【Technical field】
The present invention relates to an underwater victim rescue stretcher, and more particularly to an underwater rescue rescue stretcher that can exhibit excellent usability both on the ground and in water.
[0002]
[Background]
Conventionally, as a tool for carrying a patient or the like who is difficult to walk from the accident site etc., a pair of longitudinal support members are placed in parallel with each other at a predetermined distance, and a cloth is made between the support members. A stretcher having a structure in which a mounting portion having a predetermined width is formed by laying a sheet or the like is known, but in such a stretcher, in order to ensure strength for supporting a victim or the like, Generally, an iron pipe is used as a support member. Therefore, in such a conventional stretcher, the weight is inevitably increased, and this is an extra burden for a transporter (a handler of the stretcher) who transports a sick person or the like placed on the stretcher. It was.
[0003]
Therefore, the applicant of the present application has previously proposed a stretcher in which a supporting member is constituted by a hollow pipe member made of carbon fiber reinforced resin in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-140026. In such a stretcher, the support member can be advantageously reduced in weight while effectively ensuring the strength for supporting the victim, etc., compared to a stretcher in which the support member is formed of an iron pipe, and thus the carrier This can advantageously reduce the burden on the device.
[0004]
However, in such a stretcher constituted by a hollow pipe member made of a carbon fiber reinforced resin, the advantage of weight reduction can be exhibited extremely effectively when used on the ground. Because the member is a pipe made of resin and carbon fiber that has a lower specific gravity than water and floats in the water, for example, swimming in the water such as the sea, river, pool, etc. or suffering from illness It is not easy to submerge the underwater victim on the ground when he / she is unable to submerge the water, so it is not suitable for so-called underwater victim rescue. It was.
[0005]
[Solution]
Here, the present invention has been made in the background as described above, and the problem to be solved is excellent in light weight and can be easily submerged in water. However, it is to provide an underwater rescue rescue stretcher that can be used in water.
[0006]
[Solution]
And in this invention, in order to solve this subject, while being comprised by the hollow pipe member which consists of carbon fiber reinforced resin, the through-hole which can introduce water into an inside is provided with two or more by the cylinder wall In a state where a pair of long support members are positioned parallel to each other at a predetermined distance, a net is installed between the support members to form a mounting portion having a predetermined width, thereby easily submerging in water. The gist is a stretcher for rescue of underwater victims, characterized in that it can be constructed.
[0007]
Therefore, in the underwater victim rescue stretcher according to the present invention, since the pair of support members are each constituted by a hollow pipe made of carbon fiber reinforced resin, the pair of support members, and thus The entire stretcher can be advantageously reduced in weight while effectively ensuring the strength to support underwater victims, etc., placed on the placement unit, thereby transporting underwater victims, etc., placed on the placement unit This can advantageously reduce the burden on the transporter.
[0008]
And, in such an underwater rescue rescue stretcher, a plurality of through holes are provided in the cylindrical wall of the resin pipe constituting the support member, and the inside of each support member is passed through the plurality of through holes. Water can be introduced into the water, and a placement part on which an underwater victim or the like is placed is formed by laying a net having a small buoyancy against water, for example, between support members as compared with a cloth sheet or the like. Since it is configured so that it can be easily submerged, it can be easily and quickly submerged in the water when the underwater victim is placed on the mounting unit in the water and is helped to the ground. It is.
[0009]
In addition, in such an underwater victim rescue stretcher according to the present invention, as described above, when the placement portion is formed of a net, the placement portion is configured by a cloth sheet. Unlike the case, when it is pulled up from the water, it becomes possible to avoid as much as possible that the mounting part becomes heavy including water, and, for example, a plurality of through holes, If it is provided at a location where the water introduced into the support member can be quickly discharged, it can be advantageously eliminated that the support member becomes heavy due to the water introduced into the support member. Even when the underwater victim is helped from the water to the ground and transported to a predetermined rescue facility while being placed on the mounting section, the weight of the entire stretcher can be advantageously ensured, As described above, obtained by such light weight. Advantages are as it can be effectively exhibited.
[0010]
Thus, in the underwater rescue rescue stretcher according to the present invention, when used on the ground, it is possible to advantageously reduce the burden on the carrier due to excellent light weight, and use in water At that time, by being able to be submerged easily and quickly, excellent handling can be effectively ensured, and therefore, excellent usability can be exhibited extremely effectively both on the ground and in water. It becomes.
[0011]
In addition, according to one of the preferred embodiments of the underwater victim rescue stretcher according to the present invention, the pair of support members are arranged at two positions corresponding to each other in the middle portion in the length direction. While maintaining the parallel state, each step is bent in the same direction to form a step, so that a step is provided in the intermediate portion of the mounting portion in the length direction of the support member, and a seat portion is formed. It will be.
[0012]
In the underwater victim rescue stretcher having such a configuration, the underwater victims, etc., are seated by bending the knees on the seat portion formed in the intermediate portion in the length direction of the support member of the mounting portion. It can be placed on the mounting part, so that the underwater victims who are placed on the mounting part do not slide down from the mounting part, and are suffering from such underwater victims. It is possible to tilt or stand up the entire stretcher with the head side of an underwater victim or the like positioned upward.
[0013]
Therefore, when using such a rescue stretcher for underwater victims, the underwater victims, etc. are laid down on the mounting section with their legs extended, so when raising the underwater victims from the water to the ground In addition, unlike the case of using a stretcher that must hold the mounting portion horizontally, for example, the head side end of the support member such as underwater distress is gripped or a rope is attached to the end. The underwater victims and the like can be lifted up with stability and easily with the stretcher, so that the underwater victims can be safely lifted to the ground with less labor. In addition, in such an underwater victim rescue stretcher, for example, a person who rescues an underwater victim can be transported underwater in a state of being seated on the seat portion of the mounting section, and thus more widely. There is also an advantage that it can be used.
[0014]
Further, in the underwater victim rescue stretcher according to the present invention, when the seat portion as described above is formed, it is advantageously attached to the waist portion of the placement subject placed on the placement portion, A first belt member for fixing the waist portion to the placement portion; and a second belt member attached to the chest of the placement subject and for securing the back portion of the placement subject to the placement portion; Is provided on the pair of support members.
[0015]
In the underwater victim rescue stretcher having such a configuration, by attaching the first belt member and the second belt member to the waist and chest of the underwater victim or the like placed on the placement unit The underwater victims can be fixed to the mounting portion with their knees bent and seated on the seat portion of the mounting portion. When pulling up, it is possible to more effectively prevent the underwater victim from falling from the mounting portion, and thus the underwater victim can be more safely lifted to the ground and transported.
[0016]
