Description of the Related Art Stretchers have hitherto been used to transport sick or injured persons, such as sick or injured persons, or corpses, and are generally foldable or have two long rods (support rods) with a thick cloth or poly. A vinyl chloride sheet or the like is stretched and has an integrated structure. However, a conventional stretcher having such a structure has various problems and has not always been sufficiently satisfactory. For example, previous stretchers are:
(1) It is heavy or requires a large storage space. (2) The support rod is too long to be in the way when moving to the site. (3) The main body for placing the injured or corpse, etc. Is a thick cloth or a polyvinyl chloride sheet, so that water will pool during rainfall, and pools will be formed when a person with water shortage is placed due to a water-related accident, making underwater rescue activities difficult. (4)
In the event of a mountain accident, the folding dimensions are large and cannot be transported by one person. (5) In rescue activities in mountain forests, the length of both support rods and the main body cannot be adjusted. It is difficult to perform rescue activities, such as meandering between trees, due to lack of gender. (6) Due to the weight, the embedding phenomenon due to the sideways movement of the sheet, pain for those who are transported by carrying only with their strength, and those who are transported There are many problems.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The prefabricated stretcher according to the present invention comprises a net having belts sewn in a lattice, a support bar composed of a prefabricated lightweight pipe, an auxiliary support bar used as desired, and an embedding prevention stay. Assembled from a rod and a suspension belt. The net in which the belt is sewn in a lattice shape constitutes the main body of the stretcher of the present invention, and a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners having a hook-and-loop fastener attached to both ends in the width direction of the rectangular fiber net are usually used. Is sewn with 8 to 10 fiber belts such that the tips protrude from the net. Further, one or more, usually 1 to 4 fiber belts are sewn in the longitudinal direction. The width of the belt is not particularly limited, but usually a belt having a width of about 40 to 60 mm is used. Furthermore, there is no particular limitation on the material of the net and the belt, and any of natural fibers and synthetic fibers can be used, but those having excellent water resistance, weather resistance, and high strength are preferable, and for example, polyamide fibers and the like are preferable. Used. The size of the space portion of the net is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately selected in consideration of strength, price, and the like.
At both ends of the belt sewn in the width direction of this net,
A hook-and-loop fastener is attached to attach the support bar to the net. The hook-and-loop fastener preferably has a male portion of the hook-and-loop fastener sewn to the tip of the belt, and a female portion of the hook-and-loop fastener is stitched at intervals so as to wrap the support rod. Also, this hook-and-loop fastener, when a person is placed on the net body, the hook-and-loop fastener is crimped by its weight,
It is important that the mounting be performed so that the adhesion is strengthened.
In the stretcher of the present invention, an assembling lightweight pipe is used as the support rod in consideration of the transportation and handling of the stretcher parts before assembly. A plug-in type is convenient as an assembling method. Using two or more lightweight pipes, two support rods having a desired length longer than the long side of the net are assembled and attached to both longitudinal edges of the net. An auxiliary pole is attached to the tip of the support rod, and the auxiliary pole is detachably attached to the tip of the support rod as needed. For example, when a meandering transport is required during a rescue operation in a mountain forest or the like, a meandering transport can be performed by attaching an auxiliary support rod. This auxiliary support rod is also made of a lightweight pipe like the support rod. The material of the support rod and the auxiliary rod is preferably made of aluminum from the viewpoint of lightness and cost. The length of each pipe constituting the support rod is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 160 cm or less from the viewpoint of the transportability of the stretcher parts before assembly. In addition, as an auxiliary support rod, usually 30 to 50
A length of about cm is used. The support bar is removably attached along both longitudinal side edges of the net by surface fasteners attached to both ends of a plurality of belts sewn in the width direction of the net. In the stretcher of the present invention, in order to prevent the net portion of the main body from being embedded with the weight of the person when the person is put on and lifted, the embedding prevention connecting rod is supported near the both ends in the width direction of the net. It can be detachably installed between the rods. By arranging the connecting rods in this manner, the head and feet of the person are placed on the connecting rods, and the net is prevented from being embedded by the weight of the person. As the material of the embedding preventing connecting rod, aluminum is preferable in terms of lightness and cost. Further, in the stretcher of the present invention, even if the carrier's hand separates from the support rod, so as not to drop the stretcher, each near both ends of the support rod,
The suspension belt may be attached by detachably attaching two ends of the belt to the support rod. When transporting
By hanging the suspension belt around the neck of the carrier, the stretcher does not fall even if the carrier's hand separates from the support bar. Further, in the stretcher of the present invention, one or more fixing belts may be detachably attached to an appropriate place of the support bar for the purpose of fixing a person placed on the stretcher.
