Dout=α×Dnew+(1−α)×Dold …(1)
Dnew:
Dold:
Dout=0 …(2)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an ultrasonic Doppler blood flow meter that transmits and receives ultrasonic waves in a subject, obtains two-dimensional dynamics of blood flow using the ultrasonic Doppler effect, and displays a two-dimensional blood flow image in the subject. In particular, it is possible to distinguish between a Doppler shift component caused by blood flow and a Doppler shift component caused by the movement of a living tissue, and display only a Doppler shift component caused by blood flow as a blood flow image. The present invention relates to a sonic Doppler blood flow meter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional ultrasonic Doppler blood flow meter of this type is a probe that has a plurality of transducer channels and transmits / receives ultrasonic waves to / from a subject, as described in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-191346. An ultrasonic transmission / reception system that drives the probe to transmit ultrasonic waves of a plurality of channels and receives reflected waves of the plurality of channels from within the subject to generate an ultrasonic reception signal, and the ultrasonic transmission / reception A tomogram display circuit system for inputting an ultrasonic reception signal from the system and reconstructing it as a tomogram, and an ultrasonic reception signal from the ultrasonic transmission / reception system for inputting a Doppler shift component of the ultrasonic reception signal As a two-dimensional tomographic image using the blood flow information calculation circuit to calculate, the blood flow image storage circuit for storing the output from the blood flow information calculation circuit, and the blood flow information output from the blood flow image storage circuit Reconstruct a blood flow tomogram, and A blood flow image display circuit system for displaying a tomographic image and a blood flow tomographic image on the display device using the tomographic image information from the tomographic image display circuit system, and an image signal from the blood flow image display circuit system are input. And a display device for displaying a tomographic image and a blood flow tomographic image.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional ultrasonic Doppler blood flow meter, an MTI (Moving Target Indication) filter or the like provided in the blood flow information calculation circuit is used to cause an organ movement in the subject caused by breathing or the like. Although it was devised to remove unnecessary Doppler shift components, it did not distinguish between Doppler shift components caused by blood flow and Doppler shift components caused by the movement of living tissue. As a result, not only the signal component subjected to Doppler shift but also the unnecessary Doppler shift component caused by the movement of the organ in the subject caused by breathing or the like is displayed as a blood flow image. Therefore, the user of the ultrasonic Doppler blood flow meter discriminates between the Doppler shift component generated by the blood flow and the Doppler shift component generated by the movement of the living tissue simply by looking at the displayed blood flow image. It was difficult to observe the blood flow trend in the living body. As a result, the diagnostic ability may be reduced.
[0004]
Therefore, the present invention addresses such a problem, discriminates a Doppler shift component caused by the blood flow and a Doppler shift component caused by the movement of the living tissue, and a Doppler shift component caused by the blood flow. An object of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic Doppler blood flow meter capable of displaying only a blood flow image.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an ultrasonic Doppler blood flow meter according to the present invention transmits and receives ultrasonic waves into a subject, receives a reflected wave from the subject, and performs a phasing process on the ultrasonic reception signal. Using this phased signal, an ultrasonic tomographic image is constructed, and using the phased signal, the Doppler shift component of the ultrasonic reception signal is calculated to obtain the two-dimensional dynamics of blood flow. 【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is determined whether the Doppler shift component calculated for the ultrasonic reception signal is caused by the blood flow or the movement of the living tissue, and the Doppler shift component generated by the blood flow. In this case, a Doppler shift component generated by the blood flow is provided by providing means for controlling the Doppler shift component generated by the movement of the living tissue to be displayed as a blood flow image. And the Doppler shift component generated by the movement of the living tissue can be discriminated, and only the Doppler shift component generated by the blood flow can be displayed as a blood flow image. Therefore, observation of blood flow trends in the living body becomes easy and diagnostic ability can be improved.
