sheet metal processing, for example. The inner surface 21a of the side plate 21 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 21h, which are shelf mounting portions, along the height direction, and the inner surface 22a of the side plate 22 also has a height direction so as to correspond to the mounting holes 21h. A plurality of mounting holes (not shown, but referred to as “mounting holes 22h” for convenience of explanation) are provided along. Each of the mounting holes 21h and 22h is formed by cutting a part of the side plates 21 and 22. The mounting holes 21h and 22h are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in the height direction and separated by a predetermined distance in the front-rear direction so as to form two rows in the height direction. The shelf plate fixture T having substantially the same shape and the same configuration as the shelf top plate fixture 8 described later is configured to be attachable. And while being comprised so that attachment of the 1 or several shelf 26 between the inner surface 21a, 22a of the side plates 21 and 22 is possible via the shelf attachment tool T, the height position of this shelf 26 can be changed. It is composed.
[0022]
2 to 6 (FIG. 6A is a front view of the shelf device arranged in the storage space of the storage, and FIG. 6B is an enlarged view of the region Z in FIG. ) Etc., the shelf top plate 4 and a shelf side plate 5 that supports one end of the shelf top plate 4 are provided, and the other end of the shelf top plate 4 is connected to the storage 1. It can be attached to the side plate 21 (or side plate 22).
[0023]
The shelf top plate 4 is formed by sheet metal processing in the present embodiment. Specifically, a plan view in which a first folded portion 41 formed by folding the front end portion and the rear end portion of one metal plate downward and a second folded portion 42 formed by folding both left and right end portions downward is provided. It has a substantially rectangular shape and has a longitudinal dimension corresponding to approximately one-half of the longitudinal dimension of the shelf plate 26. Two substantially columnar shelf columns 6 are attached to one side end of the lower surface of the shelf top plate 4. The shelf column 6 extends in the vertical direction, and is integrated with the shelf top plate 4 by screwing a screw (not shown) provided on the upper end portion into a screw hole (not shown) provided on the lower surface portion of the shelf top plate 4. Is installed. A plurality of grooves 61 that are recessed in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction are intermittently formed in the shelf column 6 along the height direction. The groove 61 is provided over the entire outer periphery of the shelf support 6. In addition, it cannot be overemphasized that the formation height position of the groove | channel 61 is arrange | equalized with each shelf support | pillar 6. FIG.
[0024]
The shelf side plate 5 is obtained by mounting a resin cap 52 on the upper end of a substantially hollow base 51 formed by bending a sheet metal material, for example. The cap 52 is provided with insertion holes 52a having substantially round holes penetrating up and down the cap 52 at two places on the front and rear sides. Therefore, the two insertion holes 52a are provided in the upper end part of the shelf side plate 5. These insertion holes 52a have opening diameters into which the shelf columns 6 can be inserted, and the two shelf columns 6 inserted into the insertion holes 52a support one end of the shelf top plate 4. It is composed. Also, a plurality of attachment holes 51h, which are shelf top plate attachment portions, are provided on only one side surface portion 511 of the base body 51 along the height direction. Each of the mounting holes 51h is formed by cutting a part of the side surface portion 511. The shape of each mounting hole 51h, the separation distance in the height direction, and the separation distance in the front-rear direction are provided in the side plates 21 and 22. The mounting holes 21h and 22h substantially correspond to the shape, the separation distance in the height direction, and the separation distance in the front-rear direction.
[0025]
Then, in order to determine the relative height position of the shelf top plate 4 with respect to the shelf side plate 5, the shelf column 6 is inserted into the shelf side plate 5 with the locking member 7 engaged with the groove 61 of the shelf column 6. It is designed to be inserted into the hole 52a.
[0026]
The locking member 7 has a substantially thin plate shape, and its thickness substantially corresponds to the height dimension of each groove 61 formed in the shelf column 6. The locking member 7 is provided with an opening 71 through which the shelf column 6 can penetrate. The opening 71 has an insertion portion 71a through which the shelf column 6 can freely pass, and a width that is narrower than the diameter of the shelf column 6 in a portion where the groove 61 of the shelf column 6 is not formed. 6 is formed continuously with a narrow portion 72b through which 6 cannot pass freely. In the illustrated example, a circular insertion portion 71a similar to the cross-sectional shape of the shelf column 6 and an elongated narrow portion 71b having a width smaller than the inner diameter of the insertion portion 71a are cut back and forth. It has become a thing. In addition, the width dimension of the narrow portion 71b substantially corresponds to the outer diameter of the portion where the groove 61 of the shelf column 6 is formed. When the peripheral edge of the narrow portion 71b and the groove 61 of the shelf column 6 are engaged, the shelf column 6 cannot move vertically with respect to the locking member 7, and the sliding operation of the locking member 7 in the reverse direction is performed. Then, the engagement is released, and the shelf column 6 is set again in the insertion portion 71a so as to be movable in the vertical direction. Needless to say, the separation distance between the openings 71, the separation distance between the shelf columns 6 and the separation distance between the insertion holes 52a are set to substantially the same size.
[0027]
When the shelf apparatus 3 having the above configuration is arranged in the storage space 2S of the storage body 2, one end of the shelf top 4 is supported by the shelf side plate 5 via the shelf column 6, and the other end is It is supported on the side plate 21 of the storage 1 via a shelf top plate fixture 8. The shelf top plate fixture 8 has substantially the same shape and the same configuration as the shelf plate fixture T, and as shown in FIG. 6B, for example, the length of a metal plate having a substantially rectangular shape. A notch is provided at both ends in the direction along the short side direction, and a pair of engaging claws 81 that can be engaged with the mounting holes 21h, 22h, 51h by erecting both ends in the longitudinal direction from the notch are provided. The contact surface portion 82 is provided by bending the portion between the notches downward. Further, by using the remaining portion of the metal plate, a mounting portion 83 on which the second folded portion 41 of the shelf top plate 4 can be mounted, and the engaging claw 81 are substantially opposed to the mounting portion 83 continuously. The shelf top plate engaging portion 84 that is erected so as to be integrated is integrally provided. And in this embodiment, as shown in the figure, the shelf claw plate fixture 8 can be attached to the side plate 21 by inserting the engaging claws 81 into the mounting holes 21h of the side plate 21 and engaging them. It is set. In the state in which the shelf top plate fixture 8 is attached to the side plate 21, the counter shelf top plate engaging portion 84 is opposed to the inner surface 21 a of the side plate 21 with a predetermined distance therebetween, and the contact surface portion 82 is 21 is in contact with the inner side surface 21a of 21. Thus, the resin fastener insertion hole 84a provided in the counter shelf top plate engaging portion 84 and the through hole 42a provided in the second folded portion 42 of the shelf top plate 4 are polymerized so as to communicate with each other. The shelf top plate 4 can be integrally attached to the shelf top plate fixture 8 by attaching it through the resin fastener insertion holes 24a and the through holes 42a.
[0028]
Next, a procedure for arranging the shelf device 3 having the above configuration in the storage space 2S of the storage 1 will be described. Note that the shelf device 3 is in a state in which the shelf top plate 4, the shelf side plate 5, and the shelf column 6 are disassembled at the time of shipment, loading, and the like.
[0029]
First, among the plurality of mounting holes 21h provided in the side plate 21, the shelf top plate mounting tool 8 is mounted using the mounting holes 21h located at a desired height position. Next, the grounding portion 5a provided to protrude slightly downward from the lower end portion of the shelf side plate 5 is engaged with the engagement hole (not shown) provided in the bottom plate 25 or the shelf plate 26 of the storage body 2; The shelf side plate 5 is erected in a substantially vertical posture with respect to the bottom plate 25 or the shelf plate 26. Subsequently, the shelf support 6 integrally attached to the lower surface side of the shelf top plate 4 is inserted into the insertion portion 71a of the opening 71 formed in the locking member 7, and the groove 61 and the opening 71 of the shelf support 6 are connected. The locking member 7 is slid in the front-rear direction in accordance with substantially the same height, and the peripheral edge of the narrow portion 71 b and the groove 61 of the shelf column 6 are engaged. Then, by inserting the shelf column 6 into the insertion hole 52 a of the shelf side plate 5 with the opening 71 of the engagement member 7 engaged, the engagement member 7 is attached to the upper end portion of the shelf side plate 5, that is, the cap 52. The shelf support 6 is held in contact. The cap 52 is provided with a recessed portion 52b in which the locking member 7 can be accommodated, and is set so that the locking member 7 can be accommodated in the recessed portion 52b when the shelf column 6 is inserted into the insertion hole 52a. Has been. As the shelf column 6 is inserted into the insertion hole 52 a, the second folded portion 42 of the shelf top plate 4 gradually contacts the placement portion 83 of the shelf top plate attachment 8. Then, the resin fastener insertion hole 84a of the counter shelf top plate engaging portion 84 and the through hole 42a of the second folded portion 42 are polymerized so as to communicate with each other, and the resin fastener f so as to penetrate each hole 84a, 42a. , The shelf top plate 4 is attached to the side plate 21 through the shelf top plate fixture 8. Through the above procedure, the shelf device 3 can be arranged in the storage space 2S of the storage 1 and a storage space 3S surrounded by the shelf device 3 and the side plate 21 is formed in the storage space 2S.
[0030]
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the height position of the shelf top 4 can be changed.
[0031]
The height position of the shelf top 4 is changed as follows. First, the resin fastener F is removed at one end portion side of the shelf top plate 4, and the shelf top plate 4 is lifted and removed from the shelf plate fixture 8. Next, the engagement between the engaging claw 81 of the shelf top plate fixture 8 and the attachment hole 21h provided in the inner side surface 21a of the side plate 21 is released, and the shelf top plate fixture 8 is attached to the attachment hole at a desired height position. The engaging claw 81 is engaged with and attached to 21h. On the other end side of the shelf top plate 4, the height position of the shelf top plate 4 is changed by changing the insertion depth of the shelf support 6 into the shelf side plate 5. Specifically, with the operation of lifting the shelf top plate 4 described above, the shelf column 6 moves upward while being engaged with the opening 71 of the locking member 7. Next, the locking member 7 is slid in the front-rear direction so that the shelf column 6 is inserted through the insertion portion 71a of the opening 71, and the groove 61 positioned at a desired height position and the narrow portion 71b of the opening 71 are placed. The engaging member 7 is slid again in the front-rear direction so as to engage with the peripheral edge of the member. Then, by moving the shelf top plate 4 downward while being engaged with the opening 71 of the latch member 7 again, the latch member 7 comes into contact with the cap 52 of the shelf side plate 5 and the shelf top plate 4 The second folded portion 42 comes into contact with the placement portion 83 of the shelf top plate fixture 8. And finally, by attaching the resin fastener f, the shelf top plate 4 is attached to the attachment position 4a shown by a solid line in FIG. 6 or each of the two-dot chain lines shown in FIG. It can be selectively positioned at the mounting positions 4b, 4c, 4d.
[0032]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, in a state where the other side end of the shelf top 4 is attached to one side plate 21 of the storage 1, the other shelf top plate 104 is connected to the shelf side plate 5 and the other side plate 22. It is constructed so that it can be mounted so as to be bridged or interposed between the two. The other shelf top plate 104 has substantially the same shape as the shelf plate 4. In order to attach the other shelf top plate 104 between the shelf side plate 5 and the other side plate 22, first, the attachment holes 51 h provided in the side surface portion 511 of the base 51 of the shelf side plate 5 and the other side plate 22 are provided. Among the mounting holes 22h, the shelf top plate mounting tool 8 is attached to the mounting holes 51h and 22h located at desired height positions. Next, when the other shelf top plate 104 is moved downward so as to be positioned between the shelf side plate 5 and the other side plate 22, the second folded portion of the other shelf top plate 104 is attached to the shelf top plate fixture 8. The other shelf top plate 104 is positioned in contact with the mounting portion 83. Then, one side end portion of the other shelf top plate 104 is fixed to the other side plate 22 using the resin fastener f, and the other side end portion is fixed to the shelf side plate 5. Through the above procedure, the other shelf top plate 104 can be attached between the shelf side plate 5 and the other side plate 22, and is surrounded by the other shelf top plate 104, the shelf side plate 5, and the other side plate 22. A storage space 4S is formed. Since the height position of the other shelf top plate 104 is lower than the height position of the shelf top plate 4, the height dimension of the storage space 4S is smaller than the height dimension of the storage space 3S. In this manner, by attaching the other shelf top plate 104, the storage spaces 3S and 4S having different height dimensions can be formed in the storage space 2S of the storage 1. Further, the other shelf top plate 104 is attached to an attachment position 104a indicated by a solid line in the figure, or to each attachment position 104b, 104c, 104d indicated by a two-dot chain line in the figure separated from the attachment position 104a by a predetermined distance. By selectively positioning, the height position of the other shelf top plate 104 and the height dimension of the storage space S4 can be changed.
[0033]
In addition, in FIG. 7, although the shelf top plate 4 is attached to the right half part of the front view in the storage space 2S of the storage body 2 and the other shelf top plate 104 is attached to the left half part, It is also possible to adopt a mode in which the shelf top plate 4 is attached to the left half of the front view and another shelf top plate 104 is attached to the right half. In that case, first, the shelf side plate 5 in the above-described embodiment is inverted substantially horizontally with respect to the bottom plate 25 so that the side surface portion 511 provided with the mounting hole 51h faces the other side plate 22. Stand up in posture. Then, one end of the shelf top plate 4 is supported by the shelf side plate 5 via the shelf column 6, and the other end is attached using the attachment hole 22 h of the other side plate 22. Finally, another shelf top plate 104 is attached between the shelf side plate 5 and the side plate 21. In this manner, the storage space 3S can be formed in the left half of the front view and the storage space 4S can be formed in the right half of the front view by reversing the shelf side plate 51 left and right in correspondence with the storage mode.
[0034]
As described above, the shelf device 3 according to the present embodiment includes the shelf top plate 4 and the shelf side plate 5 that supports one end of the shelf top plate 4, and the other end of the shelf top plate 4 is disposed on the shelf top plate 4. Since it is configured to be attachable to the side plate 21 or the side plate 22 of the storage case 1, the shelf top plate 4, the shelf side plate 5, the side plate 21 (or the side plate 22) are provided in the storage space 2 </ b> S of the storage case 1 as necessary. An arbitrary storage space 3S surrounded by can be formed. Thus, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, for example, a storage object such as a box file B having a low height is stored in the storage space 3S and surrounded by the shelf top plate 4, the shelf side plate 5, the side plate 21 or the side plate 22. The storage objects having different height dimensions can be efficiently stored in one storage 1 such that a storage object such as a tall file F can be stored in the storage space 2S. It is possible to effectively suppress the occurrence of dead space inside. Furthermore, since it is also possible to place a storage object such as a box file B on the shelf top plate 4, the shelf top plate 4 and the shelf located above the top plate 24 or the shelf top plate 4 of the storage 1. The space between the plates 26 can be used effectively, and the storage efficiency can be increased. Moreover, since the other side edge part of the shelf top board 4 is attached using the side board 21 or the side board 22 of the storage 1, the both side edge parts of a shelf top board are each supported by a shelf side board using a pair of shelf side board. The number of parts can be reduced as compared with the configuration to be made. In addition, since the shelf top plate 4 is attached to the side plates 21 and 22 connected by the back plate 23 and having effective strength, it is effective even if the shelf device 3 itself does not include a back plate (for example, a shelf back plate). High strength can be ensured. Further, depending on the storage mode, it may be better to use the storage space 2S having a fixed height without attaching the shelf device 3, so that the storage in the storage 1 is better. By removing 3, a desired storage space 2 </ b> S can be secured. In this way, it is possible to flexibly cope with a wide range of usage modes, and it is excellent in usability.
[0035]
In particular, since the height position of the shelf top 4 can be changed, the height of the storage space 3S below the shelf top 4 and the top of the shelf top 4 and the shelf top 4 are positioned. The height dimension of the storage space between the shelves 26 can correspond to the height dimension of the storage object, and the storage object can be stored efficiently.
[0036]
Moreover, since the shelf top plate 4 is configured to be selectively attachable to any one of the plurality of attachment holes 21h and 22h intermittently set along the height direction of the side plates 21 and 22, a simple configuration Thus, the height position of the shelf top 4 can be changed.
[0037]
Furthermore, while providing the insertion hole 52a in the shelf side board 5, the shelf support | pillar 6 which can be inserted in the shelf side board 5 via the insertion hole 52a is provided in the lower surface of the shelf top plate 4, and the insertion depth with respect to the shelf side board 5 of the shelf support | pillar 6 is provided. Since the height position of the shelf top plate 4 can be changed by changing the height, the height position of the shelf top plate 4 can be easily changed using a simple structure.
[0038]
Further, in the state where the other side end of the shelf top plate 4 is attached to the one side plate 21 of the storage case 1, the other shelf top plate 104 is bridged or interposed between the shelf side plate 5 and the other side plate 22. Therefore, the storage spaces 3S and 4S having different sizes can be formed in the storage space 2S in the storage 1 by effectively using the one shelf side plate 5. It is possible to flexibly correspond to the storage mode. Moreover, the shelf top plates 4 and 104 can be attached using one shelf side plate 5, and compared with the case where one shelf side plate 5 is used for each shelf top plate 4 and 104, the number of parts is reduced. Reduction can be effectively achieved.
[0039]
In addition, the other shelf top plate 104 can be selectively attached to any of a plurality of attachment holes 22h and 51h that are intermittently set along the height direction of the shelf side plate 5 and the other side plate 22, respectively. Therefore, by changing the height position of the other shelf top plate 104, the height dimension and the like of the storage space 4S below the other shelf top plate 104 can be made to correspond to the height dimension of the storage object. Can be made more practical.
[0040]
Furthermore, since the mounting holes 21h and 22h provided in the side plates 21 and 22 are mounting holes which are shelf mounting portions used when the shelf plate 26 is bridged or interposed between the side plates 21 and 22, the shelf top plate 4 The attachment holes 21h and 22h used when attaching the shelf board 26 and the attachment holes used when attaching the shelf board 26 can be shared, which is convenient.
[0041]
In particular, the mounting holes 21h, 22h, 51h can be easily formed because the side plates 21, 22 or the shelf side plates 5 are partially cut out.
[0042]
In addition, since the mounting hole 51h is provided only on the side surface portion 511 that is one side surface of the shelf side plate 5, and the shelf side plate 5 can be mounted in a state where the shelf side plate 5 is reversed left and right according to the storage mode, Compared with the case where the mounting holes 51h are provided on both side surfaces, the manufacturing process can be simplified and the processing cost can be reduced, and one side surface provided with the mounting holes 51h can be provided on either the side plate 21 or the side plate 22. By attaching the shelf side plate 5 so as to be opposed to each other, it can be suitably used, and it is excellent in usability.
[0043]
Further, the shelf side plate 5 can also function as a book end.
[0044]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described in detail above.
[0045]
For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the shelf device 3 according to the present invention can be arranged so as to form a corner between one storage 1 and another storage 101. In this case, as shown in FIG. 9 (FIG. 9A is an exploded perspective view of the storage in FIG. 8, and FIG. 9B is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. By attaching the auxiliary side plate 9 to the outer surface sides 21b and 1021b of the side plates 21 and 1021 of the storages 1 and 101, the shelf device 3 can be attached to the corner area. The auxiliary side plate 9 has, for example, a substantially plate shape obtained by sheet metal processing, and is a hollow plate having substantially the same height as the storages 1 and 101. A plurality of mounting holes 9h are provided on one side surface along the height direction. When the auxiliary side plate 9 is attached to the storages 1 and 101, through holes are formed by punching out half punches P provided at a plurality of locations on the side plates 21 and 1021 of the storages 1 and 101 using an appropriate tool. The auxiliary side plate 9 and the side plates 21 and 1021 are fixed by an appropriate fixing means such as a screw through the through hole. When the storages 1 and 101 to which the auxiliary side plates 9 are attached through such a procedure are arranged orthogonally so that the rear end portions 9a of the auxiliary side plates 9 are brought together, a predetermined space is formed in the corner region. Thus, the shelf device 3 is arranged in the space formed in this corner area. In order to arrange the shelf device 3, first, the shelf top plate attachment holes 8 are attached to the attachment holes 9 h located at desired height positions among the attachment holes 9 h provided in the auxiliary side plates 9. Next, the shelf top plate 4, the shelf side plate 5, and the shelf support 6 are integrally assembled and the shelf top plate 4 is supported on each auxiliary side plate 9 via each shelf top plate attachment 8. To attach. In this way, when a plurality of storages are arranged in a corner, the shelf device 3 can be easily attached to the space formed in each corner area as necessary, and the space can be used as a storageable area. Is possible.
[0046]
Of course, a shelf device may be attached to the outer surface of the side plate of one storage. In this case, the auxiliary side plate may be attached to the outer surface side of the side plate, and one side end of the shelf top plate may be attached to the auxiliary side plate. Thus, the shelf device can be easily arranged on the side of the storage, and the space on the side of the storage can be effectively used as the storage space.
[0047]
Further, the method for changing the height position of the shelf top plate is not limited to that described in the above-described embodiment, for example, a plurality of female screw holes are provided in the shelf column, and a screw insertion hole is provided in the shelf side plate. One of the above and the screw insertion hole are superposed, and a male screw member is screwed into the female screw hole to attach the shelf top plate to a desired height position. The shelf plate fixture may be of a normal configuration formed by bending a single metal plate into a substantially S shape. Furthermore, the height of the shelf top plate may be continuously changeable.
[0048]
Of course, the dimensions of the shelf top plate and the shelf side plate may be appropriately changed.
[0049]
You may employ | adopt what notched a part of the side plate and the shelf side plate as a shelf top plate attaching part.
[0050]
In addition, the specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, an optional storage space surrounded by the shelf top plate, the shelf side plate, and the side plate can be formed in the storage space of the storage as necessary. Thus, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, for example, a storage object such as a tall box file is stored in this storage space, and a tall file is stored in a storage space not surrounded by the shelf top plate, the shelf side plate, and the side plate. It is possible to efficiently store the objects to be stored in different height dimensions, such as being able to store the objects to be stored, and effectively suppressing the generation of useless space in the storage. Can do. Furthermore, it is also possible to place an object to be stored such as a box file on the shelf top plate, and a space between the shelf top plate and the top plate of the storage or the shelf plate located above the shelf top plate. It can be used effectively and the storage efficiency can be increased. Moreover, since the other side edge part of the shelf top plate is attached using the side plate of the storage, the number of parts is compared with the configuration in which both side edge parts of the shelf top plate are respectively supported using a pair of shelf side plates. Can be reduced.
