【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、在宅あるいは医療機関内の患者に対して、生体情報・医療・保健に関する情報について、医者や看護婦などの医療関係者と通信を行う生体情報通信端末および生体情報サーバーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
医療費の高騰に伴い、患者を在宅で治療する傾向が高まっている。この在宅医療を実現するためのシステムとして、生体情報通信端末や、生体情報サーバーから構成される医療情報通信システムがある。

従来の医療情報通信システムの概略構成を図9に示す。この医療情報通信システムは、生体情報通信端末100、生体情報サーバー110、医療関係者用端末120からなる。

生体情報通信端末100は、ユーザ(患者)の生体情報(体温、血圧、体重、血糖値など)を測定する生体情報計測部101、測定された生体情報を通信により生体情報サーバー110に送信する生体情報送信部102、生体情報サーバー110から送信された情報を受信して表示する医療情報表示部103からなる。

生体情報サーバー110は、生体情報通信端末100から送信されたデータを受信する生体情報受信部111、受信した生体情報を記憶する生体情報記憶部112、医療や保健に関連した情報を設定・記憶し、生体情報通信端末100に送信する医療情報記憶部113からなる。

医療関係者用端末120は、パソコンなど通常の民生用コンピュータで構成されており、生体情報サーバー110や医療情報記憶部113にアクセスして、データの閲覧・登録・変更・削除が可能である。

以上のように構成された医療情報システムでは、生体情報通信端末100は患者宅に置き、生体情報サーバー110は医療機関や情報センターなどに設置する。生体情報通信端末で測定された生体データは、公衆通信網を通じて生体情報サーバー110へ送信され記録される。医師や看護婦はパソコンなどから構成された医療関係者用端末120を用いて、生体情報サーバー110へアクセスし、生体情報記憶部112に蓄えられた患者の生体データを閲覧する。また、医療情報記憶部113に、治療や予防に関するアドバイス情報など保健や医療に関する様々な情報を登録することで、様々な情報を患者に向けて送信することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の生体情報通信端末や生体情報サーバーでは、以下のような課題があった。

(1)医療機関から患者への情報提供として、医師や看護婦などの医療関係者が登録した医療や保健に関する情報(アドバイスなど)以外の情報提供ができない。生体情報通信端末はインターネット上にある様々なコンテンツ情報にアクセスできない。

(2)インターネットへアクセスして、通信販売や予約(診察、通院など)などのサービスを受ける際に認証が必要となるが、キーボードなどの入力デバイスを持たないため認証が難しい。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するため、血圧値や血糖値などの生体情報を計測する生体情報計測部で測定した生体情報を生体情報サーバーへ送信する計測情報送信部と、インターネットなどの通信回線上の任意のサーバーへアクセスしてHTMLやXML等で記述されたファイルを取得する端末通信部と、キーワードと文字列の置換規則を記憶するキーワード記憶部と、端末通信部により取得されたHTMLやXML等で記述されたファイル中のキーワードをキーワード記憶部に記憶されている置換規則に基づいて異なる文字列へ置換するキーワード置換部と、キーワード置換部により処理され出力されるHTMLやXMLのファイルを表示するブラウザ部を備えたものである。

この構成により、キーワード置換部による文字列置換により、生体情報通信端末固有の情報をHTMLやXMLのファイルに組み込むことができ、その情報をブラウザ部で接続するサーバーに送信することができる。これによりユーザはブラウザを用いて、端末やユーザに適した情報サービスを受けることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明にかかる生体情報通信端末は、血圧値や血糖値などの生体情報を計測する生体情報計測部で測定した生体情報を生体情報サーバーへ送信する計測情報送信部と、インターネットなどの通信回線上の任意のサーバーへアクセスしてHTMLやXML等で記述されたファイルを取得する端末通信部と、キーワードと文字列の置換規則を記憶するキーワード記憶部と、端末通信部により取得されたHTMLやXML等で記述されたファイル中のキーワードをキーワード記憶部に記憶されている置換規則に基づいて異なる文字列へ置換するキーワード置換部と、キーワード置換部により処理され出力されるHTMLやXMLのファイルを表示するブラウザ部を備えたものである。この構成により、キーワード置換部による文字列置換により、生体情報通信端末固有の情報をHTMLやXMLのファイルに組み込むことができ、その情報をブラウザ部で接続するサーバーに送信することができる。これによりユーザはブラウザを用いて、端末やユーザに適した情報サービスを受けることができる。

また、本発明にかかる生体情報通信端末は、血圧値や血糖値などの生体情報を計測する生体情報計測部で測定した生体情報を生体情報サーバーへ送信する計測情報送信部と、インターネットなどの通信回線上の任意のサーバーへアクセスしてHTMLやXML等で記述されたファイルを取得する端末通信部と、ユーザのID・氏名・保険証番号・電話番号など個人情報を記憶するユーザ情報記憶部と、ユーザのログイン操作から現在の利用者を判定する利用者管理部と、どのキーワードがどの個人情報へ変換されるかを示した文字列の置換規則を記憶するキーワード記憶部と、前記利用者管理部で得られる現在の利用者情報から、前記ユーザ情報記憶部を検索して、HTMLやXML等のファイル中に記載された所定のキーワードを、前記キーワード記憶部に記憶されている置換規則に基づいて現在利用しているユーザの個人情報へ置き換えるキーワード置換部と、前記キーワード置換部により処理され出力されるHTMLやXMLのファイルを表示するブラウザ部を備える。この構成により、ログインして使用しているユーザの個人情報をブラウザ部で表示されるHTML/XMLファイルに組み込むことができ、ユーザの複雑な操作無しに接続先のサーバーにその情報を送信することができる。したがって、ブラウザ部で表示されるコンテンツは、ユーザの個人毎に適したものにする事ができる。

以下、本発明の実施例について図面を用いて説明する。

(実施例1)
図1は本発明の全体構成を示した図である。図1において、1はユーザ(患者)の生体情報(血圧、体温、体重、血糖、心電図など)を測定するためのセンサ(具体的には、血圧計、体温計、体重計、血糖計など)である生体情報計測部、2は生体情報計測部1で測定した生体情報を生体情報サーバー3へ送信するとともに、さまざまな医療や保健に関する情報通信サービスをユーザに提供する生体情報通信端末、なお、図1では、生体情報計測部1と生体情報通信端末2は分かれた構成となっている。これは生体情報計測部1が生体情報通信端末2から着脱可能であることを示している。

しかしながら、生体情報計測部1と生体情報通信端末2が同一の筐体であり、両方でひとつの患者端末であるとしても良い。3は情報センターの中に設置された生体情報サーバー。生体情報通信端末2の設定や、生体情報通信端末2から送信された生体情報の蓄積・管理および情報提供サービスを行う。4は生体情報通信端末2のブラウザ機能で様々な情報サービス(通信販売、予約など)を提供するためのウェブサーバー。この図では生体情報サーバー3と同一の情報センター内に配置されているが、インターネットやイントラネットなどによりネットワーク接続されておれば、他の情報センター内にあっても良い。5は病院や保健センターなどの医療機関内で医師・看護婦などの医療管理者がユーザの生体情報等を閲覧するための医療関係者用端末である。医療関係者用端末5は通常のパソコンやワークステーションで構成される。

一般に通常のホームページでは、ホームページ内でユーザが特別なログイン操作をしない限り、そのホームページを閲覧・操作しているユーザを特定することができない。通常のパソコンなどでは、キーボードやマウスなどを利用して、ログインIDやパスワード、名前などを入力することができるので、通信販売などについても個人認証が簡単に行える。しかし、本実施例の生体情報通信端末2は、キーボードなどの容易に日本語文字列が入力できる構成がないため、通常のHTMLでは、ホームページを閲覧しているユーザを特定できない。本発明では、この問題を解決するために、ブラウザにHTMLやXMLのファイルを表示する前に、特定の文字列置換を行うことで、利用者管理部16に記憶されている、ログインユーザの個人情報をホームページに自動的に組み込むことができる。

具体的には、図6中の(イ)に記載されているようなキーワードと文字列の置換規則を用いて、取得したHTML/XMLファイルの文字列をブラウザ部19で表示動作を行う前に変換する。

図6(イ)では2つの文字列置換規則を示している。(i)はHTML中に"%%PATINET#NAME%%"というキーワードを発見したときに、利用者管理部16に記憶されているカレントユーザ(現在ログインしているユーザ)について、ユーザ情報記憶部18の所定の領域の文字列(Table4 Field "NAME"で指定される。第4表のフィールド名"NAME"に記載されている文字列) に記憶している文字列に置換するという処理を行う。この実施例では、Table4 Field "NAME" にはユーザの氏名が格納されている。この処理によりHTML/XMLに記載されている文字列"%%PATINET#NAME%%"は、図6(ウ)に示すように現在ログインしているユーザ名"山田次郎"に変わる。図6(イ)の2番目の置換規則も同様であり、キーワード"%%PATIENT#TELEPHONE%%"を、現在ログインしているユーザについて、ユーザ情報記憶部のTable 4 Field "TEL" という領域に記憶されている文字列に変換する。本実施例では、Table 4 Field "TEL"にはユーザの自宅の電話番号が記憶されている。これによりブラウザ部19が取得したHTML/XMLファイル中の"%%PATIENT#TELEPHONE%%"は、ユーザの自宅の電話番号に置換される。
