Description

The present invention relates to a ball replenishment adjusting apparatus in a gaming machine island facility that supplies a ball to a gaming machine such as a pachinko machine that uses the ball.

For a conventional ball replenishment adjusting device that supplies a ball (game ball) into a ball tank of a gaming machine (for example, a pachinko machine), a short movable tube member is rotatably supported by a pivot on the downstream side of the supply tube, There has been proposed a lever that rotates together with the movable tube member so as to rotate around the pivot (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this ball replenishment adjusting device, when the inner frame (front frame) of the pachinko machine installed in the gaming machine island facility is closed, the lever follows the retraction of the ball tank and rotates to a predetermined position, whereby the movable tube member is moved. It is in a suspended position and communicates with the supply pipe, and the stopper in the supply pipe is retracted to enable the replenishment of prize balls, and when the inner frame is opened, the lever rotates following the advance of the ball tank, thereby moving the movable pipe The member is converted into a swing-up state, and the stopper advances into the supply pipe to prevent the prize ball from flowing down.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-31787

By the way, in amusement stores, pachinko machine models are frequently exchanged, but the depth (the position of the rear end) of the ball tank of the pachinko machine may differ depending on the model or manufacturer. And if the depth of the ball tank of the pachinko machine after the exchange is different from that of the model before the exchange, the lever of the ball replenishment adjusting device does not rotate to a predetermined position. Specifically, if the depth of the ball tank after the replacement is longer than that before the replacement, the lever tends to rotate more than a predetermined position, and an excessive load is applied to the rotating portion of the movable tube member. On the other hand, if the depth is shorter than before replacement, the lever does not rotate to a predetermined position and the stopper does not sufficiently retract from the supply pipe, so that the replenishment of the balls is not performed smoothly.

Therefore, the ball replenishment adjustment device is provided with an adjustment mechanism that can adjust the mounting position up and down, adjusting the distance from the rotation center of the lever to the contact position with the ball tank, Have been proposed that can be adjusted to a predetermined position. However, if the mounting position of the ball replenishment adjusting device is moved up and down, the lower end of the supply pipe will be too far from the bottom of the ball tank, and the ball will bounce back and become easy to spill out of the ball tank, or the lower end of the supply pipe Interference with the ball tank may limit the range of adjustment.

The ball replenishment adjusting device is attached to the back side of the gaming machine island facility and is located above the ball tank except for the lever. For this reason, it is necessary to adjust the position of the ball replenishment adjusting device while opening the inner frame of the pachinko machine and looking into the gaming machine island facility, which increases the burden of adjustment work.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the purpose thereof is to adjust the rotation position of the lever to a predetermined position without moving the mounting position.
According to the present invention, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the movable flow path member is rotated to the predetermined position by the ball tank retracting the lever to the predetermined position, the stopper portion is retracted from the lower end outlet side of the first downflow path. A first state in which the second downstream path communicates with the first downstream path and a sphere can be supplied from the lower end outlet of the second downstream path into the ball tank; and the lower end outlet of the first downstream path when the lever is released from a predetermined position. In the ball replenishment adjusting device in the gaming machine island facility that can be converted to the second state in which the stopper portion is positioned to stop the supply of the ball, a strip shape extending downward from the upper end fixed to the movable flow path member The lever made of a plate material is provided with an abutting member capable of abutting against the upper end of the ball tank, and the corresponding contact member has a vertical length shorter than the length in the extending direction of the lever, and the ball the contact surface capable of contacting is formed on the upper portion of the tank A main body portion and an attachment mechanism for attaching the main body portion to the lever are provided. A plurality of the attachment mechanisms are provided in the main body portion along the movement direction of the lever, and a contact member is provided on one side surface of the main body portion. comprising of a formed over the upper and lower the lever capable inserted a vertically long slit-shaped inserting empty portion, and a holding member capable of holding the lever insertion Hamasora portion, the holding member, each inserted A pressure that is inserted and threaded through a communication hole provided in the abutting member so as to communicate the hollow portion in the front-rear direction, and presses the lever in the insertion hollow portion against the partition wall of the insertion hollow portion by the tip portion The holding member is inserted into the communication hole in a state in which the lever is inserted into any of the plurality of insertion empty portions, and the lever is inserted into the insertion empty portion by the distal end portion of the holding member. in the holding member the abutment member to the lever is pressed against the partition wall By lifting the while enabling positional relationship stepwise adjustment of the contact surface and the lever, since the adjustable contact position relationship between the upper portion of the sphere tank and the abutment member, installed Even if the depth ( position of the rear end) of the ball tank of the gaming machine to be changed varies depending on the model or manufacturer , the positional relationship between the contact surface and the lever can be changed without moving the mounting position of the ball replenishment adjusting device itself. In addition to the adjustment, the pivot position of the lever in the first state can be easily adjusted to a predetermined position by adjusting the contact position relationship between the contact member and the upper end of the ball tank . Therefore, the ball tank and the ball replenishment adjusting device are too far apart, causing the ball to bounce off the ball tank and fall outside, and the lower end of the movable flow path member and the ball tank interfere with each other. Can be prevented.
In addition, it is possible to adjust the positional relationship between the abutment surface with which the upper end of the ball tank abuts and the lever in stages, and to provide an abutment member at a position where it is easy to work from the front of the gaming machine island facility. Therefore, the burden of adjustment work can be suppressed.

It has been opened in a series.

The seat member 37 is a member for mounting the branch pipe connecting portion 12 formed therein with a flow path bent in the vertical direction from the lateral direction in a rotatable state, and is passed through the hole of the mounting piece 40 projecting left and right. By tightening the screw 41 into the mounting hole 35 of the slide base 11, the screw 41 is attached to the upper portion of the slide base 11. In addition, the branch pipe connecting part 12 can form a plurality of slits along the axial direction in a round pipe-like branch pipe holding part 12a arranged in the lateral direction, and constitute the lower half portion of the branch pipe 7. The distal end (lower end) of the flexible tube 7 'is inserted and connected into the flow path, and in this state, a part of the branch tube holding portion 12a is bent inward by the pressing lever 12b so that the flexible tube 7' is difficult to come off. is there. Further, a disconnection preventing means for preventing the disconnection in a state where the flexible tube 7 'is inserted into the inner peripheral surface of the branch tube holding portion 12a, more specifically, a locking claw piece (not shown) for locking to the flexible tube 7'. Z). In addition, as flexible tube 7 ', well-known flexible pipes, such as a coiled tube and a bellows tube which wound the metal wire in the shape of a pipe, can be used.

The flow path connecting member 36 is a box-shaped member in which a flow path constituting a part of the first downflow path 13 is formed in the vertical direction. Then, the channel locking part 36a extending from one side is locked to the channel locking receiving part 42 formed at the lower part of the seat member 37 and the upper part of the lower channel member 38, and is connected to the other side part. The provided channel engaging part 36b is engaged with a channel engaging receiving part 43 formed at the lower part of the seat member 37 and the upper part of the lower channel member 38, and the channel in the branch pipe connecting part 12 The first downflow passage 13 is communicated. The flow path connecting member 36 may simply pass a sphere, but a sphere counting device may be provided inside if necessary. The ball counting device may have any configuration. For example, a sprocket (not shown) is provided inside the flow path connection member 36 with the end of the sprocket (not shown) facing the flow path, and the rotation amount of the sprocket is detected. A detector (not shown) is provided, and the sprocket rotates when the balls flow down in a groove formed in the outer periphery of the sprocket, and the amount of rotation is detected by the detector. The number of balls that have flowed down may be counted, and when a predetermined number of balls have flowed down, the rotation of the sprocket may be stopped by a solenoid-driven stopper.

The lower flow path member 38 is a member that forms the lower end portion of the first flow down passage 13, and as shown in FIG. 5, a curved flow lower portion 45 that is curved obliquely downward from the vertical direction is formed inside, and the curved flow down The lower end outlet 46 of the portion 45 is opened obliquely downward toward the front, and the outer portion of the inflection portion that curves obliquely from the vertical direction (the opposite side to the bending direction), that is, the lower end outlet 46 of the curved flow lower portion 45 A bearing portion 47 for a support shaft is formed on the opposite side across the first flow path 13. The lower end outlet 46 of the first downflow passage 13 is formed along a curved surface whose opening edge is centered on the support shaft 48. When attaching the lower flow path member 38 having such a configuration to the slide base 11, the screw 50 inserted into the attachment hole 49 with the lower end outlet 46 facing forward is inserted into the attachment hole 35 of the slide base 11. Screw and tighten.

The movable flow path member 17 forms the second downstream path 16 that can communicate with the first downstream path 13, and enters immediately below the lower end outlet 46 of the first downstream path 13 so that the sphere flows down from the lower end outlet 46. This is a member provided with a stopper portion for preventing the above. As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the movable flow path member 17 has a steep downward slope in the forward direction in the first state in which a sphere is supplied from the lower end outlet 46 of the first downstream path 13 into the sphere tank 8. The second downflow passage 16 is formed so as to be. The second downflow path 16 includes a first flow path section forming portion 52 disposed at the rear, a second flow path section forming section 53 disposed at the front, and a wall-shaped flow path section forming section disposed at the left and right. It is divided by.

The arm pieces 54 are respectively extended rearward from the wall-like flow path partition forming portion, and the distal ends of both arm pieces 54 are fixed to the fixed flow path member 14, specifically, the lower flow path member 38 by the support shaft 48. It is attached to the bearing portion 47 so as to be pivotable. Note that the upper end of the first flow path partition forming portion 52 can be rotated around the bearing portion 47 and positioned below the lower end outlet 46, and functions as a stopper portion for a sphere that flows down.

The upper end of the lever 15 is fixed to the tip of one arm piece 54. The lever 15 is a strip-shaped plate member that extends downward and is rotatable in the front-rear direction together with the movable flow path member 17. The lever 15 is arranged in a state of rotating in the plate thickness direction around the bearing portion 47. The force received from the tank 8 can be efficiently transmitted to the movable flow path member 17. Further, the upper end portion of the lever 15 is provided with a stopper 15a capable of abutting against the lower flow path member 38 so that the movable flow path member 17 can be prevented from excessively rotating backward in the first state. ing.

And the contact member 56 is attached to the center part of the lever 15 in the state which can be attached or detached. The abutting member 56 is a member that abuts on the upper edge of the ball tank 8 when the inner frame is closed. As shown in FIG. 6, the block-shaped main body 57 and the main body 57 are attached to the lever 15. And an attachment mechanism 58. The main body 57 forms a contact surface 59 that can contact the ball tank 8 on the front surface, and is disposed in front of the lever 15 (closer to the ball tank 8) (see FIG. 5). The corresponding contact surface 59 is movable. Even when the lower end of the flow path member 17 is retracted from a predetermined position (first state) facing downward, the vertical length is set so as to contact the ball tank 8.

The attachment mechanism 58 is a mechanism for attaching the main body portion 57 to the lever 15 by adjusting the position of the main body portion 57, more specifically, the contact surface 59, back and forth, and a plurality of insertion spaces in which the central portion of the lever 15 can be inserted. And a pressing member 62 (a kind of holding member in the present invention) that presses and holds the lever 15 in a detachable state in the insertion empty portion 61. The insertion empty portion 61 is a vertically long slit-like space formed on one side surface of the main body portion 57 over the contact member 56, and has a side opening and a space sufficiently wider than the thickness of the lever 15. A plurality (three in this embodiment) are formed at equal intervals along the moving direction of the lever 15, in other words, the front-rear direction of the main body 57. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, a portion (opposing surface 64) facing the front surface of the lever 15 (surface facing the ball tank 8) of the partition wall of the insertion empty portion 61 is contacted with the main body portion 57. It is formed parallel to the contact surface 59 (see FIG. 7).

Further, the pressing member 62 is a member that can be inserted from the rear into the communication hole 65 that communicates each insertion empty space 61 in the front-rear direction, and a set screw is employed in the present embodiment. The pressing member 62 rotates with the tip portion protruding into the insertion hollow portion 61 so that the lever 15 can be pressed, and the side portion screwed to the rear end portion of the contact member 56 in a freely rotatable state. Thus, the protruding position of the tip portion can be adjusted back and forth.

In order to attach the contact member 56 having such a configuration to the lever 15, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the lever 15 is inserted into one of the insertion empty portions 61 of the attachment mechanism 58. In this state, the pressing member 62 is rotated to press the tip portion against the lever 15. Then, the pressing member 62 presses the lever 15 against the facing surface 64 of the insertion empty portion 61, and the lever 15 can be held in the insertion empty portion 61. That is, the contact member 56 can be fixed to the lever 15. The lever 15 is formed with an engagement receiving portion 66 that can be engaged with the lower end edge on the flange side of the insertion empty portion 61, and the side portion of the lever 15 is pressed against the back of the insertion empty portion 61. For example, the position of the contact member 56 in the vertical direction is determined (see FIG. 6C). Further, when the lever 15 is pressed against the facing surface 64 of the insertion empty portion 61, the front surface of the lever 15 and the contact surface 59 are arranged in front and back and in parallel. Therefore, even if the contact surface 59 receives a pressing force from the ball tank 8, the lever 15 is not twisted, and it is difficult for the lever 15 and the movable flow path member 17 to be loaded. Furthermore, the pressing force can be efficiently transmitted to the lever 15 and the movable flow path member 17, and the movable flow path member 17 can be smoothly rotated.

Further, in order to remove the contact member 56 from the lever 15, the pressing member 62 may be rotated in the direction opposite to the pressing direction to release the distal end portion from the lever 15 and release the pressing state of the lever 15. Thus, the contact member 56 can be attached to and detached from the lever 15 with a simple configuration and operation.

The contact member 56 has a positional relationship between the lever 15 and the contact surface 59, specifically, the lever, depending on which of the plurality of insertion empty portions 61 holds the lever 15. The projecting distance from 15 to the contact surface 59, in other words, the contact start position between the contact member 56 and the ball tank 8 can be varied stepwise in the front-rear direction. The contact member 56 of the present embodiment is configured so that the position of the contact surface 59 can be adjusted in three stages, but the present invention is not limited to this and may have any number of stages. The operation of the ball replenishment adjusting device 4 that adjusts the position of the contact surface 59 will be described later in detail.

In the present embodiment, a detector 68 that is operated by the rotation of the lever 15 is provided, and the open state of the inner frame 9 can be detected by the detector 68. Specifically, the detector 68 is attached to the slide base 11 side so as to be adjacent to the movable flow path member 17, and an operating piece 69 is projected in a lateral direction from one arm piece 54 of the movable flow path member 17. The operating piece 69 is configured to act on the detector 68 (see FIGS. 2 and 3).

More specifically, in a state where the inner frame 9 is closed to a predetermined position, the contact member 56 and the lever 15 are pushed by the ball tank 8 to rotate to the predetermined position, and the operation piece 69 rotates accordingly. When the inner frame 9 is opened while the detector 68 is turned on, the abutting member 56 and the lever 15 are rotated forward by the advance of the ball tank 8, whereby the operating piece 69 is moved to the detector 68. Configure to turn off.

The lever 15 is urged by a spring 70 as an urging member provided on the lower flow path member 38 in a direction in which the lower end rotates forward, that is, toward the sphere tank 8 side. It is comprised so that it may rotate with it. Therefore, the movable flow path member 17 interlocked with the lever 15 is also urged by the spring 70 so as to be in the second state.

In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the detector 68 is constituted by a micro switch and is operated by the operation piece 69, but the detector is not limited to this. For example, a photo-type detector composed of a light emitting element and a light receiving element is provided on the slide base side, and an operation member acting on the detector is provided in a state of rotating integrally with the movable flow path member 17 as a light shielding piece, You may comprise so that the light of a detector may be interrupted | blocked and detected by rotation of this light-shielding piece.

Next, the operation of the ball supply adjusting device 4 having the above-described configuration will be described.
First, when the ball replenishment adjusting device 4 is attached to the island 2, the fixed base 10 is fixed to the upper horizontal rail 3 of the island 2 with screws or nails, and the lower end of the branch pipe 7 is connected to the branch pipe connecting portion 12. Then, the vertical position of the slide base 11 is adjusted according to the height of the ball tank 8 of the pachinko machine 1 installed on the island 2, and the mounting position (the contact surface 59 of the contact member 56 is adjusted according to the depth of the ball tank 8. Adjust the protruding position. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5 (b), when the inner frame 9 is retracted to a predetermined position and is securely closed, the contact member 56 attached to the lever 15 is pressed against the upper end of the ball tank 8. Adjustment can be made so that the lever 15 is retracted to a position where the stopper 15a comes into contact with the lower flow path member 38, that is, the first flow down path 13 and the second flow down path 16 communicate with each other. desirable.

In the first state in which the first downstream channel 13 and the second downstream channel 16 communicate with each other, as shown in FIG. 5B, the first channel partition forming portion 52 of the movable channel member 17 is the first downstream channel. 13 when the gate provided at the entrance of the branch pipe 7 is opened by the replenishment signal from the management room, a ball is introduced from the ball replenishment basket 6 into the ball replenishment adjusting device 4 via the branch pipe 7. The sphere flows down from the first downstream passage 13 through the second downstream passage 16 and from the lower end opening of the second downstream passage 16, whereby the sphere can be supplied into the spherical tank 8.

When trouble such as ball clogging or ball stop occurs and the inner frame 9 is opened to repair it, the ball tank 8 moves forward as the inner frame 9 is rotated forward, and the ball tank 8 moves forward. Following this, the abutting member 56 and the lever 15 rotate in a direction to advance the lower end. Then, the movable flow path member 17 rotates in a direction in which the lower end is advanced as the contact member 56 and the lever 15 rotate. When the movable flow path member 17 rotates in this way, the upper end of the first flow path partition forming portion 52 moves immediately below the lower end outlet 46 of the first flow down path 13 as shown in FIG. . Therefore, even if the sphere is replenished (supplied) when the inner frame 9 is opened, the sphere flows out from the lower end outlet 46 of the first downflow passage 13 with the first flow path partition forming portion 52 serving as a stopper portion. Can be prevented (second state).

When the trouble repairing operation is completed and the inner frame 9 is closed, the ball tank 8 moves backward and the lever 15 is rotated, so that the movable flow path member 17 returns to the first state facing downward.

In addition, when the model of the pachinko machine 1 is changed and the depth or the depth of the ball tank 8 is different from that before the replacement due to the model or manufacturer of the replaced pachinko machine 1 being different from that before the replacement, The turning state of the lever 15 is adjusted. At this time, the vertical position of the slide base 11 may be adjusted. However, depending on the height and depth of the ball tank 8 after the model change, as a result of the adjustment of the slide base 11, the upper end of the ball tank 8 is the ball replenishment adjusting device 4. The ball tank 8 and the ball replenishment adjusting device 4 may be too far apart from each other, causing a problem such as the supplied ball bouncing off from the ball tank 8 in some cases. However, if the positional relationship between the contact surface 59 of the contact member 56 and the lever 15 is adjusted, the rotation position of the lever 15 in the first state is set to a predetermined value without moving the mounting position of the ball supply adjusting device 4 itself. It can be easily adjusted to the position, and the above-described problems can be prevented from occurring. A specific adjustment will be described. When the depth of the ball tank 8 after the model replacement is shorter than that before the replacement, the contact member 56 is shifted forward, that is, the insertion in which the lever 15 is held before the adjustment is performed. The lever 15 is held again in the insertion empty part 61 behind the empty part 61 to bring the contact surface 59 closer to the ball tank 8 side. On the other hand, when the depth of the ball tank 8 after the model change is longer than that before the replacement, the contact member 56 is moved backward, that is, the insertion empty portion 61 where the lever 15 is held before the adjustment. The lever 15 is held again in the front insertion hollow 61 and the contact surface 59 is moved to the opposite side of the ball tank 8.

Then, as shown in FIG. 5A, the contact member 56 is positioned below the upper side rail 3 of the island 2, and is visible from the front of the island 2 when the inner frame 9 is opened. . Therefore, the worker can perform the adjustment work of the contact member 56 with an easy posture, and the work load can be suppressed.

In the above-described embodiment, a set screw is used as the pressing member 62. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a member that can press the lever 15 against the partition wall (specifically, the opposing surface 64) of the insertion hollow portion 61. Anything can be used. For example, the board | plate material packed in the insertion empty part 61 with the lever 15 may be sufficient.

By the way, in the said embodiment, although the pressing member 62 which presses the lever 15 was used in order to hold | maintain the contact member 56 in the lever 15, this invention is not limited to this. For example, the contact member 76 in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 8 is attached to the lever 15 by closing the side opening 77a of the insertion empty portion 77 while the lever 15 is inserted. More specifically, the contact member 76 has a lid member 78 capable of closing the side opening 77a of the insertion empty portion 77 attached to the side of the contact surface 59, and on the open side of the lid member 78. Is provided with a claw receiving portion 80 that can lock the claw portion 79 formed in the main body portion 57, and the lid member 78 is overlapped on the side surface of the main body portion 57, that is, the side opening 77 a of the insertion empty portion 77. It is configured to maintain a closed state. In addition, the insertion empty portion 77 is formed with a gap having approximately the same interval as the thickness of the lever 15 so that the inserted lever 15 does not rattle back and forth within the insertion empty portion 77.

When the lever 15 is inserted into the insertion empty portion 77 of the contact member 76 having such a configuration, and the insertion empty portion 77 is closed by the lid member 78 in this state, the engagement formed on both sides of the lever 15. The lower end edge on the heel side of the insertion fitting portion 77 and the lower end edge of the lid member 78 are engaged with the receiving portion 66, and the contact member 76 does not fall below the lever 15 (see FIG. 8C). In this way, the abutting member 76 can be held without applying a load to the extent that the lever 15 is deformed, and the lever 15 can be prevented from being damaged when the insertion empty portion 77 is attached. Further, by covering the side openings 77a of all the insertion empty portions 77 with the lid member 78, it is possible to prevent the side openings 77a from being caught and the lever 15 from malfunctioning. The inconvenience flowing down from the device 4 can be prevented. Note that the engagement receiving portion 66 that engages the insertion empty portion 77 with the lever 15 does not necessarily have to engage with both the lid member 78 and the main body portion 57. It only has to be engaged with at least one of the main body portions 57.

In the above-described embodiment, the pachinko machine 1 is taken as an example. However, the gaming machine is not limited to this, and any gaming machine that uses a gaming ball such as a sparrow ball gaming machine or an arrangement ball gaming machine may be used. .

Furthermore, the lever 15 is not limited to a rotating type as long as it is moved by being pressed by the ball tank 8. For example, the lever 15 that moves in the front-rear direction may be used. In this case, the movable flow path member 17 is linked via a transmission mechanism such as a link mechanism, and the movable flow path member 17 is configured to rotate when the lever 15 is retracted.

It should be understood that the above-described embodiment is illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. The present invention is not limited to the above description, but is defined by the scope of the claims, and includes all modifications within the scope and meaning equivalent to the scope of the claims.
