Description

【0001】

The length from the blade fulcrum pin of the lower blade handle to the pin coupling point is shorter than the length from the blade fulcrum pin to the pin coupling point of the upper blade handle .
[0008]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the wire cutting tool body is frictioned to prevent transmission of excessive power when an excessive force is manually input from the outside or when the material of the covered wire conductor to be cut is hard. It is characterized in that a constant torque limiter by a mechanism is provided in the connecting portion.
[0009]
The invention of claim 3 is characterized in that it includes a pair of gripping mechanisms for gripping the cut covered electric wire on the unfixed side or the extra length side when the covered electric wire is cut.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view showing a wire cutting tool according to the present invention. Moreover, FIG. 2 is explanatory drawing which shows the right side surface of a wire cutting tool, and a manual connection rod. FIG. 3 is a right side sectional view of the wire cutting tool.
[0011]
At the lower end of the wire cutting tool 1, there is provided a connection fitting 8 to which a manual operation rod can be inserted and connected. The rotational power of the manual operation rod 27 is transmitted to the connection shaft 7 and rotates around the shaft. .
[0012]
Then, although those required excessive cutting output when the material of the covered electric wire to or when cutting the excessive force is input from the manual operation rod 27 is rigid, whereby the wire cutting tool 1 itself and blades to prevent damage, is provided a constant torque limiter 9 by the friction mechanism such excessive force is not transmitted, the transmission unit 7a for transmitting the rotational force of the connecting shaft 7 to the ball screw 10 is transmission shaft.
[0013]
Then, by rotating the connecting shaft 7 with a normal force , the ball screw 10 rotates, and the nut 11 screwed into the ball screw 10 via a ball (not shown) moves up and down. The ball screw 10 and the nut 11 are formed with a general triangular or trapezoidal thread, and are not so-called sliding friction, and a spherical shape ( not shown) is formed between the ball screw 10 and the nut 11. A rolling friction system with balls is adopted. The screw pitch is longer than a general pitch, and the ball screw 10 cuts the covered electric wire by sliding the nut 11 in the vertical direction with a low rotational force and a low rotational speed.
[0014]
Next, these ball screw 10, and a ball (not shown), consisting of a nut 11 Prefecture, a pair of holders 12 is disposed on the upper surface of the ball screw mechanism 3 is sliding portion, the distal end of the holder 12, The base end portion of the handle portion 30 is pin-coupled by the holder pin 13 , and the lower blade 16 having the blade edge 18 at the other end portion is pin-coupled in a state where the upper blade 15 and a blade fulcrum pin 17 described later intersect.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the base end portion of the handle portion 14 is connected to the both sides of the ball screw mechanism portion 3 by a link pin 19 on the center line of the connecting portion 2, and the blade edge is connected to the other end portion. An upper blade 15 having 18 is pin-coupled in a state where the lower blade 16 and the blade fulcrum pin 17 intersect each other. Therefore, the upper blade 15 and lower blade 16, it is possible to open and close move as a fulcrum blade fulcrum pin 17 by the vertical movement of the holder 12, becomes possible to cut the coated wire in the pair of blades 15, 16.
[0016]
In this way the present invention, can cut the covered wire with a pair of cutting edges due to the opening and closing of the upper blade 15 and lower blade 16 by the vertical movement of the holder 12 which is interposed a ball screw mechanism 3 described above, and for weight reduction The link mechanism portion 4 is provided, and the distance between the blade fulcrum pin 17 and the holder pin 13 is made longer than the distance between the blade fulcrum pin 17 and the blade tip 18 in order to reduce the cutting force.
[0017]
A clamp guide 20 is installed on each side surface of the upper blade 15 and the lower blade 16, and a clamp 22 that slides through a through hole of the clamp guide 20 is installed. The clamp 22 is urged by a spring 21 in a direction to be in an open state.
[0018]
The wire gripping portion 6 composed of the clamp 22 and the clamp guide 20 simultaneously opens and closes the upper blade 15 and the lower blade 16, and the spring 21 contracts corresponding to the outer diameter of the covered wire so that the clamp 22 holds the covered wire. However, the covered electric wire is prevented from being detached after cutting.
[0019]

[0021]
5 and 6 are a front view and a right side view showing a state where the covered electric wire is inserted into the electric wire cutting tool body, and then the covered electric wire is cut and the covered electric wire is held and fixed to the pair of electric wire gripping portions 6. . As shown in the figure, the wire is cut in advance so that the extra length portion side comes to the wire gripping portion 6 side in advance.
[0022]
7 is a front view of a half section showing the shape of the blade portion of the wire cutting tool, FIG. 8 is a right side view of the blade portion of the wire cutting tool, and FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the cut surface of the covered wire cut by the wire cutting tool. FIG.
[0023]
The hatched portion in FIG. 7 shows the shape of the AA cutting portion of the lower blade 16 shown in FIG. 8, by providing a flat portion 23 at the tip, making the cutting angle 24 an acute angle, and providing a relief 25, In order to cope with the hard material of the covered electric wire, the difference between B and C of the electric wire shown in FIG.
[0024]
In addition, it cannot be overemphasized that various embodiment can be taken in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention. In the above embodiment, the manual operation rod 27 is connected to the connecting shaft 7. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the electric rotary tool and the connecting shaft 7 can be connected. In addition, the wire cutting operation can be performed safely by covering the ball screw mechanism 3 and the link mechanism 4 of the above-described wire cutting tool with the insulating cover 26.
[0025]
