【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えば貯蔵タンク等の注入口に設けられた配管接合部の蓋部材のロック装置に関し、タンクローリーなどから原料化合物などを貯蔵用タンク等に注入する際に、誤って異なる物を注入することを防止する方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
タンクローリーなどから貯蔵用タンクに原料化合物などを注入する操作は、単純な作業であるが故の慣れ、あるいは疲れなどから、時としてタンクを間違えて注入することがある。その結果、タンク残留物と注入物とが反応して危険なガスが発生したり、火災、爆発事故が発生することがある。
このような注入作業における誤操作を防ぐため、注入口に化合物名を明記したラベルを付設するとか、注入口の色を区別するなどして作業者に注意を喚起する手段を採っていた。
また、特開平10−250800号公報には、図4に示すようなロック装置を備え付けた給油口が記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
以上のような誤操作を防止する機構を設けているにもかかわらず、誤注入やそれに基づく事故は跡を絶たない。また、工場潜生産施設の配管において誤操作を有効に防止する装置及び方法については知られていない。
本発明は、誤注入等を防止する方法、及びそのための効果的な手段を提供することを目的とする。本発明者は、このような誤操作の原因は、一人の作業者が貯蔵タンクの注入口をあけ、そしてタンクローリー等から注入する作業を行なうことにあるものと考え、一人の作業者がこの一連の作業を行なえないようにすればよいことを思い付いた。本発明は、そのための手段を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者等は、このような誤操作の原因は、一人の作業者が貯蔵タンクの注入口をあけ、そしてタンクローリー等から注入する作業を行なうことにあるものと考え、一人の作業者がこの一連の作業を行なえないようにすればよいことを思い付いつき、配管接続部に装着可能なロック装置を考案し本発明を完成するに至った。

即ち、本発明は、
(1)配管接合部側に設けられた貫通口と蓋部材側に設けられた突起、及び着脱自在な錠を装着した貫通口に挿通自在な棒状部材からなる配管接合部に設けられた蓋部材ロック装置、
(2)蓋部材側に設けられた貫通口と配管接合部材側に設けられた突起、及び着脱自在な錠を装着した貫通口に挿通自在な棒状部材からなる配管接合部に設けられた蓋部材ロック装置、
(3)配管接合部材側及び蓋部材側の両方に対置して設けられた複数個の貫通口、及び着脱自在な錠を先端部に装着した貫通口に挿通自在なボルトとナットからなる配管接合部に設けられた蓋部材ロック装置、

【発明の実施の形態】
(ロック装置)
ロック装置としては、次の形態があるが、同様の効果を奏する形態であるならばこれらに限定されない。
(1)配管接続部側に設けられた貫通口と蓋部材側に設けられた突起、及び着脱自在な錠を装着した貫通口に挿通自在な棒状部材からなる装置。
(2)蓋部材側に設けられた貫通口と配管接続部側に設けられた突起、及び着脱自在な錠を装着した貫通口に挿通自在な棒状部材からなる装置。
(3)配管接続部側及び蓋部材側の両方に対置して設けられた複数個の貫通口、及び着脱自在な錠を先端部に装着した貫通口に挿通自在なボルトとナットからなる装置。

上記(1)及び(2)の方式において、配管接続部又は蓋部材に設ける貫通口としては、注入口又は蓋部材に一体又は別体に貫通口用凸部を設けて、その部分に貫通口を穿設する。また、配管接続部又は蓋部材に設ける突起としては、注入口又は蓋部材に一体又は別体に設ける。
貫通口に挿通自在な棒状部材は、貫通口に挿通してあるときには、蓋部材を回転しても棒状部材の一端が配管接続部又は蓋部材に設けられた突起に側面から突き当たってそれ以上回転できないようにするためのものである。棒状部材にはその一部、たとえば端部あるいは中央部に孔を穿設して錠を着脱自在に取付ける。
錠は、鍵により施錠のできる形式であっても、あるいは番号を合わせる形式のものであってもよい。
上記(3)の方式においては、たとえばフランジ継手の一方のフランジが蓋部材になったものが用いられ、ボルトとナットにより締め付ける。ボルトの先端部には孔を穿設して錠を着脱自在に取付ける。
(1)から(3)のいずれの場合でも、注入時には錠を外して棒状部材またはボルトを引き抜き、蓋部材を取り外して注入する。使用しない時は、貫通口に棒状部材またはボルトを挿通して施錠しておく。

(配管接続部)
本発明のロック装置は、配管接続部がネジ込み式、フランジである場合に好適に用いられるが、他の方式の方法でも制限されることなく使用することができる。接続部に接続する相手としては、他の配管、仕込み用のホース等、接続できるものであれば特に限定されない。
本発明の配管接続部は、例えば、貯蔵タンク、反応槽等の注入口等の物質を搬入する配管であればと特に制限されない。中でも、原料、製品等の貯蔵タンクの注入口に用いた場合、誤操作を効果的に防止することができ好ましい。

(操作方法)
タンクローリーなどで、原料化合物などを運搬してきた作業者は、まずロック手段の錠の管理者に連絡する。錠の管理者はタンクローリーなどが運搬してきた内容物をチェックして、正しい貯蔵タンクの所に行き、タンク注入口に取付けられた錠をあける。
次いで、錠を外してもらったタンクローリーなどの作業者は、注入口から内容物を注入する。作業終了後、注入者あるいは錠管理者は蓋を閉めて施錠する。

図1は、本発明の一つの実施例であり、貯蔵タンクの注入口付近の施錠された状態の概略を示す。注入口1に蓋部材2が螺合されており、注入口の周囲には突起3を設け、蓋部材2の上には一端に貫通口を設けた部材を取付けた。この貫通口を挿通して棒状部材5を取り付けた。棒状部材の一端は貫通口の径より大きい径の頭部を有し、略中央部には孔を穿設して錠4を装着した。また棒状部材の長さは、蓋部材を回転しようとしても注入口の周囲に設けた突起3に棒状部材がぶつかってそれ以上回転しないに足る長さとした。
錠の管理者は、鍵または暗証番号を所有しており、タンクローリーの作業者から通知を受けると、タンクローリーと貯蔵タンクの内容物が一致していることを確認後錠をあけるようにした。

貯蔵タンク等に本発明のロック装置を取付け、錠をあける者とは異なる者が貯蔵タンクへの注入操作をすることにより、貯蔵タンクに誤った内容物を注入することを効果的に防止することができるようになった。しかも、本発明のロック装置は、工場製造施設内で使われるあらゆる配管に適用することができる。
