Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a saddle joint used for connecting eaves rods, and more particularly to an inner connection type saddle joint provided inside an eaves cage.

Conventionally, as a gutter joint provided inside an eaves gutter, for example, one described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-12354 is known. This flange joint is composed of a groove-shaped joint body portion whose outer surface shape is formed to substantially coincide with the inner surface shape of the flange body portion, and an ear locking portion formed at the upper end portion of the joint body portion. The joint body portion is formed in a semi-cylindrical shape, and the ear locking portion is formed in a groove shape that can be fitted to the outside of the hook ear. However, this conventional heel joint has a problem that the aesthetic appearance is impaired because the ear locking portion appears outside the heel ear.

As a heel joint that solves this aesthetic problem, a joint body portion whose outer surface shape is substantially matched with the inner surface shape of the heel body portion, and an ear locking portion provided at the upper end of the joint body portion And an eaves joint used for connecting eaves eaves in which a groove opened inwardly is formed on the inner surface side of the eaves ear (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 2003-172007 A

This invention solves the conventional fault, can connect an eaves with good aesthetics, and prevents the leakage of rainwater from the connection part of an eaves and an eaves joint. Specifically, even if dirt, dirt, etc. collected around the front ear, the rainwater and roof surface that fell on the inner ear of the eaves passed through the groove that opened inward on the inner side of the ear. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a gutter joint that prevents rainwater from entering and flowing in the groove along the longitudinal direction of the eaves.

That is, the present invention provides a saddle joint used for connection between eaves ridges in which a groove opening inward is formed on the inner surface side of the front ear and a locking portion is formed on the upper edge of the groove. Is composed of a groove-shaped joint body portion whose outer surface shape is substantially matched with the inner surface shape of the heel body portion, and an ear locking portion provided at the upper end portion of the joint body portion. It is a saddle joint in which a notch groove for draining rainwater in the eaves is provided in a rising piece located at the upper end of the locking portion.

In another aspect of the invention, the projection formed on the upper portion of the front side wall of the joint body portion has a function as a weir, and the notch joint is provided with notches at both ends of the receiving surface serving as the bottom of the weir. It is.

In the saddle joint of the present invention, since the notch groove is provided in the saddle joint, rainwater collected between the front ear and the rising piece of the eaves can be collected from the notch groove even if dirt or dirt accumulates. It can drain quickly into the eaves. In addition, the notch groove serves as a guide for the connection position between the eaves and the joint, so that the connection work can be performed correctly.

In addition, since notches are provided at both ends of the receiving surface, part of the rainwater that flows into the eaves does not travel along the end surface of the eaves joint, Rain water can be prevented from leaking out of the eaves through the eaves connection.

As described above, the present invention provides an inner connection type gutter joint that is used for connecting eaves to the rainwater collected between the front ear and the rising piece of the eaves even if earth or sand or dirt accumulates in this portion. The present inventors have found that rainwater can be drained into the eaves by providing a notch groove in the rising piece, and leakage of rainwater from the connection between the eaves and the eaves joint is prevented.

As a material for the flange joint in the present invention, a conventionally known resin can be appropriately selected and adopted as a plastic building material, such as hard vinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, polycarbonate resin, AES resin (acrylonitrile / ethylene / propylene rubber / styrene resin), etc. A thermoplastic resin can be used. In addition, as the metal material, an iron plate, a steel plate, a stainless steel plate, or a resin-coated steel plate whose surface is coated with a synthetic resin such as a vinyl chloride resin or an acrylic resin can be used. The material of the eaves can be the same as or different from that of the eaves joint. The shape of the saddle joint may be determined according to the shape of the eaves to be applied.

The eaves connected by the eaves joint of this invention is demonstrated. The eaves bowl 1 has a square cross section, as shown in FIG. 2, a flat bottom wall portion 11, a front wall portion 12 and a rear wall portion 13 erected from both sides of the bottom wall portion 11, A groove-shaped bag main body 10 is formed. The front wall portion 12 is formed at a substantially right angle with respect to the bottom wall portion 11, a hollow chamber 143 is formed inside the eaves in the upper middle portion, and a front ear 14 is formed at the upper end portion of the front wall portion 12. . The front wall portion 12 extending from the hollow chamber 143 to the front ear 14 is formed to be slightly inclined toward the indoor side. The rear wall portion 13 is formed substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall portion 11.

The front ear 14 has a groove 141 opened on the inner side of the heel. A locking claw 142 is formed downward on the upper edge of the opening. A rear ear 15 is formed at the upper end of the rear wall portion 13, and the rear ear 15 is provided with a locking projection 151 protruding inward, and on the lower side of the corner portion of the locking projection 151. A rear ear groove 152 is formed. The groove 141 of the front ear 14 and the locking protrusion 151 of the rear ear 15 serve as a mounting groove and a protrusion when the eaves rod 1 is attached to the rod suspension 4 described later.

As shown in FIG. 1, the rivet joint 2 has a groove-shaped joint main body 20 whose outer surface shape is formed so as to substantially match the inner surface shape of the heel main body portion 10, and the upper end of the joint main body portion 20. It is comprised by the front ear latching | locking part 24 and the back ear latching | locking part 25 which were provided in the part.

The joint body 20 has a groove shape, and includes a flat bottom wall 21, and front and rear side walls 22 and 23 erected from both ends of the bottom wall 21. The front side wall 22 and the rear side wall 23 are formed substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall 21.

The upper portion of the front side wall 22 is bent inward to become a receiving surface 222 so as to match the lower surface portion 144 of the hollow chamber 143 of the eaves 1. The front side wall 22 at the upper part of the receiving surface 222 is integrally provided as a protrusion 223 along the longitudinal direction of the joint body 20. The protrusion 223 is for forming a drainage groove 3 for draining rainwater collected in the groove 141 of the front ear 14 of the eaves rod 1 into the eaves rod 1. The height of the protrusion 223 is preferably 2 to 5 mm. If it is less than 2 mm, it becomes difficult to form the drainage grooves 3. On the other hand, if it exceeds 5 mm, the moldability of the protrusion 223 becomes difficult.

A rising piece 26 is formed at the upper end of the front ear locking portion 24. A notch groove 261 is formed in the center of the rising piece 26. This notch groove 261 is a groove for draining rainwater collected between the front ear 14 and the rising piece 26 of the eaves bowl 1 into the eaves bowl 1. The width of the notch groove 261 is preferably 5 to 30 mm. If it is less than 5 mm, earth and sand, dust, etc. accumulate and drainage becomes difficult. On the other hand, when it exceeds 30 mm, the rising piece 26 becomes weak in strength. This notch groove 261 is a groove for draining rainwater into the eaves wall 1 even when dirt or dirt accumulates between the front ear 14 and the rising piece 26 of the eaves wall 1. It serves as a bypass.

Also, the notch groove 261 may cause detachment of the eaves 1 from the eaves joint 2, leakage of water, etc. if the eaves 1 and the eaves joint 2 are not correctly connected and bonded in the rain gutter construction involving high-altitude work. May occur. The notch groove 261 is a notch groove with the position of the notch groove 261 as a guide in order to prevent the connection allowance of the eaves joints 1 and 1 connected to both ends of the eaves joint 2 from being biased to one side. This connection work can be done correctly by inserting the eaves rod 1 to the vicinity of H.261.

As shown in FIG.1 and FIG.5, the drainage route of the rainwater collected around the front ear 14 of the eaves 1 is demonstrated. First, a part of the rainwater collected between the front ear 14 and the rising piece 26 of the eaves 1 flows into the eaves through a notch groove 261 at the center of the rising piece. Other rainwater collects from the rising piece 26 on the receiving surface 222 on the upper part of the front side wall of the joint body 20. Since the protrusion 223 formed on the upper portion of the front side wall of the joint body 20 has a function as a weir, the lower surface 144 on the side of the eaves 1 and the side of the eaves joint are fitted in the end of the eaves 1 A drainage groove 3 is formed between the receiving surface 222 on the second side. As a result, rainwater that accumulates in the groove 141 of the front ear 14 of the eaves bowl 1 flows into the receiving surface 222 through the drainage groove 3 and flows into the eaves bowl 1 from the notches 224 at both ends of the receiving surface 222.

The receiving surface 222 preferably has a downward slope toward the notches 224 at both ends. The inclination of the downward gradient is not particularly limited, but a gradient of 0.5 to 3.0 ° is desirable from the draft angle of the mold.

The notch 224 is configured so that rainwater collected in the groove 141 flows from the drainage groove 3 into the eaves 1 through the notches 224 at both ends of the receiving surface 222, so that rainwater does not propagate through the both ends of the joint 2. Since drainage is possible, even if there is a deficiency in the application of adhesive between the eaves 樋 1 and the 施工 joint 2 during construction, part of the rainwater that flows into the eave 樋 1 travels along the end face of the 樋 joint 2 and the eaves 樋 1 and 樋It is possible to reliably prevent rainwater from leaking out of the eaves rod 1 from the connection portion 6 of the eaves rod 1 through the bonding surface side with the joint 2.

Example 1 of the flange joint according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

The eaves bowl 1 of this example is made of hard vinyl chloride resin and shaped by extrusion using a biaxial different direction extruder. The heel joint 2 is made of hard vinyl chloride resin and shaped using an injection molding machine.

The width of the notch groove 261 is 20 mm. In addition, a rib 225 is formed at substantially the center of the receiving surface 222 of the flange joint 2. The height of the rib 225 is 5 mm. Further, the slope of the descending slope of the receiving surface 222 is 2 °, and the widths of the notches 224 at both ends of the receiving surface 222 are 10 mm.

A procedure for connecting the eaves 1 and the joint 2 according to the present invention will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, the hook hanging tool 4 for hanging the eaves basket 1 includes an attachment portion 41 and a support member 42, and a front ear holding portion 43 and a rear ear holding portion 44 are provided at both ends of the support member 42. Is provided.

First, a plurality of kite suspenders 4 are arranged on the nose cover plate 5 of the building, the mounting position is determined from the mounting interval, and the mounting portion 41 of the kite hangers 4 is fixed with screws or the like.

Next, the rear ears 15 of the eaves rods 1 and 1 are fitted and locked to the rear ear holding portions 44 of the respective hook suspensions 4, and in this state, the both end surfaces of the adjacent eave rods 1 and 1 are aligned. Next, an adhesive is applied to the outer peripheral surfaces of both ends of the heel body 10 of the heel joint 2, and the rear ear engagement portion 25 located at the upper end of the rear side wall 23 of the heel joint 2 is connected to the rear ears of the eaves 1, 1. 15 is engaged and locked in the rear ear groove 152 of the lower surface side.

Next, the eaves rod 1 is rotated in the clockwise direction around the rear ear 15, and the front ear 14 of the eaves rod 1 is moved to the front ear holding portion 43 of the heel suspension 4 and the front ear locking portion 24 of the heel joint 2. Fit and lock. By repeating this operation, the eaves rod 1 connected by the rod joint 2 can be installed on the rod suspension 4 located in front of the nose cover plate 5 of the building.

As an application example of the present invention, in a joint with an inner connection method provided inside the eaves, it can be used industrially as a coffin joint that can surely drain rain water in the upper front side of the eaves into the eaves.
