Description

The present invention relates to a suspended holding device for carrying a water bottle, in which a belt-like belt is attached to a carrying water bottle and is suspended from a shoulder or a neck and held.

A well-known water bottle is known in which a shoulder belt is attached to the side surface of the water bottle so that it can be suspended from the shoulder or neck (for example, Patent Document 1). This type of article has the advantage that both hands can be used freely if suspended by a shoulder belt. Therefore, for example, a child can play with a playground equipment or the like with a water bottle suspended from his / her shoulder.

However, the conventional shoulder belt is fixed to the water bottle via a fastener in order to prevent the water bottle from falling, and the water bottle and the belt remain connected unless the belt is intentionally removed from the fastener. Therefore, when the child is playing with the water bottle suspended from the shoulder or neck, if the shoulder belt gets caught on the playground equipment, the belt may restrain the child's body and tighten it, causing an accident. There is.

The present invention has been made for the purpose of solving the above-mentioned problems. When an excessive load is applied to the belt, the belt is disconnected from the water bottle without intentional operation. It is an object of the present invention to provide a suspended holding device for carrying a water bottle that makes it possible to prevent this accident.

In order to achieve the above object, the suspended holding device for carrying a water bottle according to the present invention adopts as a solution means a water bottle carried by hanging a belt on a child's neck. And a belt (2) that is hung on the user's body while being engaged with the connector, and the connector (3) has an outer frame section (8) separated by an outer frame portion (8). An insertion hole (7) formed is provided, and the belt (2) is inserted through the insertion hole (7) and is turned through a folded part (2a) sandwiched between the outer frame part (8). In the configuration engaged with the connector (3), the belt (2) is made of a strip-shaped knitted fabric that has flexibility in the longitudinal direction and the width direction and reduces the thickness by compression , and the connector (3 The outer frame portion (8) of the cutout portion (9) that faces the substantially central portion in the width direction of the folded portion (2a) of the belt inserted through the insertion hole (7) and communicates the insertion hole to the outside. More shed pair of divided pieces (8a) (8b) is formed, the 2t ≧ w ≧ t cutout portion width w of (9) with respect to the thickness t of the bent portion of the belt (2a) When the belt (2) is tensioned, the coupler (3) rotates so that the notch (9) faces the belt tension direction, and the belt tension load is a predetermined value. When a load of about 15 kg is exceeded, the belt (2) having flexibility in the longitudinal direction and the width direction causes almost the center of the folded portion (2a) to enter the notch (9). The folded part (2a), which is half-folded, is pressed against the tip of the pair of split pieces (8a) (8b) while reducing the wall thickness, thereby reducing the thickness of the insertion hole (7) from the notch (9). The point is that it is configured to escape to the outside.

According to the suspended holding device for carrying a water bottle according to the present invention, when the belt 2 passed through the insertion hole 7 of the connector 3 is pulled, the connector 3 is rotated and the notch 9 is directed in the pulling direction. When the tensile load does not reach a predetermined value, the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 is supported by the pair of divided pieces 8a and 8b. Therefore, the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 is not easily detached from the insertion hole 7 when the two tensile loads of the belt do not reach the predetermined value in the normal water bottle suspended holding state .
However, when a tensile load exceeding a predetermined value is applied to the belt 2 and a load of about 15 kg is reached, the folded portion 2a of the belt can always be passed through the notch 9 and detached from the connector 3. According to the present invention, the belt 2 is formed of a belt-like knitted fabric that has flexibility in the longitudinal direction and the width direction and reduces the thickness by compression, and the notch portion 9 of the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 with respect to the thickness t Since the width w is configured to satisfy 2t ≧ w ≧ t, when the belt 2 is subjected to a tensile load of about 15 kg exceeding a predetermined value, the belt 2 having flexibility in the longitudinal direction and the width direction is folded back. The substantially center part of the part 2a is made to enter the notch part 9, and is almost half-folded. And the folding | returning part 2a made into the half-folded state escapes from the notch part 9 to the exterior of the insertion hole 7 by reducing thickness while pressing to the front-end | tip of a pair of division | segmentation piece 8a, 8b. As a result , when an excessive load is applied to the belt 2, the belt 2 is disconnected from the connector 3 and the water bottle without performing an intentional operation, and the belt is wound around the body by any chance. However, since the tightening with the belt can be released, it is possible to prevent an unexpected accident.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

(First Embodiment) FIGS. 1 to 7 are views showing one embodiment of a suspended holding device for carrying a water bottle according to the present invention.

The suspended holding device for carrying a water bottle is provided on the side surface of the water bottle 1, for example, as shown in FIG. This belt 2 is formed in a band shape from a knitted fabric (knitted fabric or woven fabric) such as a chemical fiber, has flexibility not only in the longitudinal direction but also in the band width direction, and can reduce the thickness by compression. And a belt connector 3 for connecting the belt 2 to the water bottle . The belt connector 3 is pivotally attached to shafts 4 provided on opposite side surfaces of the water bottle 1 and is rotatable in a direction indicated by an arrow R in the drawing. The belt 2 is used as a shoulder belt capable of suspending and holding the water bottle 1 from the shoulder or neck of the user by connecting both ends of the belt 2 to the belt connector 3 at two locations. The belt 2 is provided with a fastener 5 for locking a belt front end portion extending from the folded portion 2a inserted through the belt connecting portion 3 and folded.

FIG. 2 is a view showing the belt connector 3. The belt connector 3 is composed of a plate member made of resin or metal, and a hook-shaped mounting hole 6 for mounting on the shaft portion 4 is provided at the center thereof. The mounting hole 6 is provided so that two circular holes 6a and 6b having different diameters communicate with each other with a narrow width portion 6c interposed. The shaft portion 4 has a relatively small-diameter column portion (not shown) extending from the side surface of the water bottle 1, and a large-diameter disk-shaped head portion 4a provided at the tip of the column portion, and has a large-diameter circular hole. 6a is a hole through which the disc-shaped head portion 4a of the shaft portion 4 is passed, and the column portion of the shaft portion 4 inserted into the circular hole 6a is fitted into the small-diameter circular hole 6b via the narrow width portion 6c. Thus, the belt connector 3 is attached to the shaft portion 4. The small-diameter circular hole 6b and the narrow width portion 6c are engaged with the column portion of the shaft portion 4, and support the belt connector 3 so as to be rotatable around the shaft portion 4.

Outside the mounting hole 6 of the belt connector 3, an outer edge is defined by an outer frame portion 8 as a hole for passing the belt 2, and an insertion hole 7 having a width corresponding to the belt width of the belt 2 is linear. Provided. Further, the belt connector 3 is provided with a notch 9 that divides the outer frame portion 8 of the insertion hole 7 and communicates with the outside facing the center of the belt width of the insertion hole 7. A pair of opposed divided pieces 8 a and 8 b are configured to support both ends of the band width of the folded portion 2 a of the belt 2 passing through the insertion hole 7. The notch 9 is opened so that when an excessive tensile load is applied to the belt 2, the folded portion 2 a of the belt 2 is pulled out from the insertion hole 7 by the load. In addition, it is preferable that the linear direction connecting the notch 9 and the small-diameter circular hole 6b and the width direction of the insertion hole 7 are orthogonal to each other.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view showing one embodiment of a pair of divided pieces 8 a and 8 b provided in the outer frame portion 8 of the insertion hole 7. In the example shown in the figure, portions of the pair of divided pieces 8a and 8b facing the notch portions 9 facing each other are formed in a curved surface shape. Since the tips of the divided pieces 8a and 8b are curved surfaces, when a tension is applied to the belt 2, the center portion of the band width of the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 is smoothly guided to the notch 9, and the divided pieces 8a and 8b. The folded portion 2a passes through the cutout portion 9 while smoothly sliding without being caught by the tip of the cutout. Further, when the thickness of the belt folding portion 2a is t, the width w of the notch portion 9 is provided so that 2t ≧ w ≧ t. By setting the width w of the notch 9 within this range, the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 is prevented from easily detaching from the insertion hole 7 in a normal water bottle suspended state, and a predetermined tensile load is applied to the belt 2. There can be sure to pass through the turned-back portion 2a notch 9 of the belt 2 when acting.

Next, the operation and action of the suspended holding device for carrying a water bottle will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 4 is a view showing the rotation of the belt connector 3. As described above, since the belt connector 3 is rotatable with respect to the shaft portion 4 of the water bottle 1, when the belt 2 is pulled, the belt connector 3 rotates about the shaft portion 4. For example, when the belt 2 is pulled in the direction A in the figure, the belt connector 3 rotates in the R1 direction, and the width direction of the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 becomes perpendicular to the pulling direction A, so that the notch 9 is in the tensile direction A. When the belt 2 is pulled in the direction B in the figure, the belt connector 3 rotates in the R2 direction, the width direction of the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 becomes perpendicular to the pulling direction B, and the notch 9 Is directed in the tensile direction B. In this way, when the belt 2 is pulled, the belt connector 3 rotates around the shaft portion 4 and always keeps the band width direction of the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 passed through the insertion hole 7 with respect to the pulling direction. The notch 9 that is a right angle and communicates with the insertion hole 7 is always directed in the tensile direction.

Further, when a tensile load is further applied to the belt 2 and a load of about 15 kg exceeding a predetermined value is obtained , the belt 2 having flexibility in the longitudinal direction and the width direction is , as shown in FIG. Since the central portion of 2a can be bent while entering the notch 9, and can be changed to a V-shaped form, the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 bites into the notch 9. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 is in a half-folded state and passes through the cutout portion 9 while being pressed against the tips of the pair of split pieces 8a and 8b. Since this time the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 is compressed thickness direction, the split pieces 8a, passes through the notch 9 while sliding the tip of 8b, finally separated from the belt connecting member 3 as shown in FIG. 7 To do. The change from the mode of FIG. 5 to the mode of FIG. 7 is extremely fast. When a tensile load of a predetermined value or more is applied to the belt 2, the folded portion 2 a of the belt 2 is detached from the belt connector 3 almost instantly.

Therefore, for example, when the child is playing with the play equipment with the belt 2 on the shoulder or neck, even if a situation such as the belt 2 being caught by the play equipment occurs, an excessive tensile load is applied to the belt connector 3. Since the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 is immediately detached from the belt connector 3 to release the tightening, the belt 2 does not restrain the child's body, and an unexpected accident can be prevented in advance.

The tensile load necessary to detach the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 from the belt connector 3 includes the width of the notch 9, the shape and material of the pair of split pieces 8a and 8b, and the shape and material of the belt 2. Can be arbitrarily set by appropriately selecting, but in consideration of the main usage target age group of the water bottle 1, when the average weight is applied, the belt 2 is detached from the belt connector 3. It is preferable to set.

(Second Embodiment) FIG. 8 is an enlarged view showing a second form of a pair of divided pieces 8a and 8b provided in the outer frame portion 8 of the insertion hole 7. FIG. In this embodiment, each of the pair of divided pieces 8 a and 8 b provided on the outer frame portion 8 is provided with a guide portion 10 formed in a tapered shape from a portion facing the insertion hole 7 on the distal end side toward the notch portion 9. Therefore, when tension is applied to the belt 2, the belt width center portion of the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 is guided to the notch portion 9 along the guide portion 10, so that the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 is smoothly pulled out to the outside. Thus, the folded portion 2a of the belt 2 can be reliably detached from the insertion hole 7.

A water bottle that is carried by suspending a belt from a child's neck, and a coupling tool (3) pivotally attached to the water bottle, and a belt that is hung on the user's body while being engaged with the coupling tool ( 2), the connector (3) is provided with an insertion hole (7) whose outer edge is defined by an outer frame portion (8), and the belt (2) is inserted into the insertion hole (7). In addition, in the configuration that is attached to the connector (3) via the folded portion (2a) folded across the outer frame portion (8),
The belt (2) is composed of a strip-shaped knitted fabric having flexibility in the longitudinal direction and the width direction and reducing the thickness by compression ,
The outer frame portion (8) of the connector (3) is a notch portion that faces the substantially central portion in the width direction of the folded portion (2a) of the belt inserted through the insertion hole (7) and communicates the insertion hole to the outside. A pair of divided pieces (8a) (8b) divided by (9) is formed, and the width w of the notch (9) is set to 2t ≧ w ≧ with respect to the wall thickness t of the folded portion (2a) of the belt. to be t ,
When tension is applied to the belt (2), the connector (3) rotates so that the notch (9) is oriented in the belt tension direction, and the belt tensile load exceeds a predetermined value and is about 15 kg. The belt (2), which is flexible in the longitudinal direction and the width direction, is almost half-folded by allowing the substantially central part of the folded part (2a) to enter the notch part (9). The folded part (2a) in the folded state is pressed against the tip of the pair of split pieces (8a) (8b) so that the thickness is reduced so that the folded part (2a) can escape from the notch (9) to the outside of the insertion hole (7).
