Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pipe duct joint that includes a bottom body and a lid body that can be attached to and detached from the bottom body, and that can be connected to an assembly of a plurality of pipe ducts.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of pipe duct joint, as shown in FIG. 8, in order to form a portion that becomes the side wall portion 30 of the bottom body S, a part of the bottom body S is bent and the side wall portion 30 is configured by a single plate member. There was something to do. FIG. 8 is an example in which four pipe ducts D are connected to the pipe duct joint. In the case of this conventional example, the shape of the mounting portion in the X direction and the shape of the mounting portion in the Y direction related to the pipe duct joint are different, and the mounting mode of the pipe duct D is also different from each other. .
[0003]
For example, when the piping duct D is attached from the X direction, the surface direction of the side wall portion 30 and the surface direction of the piping duct D are different, so that the piping duct is attached to the flange-like attachment portion 31 formed on the side wall portion 30. The duct side plates 21 of D are overlapped, and both are fastened using a screw member or the like.

On the other hand, when the piping duct D is attached from the Y direction, the surface direction of the side wall portion 30 and the surface direction of the duct side plate 21 of the piping duct D coincide with each other. There is no need to provide it. However, in this case, as shown in FIG. 8, the two connecting bands 32 are used for connection. That is, when the pipe duct D is connected from the Y direction, since the outer shapes of the pipe duct D and the pipe duct joint are substantially the same, it is desirable to make them coincide with each other for aesthetic reasons. For this reason, the back side connecting band 32b and the front side connecting band 32a are arranged across the duct side plate 21 and the duct top plate 19 of the pipe duct D, the side wall portion 30 and the cover plate 33 of the pipe duct joint, and both of these are connected. Both side plates and both top plates were clamped using the bands 32a and 32b.
[0005]
In addition, since the pipe duct joint is merely a side plate portion 30 constituted by a simple plate member, the cover plate 33 of the pipe duct joint is particularly formed when some external force is applied from the vertical direction of the pipe duct joint. In some cases, the pipe duct joint is easily deformed, for example, it is depressed or the side wall portion 30 is bent.
In order to prevent such deformation, it is necessary to take measures so that the deformation is difficult to occur particularly at the opening edge in the Y direction. For these reasons, as described above, particularly when connecting in the Y direction, the band members are used to reinforce each edge.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the connection procedure in the X direction and the connection procedure in the Y direction are different as in the above-described conventional technique, particularly when connecting in the Y direction, the duct of the piping duct D is used by using the connection band 32 as described above. Since it was necessary to sandwich the top plate 19 and the like, the connection work was extremely complicated. Not only that, but also when removing the top plate of the piping duct joint for maintenance of wiring and the like, the removal work has become complicated.
[0007]
Moreover, in order to increase the strength of the side wall part 30 formed by bending as much as possible, it is necessary to set the width of the side wall part 30 large. However, as a result, the size along the Y direction of the pipe duct joint is the sum of the occupied width of the wiring / piping 1 to be laid and the width of the side wall portion 30, so the size of the piping duct joint is necessary for the wiring / piping 1. It was more than the size. As described above, the installation area of the pipe duct joint increases, and the shape of the pipe duct joint in the X and Y directions becomes anisotropic. As a result, the location where the pipe duct joint is installed may be restricted. The degree of freedom was inferior.
[0008]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-described conventional problems, improve the connection efficiency of the piping duct, and provide a piping duct joint having sufficient strength.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[Configuration 1]
As described in claim 1, the pipe duct joint according to the present invention has a bottom plate member whose bottom body has a substantially rectangular shape, and a column member that is configured separately from the bottom plate member and fixes the lid body. It is characterized in that it is constructed by being attached to each corner of the bottom plate member.
[Function and effect]
If it is the structure which attaches the pillar member comprised separately from the baseplate member to the said baseplate member like this structure, it will become possible to use the pillar member which has arbitrary cross-sectional shapes, for example. If the cross-sectional shape can be arbitrarily determined, the rigidity of the column member can be freely increased, and the arrangement space of the column member can be greatly reduced.
In addition, when the rigidity is reduced and the width of the column member is reduced, only the space necessary for actually laying various wires and pipes needs to be secured inside the pipe duct joint. Further, there is no inconvenience that the width of the bent portion unnecessarily increases the size of the pipe duct joint. Therefore, a compact pipe duct joint can be formed.
[0010]
[Configuration 2]
As described in claim 2, the pipe duct joint according to the present invention may be one in which a ridge line extending in a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate member is formed by two plate-like portions as the column member.
[Function and effect]
If a column member that forms a ridge line by two plate-like parts is used as in this configuration, a highly rigid column member can be obtained with a very simple configuration. For example, two plate members are abutted with each other so as to form a perpendicular surface, and the abutted portions are welded to form a column member, or a single plate member is simply bent at a substantially right angle. A pillar member can be formed.
As a result, even when a piping duct is connected to the column member, it is possible to prevent inconveniences such as the column member being bent and deformed.
[0011]
[Configuration 3]
As described in claim 3, the pipe duct joint according to the present invention can be configured by providing each of the column members with a duct mounting portion protruding in two directions.
[Function and effect]
As in this configuration, in the case where each of the column members is provided with a duct mounting portion that protrudes in two directions, it is possible to connect a pipe duct from two directions to one column member. For example, it is possible to connect the pipe duct from four directions to the pipe duct joint by setting the two directions as a right angle direction. In this case, it becomes possible to connect both side wall parts of one piping duct to the attachment part of the column member to which these side wall parts are attached. And the said connection point can be similarly performed about the piping duct from four directions.
In other words, with this configuration, since all pipe ducts to be connected can be connected in the same manner, there is no restriction that pipe ducts having different shapes must be connected as shown in the conventional example. . For this reason, it is not necessary to consider the arrangement direction when arranging the pipe duct joint, and the installation work of the pipe duct joint can be made efficient.
[0012]
[Configuration 4]
As described in claim 4, the pipe duct joint according to the present invention may have a screw hole for attaching the pipe duct formed in the duct attachment portion.
[Function and effect]
As in this configuration, if a screw hole is formed in the duct attachment portion, the piping duct can be attached to the attachment portion very easily and quickly. In particular, if screw holes are formed in all the duct mounting portions, the necessity for connection using a band member is eliminated. Duct installation work can be made simple and quick.
[0013]
[Configuration 5]
As described in claim 5, the pipe duct joint according to the present invention can be configured such that the lid body has a top plate portion and four side plate portions.
[Function and effect]
If the lid is composed of a top plate portion and four side plate portions as in this configuration, the lid body has a box shape, and the rigidity of the lid body is greatly improved. Therefore, by attaching the lid to the bottom body, the overall strength of the pipe duct joint is improved. As a result, after the wiring / pipe laying operation is finished, the pipe duct joint is easily deformed even if some external force acts on the pipe duct joint or the pipe duct connected to the pipe duct joint. Can be prevented. As a result, there is no inconvenience that a gap is generated between the pipe duct joint and the pipe duct, and it is possible to effectively prevent inconveniences such as sunlight entering the pipe duct joint and rainwater entering easily. As a result, it is possible to reliably protect the internal wiring and piping.
[0014]
[Configuration 6]
As described in claim 6, the pipe duct joint according to the present invention has a side plate portion corresponding to a mounting position of the pipe duct among the four side plate portions, substantially parallel to the top plate portion and outward. A first protruding portion that protrudes is formed, and a second protruding portion that protrudes substantially in the same plane as the bottom plate member is formed on each side portion of the bottom plate member that corresponds to the mounting position of the piping duct. In addition, when connecting the piping duct, the first projecting portion and the second projecting portion, and the duct mounting portion projecting toward the piping duct are configured to be inserted into the piping duct. can do.
[Function and effect]
When connecting a piping duct to the piping duct joint of the present invention, only the duct mounting portion is used, and the connection using the other top plate portion and bottom plate member is not performed. That is, in the pipe duct joint of this configuration, the first protrusion, the second protrusion, and the duct mounting part are inserted into the pipe duct, but the first protrusion and the second protrusion The part mainly serves as a positioning means for the duct top plate and the duct bottom plate when the pipe duct is attached to the pipe duct joint or after the pipe duct is attached. For example, when a pipe duct is attached, the duct top plate is brought into contact with the first projecting portion, thereby facilitating alignment of mounting holes provided in the duct side plate and the duct attaching portion. And if it is a piping duct coupling of this structure, since it is not necessary to use a band-shaped member etc. as mentioned above, a duct side plate and a duct attachment part can be attached very rapidly.
Moreover, since it is not necessary to use a band-shaped member etc. as mentioned above, the connection part of a piping duct and a piping duct coupling becomes clear, and the external appearance of a connection part can be improved.
Further, after the piping duct is attached, even if any external load is applied to the duct top plate, the first projecting portion prevents the duct top plate from being depressed and the deformation amount of the piping duct is reduced. It is also possible to expect an effect such as minimizing the problem.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(Overview)
The piping duct joint of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, the external appearance perspective view of the piping duct coupling which concerns on this invention is shown. FIG. 2 shows an exploded perspective view of the pipe duct joint.
The piping duct joint according to the present invention includes a bottom body S and a lid body F that can be attached to and detached from the bottom body S. A plurality of piping ducts D can be connected to the piping duct joint. FIG. 1 shows an example in which four pipe ducts D are connected.
[0016]
(Bottom body)
The said bottom body S is a part which receives and supports various wiring and piping 1 laid in a piping duct joint. As shown in FIG. 2, the bottom body S includes a bottom plate member 2 and a column member 3.
[0017]
The said baseplate member 2 is a part which receives and supports the various wiring and piping 1 laid in the inside of a piping duct coupling. In the present embodiment, the bottom plate member 2 is a substantially rectangular plate member. If it is formed in a rectangular shape as in this configuration, a maximum of four piping ducts D can be connected. Moreover, the bottom plate member 2 can be easily manufactured by configuring the bottom plate member 2 in a simple plate shape.
[0018]
In addition, in this embodiment, although the said baseplate member 2 is comprised with the plate-shaped member literally, it is not restricted to the said structure. For example, there are cases where it is desired to lay the wiring / piping 1 over the outside and inside of the piping duct joint. In such a case, an opening may be provided in the bottom plate member 2. Therefore, the bottom plate member 2 is not limited to a perfect plate-like member, and may be, for example, a frame shape.
[0019]
A leg fixing hole 4 is provided at a predetermined position of the bottom plate member 2. For example, as shown in FIG. 6 or 7, this is used when the gate-shaped leg 5 is attached to the back surface of the bottom plate member 2 using a screw member or the like.
[0020]
In the present embodiment, the bottom member S is configured by attaching column members 3 formed separately from the bottom plate member 2 to the respective corners of the bottom plate member 2. The column member 3 is a member for securing a space for laying various wiring / piping 1 above the bottom plate member 2 and for connecting the lid F.
[0021]
In the pipe duct joint according to the present invention, the column member 3 is formed separately from the bottom plate member 2 as described above. Therefore, the column member 3 having any strength or rigidity can be attached to the bottom plate member 2. For example, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the column member 3 has two plate-like portions 7 that form ridge lines 6 extending in a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate member 2. Yes. That is, the column member 3 is configured using a member whose cross-sectional shape in a plane parallel to the bottom plate member 2 is, for example, L-shaped.
[0022]
By using the column member 3 having such a cross-sectional shape, the rigidity of the column member 3 can be increased, and the cross-sectional space of the column member 3 can be greatly reduced.
Further, when the rigidity is increased and the width of the column member 3 is reduced, it is sufficient to secure only a space necessary for actually laying various wirings and pipes 1 inside the pipe duct joint. As described above, there is no inconvenience that the width of the bent portion unnecessarily increases the size of the pipe duct joint. Therefore, a compact pipe duct joint can be formed.
[0023]
FIG. 3 shows details of the column member 3. FIG. 3A shows a plan view of the column member 3, and FIG. 3B shows a side view and FIG. 3C shows a rear view. Is shown.
The column member 3 has a shape in which two plate-like portions 7 are connected. These connecting portions form ridge lines 6 extending in a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate member 2. The two plate-like portions 7 may be configured to be bent, for example, or may be integrated by welding at the position of the ridgeline 6. In the case of bending, the ridgeline 6 has a phase as viewed microscopically. On the other hand, when comprised by welding, the said ridgeline 6 can be finished in edge shape. It is considered that there is no difference in the strength of the column member 3 regardless of which method is used. Therefore, the column member 3 may be formed by appropriately selecting depending on the ease of manufacture or circumstances such as the appearance.
[0024]
A duct mounting portion 8 is connected to the plate-like portion 7. In this embodiment, the duct attachment part 8 is attached to the two plate-like parts 7, respectively. That is, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the two duct mounting portions 8 are formed so as to form a right angle with each other, and can be connected to two piping ducts D connected from two directions forming the right angle. is there.
The duct mounting portion 8 is provided with two duct mounting holes 9 for connecting the pipe duct D. For example, the piping duct D is connected by inserting a screw member through the duct mounting hole 9 and a mounting hole provided on the piping duct D side.
[0025]
In the present embodiment, the duct mounting hole 9 forms a simple opening. Therefore, in the case of this configuration, as will be described later, the piping duct D is attached using a screw member and a nut member. If it is this structure, the duct attaching part 8 can be comprised very easily.
The duct mounting hole 9 may be formed as a tap hole, for example. In this case, it is only necessary to screw the duct member into the duct mounting plate 9 while allowing the screw member to pass through the duct side plate 21 of the pipe duct D, so that the pipe duct D can be joined very quickly.
[0026]
Of the both ends of the column member 3, a lid attachment portion 10 is provided at an end portion on the side where the lid F is attached. As shown in FIGS. 3A and 4, here, the end of the plate-like portion 7 is bent to form the lid attachment surface 12 so as to coincide with the plane of the top plate portion 11 of the lid F. is doing. A lid mounting hole 13 for fixing the lid F is formed on the lid mounting surface 12, and a nut member 14 is welded to the back surface of the lid mounting portion 10. Thus, after the lid F is placed on the lid mounting surface 12, the screw F is screwed into the nut member 14 while passing the screw member 15 through the lid F and the lid mounting portion 10. Fix it.
[0027]
The column member 3 is attached to the bottom plate member 2 by spot welding in this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 3 (c), the lower end portions of the two plate-like portions 7 are bent to form a fixing portion 16 that comes into contact with the bottom plate member 2. The fixing portion 16 is brought into contact with the back surface side of the bottom plate member 2. Therefore, of the both surfaces of the fixed portion 16, the surface on the side facing the lid mounting portion 10 becomes the fixed surface 17. Spot welding is performed while the fixing surface 17 and the back surface of the bottom plate member 2 are in contact with each other to fix the column member 3.
[0028]
Thus, if the method of attaching by spot welding is used, since the bottom plate member 2 and the column member 3 are substantially integrated, the reliability of the attachment relating to the column member 3 can be improved. Moreover, since the part which uses for spot welding can be formed only by bending the one end side of the column member 3, the manufacturing efficiency of the said bottom body S can be improved.
[0029]
The column member 3 can be attached to the bottom plate member 2 using a screw member 15a as shown in FIG. That is, it is possible to form column member mounting holes in the corners of the bottom plate member 2 and the fixing portions 16 at the lower end of the column member 3 and fix them using the screw members 15a and the nut members 14a. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, if the nut member 14a is welded to the bottom plate member 2, the screw member 15a can be easily screwed.
[0030]
In this configuration, for example, the pipe duct joint can be assembled at the pipe laying site. In other words, the pipe duct joint is in a disassembled state until it is brought into the site, and the overall volume is small. Therefore, a pipe duct joint having excellent portability can be obtained.
[0031]
(Lid)
The lid F is for covering the laying portion after laying various wiring / piping 1 on the bottom plate member 2.
As shown in FIG. 2, the lid F according to the present invention includes a plate-like top plate portion 11 and side plate portions 18 formed around the top plate portion 11. Here, the top plate part 11 whose planar shape is a square is shown. Of course, the planar shape of the top plate 11 is not limited to a square, and may be a rectangular shape.
[0032]
In the present embodiment, the top plate portion 11 and the side plate portion 18 are connected by welding. When this method is used, it is not necessary to produce a bending mold or the like, and it is possible to simplify the equipment used for manufacturing and reduce the manufacturing cost of the piping duct joint.
Moreover, the welding part can be comprised in edge shape by welding the top-plate part 11 and the side-plate part 18. FIG. Therefore, a specific effect can be exhibited also on the design.
[0033]
In the present embodiment, the side plate portions 18 adjacent to each other are also welded. Thus, the intensity | strength of the cover body F can be improved remarkably by connecting the circumference | surroundings of the top-plate part 11 by the side-plate part 18, and making it a kind of box shape. Therefore, when the lid F is attached to the bottom body S, a pipe duct joint with extremely high rigidity can be formed, and the internal wiring / piping 1 can be reliably protected.
[0034]
(Piping duct installation procedure)
FIG. 6 shows a procedure for attaching the piping duct D to the piping duct joint.
First, the leg portion 5 is attached to the pipe duct joint and installed at a predetermined position. The piping duct D to be connected is brought close to the piping duct joint. At this time, the top plate portion 11 of the pipe duct joint portion and the duct top plate 19 of the pipe duct D are removed. The duct bottom plate 20 and the pair of duct side plates 21 are connected in advance.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 6, in this embodiment, the side plate portion 18 corresponding to the mounting position of the piping duct D among the four side plate portions 18 is substantially parallel to the top plate portion 11 and outward. The 1st protrusion part 22 which protrudes in this is formed. On the other hand, in each side portion of the bottom plate member 2, a second projection portion 23 that protrudes substantially in the same plane as the bottom plate member 2 is formed on a side portion corresponding to the attachment position of the piping duct D.
[0036]
When the piping duct D is brought close to one side portion of the piping duct joint, the duct bottom plate 20 is formed on the column member 3 so as to be positioned below the second projecting portion 23 as shown in FIG. The duct mounting portion 8 is aligned with the pipe duct D and the pipe duct joint so as to be inside the duct side plate 21. In this state, the connecting screw member 24 is passed through the duct side plate 21 and the duct mounting portion 8 from the outside of both the duct side plates 21, and from the inside of the piping duct D to the screw member 24. The nut member 25 is screwed.
The nut member 25 can be welded to the back side of the duct side plate 21 in advance. In that case, the mounting operation of the screw member 24 is speeded up.
[0037]
Thus, when connecting the piping duct D to the piping duct joint of the present invention, only the duct mounting portion 8 is used, and the connection using the other top plate portion 11 and the bottom plate member 2 is not performed. Therefore, the installation work of the piping duct D is extremely simple, and the efficiency related to the installation work of the piping duct joint can be greatly improved.
[0038]
In the pipe duct joint of the present invention, the first projecting portion 22 and the second projecting portion 23 are mainly used when the duct duct D is attached to the duct duct joint or after the duct duct joint. 19 and the duct bottom plate 20 function as positioning means.
For example, when the pipe duct D is attached, the duct top plate 19 is brought into contact with the first projecting portion 22 to automatically align the duct attachment holes 9 provided in the duct side plate 21 and the duct attachment portion 8. Can be done automatically.
In addition, after the pipe duct D is attached, even if any load is applied to the duct top plate 19 from the outside, the first protrusion 22 prevents the duct top plate 19 from being depressed. The deformation amount of the piping duct D can be minimized.
[0039]
(effect)
As described above, when the pipe duct joint of the present invention is used, the column member 3 having an arbitrary strength or rigidity is attached to the bottom plate member 2, so that the sectional space of the column member 3 can be greatly reduced. As a result, the pipe duct joint can be made compact.
Furthermore, the strength of the entire pipe duct joint is remarkably improved by attaching the rigid lid body F to the strength of the column member 3. Therefore, when attaching the duct duct D to the duct duct joint, only the duct side plate 21 need be connected. Since the connection of the duct side plate 21 can usually be done by screwing, the installation work efficiency of the piping duct D can be greatly increased.
[0040]
(Another embodiment)
<1> In the above embodiment, an example in which the piping duct D is attached to the piping duct joint from four directions has been shown. Of course, the number of the piping ducts D connected to the piping duct joint is limited to four. Instead, it may be two or three. About the side part which does not connect the piping duct D, it is good also as preparing and attaching a cover member for exclusive use, and you may weld the side-plate part 18 which does not have an opening from the beginning.
Thus, the piping duct joint can be attached to any position as long as the plurality of piping ducts D are gathered. As a result, it is possible to increase the degree of freedom in determining the laying route of various wiring / piping 1.
