Description

The present invention has a latching groove fixed to a wall of a building and capable of latching a hook part of an article fixture, and the article such as a shelf board by latching the hook part in the latching groove. The present invention relates to an article mounting rail to which the article mounting tool to which is fixed can be detachably attached.

In Patent Document 1 below, an article is mounted with a shelf or the like fixed by rails (fixtures) fixed to a wall of a building in a manner sandwiched between decorative plates (board materials) arranged above and below. The thing provided with the latching groove | channel (insertion groove part) which can attach a tool (adapter) detachably is described. Utility Model Registration No. 3078692

However, in the rail described in Patent Document 1, since the latching groove is formed integrally with the entire rail, a screw hole for fixing the rail cannot be provided behind the latching groove. The back plate is extended from the retaining groove to a position shifted in the height direction, a screw hole is provided in the extended portion, and the rail is fixed to the wall portion using the screw hole. According to the rail described in Patent Document 1, since there is an extended portion of the back plate, the decorative plate and the wall portion are joined in a form in which a gap is provided. It cannot be joined in the form of abutting on the surface. As a result, the decorative board cannot be firmly and stably joined, and the joined decorative board is likely to be distorted.

Moreover, since there is an extension part of the back plate, it is necessary to construct so that the decorative plates are stacked in order from the bottom, and the degree of freedom of construction is small. Further, since the latching groove is formed integrally with the entire rail, the structure is complicated and the manufacture is not easy.
Moreover, it is a structure large in the depth direction and is used in combination with a thick decorative board having a thickness of about 30 mm, and is not suitable for use in combination with a thin decorative board having a thickness of about 9 to 13 mm.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to allow the decorative plate and the wall portion to be joined together in a fully abutting form, have a high degree of freedom in construction, easy to manufacture, and used in combination with a thin decorative plate. It is an object to provide an article mounting rail suitable for the above.

A plurality of through holes 85 penetrating from the bottom surface 8 </ b> D toward the top surface 8 </ b> C are formed in the lid body 8 so as to be separated in the longitudinal direction.

In the rail 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, when the fitting insert 5 in which the fitting insertion portion 7 is arranged in the horizontal direction is to be fitted into the space portion 21 of the receiver 2, the tip portion 71. Alternatively, the tip protrusion 73 is caught by the inlet 21 </ b> A (front surface 2 </ b> A of the receiver 2) of the space portion 21 so that it cannot be inserted into the space portion 21. Specifically, the taper 77 at the lower portion of the tip 71 is hooked on the bottom projection 22 of the receiver 2, and the taper 74 of the tip projection 73 is hooked on the front upper portion 2 </ b> A <b> 1 of the receiver 2.

As shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, the fitting insert 5 is inserted into the space portion 21 of the receiver 2 with the tip 71 of the fitting insertion portion 7 tilted downward. The tip portion projection 73 is caught by the upper surface projection 23 of the receiver 2 without the tip portion 71 or the tip portion projection 73 being caught by the inlet 21 </ b> A of the space portion 21. In detail, since the taper 76 is formed in the lower part of the front-end | tip part 71 of the fitting insertion part 7, if the front-end | tip part 71 inclines below, the height of the front-end | tip part 71 and the front-end | tip protrusion 73 whole will become low, and it will fit. In a state where the insertion portion 7 is disposed in the horizontal direction (see FIG. 8), the insertion portion 7 is not caught by the inlet 21A of the space portion 21 to be caught.

Furthermore, when the fitting insert 5 is moved from this state toward the lower portion 21B of the space 21 (toward the lower left in FIG. 9) and the fitting insert 5 is moved, as shown in FIG. The upper projecting portion 61 of the insert 5 is hooked to the front upper portion 2A1 of the receiver 2 and the thick portion 75 of the fitting insert 7 is hooked to the bottom projection 22.
In order to prevent the insertion body 5 from being unintentionally attached to the receiving body 2, when the front end 71 of the insertion section 7 is tilted downward by 10 to 40 °, the insertion section 7 is inserted into the receiving body 2. It is preferable that it can be inserted into the space 21.

From this state, as shown in FIGS. 9 (c) and 9 (d), the fitting insert 5 has the fitting insertion portion 5 with the contact point F between the upper projecting portion 61 and the front upper portion 2 </ b> A <b> 1 of the receiver 2 as a fulcrum. 7 is rotated toward the inner part 21B of the space 21 of the receiver 2, the upper surface protrusion 23 of the receiver 2 is pressed by the front end protrusion 73, and the front end protrusion 73 moves to the back side of the upper surface protrusion 23. The tip protrusion 73 and the top protrusion 23 are engaged with each other, and the base recess 74 of the fitting insert 5 and the bottom protrusion 22 of the receiver 2 are engaged.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9 (d), the upper insertion portion 61 of the fitting insert 5 abuts on the front upper portion 2 A 1 of the receiver 2, and the lower projection 62 of the fitting insert 5 is the receptacle 2. It is made to contact | abut to the front lower part 2A2.

Next, a procedure for fixing the rail of this embodiment to the wall will be described with reference to the drawings. If the rail of this embodiment is fixed to a wall part, the decorative board arrange | positioned together on the upper and lower sides of a rail will also be fixed to a wall part.
As shown in FIG. 10, first, the lower decorative plate K2 is temporarily fixed to the wall W. The wall W and the decorative plate K2 are in contact with each other. As a temporary fixing method, there are a method using an adhesive double-sided tape, an adhesive, and the like. If the lower part of the lower decorative plate K2 is fixed by another rail, the temporary fixing is not necessarily required.

Next, the receiver 2 is placed on the upper surface of the lower decorative plate K2. At that time, the back surface 2B of the receiver 2 abuts against the wall W, and the front surface of the decorative plate K2 and the front surface 2A of the receiver 2 are substantially flush. And the receiver 2 is fixed to the wall part W with the receiver set screw B1 through the through-hole 27 formed in the back member 3 of the receiver 2.
Next, the fitting insert 5 is fitted to the receiver 2 fixed to the wall W in the procedure shown in FIG.
Further, the upper surface 8C of the lid body 8 is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the upper decorative board K1, and the back surface of the upward projection 83 of the lid body 8 is brought into contact with the lowermost front part of the decorative board K1. In this state, the lid body 8 is fixed to the bottom surface of the upper decorative plate K1 by the lid body fixing screw B2 through the through hole 85 of the lid body 8.

Then, the lid body 8 to which the upper decorative plate K1 is fixed is placed on the upper surface 2C of the receiver 2 such that the lower portions 82A and 82B are fitted between the front projection 25 and the rear projection 26. The lid 8 and the receiver 2 are preferably fixed with an adhesive double-sided tape, an adhesive or the like. Here, the upper end and the uppermost front part of the upper projecting portion 61 of the fitting insert 5 are regulated by the front end portion 84 of the lid body 8 (see FIG. 3).
By repeating such a procedure as necessary, the rail 1 and the decorative plate K are fixed to the wall W as shown in FIG.

The rail 1 of the present embodiment is fixed to the wall W of the building between the decorative plates K1 and K2 arranged above and below, and the decorative plates K1 and K2 are also fixed to the wall W by the above-described procedure. The Moreover, after fixing to the wall part W in this way, for example, the article attachment R2 to which the shelf board R1 shown in FIG. 4 is fixed is hooked to the hook groove 51 as shown in FIG. Thus, it can be detachably attached to the rail 1.
And since the rail 1 of this embodiment can be fixed to the wall part W via the back surface member 3 behind the latching groove | channel 51, a screwing operation | work is easy and the rail 1 and the decorative board K are made into a wall part. The order of attaching to W is not limited, and the degree of freedom of construction is large. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, since the entire surface of the decorative plate K can be fixed in contact with the wall portion W, the fixing stability of the decorative plate K is high.
Moreover, since it is the structure which inserts the insertion body 5 in the receiving body 2, compared with the rail of integral structure, a structure is simple and manufacture is easy.

As shown in FIG. 8, the insertion insert 5 is not inserted into the space portion 21 of the receiver 2 in the state where the insertion insert 7 is disposed in the horizontal direction. 7 can be inserted into the space 21 only when the distal end portion 71 of the connector 7 is tilted downward, and the upper projecting portion 61 of the insert 5 and the front upper portion 2A1 of the receiver 2 are in contact with each other. Only when the insertion portion 7 is rotated toward the inner portion 21B of the space portion 21 of the receiver 2 with the point F as a fulcrum, the insertion portion 7 can be completely fitted into the space portion 21. Yes. Therefore, the insertion portion 7 can be easily fitted in the space portion 21 even though the insertion portion 7 is not intentionally fitted in the space portion 21.
Moreover, from the fitted state, even if a force in the direction of pulling out in the horizontal direction is applied to the fitting insert 5, the tip protrusion 73 of the fitting insert 5 is caught by the upper projection 23 of the receiver 2, and the receiver The two bottom projections 22 are caught in the base recess 74 of the fitting insert 5, and the fitting insertion portion 7 of the fitting insert 5 is not pulled out from the space portion 21.

Furthermore, according to the rail 1 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the uppermost front part of the lower decorative plate K2 can be regulated by the lower projecting portion 62 of the fitting insert 5, and the lid body. Since the uppermost protrusion 83 of the upper decorative plate K1 can be defined by the upward projection 83, the decorative plates K1 and K2 are not directly fixed to the wall W directly (even if temporarily fixed if necessary) Good), can be fixed to the wall W. Therefore, construction is simple. Furthermore, since the decorative board K can be constructed without being fixed to the wall W in this way, it is easy to remove the decorative board K from the wall W and reuse it.

In order to pull out the insertion body 5 from the receiver 2, the contact point F between the upper overhanging portion 61 of the insertion body 5 and the front upper portion 2 </ b> A <b> 1 of the receiver 2 is used as a fulcrum, contrary to the case of fitting. It is necessary to rotate the insertion portion 7 toward the inlet 21 </ b> A of the space portion 21 of the receiver 2. However, in the present embodiment, when the hook portion R3 of the article attachment R2 is hung in the latching groove 51, the fitting insert 5 is added downward, so that the movement in the pulling-out direction described above is restricted. Yes. In addition, the upper surface and the front surface of the upper projecting portion 61 of the fitting insert 5 are restricted by the front end portion 84 of the lid body 8, which also restricts the movement in the pulling direction.
The rail 1 configured in this manner is suitable when used in combination with a thin decorative plate.

The article mounting rail of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention.
The shape of the retaining groove formed in the fitting insert can be changed as appropriate in accordance with the shape of the hook portion of the article fixture. A plurality of hooking grooves may be provided. The latching groove is not necessarily formed from the left side surface to the right side surface of the fitting insert, and may be appropriately provided in a desired range.
As means for fixing the receiver to the wall, nails, screws, or the like can be used in addition to screws. The decorative plate and the wall portion can be joined with a gap provided without contacting. In order to separate the back surface of the receiver and the wall portion from each other by a sufficient distance, a spacer or the like may be interposed between the back surface of the receiver and the wall portion.

The bottom protrusion of the receiver may be provided slightly closer to the back surface from the most distal portion of the bottom member, and the tip protrusion of the insert may be slightly closer to the base than the most distal portion of the insertion insert. The base recess of the insert may be provided slightly closer to the tip from the downward projecting portion.
The cross-sectional shapes of the receiver, the fitting body, and the lid are not limited to the cross-sectional shapes in the embodiment as long as a desired function can be exhibited.
In the lid, instead of providing the through hole, an upward projection from the upper surface of the lid may be provided. In such a lid body, it may be used in combination with a decorative board in which a hole portion into which the protrusion can be fitted is previously formed in the lower part. Further, such a lid body can be formed integrally with the receiver.
