Claims (4)
- 少なくとも一組の電荷注入電極を備え、該電荷注入電極間には少なくとも1種類の共役系高分子物質からなる発光層と、カーボンからなる薄膜によって形成された電荷注入層を有し、前記電荷注入層の厚みが20nmであることを特徴とする有機エレクトロルミネッセント素子。
- 少なくとも一組の電荷注入電極を備え、該電荷注入電極間には少なくとも1種類の電子ブロック機能を有する電子ブロック層と、少なくとも1種類の共役系高分子物質からなる発光層と、カーボンからなる薄膜によって形成された電荷注入層を有し、該電子ブロック層を介して該電荷注入層と該発光層が配置されて成り、前記電荷注入層の厚みが20nmであることを特徴とする有機エレクトロルミネッセント素子。
