この発明は、道路,鉄道,工場等より発生する騒音を低減させるために設ける防音壁の上部に取付けられる防音ユニットの取付構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、道路,鉄道,工場等より発生する騒音の防止対策としては、騒音発生源より直接的に騒音が伝播するのを防止するため、防音壁を設置することが広く採用されている。これは、各種騒音防止対策の中で防音壁が対策費用が比較的安く、しかも、種々の騒音発生源に対し効果的であるためである。騒音低減効果をより大きくするためには、防音壁の高さを高くすることが必要である。しかし防音壁を高くすると、コストアップになる(高さが高くなればなるほど施工費等が増し、コストアップになる)。また、防音壁を高くすることは、日照,景観,眺望,圧迫感,通風,電波障害,耐風荷重等多くの問題がある。

そこで、防音壁の高さを高くすることなしに、騒音低減効果を増大するために、上方に開口を形成するように一対の分岐壁を設けてY型の防音ユニットを構成し、これを上部に設けた防音壁が開発された。このY型防音壁を使用して、音源からの騒音を評価点で測定した。この測定結果とY型防音壁の替りに同じ高さの直壁を用いた測定結果とを比較したとき、Y型防音壁は直壁に比べて騒音低減効果が大きかった。

このような目的を達成するため、この発明は、H鋼からなる支柱を所定間隔をおいて立設し、これら支柱間に壁本体を設けて本体壁を構成し、少なくとも音源側と反音源側とに延びる一対の分岐壁を備えた側断面がほぼY字形をなした防音ユニットを本体壁の上部に取付ける取付構造であって、複数の防音ユニットの側面同士を連結して隣り合う支柱間の幅相応の大きさに構成し、複数連結された防音ユニットの両端に支柱のコ字状通路に嵌まり込む取付金具を取付け、この取付金具の上端に支柱上端に載置される鍔部を備えた受金具を固着し、前記鍔部を支柱上端に載せて取付金具を支柱に固着したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、この発明の好適な実施例を図面を参照にして説明する。

図1は、本体壁10の上部に防音ユニット4及び第2の防音ユニット13を取付けた状態における上方から見た平面図であり、図2は図1の正面から見た図である。図1及び図2において、H鋼からなる支柱1を所定間隔をおいて立設し、これら支柱1間に壁本体2を設けて本体壁10を構成してある。この本体壁10上に取付けられ、少なくとも音源側と反音源側とに延びる一対の分岐壁3,3を備えた側断面がほぼY字形をなした防音ユニット4が本体壁10上に取付けられる。複数の防音ユニット4の側面同士を連結して隣り合う支柱1間の幅相応の大きさに構成し、複数連結された防音ユニット4の両端に支柱1のコ字状通路に嵌まり込む取付金具5を取付けてある。これら複数の防音ユニット4の側面同士の連結は、複数の補強板7を用いて行う。図2において符号8,9,11,12は額縁であり、これら額縁8,9,11,12内に吸音材を設ける。また、この防音ユニット4には、図1に示すように、反音源側に第2防音ユニット13を取付けてある。この第2の防音ユニット13は、この実施例では15個用い、それぞれの側面同士を連結してある。この第2の防音ユニット13を15個側面同士を連結したときの長さW2は3750mmとした。また、防音ユニット4の側面同士を連結したものの両端に取付金具5を取付けたときの全体の長さW1は3960mmとした。図1において符号14は隙間板を示す。
