Description

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cable fixing device for fixing a cable such as a power line or a communication line along an attachment target such as a wall.

Conventionally, when a cable is installed indoors, a cable fixing tool such as a staple is used to sandwich and fix the cable at predetermined intervals, or a tubular cable cover (so-called mall) having a rectangular cross section is used. A method has been adopted in which a cable is housed and the molding is attached to an object to be attached such as a wall with a double-sided adhesive tape or an adhesive.

However, since the cable fixing tool such as the staple is arranged at predetermined intervals on the attachment object, each of the cable fixing tools is formed to a certain size so as to exert a sufficient clamping force. There is a problem that it is noticeably damaged when it is attached. In addition, since a cable fixing tool such as a staple needs to be applied from the outside after arranging the cable, there is also a problem that positioning is difficult due to the weight of the cable.

On the other hand, the mall itself has a size that allows a cable to be inserted, so that when it is attached to an attachment object, the appearance is conspicuously impaired, and since the mall is generally hard and straight, it cannot be freely handled. There's a problem. In addition, if the attached object to which the molding is attached is a wall made of gypsum board or plywood, there is also a problem that when the molding is removed, an adhesive or the like partially peels the wall to impair the appearance after the removal. .

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the manufacturing method of the cable fixing tool from which the fixing location becomes inconspicuous at the time of fixing of a cable, and it becomes favorable on an external appearance.

In the cable fixing device manufacturing method according to the present invention, a rigid base material is inserted into a heat- shrinkable tubular body, and the base material is formed at a rod-shaped portion and one end portion of the rod-shaped portion. A fixing means having an enlarged diameter portion, wherein a pin, a nail, a thumbtack, a rivet, a staple, which is inserted into an attachment object through the base material and the tubular body in a portion where the base material and the tubular body overlap each other, Alternatively, it is configured to fix the cable by fixing the tubular body by fixing to the attachment object by a fixing means such as a screw, and by thermally contracting the tubular body with the cable inserted through the inside of the tubular body. A method for manufacturing a cable fixture, wherein a fixing hole for the fixing means is formed at a predetermined interval in a long base material having a predetermined length, and the long base material is made of a heat-shrinkable material. Inserted into the long tubular body, and one side of the long base material Adhering and integrating a part of the inner peripheral surface of the long tubular body, and then the integrated long base so that the fixing holes formed in the long base material are located at two positions on both ends. The cable fixture is formed by dividing the material and the long tubular body .

According to the cable fixture having the above structure, the heat-shrinkable tubular body is heat-shrinked by being heated. And since a tubular body will be in the state pinched | interposed between the base material and the attachment target object, thermal contraction occurs toward a base material. Thereby, the cable inserted into the tubular body is fixed on the base material, and the cable and the base material are surrounded by the tubular body.

In addition, a configuration in which the tubular body has the same color as that of a cable inserted into the tubular body or a configuration that is transparent can be employed. If it does in this way, when a cable is fixed, a cable and a tubular body will not become a different color.

Furthermore, the said base material can employ | adopt the structure which is a plate-shaped body which has a width dimension equivalent to or smaller than the diameter of a cable. In this manner, when the cable is fixed, the cable covers the plate-like body.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the tubular body is thermally contracted and closely adheres to a certain range of the surface of the cable, the cable fixing tool that makes the cable fixing portion inconspicuous and excellent in appearance can be manufactured. .

Hereinafter, embodiments of a cable fixing structure and a cable fixing method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the cable fixing structure according to the present embodiment includes a tubular body 1 having heat shrinkability and a base material 2 having rigidity and inserted into the tubular body 1. , The cable fixing tool 3 is fixed to the attachment object 5 by fixing the base material 2 to the attachment object 5 such as a wall by the fixing means 4, and the cable is inserted into the tubular body 1. As shown in FIG. 2, the tubular body 1 is thermally contracted to fix the cable 6.

The tubular body 1 is a tubular member having heat shrinkability and open at both ends. The tubular body 1 shrinks substantially uniformly in the radial direction by heat treatment and surrounds the cable 6 and the substrate 2. In addition, if the same color as the cable 6 or a transparent thing is employ | adopted as the color of the tubular body 1, the tubular body 1 is not conspicuous and it is favorable on an external appearance. Moreover, as a material of the tubular body 1, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, or the like is used. Specifically, the tubular body 1 has a diameter of about 10 mm and a length of about 30 mm before being thermally contracted.

In addition, the heat treatment for thermally shrinking the tubular body 1 is performed by artificially applying hot air or the like. However, in the case of a material that thermally shrinks at room temperature, the heat treatment does not occur from a low temperature atmosphere. Heat treatment can be performed by taking out the tubular body 1 and placing it at room temperature.

The base material 2 is a rectangular plate having rigidity, and one surface thereof and a part of the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 1 are integrated by an adhesive means such as an adhesive. In addition, although the base material 2 may be made of any material, since it is in contact with the cable, a material other than metal is preferable, and it is plastic in view of manufacturing cost and ease of processing. It is more preferable. Specifically, the base material 2 is a plastic plate having a length that is approximately 30 mm, which is the same as that of the tubular body 1, and whose width is the same as or narrower than the diameter of the cable 6.

The base material 2 has two fixing holes 7 and 7 for receiving the fixing means 4 for fixing the base material 2 to the attachment object 5 at the center in the width direction and at both ends in the longitudinal direction. (See FIG. 1).

The fixing means 4 has a rod-like portion 4a and an enlarged diameter portion 4b formed at one end of the rod-like portion 4a (see FIG. 1), for example, a pin, a nail, a thumbtack, a rivet, a staple, a screw, etc. Applicable. The rod-shaped part 4a penetrates the tubular body 1 and the base material 2 and is inserted into the attachment object 5, and the expanded diameter part 4b comes into contact so as to press the base material 2 in the insertion direction. Fix to the attached object 5. Specifically, two fixing means 4 are used, and each of the fixing means 4 is slanted by using a driving device (not shown) so that the tip portions of the rod-like portions 4a are closer to each other than the expanded diameter portion 4b. Inserted into.

The cable 6 fixed by the cable fixing tool 3 is a power line configured by covering a metal wire through which an electric current passes with an insulator, a communication line such as a modular cable, a LAN cable, or an optical fiber cable. Specifically, the cable 6 has a diameter of about 5 mm.

The cable fixture 3 is manufactured by the following method as shown in FIG. First, fixing holes 7 are formed at predetermined intervals in the long base material 8 having a predetermined length (FIG. 3 (A)). Next, the long base material 8 is inserted into a long tubular body 9 having a predetermined length made of a heat-shrinkable material (FIG. 3B). Then, one surface of the long base 8 and a part of the inner peripheral surface of the long tubular body 9 are bonded and integrated (FIG. 3 (C)). Finally, the integrated long base material 8 and the long tubular body 9 are divided so that the fixing holes 7 formed in the long base material 8 are located at two positions on both ends, and the cable fixture 3 (FIG. 3D).

And the cable fixture 3 obtained by the said manufacturing method is used as follows. First, as shown in FIG. 1, the fixing means 4 is inserted from the opening of the tubular body 1 into a desired position of the attachment object 5 through the fixing hole 7 of the substrate 2, and the substrate 2 is fixed to the attachment object 5. To do. Next, the cable 6 is inserted into a space defined by the other surface of the substrate 2 and the other part of the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 1. When the hot air is applied to the tubular body 1 to cause heat shrinkage, the tubular body 1 surrounds the base material 2 and the cable 6 as shown in FIG. 2, and the cable 6 is fixed.

As described above, according to the cable fixture 3 according to the present embodiment, the tubular body 1 is thermally contracted and closely adheres to a certain range of the surface of the cable 6, so that the fixing portion of the cable is not conspicuous and the appearance is good. Moreover, since the tubular body 1 is the same color or transparent as that of the cable 6, it is less noticeable and the appearance is good.

Moreover, since the base material 2 functions as a core member of the cable fixture 3, the operation of fixing the cable fixture 3 to the attachment object 5 and the operation of inserting the cable 6 into this are facilitated. Furthermore, the base material 2 acts so as to expand the area on which an external force such as gravity acts when the cable 6 is fixed, disperses the force applied to the tubular body 1, and can prevent the tubular body 1 from being damaged. .

Further, the cable fixture 3 is fixed in such a manner that the rod-like portion 4 a of the fixing means 4 enters the attachment target object 5, and the expanded diameter portion 4 b and the attachment target object 5 sandwich the base material 2 and the tubular body 1. Therefore, it can fix, without adhering the contact surface of the cable fixture 3 and the attachment target object 5. FIG. Therefore, the rod-shaped portion 4a may be removed from the attachment object 5 at the time of removal. As in the case of fixing, the attached object is not partially peeled off, and the appearance of the attached object 5 after removal can be improved.

The present onset Ming is not intended to be limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications are possible without departing from the scope of the present invention.

For example, cable fixing device according to the present onset Ming, not only applications for fixing an intermediate portion of the single cable, also be used in applications for fixing the connection portion between the two cables to each other and cables and other members it can. For example, when an optical fiber and a connector are connected in the tubular body 1 and thermally contracted, an operation of covering an exposed portion of the optical fiber between the optical fiber and the connector and an operation of fixing them to the attachment object 5 Can be performed simultaneously.

Furthermore, as shown to FIG. 4 (a), you may form the surface which faces the inner side of the tubular body 1 of the base material 2 in the width direction so that the curved surface which a cable has may be followed. If comprised in this way, the contact of the cable 6 and the base material 2 will become denser, and the cable 6 can be fixed more reliably. Furthermore, even if the cable 6 is not located at the center in the width direction of the base material 2 and is unevenly distributed on either side of the width direction, the cable 6 moves to the center in the width direction of the base material 2 due to the thermal contraction of the tubular body 1. . Therefore, the cable 6 can be fixed with the distortion corrected.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4B , the base material 2 may be bent at an intermediate portion in the width direction (for example, in an L-shaped cross section) and have an attachment portion 11 and an auxiliary portion 12. . In the base material 2, the fixing hole 7 is formed in the attachment portion 11, and when the cable fixing tool 3 is fixed vertically to the attachment object 5, the auxiliary portion 12 supports the cable 6 against the gravity. . Moreover, since it bends in the width direction intermediate part, the bending in a longitudinal direction can be reduced compared with the case where a flat base material is used, and the fixing operation | work of the cable fixing tool 3 becomes easy.

Furthermore, the dimensions of the tubular body 1 and the base material 2 are not limited to the above, and can be appropriately changed according to the diameter of the cable and the size of the region where the cable is fixed.
