Description

【0001】

[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, the bath water in the bathtub T enters the bath water purification device Y from the suction port 24 by the operation of the circulation pump 20, passes through the hair catcher 23, passes through the circulation pump 20 through the hot water temperature sensor 28, Furthermore, it is filtered in the filtration tank 21 via the switching valve B27. The heater 22 is heated to a predetermined temperature, passes through the switching valve A26, flows out from the discharge port 25 to the bathtub T, and is repeatedly purified to be purified.
[0006]
A chlorine injector 1 is provided between the switching valve A 26 and the discharge port 25, and is connected to the pipe 40 via the chlorine flow meter 2 and the check valve 50.
A chlorine concentration measuring device 3 is provided in a pipe 41 between the hair catcher 23 and the circulation pump 20.
Reference numerals 51 and 52 are check valves.
[0007]
FIG. 2 shows the configuration of the control device of this embodiment. The control device 30 is mainly composed of a microcomputer and controls the bath water purification device Y as a whole. The control device 30 is provided with a display unit 31 and an operation unit 32, and a user or the like inputs various commands from the operation unit 32. The display unit 31 performs various displays, and the display unit 31 performs notification and the like to be described later.
[0008]
The control device 30 performs operation control of the circulation pump 20, opening / closing control of the switching valve A 26 and switching valve B 27, and heating control of the heater 22. Moreover, the hot water temperature information from the hot water temperature sensor 28 is input.
[0009]
A chlorine injector ON / OFF control circuit 10 is connected to the control device 30, and the chlorine injector 1 is turned on and off by the chlorine injector ON / OFF control circuit 10. A chlorine injector power supply control circuit 11 is connected to the control device 30 so that the power supply of the chlorine injector 1 can be controlled.
[0010]
The controller 30 is configured to input chlorine concentration information from the chlorine concentration measuring device 3 and flow rate information from the chlorine flow meter 2.
[0011]
The operation will be described with reference to FIGS.
When the user operates the operation unit 32 or the control device 30 sends a chlorine injection command to the chlorine injector ON / OFF control circuit 10 over time such as a timer, chlorine injection from the chlorine injector 1 is started. Chlorine is sent to the pipe 40 through the chlorine flow meter 2 and the check valve 50 and is further discharged into the bathtub T from the discharge port 25. Then, the chlorine concentration is detected from the suction port 24 and detected by the chlorine concentration measuring device 3 via the hair catcher 23. The control device 30 determines whether or not the chlorine concentration is within a specified value based on the information from the chlorine concentration measuring device 3 (step S1).
[0012]
If it is below the specified value, a warning that the chlorine concentration is low is displayed on the display unit 31 (step S2). When the chlorine concentration rises within the specified value (step S3), the warning is canceled (step S4).
[0013]
If the chlorine concentration is higher than the specified value in step S1, a bathing prohibition warning is displayed on the display unit 31 (step S5), and a command is sent to the chlorine injector power supply control circuit 11 to control the shutdown of the chlorine injector 1. Is executed (step S6). When the chlorine concentration falls within the specified value (step S7), the bathing prohibition warning is canceled (step S8), and chlorine injection is restarted (step S9).
[0014]
The operation while the chlorine injector is stopped in step S6 will be described with reference to FIG.
After the chlorine injector 1 is stopped (step S20), it is confirmed that the chlorine injector 1 is turned off. In this example, it is confirmed that the control relay of the chlorine injector 1 is turned off (step S21). If the control relay is off, the process jumps to step S24. If the control relay is not off, the chlorine injector power control circuit 11 shuts off the power of the chlorine injector 1 (step S22), and simultaneously displays an abnormality in the control system on the display unit 31 (step S23).
[0015]
Further, based on the information from the chlorine flow meter 2, it is determined whether or not the chlorine injection has actually stopped (step S24). If not stopped, the operation of the bath water purifier Y is stopped ( Step S25). At the same time, the abnormality of the chlorine injector 1 is displayed on the display unit 31.
[0016]
In the above embodiment, when the chlorine concentration is equal to or higher than the specified value, the chlorine injection in the chlorine injector 1 is controlled to be stopped first, and when the chlorine injector 1 is not actually stopped by this control, The chlorine concentration is regulated because the power supply of the chlorine injector 1 is shut off and the operation of the bath water purifier Y itself is stopped when the chlorine injection does not stop even when the power supply is shut off. If it exceeds the value, it is possible to reliably prevent further increase. In addition, since warnings are displayed on the display unit 31 at each stage, it is possible to prevent an accident such as a person entering a bath water having a chlorine concentration equal to or higher than a specified value.
Further, when the chlorine concentration is lower than the specified value, there is an effect of automatically injecting chlorine until the specified value is reached.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the bath water purifying apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to perform an appropriate drug injection and to prevent the risk of a drug concentration greatly exceeding a specified value.
