Description

【0001】

[Field of the Invention]
The present invention relates to a receiving bracket having a sickle piece receiving mechanism for a sliding door lock and a method for attaching the receiving bracket to a door frame.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Currently, when the sliding door lock is closed, the sickle piece receiver is equipped with both a "no-adjustment means for preventing rattling in the vertical and inclined directions" and "no-adjustment means for dust in the opening direction" of the sliding door. The appearance of metal fittings is desired.
[0003]
The reason for this is that if the toyoke that constitutes the bracket is fixed in the recess of the door frame, the strike must be removed and the position of the sliding box, etc. in the toyoke must be adjusted. Of course, an expert is required to adjust the backlash in this way. In particular, when the technical purpose of the sickle piece receiving mechanism of the sliding door lock bracket is set to "preventing rattling", for example, 3 mm between the strike receiving plate and the front of the sickle lock body. When predetermined dust such as 5 mm is set, it is desired to prevent rattling in the pulling direction as much as possible.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the present invention requires the labor of a skilled person to perform “backlash adjustment” and “chile adjustment” in the sickle piece bracket, so that this inconvenience is eliminated. Objective. Therefore, the first purpose is that when the sickle piece is locked when the door is closed, it is not necessary to adjust both the “backlash adjustment” and the “chile adjustment” on the side of the bracket with respect to the sickle piece. It is providing the receiving metal fitting which has an adjustable sickle piece receiving mechanism, and the method of attaching this receiving metal fitting to a door frame. The second object is to reliably prevent backlash even when a predetermined size of dust is set. In this case, it is desirable to precisely prevent backlash. Even within a range where a predetermined dust (for example, a gap of 3 mm or less) is set between the receiving plate of the movable strike and the front of the lock body, the upper and lower engagements correspond to the dust setting when the sliding door is locked. It is an object of the present invention to prevent backlash at all times even when the sliding body is selectively engaged, and this adjustment is not performed.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The receiving metal fitting having the sickle piece receiving mechanism for the sliding door lock of the present invention has a case main body 50 in an open state with a lower engaging sliding body (92, 92A) having engaging teeth (99, 99A) at the upper end. On the other hand, meshed teeth (109, 109A) that can be selectively engaged with the meshing teeth are provided at the upper end of a case-like movable strike 70 having a sickle window 72 on the receiving plate 71. The upper engaging sliding body (105, 105A) having the upper and lower side plates 77 is mounted so as to be movable up and down and surrounds the left and right side plates 77 forming the box portion of the movable strike 70. For receiving sickle pieces The case body 50 is integrally combined with a long plate-like mounting plate 85 having a fitting port 88. In this combined state, the movable strike 70 is provided with a dust setting biasing spring provided in the case body 50. 90, the receiving plate 71 is biased so as to protrude from the outer wall surface 85a of the mounting plate 85.
[0006]
In the above configuration, the meshing teeth of the lower engagement sliding body are formed continuously in a stepped or horizontal state.
[0007]
Moreover, the method of attaching the metal fitting of the present invention to the door frame, Open surface In case body 50, Has mesh teeth (99, 99A) at the upper end The lower engaging sliding body (92, 92A) is mounted so as to be movable up and down. [0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Before describing the main part of the present invention, the environment for implementing the invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0009]
X is a sliding door lock, and this sliding door lock X is a receiving member that combines a sickle lock body 2 attached to the sliding door 1 side and a plurality of members attached to the door frame 3 side and constituting the sickle piece receiving mechanism. It consists of a metal fitting 4.
[0010]
Here, although not a specific requirement of the present invention, the configuration of the sickle lock body 2 will also be described. Reference numeral 5 denotes a lock case installed in the vertical wall of the sliding door 1. Reference numeral 6 denotes a front fixed to the opening side of the lock case 5, and the front 6 is generally fixed to the cover plate 7 of the lock case 5. 8 is a window for advancing and retracting members formed on the front 6 and the cover plate 7, and 9 is an entrance for sickle pieces.
[0011]
An advance / retreat member 11 is slidably mounted in the lock case 5. The advancing / retracting member 11 has a front end portion 12 having an abutting surface that abuts on the surface of a movable strike constituting a metal fitting, which will be described later, and a rear end portion 13 connected to the front end portion 12 in the horizontal direction. And a support hole 15 for a trigger spring 14 is formed in the rear end portion 13. Reference numeral 17 denotes a rack formed on the lower side wall of the horizontal protruding rod 11.
[0012]
20 is a sickle piece. The sickle piece 20 includes a pinion 21 at the base, is pivotally supported in the lock case 5 via a support shaft 22, and rotates in a direction that engages with the movable strike in conjunction with the backward movement of the advance / retreat member 11. To do. The sickle piece 20 has a base portion 23 having a pinion 21, a hook-shaped tip portion 24 that engages with a movable strike, and a wide rear end portion 25 that is connected to the tip portion, and a bottom portion of the wide rear end portion 25. A plurality of ratchet-like engaging teeth 27 are formed.
[0013]
Reference numeral 30 denotes a slide operation plate provided in the lock case 5 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. The slide operation plate 30 is lowered when an operation knob (not shown) is operated when the door is closed and the door is locked. Reference numeral 31 denotes a spring for a slide operation plate, and the spring 31 has a click function.
[0014]
Reference numeral 40 denotes a locking claw piece having a locking pin 41 that is pivotally supported below the sickle piece 20 and engages with a window-like engaged portion 32 formed at the lower end portion of the slide operation plate 30. . This locking claw piece 40 is pivotally supported by a fixed shaft 42 having a function of guiding the lower end portion of the slide operation piece 30. When the slide operation piece 30 is lowered, the engagement teeth 27 of the sickle piece are used with the fixed shaft 42 as a fulcrum. Rotate in a direction to engage with.
[0015]
Therefore, in the sickle lock main body 2, at the time of so-called locking (when the door is closed), the advancing / retracting member 11 hits the receiving plate (surface) of the movable strike and retreats, thereby rotating the tip 24 of the sickle piece 20. It advances and enters into the metal fitting 4 and engages with the back surface of the movable strike 70 (see FIG. 8). Next, when the slide operation piece 30 is lowered, the engagement claw piece 40 engages with the engagement teeth 27 of the sickle piece to prevent the sickle piece 20 from retreating (see FIG. 9).
[0016]
As described above, the main part of the present invention (the sickle piece receiving mechanism in the bracket) is used in the relationship with the sickle lock body 2 including the sickle piece 20. Next, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0017]
First, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the metal fitting 4 attached to the door frame 3 includes a case body 50 in an open state, a case-like movable strike 70 that is assembled so that the surface side protrudes from the case body, A long plate-shaped mounting plate 85 fitted to the case body so as to surround the box portions (left and right side plates and end plate portions) 77 and 73 of the movable strike 70 and integrated with the case body 50, and the case The main body 50 and the movable strike 70 are comprised of the members constituting the sickle piece receiving mechanism of the sickle lock main body 2 together with the movable strike 70. Therefore, these constituent members will be described in order.
[0018]
The case main body 50 is generally called “troyoke” among those skilled in the art. Troyoke, which is generally called, and the case body 50 of this embodiment are different in the following points.
(A) A small support plate 53 protruding in the direction of the opening 52 of the case body 50 is provided on the inner wall surface of the vertical bottom wall 51 of the channel-shaped box portion that enters the recess formed in the door frame 3;
(B) The left and right edges of the upper and lower walls 54, 55 formed by bending the upper and lower ends of the vertical bottom wall 51 in an opposing state, and the left and right side walls 56, 57 with respect to the upper and lower walls 54, 55 Between the upper and lower end edges, there are provided some guide gaps 58 and 58, respectively, into which an end plate portion 73 of a movable strike described later can enter,
(C) First fixing for integrating the case body 50 and the mounting plate 85 at appropriate portions of the upper and lower mounting projection walls 59 and 60 formed by bending the end portions of the upper and lower walls 54 and 55 in the vertical direction. The small holes 62 and 62 for the tool 61 are respectively formed,
(D) The through-hole 63 is formed in the lower wall 55 for use when attaching a lower guide rod to be described later. In addition, the code | symbol 64 of the protrusion walls 59 and 60 is a code | symbol hole corresponding to the insertion hole 86 formed in the upper and lower parts of the attachment plate 85 mentioned later, respectively. A second fixing tool 87 for fixing 4 to the door frame 3 enters.
[0019]
The small support plate 53 described above is formed by bending a part of an appropriate portion of the vertical bottom wall 51 inward, and further has a through guide hole 65 for a lower guide rod.
[0020]
Next, the movable strike 70 will be described. In general, the strike is generally fixed to the trolley, but in this embodiment, it is a movable member. As shown in FIG. 2, the movable strike 70 has a box shape in an open state on the back side, and is fitted in the case body 50 so as to be horizontally movable so as to face the opening 52 of the case body 50. FIG. 1 shows an example of a state in which a movable strike 70 is slidably combined with the case body 50.
[0021]
Thus, 71 is a front side receiving plate, and a rectangular sickle piece window 72 into which the tip end portion of the sickle piece enters is formed at the lower end portion of the receiving plate 71. The advance / retreat member 11 and the front 6 described above can contact the outer wall surface of the receiving plate 71. On the other hand, the tip 24 of the sickle piece 20 can be engaged with the inner wall surface of the receiving plate 71. Reference numeral 73 denotes a slide end plate portion formed by bending the upper and lower ends of the receiving plate 71 in the opening direction. These upper and lower slide end plate portions 73 are slidably different from the guide gaps 58 and 58 of the case body 50, respectively. Is included.
[0022]
In the present embodiment, the slide end plate portion 73 can be divided into a portion 74 having a short dimension in the vicinity of the bend and an ear-shaped portion 75 having a long dimension connected to the short portion 74. Since the ear-shaped portion 75 protrudes left and right with respect to the short portion 74, the protruding vertical end surface 76 on the front side hits the inner wall surface of the mounting plate 85. Therefore, the mounting plate 85 has a stopper function with respect to the movable strike 70.
[0023]
77 is a side plate facing left and right. On the upper and lower end portions of the side plate 77, small protrusion-like spring support portions 78 formed by notches are formed. A pair of left and right vertical guide portions (vertical grooves, vertical long holes, etc.) 79 are formed in appropriate portions on the upper side of the side plate 77 in the vertical direction.
[0024]
Further, the upper and lower slide end plate portions 73 will be described. The upper slide end plate portion 73 has a through hole 80 for an upper guide rod described later, while the lower slide end plate portion 73 has a lower guide rod portion. A flat U-shaped cutout 81 is formed so as not to contact the lower portion.
[0025]
Next, the mounting plate 85 will be described. The attachment plate 85 is formed in an end face channel shape, and has the insertion holes 86 for the second fixing tool 87 in the upper and lower portions as described above. The mounting plate 85 has a seat plate function in relation to the case main body 50 and a mounting function in the sense of mounting and fixing the receiving bracket 4 to the door frame 3, as well as the short portion 74 or the ear shape of the movable strike 70 described above. It has a dust setting function that determines the pop-out amount of the movable strike 70 in relation to the length of the portion 75.
[0026]
That is, the elongated plate-like attachment plate 85 is provided with a vertically long fitting port 88 set in consideration of the width dimension and height (vertical) dimension of the receiving plate 71 of the movable strike 70. , The front (front side) portion of the movable strike 70 protrudes by the amount set for “Chile (symbol a in FIG. 5)”.
[0027]
Here, “Chile” means the protruding dimension of the receiving plate 71 of the movable strike 70 with reference to the outer wall surface 85a of the mounting plate 85 as shown in FIG. 5 (for example, the amount of protrusion of 1 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm, etc.). Say.
[0028]
Therefore, the receiving bracket 4 is internally provided with a plurality of urge springs 90 for setting the dust to urge the movable strike 70 so as to protrude from the fitting opening 88 of the mounting plate 85, in the present embodiment, a total of four urge springs 90 for setting the dust. One end portions of the urging springs 90 are respectively supported by the spring support portions 78 of the movable strike 70 described above.
[0029]
Reference numeral 89 denotes a screw hole for the first fixing tool that is formed at the upper and lower ends of the mounting plate 85 and matches the small holes 62 and 62 of the case body 50.
[0030]
Next, each member which is built in the case main body 50 and the movable strike 70 and constitutes the sickle piece receiving mechanism of the sickle lock main body 2 together with the movable strike 70 will be described.
[0031]
First, take a look at Figures 2 and 3. Reference numeral 92 denotes a lower (one) engagement sliding body incorporated in the lower part of the case main body 50 so as to be movable up and down. The form of the lower engagement sliding body 92 will be described in relation to the shape of the case body 5. Reference numeral 93 denotes a sliding back plate that moves up and down along the vertical bottom wall 51. A rectangular guide window 94 is formed on the sliding back plate 93 in consideration of the position of the small support plate 53. The small support plate 53 of the case body 5 passes through the guide window 94. The size of the guide window 94 is desirably set so that the small support plate 53 does not come into contact with the lower side of the opening forming the guide window 94 even when the sliding back plate 93 rises.
[0032]
95 is a sickle tip receiving portion provided at the center of the upper end portion of the sliding back plate 93. The tip receiving portion 95 makes the upper end portion of the sliding back plate 93 substantially horizontal in the direction of the opening 52. It is made by bending. On the other hand, 96 is an engagement small support plate provided at the center of the lower end portion of the sliding back plate 93. A guide small hole 97 in a penetrating state is formed at the center of the engagement small support plate 96. Yes. The engagement small support plate 96 is also formed by bending the lower end portion of the sliding back plate 93 in the direction of the opening 52 in a substantially horizontal state in the same manner as the receiving portion 95 for the tip.
[0033]
Reference numeral 98 denotes a pair of left and right sliding side plates that move up and down along the left and right side walls 56 and 57. Slightly stair-like continuous meshing teeth 99 are formed on the inclined upper ends of the sliding side plates 98 and 98.
[0034]
Thus, the upper end of 100 is fitted into the small through hole 65 of the small support plate 53 of the case body 50, while the lower end of the guide small hole 97 of the engagement small support plate 96 of the lower engagement sliding body 92. It is a downward guide rod which penetrates. A flange portion 101 is provided at the upper end portion of the lower guide rod 100. The lower guide rod 100 has a function of guiding the lower engagement sliding body 92 in the vertical direction.
[0035]
Reference numeral 102 denotes a return spring wound around the lower guide rod. The lower end of the return spring 102 is always in pressure contact with the small engagement plate 96 of the lower engagement slide 92. Therefore, when the lower engagement sliding body 92 rises while being guided by the lower guide rod 100, the lower engagement slide body 92 rises against the spring force of the return spring 102.
[0036]
Next, please look at FIG. 2 and FIG. Reference numeral 105 denotes an upper (other) engagement sliding body incorporated in the upper part of the case main body 50 so as to be movable up and down. The form of the upper engagement sliding body 105 will be described in relation to the shape of the movable strike 70.
[0037]
First, look at Figures 2 and 3. Reference numeral 92 denotes a lower (one) engagement sliding body incorporated in the lower part of the case main body 50 so as to be movable up and down. Since the upper engagement sliding body 105 is formed in consideration of the engagement relationship with the lower engagement sliding body 92, its form, combination, and the like are common to the lower engagement sliding body 92. There is.
[0038]
That is, 106 is a vertical wall whose wall surfaces at both left and right end portions can come into contact with the open side end surfaces of the left and right side plates 77 and 77 of the movable strike 70. , 77 is provided with a pair of left and right sliding side walls 107 that slide on the outer wall surfaces.
[0039]
Thus, a downward notch 108 capable of receiving the receiving portion 95 of the lower engagement sliding body 92 is formed at the lower end portion of the vertical wall 106 corresponding to the back plate. Further, at the inclined lower end portions of the pair of left and right sliding side walls 107, continuous meshed teeth 109 that can be engaged with the continuous meshing teeth 99 of the lower engagement sliding body 92 are formed. .
[0040]
The pair of left and right sliding side walls 107 are provided with mounting holes 111 for laterally extending the elongated guide plate 110 in the lateral direction that penetrate the vertical guide portion 79 of the movable strike 70.
[0041]
Further, a protruding piece 114 having a small guide hole 113 through which the lower end portion of the upper guide rod 112 passes is provided at the upper end portion of the vertical wall 106.
[0042]
Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper guide rod 112 has an upper end fitted into the through hole 80 of the upper slide end plate 73 of the movable strike 70, while a lower end of the upper guide rod 112 has the above-described protrusion of the upper engagement sliding body 105. Although it penetrates the guide small hole 113 of the piece 114, a flange portion 115 is provided at the upper end portion of the upper guide rod 112 in the same manner as the lower guide rod 100. The upper guide bar 112 has a function of guiding the upper engagement sliding body 105 in the vertical direction.
[0043]
Reference numeral 116 denotes a spring wound around the upper guide rod, and the lower end portion of the spring 116 is always in pressure contact with the protruding piece 114 of the upper engagement sliding body 105. Therefore, the upper engagement sliding body 105 rises against the spring force of the spring 116 when the upper engagement slide body 105 is guided by the upper guide rod 112 and descends.
[0044]
In the above configuration, the main part of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the present invention, there are many new creation parts when paying attention to the relationship with the combination of each constituent member. However, in relation to the specific requirements of the present invention, these new matters are not limited to independent claims. Detailed description of the combination of each member will be omitted.
[0045]
5 and 6 show that the case main body 50 has two pieces in the state where the upper and lower engaging sliding bodies, the upper and lower guide rods, the urging spring and the like are incorporated in the case main body 50 and the movable strike 70. The state is shown in which the metal plate 4 is integrally fixed to the mounting plate 85 via the first fixing tool 61 and the receiving metal fitting 4 is mounted in the recess of the door frame 3 via the two second fixing tools 87. .
[0046]
In this mounted state, the receiving plate 71 outer wall surface 71a of the movable strike 70 of the bracket 4 is energized by the amount set in advance (for example, 5 mm) as compared with the outer wall surface 85a of the mounting plate 85. The spring 90 protrudes due to the spring force.
At this time, since the end surface 76 of the ear-shaped portion 75 of the slide end plate portion 73 is in contact with the inner wall surface of the mounting plate 85, the movable strike 70 does not protrude from the fitting port 88 beyond the set “tilt a”. . When the movable strike 70 pushes the outer wall surface 71a of the receiving plate 71, the movable strike 70 can be retracted into the case body 50 against the spring force of the biasing spring 90 by an amount corresponding to the setting of the dust.
[0047]
Therefore, it is assumed here that the sliding door 1 is closed from the opened state shown in FIG. When the sliding door 1 is closed, the sickle piece 20 comes out of the entrance 9 of the lock body 2 by the power conversion mechanism (for example, the relationship between the rack and the pinion) as shown in FIG. Enter the window 72. The distal end portion 24 of the sickle piece 20 that has entered the receiving metal fitting 4 first hits the receiving portion 95 of the lower engagement sliding body 92. At this time, the lower engagement sliding body 92 is lifted according to the amount of rotation of the sickle piece 20, so that the lower engagement sliding body 92 is guided by the lower guide rod 100 and rises against the spring force of the return spring 102. To do. When the lower engagement sliding body 92 is raised, the continuous meshing teeth 99 are always engaged with the continuous meshing teeth 109 of the upper engagement sliding body 105 regardless of the protruding position of the movable strike 70. (Square piece or sliding door play prevention function: meaning of no play adjustment).
[0048]
Next, when the movable strike 70 is pressed by the front 6 of the lock body 2 and retracted into the case body 50 when the door is closed, the upper engagement sliding body 105 can move to the movable strike 70 via the elongated guide plate 110. Since it is attached to the case body 50, the movable strike 70 is moved back into the case body 50 "by the amount necessary to adjust the dust". At that time, since the upper engagement sliding body 105 is biased by the spring 116, it is guided by the upper guide rod 112 and slides downward. As a result, the positions of the meshing teeth 99 of the lower engagement sliding body 92 and the meshed teeth of the upper engagement sliding body 105 slightly change (automatic dust adjustment function: meaning of no dust adjustment).
[0049]
Next, although not shown in particular, the invention of the method for attaching the receiving bracket 4 of the first embodiment to the door frame 3 will be described.
[0050]
(Step A) First, the lower guide rod 100 of the case body 50 is attached to the small support plate 53 of the vertical bottom wall 51. In this case, with the return spring 102 attached, the lower end portion of the lower guide rod 100 is once inserted into the through hole 63 and then the upper end portion is fitted into the through small hole 65 of the small support plate 53. When the lower guide rod 100 is attached to the case main body 50 together with the lower engagement sliding body in a state where the lower end portion of the lower guide sliding passage 92 is passed through the guide small hole 97 of the engagement support plate 96 of the lower engagement sliding body 92, it can be set easily. In particular, in this step A, the lower engaging sliding body is provided in the case main body 50 so as to be movable up and down.
[0051]
(Step B) Next, the upper engagement sliding body 105 is attached to the upper end portion of the movable strike 70 so as to be movable up and down. In this case, the upper engagement sliding body 105 is fitted to the upper end portion of the movable strike 70 so as to be externally fitted, and the elongated guide plate 110 is perpendicular to the attachment hole 111 when the attachment hole 111 and the vertical guide portion 79 coincide. The guide part 79 is fitted in the penetrating state. Thus, the upper engagement sliding body 105 is integrally attached to the upper end portion of the movable strike 70. Therefore, the movable strike 70 is fitted to the case main body 50 in this equipped state. When fitting, the upper and lower slide end plate portions 73 of the movable strike 70 are inserted into the guide gap 58 of the case main body 50. In this process B, the movable strike 70 is fitted to the case main body 50 with one end of the biasing spring 90 fitted into the spring support 78 of the movable strike 70.
[0052]
(Step C) Next, in the fitting state, the case main body 50 is integrally fixed to the mounting plate 85 via the first fixing tool 61. The first fixing tool 61 is inserted into the screw hole 89 of the mounting plate 85 from the small hole 62 of the case main body 50, whereby the case main body 50 is screwed to the mounting plate 85.
[0053]

【Example】
In this column, a modification (second embodiment) of the main part of the present invention is shown. In the description of this modified example, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
[0055]
In the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 10 and 14, the main difference from the first embodiment is that the continuous meshing teeth formed on the upper end portion of the sliding side plate 98A of the lower engagement sliding body 92A. 99A is formed in a horizontal state.
[0056]
Accordingly, the meshed teeth 109A of the sliding side wall 107A of the upper engagement sliding body 105A that engages with the meshing teeth 99A are also formed in a horizontal state. The meshing teeth 99A desirably employ ratchet teeth.
[0057]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the present invention has the following effects.
(1) Provided with a so-called non-adjustable sickle piece receiving mechanism that does not require adjustment of both “backlash adjustment” and “tilt adjustment” for the sickle piece, and a method of attaching the fitting to the door frame. can do.
(2) It is possible to reliably prevent backlash even if a predetermined size of dust is set. In this case, since the meshing teeth of the upper and lower engaging sliding bodies are continuous, precise backlash prevention can be achieved. Even within a range where a predetermined dust (for example, a gap of 3 mm or less) is set between the receiving plate of the movable strike and the front of the lock body, the upper and lower engagements correspond to the dust setting when the sliding door is locked. Since the sliding body is selectively engaged, it is possible to prevent backlash at all times without adjusting the dust.
(3) In the invention according to claim 10, the metal fitting can be easily attached to the door frame.
