Description
Claims (12)
- 打撃ユニット(10)、工具収容部(20)、緩衝装置(30)、可動切断工具(40)、および固定切断工具(50)からなる高速切断のための工具装置であって、
前記工具収容部(20)内には、前記可動切断工具(40)および前記固定切断工具(50)が配置され、
前記打撃ユニット(10)によって駆動される打撃ピストン(11)が、下方から前記可動切断工具(40)に、上方へと向かう一撃を大きな運動エネルギーで加えることができ、前記固定切断工具(50)が、切断しようとする被加工物に拘束力を加え、前記緩衝装置(30)は、切断完了後の前記可動切断工具(40)の打撃運動を制動するよう構成され、
前記工具収容部(20)が、前記可動切断工具(40)の曲面加工された下面に当接して位置決めするための、同一の半径(R)を有する少なくとも2つの曲面支持面(218)を有する基部部材(21)を備え、さらに、前記基部部材(21)には、当該支持面(218)の間に、前記打撃ユニット(10)の打撃ピストン(11)が可動切断工具(40)に向かって進入するための空間を形成する切り欠き(217)が設けられていることを特徴とする工具装置。 - 前記工具収容部(20)に、前記支持面(218)と同一の中心線(C)および同一の半径(R)を有する円柱形の切り欠き(219)が設けられ、当該切り欠きが、前記固定切断工具(50)を前記工具収容部(20)内に配置するために設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具装置。
- 前記円柱形の切り欠き(219)が、前記工具収容部(20)の均質な基部部材(21)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具装置。
- 前記円柱形の切り欠き(219)と同軸に、当該切り欠き(219)内に前記固定切断工具を軸方向に調整可能に位置決めするための軸方向移動調節機構(62、63)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の工具装置。
- 前記緩衝器(30)のための支持部材(22)が、前記基部部材(21)に直接固定できるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の工具装置。
- 本体(42、43)に貫通穴(41)および打撃面(44)を備えている高速切断のための切断工具(40)であって、
前記本体(42、43)が、或る半径(R)を有して凸に湾曲した少なくとも2つの端面部分(43A、43B)を有し、当該端面部分(43A、43B)が、前記穴(41)の中心軸(C)と一致する分割面に対し対称に位置し、工具収容部(20)内における当該切断工具(40)の半径方向の位置決めに使用されるよう設計されていることを特徴とする切断工具。 - 前記貫通穴(41)の中心から前記端面部分(43A、43B)までの距離をLとしたとき、前記半径(R)が0.5〜1.5Lであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の切断工具。
- 前記本体(42、43)の厚さをTVとしたとき、前記端面部分(43A;43B)の円周方向の長さ(B)が0.5〜5TVに相当することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の切断工具。
- 前記本体(42、43)が2つの異なる材料からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の切断工具。
- 可動(40)および固定(50)切断工具に、同一の半径(R)を有する曲面(43A、43B;53A、53B)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の切断工具。
- 打撃ユニット(10)、工具収容部(20)、緩衝装置(30)、可動切断工具(40)、および固定切断工具(50)からなる高速切断のための工具装置であって、
前記工具収容部(20)内には、前記可動切断工具(40)および前記固定切断工具(50)が配置され、
前記打撃ユニット(10)によって駆動される打撃ピストン(11)が、下方から前記可動切断工具(40)に、上方へと向かう一撃を大きな運動エネルギーで加えることができ、前記固定切断工具(50)が、切断しようとする被加工物に拘束力を加え、前記緩衝装置(30)は、切断完了後の前記可動切断工具(40)の打撃運動を制動するよう構成され、
工具収容部(20)が、前記固定切断工具(50)の端面と合致し、位置決めするための切り欠き(219)を有する基部部材(21)を備え、当該切り欠き(219)内の支持面(218)の上端から端面(210)までを測定した衝撃方向の材料厚さ(Ts)が、前記基部部材(21)の前記端部(210)に近い部分において衝撃方向に対する横断方向に測定した材料厚さ(Tt)よりも大きいことを特徴とする工具装置。 - 前記切り欠き(219)の衝撃方向における直径(φ)が、衝撃方向における前記材料厚さ(Ts)よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の工具装置。
