Description
前記2つの回折格子は、面上に垂直に入射した光を前記平行平板内に全反射される方向に回折するような等しい空間周波数を持っており、その一方は透過型の回折格子であり、もう一方は表面レリーフ型の回折格子からなり、該表面レリーフ型回折格子の外側に前記反射層が形成されていることを特徴とする照明装置用光学素子である。
前記透過型の回折格子が、複数個存在していることを特徴とする照明装置用光学素子である。

- 透明な樹脂からなる平行平板の一方の面上に形成された2つの回折格子と、反射層によって構成されており、
前記2つの回折格子は、面上に垂直に入射した光を前記平行平板内に全反射される方向に回折するような等しい空間周波数を持っており、その一方は透過型の回折格子であり、もう一方は表面レリーフ型の回折格子からなり、該表面レリーフ型回折格子の外側に前記反射層が形成されていることを特徴とする照明装置用光学素子。 - 請求項1記載の照明装置用光学素子において、
前記透過型の回折格子が、複数個存在していることを特徴とする照明装置用光学素子。
