Description

The present invention relates to a fueling device that is installed in a fueling station and that fuels a vehicle such as gasoline.

As is well known, an oil supply device installed in a gas station or the like has an oil supply pipe that communicates with an underground oil storage tank in a main body case, and an oil supply mechanism such as an oil supply pump and a flow meter disposed in the main body case. An oil supply pipe is connected, and an oil supply hose having an oil supply nozzle at the tip is connected to the tip of the oil supply pipe. The oil supply nozzle is housed in a nozzle hook provided on the front and rear surfaces and side surfaces of the main body case.

The oil supply nozzle is generally composed of a grip portion having a lever portion and a main body, and the main body is covered with a nozzle cover made of an oil-resistant soft synthetic resin.

The nozzle hook is equipped with a nozzle switch that is turned on and off in conjunction with the hooking / unloading of the fuel nozzle, and the conventional nozzle hook is formed with a recess in the upper part so that the tip of the fuel nozzle is stored in an upward state. is doing.

After the refueling, the refueling nozzle is housed in the nozzle hook with the tip of the nozzle (discharge pipe) facing upward and the grip portion and the lever portion positioned on the lower side.

The prior art is generally performed by those skilled in the art, and does not relate to a known literature.

When the discharge pipe is placed upward and stored in the nozzle hook, the oil adhering to the outside of the discharge pipe flows down the outer periphery of the pipe and flows down. In this case, light oil that is particularly difficult to evaporate has a large amount of flow, and even if a skirt-like nozzle cover is attached to the oil supply nozzle, the oil is transmitted to the grip portion and the lever portion.

Therefore, at the self-fueling station, when the next refueling customer grips the grip portion or the lever portion of the refueling nozzle, the oil adheres to the customer's hand and the hand becomes dirty and uncomfortable, which also hinders the refueling operation.

Further, the oil remaining in the discharge pipe may be applied to the vehicle at the next refueling.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the inconvenience of the conventional example, and after the oil supply nozzle is returned to the nozzle hook after the end of the oil supply, the oil is transmitted to the grip portion and the lever portion even if the oil is attached to the discharge pipe. Another object of the present invention is to provide a fueling device that can prevent the oil from being applied to the vehicle during the next refueling without causing discomfort to the refueling customer even if the oil remains in the discharge pipe.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a plurality of oil supply systems in which an oil supply pump and a flow meter are connected by an oil supply pipe, and an oil supply hose having an oil supply nozzle at the tip is connected to the oil supply pipe. In a fueling device in which a single body case is provided and a nozzle switch provided with a nozzle switch for each fueling system to store the fueling nozzle is formed with the storage portion facing downward so that the tip of the fueling nozzle faces downward, A waste oil tank communicating with the storage portion is disposed below the nozzle hook storage portion for each oil supply system, and a shutter that covers the front opening of the fuel nozzle storage portion is provided on the nozzle hook, and the front surface of the main body case In addition to providing an operation unit, a human body sensor or a vehicle sensor is provided, and the operation unit shutter is opened and closed in conjunction with an output from the human body sensor or the vehicle sensor. It is an Abstract that covers the work unit.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the oil supply nozzle is returned to the nozzle hook after the end of refueling, the tip of the oil supply nozzle, that is, the tip of the discharge pipe faces downward, so that oil adheres to the outer periphery of the discharge pipe. Even if it remains, this oil flows down the outer circumference of the discharge pipe toward the tip. Therefore, this oil will not be transmitted to the grip portion or lever portion of the oil supply nozzle, and even if the next oil customer holds the grip portion or lever portion with his / her hand, his / her hand will not become dirty.

In addition, even if oil remains in the discharge pipe after the end of refueling, this oil is also discharged from the tip of the discharge pipe and flows down from the pipe after the oil supply nozzle is returned to the nozzle hook. It will not be applied to the vehicle when refueling.

Since a waste oil tank communicating with the storage portion is arranged below the storage portion of the nozzle hook, the oil that has flowed down from the tip of the oil supply nozzle returned to the nozzle hook after refueling is stored in the waste oil tank below it. Therefore, the oil that has flowed down does not stain the inside of the main body of the fueling device.

Since the nozzle cover is provided with a shutter that covers the oil supply nozzle, by providing a shutter for the oil supply nozzle, when handling a plurality of different oil types with a single oil supply device, only the shutter of the desired oil type is opened. By doing so, it is possible to prevent different types of oil from being supplied by mistake.

Since the main body case is provided with a human body sensor or a vehicle sensor, and an operation panel covered with a shutter that opens and closes in conjunction with an output from the human body sensor or the vehicle sensor is provided on the front surface of the main body case, Only when the vehicle approaches the refueling device and these are detected by the human body sensor or vehicle sensor, the shutter is opened and the operation panel is exposed, so that it is possible to prevent the operation panel in which expensive equipment is incorporated.

As described above, since the oil supply device of the present invention is housed in the nozzle hook with the discharge pipe at the tip of the oil supply nozzle facing downward, after the oil supply nozzle is returned to the nozzle hook after the end of oil supply, the oil is supplied to the discharge pipe. This oil flows toward the tip of the discharge pipe even if it adheres, so that this oil can be prevented from being transmitted to the grip and lever, and even if oil remains in the discharge pipe, this oil is also discharged. Since the oil flows down from the tip of the pipe to the outside of the pipe, it is possible to prevent the oil from being applied to the vehicle at the next refueling, and it is possible to avoid discomfort for the refueling customer.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal side view showing an embodiment of a fueling device of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view of a state in which the shutter is opened, and FIG. 3 is a front view of a state in which the shutter is closed. As in the prior art, an oil supply pipe communicating with an underground oil storage tank is raised in the main body case 1, and an oil supply mechanism such as an oil supply pump or a flow meter disposed in the main body case 1 is connected by the oil supply pipe. An oil supply hose 3 having an oil supply nozzle 2 at the tip is connected to the tip of the nozzle. The oil supply nozzle 2 is housed in a nozzle hook 4 provided on the front and rear surfaces of the main body case 1.

The oil supply nozzle 2 is composed of a grip portion 2a having a lever portion 5 and a nozzle 2b at the tip which is a main body. The nozzle 2b is made of an oil-resistant soft synthetic resin and is covered with a skirt-like nozzle cover 2c. Yes.

The nozzle hook 4 is formed with a storage portion 4a facing downward so that the tip of the nozzle 2b faces downward, and is provided with a nozzle switch 6 that is turned on and off in conjunction with the hooking of the fuel nozzle 2.

A waste oil tank 8 is embedded below the storage portion 4 a of the nozzle hook 4, and the tip of a waste oil pipe 7 communicating with the bottom of the storage portion 4 a is opened to the waste oil tank 8.

A front opening of the storage portion 4a of the nozzle hook 4 is covered with a nozzle shutter 9 so as to be freely opened and closed. In this embodiment, the oil supply device handles three types of oil, high-octane, regular, and light oil, and the oil supply hose 3, the oil supply nozzle 2, and the nozzle hook 4 are provided in three systems corresponding to the respective oil types.

On the front surface of the main body case 1 of the fueling device, an oiling data indicator 10 such as the amount of fueling and the amount of fueling, and an operation unit 11 are disposed in the upper part of the nozzle hook 4.

The operation unit 11 includes an operation panel 12 using a video screen, a card reader 13, a prepaid card reader 14, a bill reader 15, a printer 16 for issuing a receipt, an interphone 17, and the like. Cover with shutter 18 so that it can be opened and closed.

Further, a vehicle sensor 20 for detecting a vehicle stopped for refueling or a human body sensor 19 for detecting a refueling customer is provided at an arbitrary position on the front surface of the main body case 1.

Then, as shown in the control block diagram of FIG. 4, operation signals from the operation unit 11 such as an on / off signal from the vehicle sensor 20 or the human body sensor 19, an on / off signal of the nozzle switch 6, and a setting operation signal by operation of the operation panel 12 are input. And a control unit 21 including a counting unit 22 that counts the amount of fuel supplied, and a shutter opening / closing signal from the control unit 21 is introduced into the operation unit shutter 18 and the nozzle hooking shutter 9 to supply the oil supply data. A display signal was introduced into the display 10, and a driving on / off signal was introduced into the oil supply pump 24.

Next, the operation will be described with reference to the flowcharts of FIGS. FIG. 5 shows the operation when the vehicle sensor 20 is installed, and the nozzle hooking shutter 9 and the operation unit shutter 18 are both closed when not refueling. Thereby, protection of the operation part 11 provided with an expensive apparatus can be aimed at. When the vehicle stops in front of the main body case 1 of the fueling device for refueling, the vehicle sensor 20 detects the vehicle, and a detection signal is input to the control unit 21 (step 1), and the control unit 21 receives this detection signal. The operation unit shutter 18 is opened by the output from (step 2).

The oiler performs an oiling setting operation such as setting of the oil type while watching the video screen as the operation panel 12, and when the setting operation is completed (step 3), the oil type selected by receiving the output from the operation unit 11 Only the nozzle hooking shutter 9 of the oil supply system that handles is opened (step 4). Thereby, it can prevent supplying oil type different from the selected oil type accidentally.

Accordingly, if the fueling customer pulls out the fueling nozzle 2 from the nozzle hook 4 at the position of the opened nozzle hooking shutter 9, the nozzle switch 6 is turned on in conjunction with this (step 5). The control unit 21 receives this ON signal and outputs it to the display 10 to nullify the previous refueling display, and outputs it to the refueling pump 24 to drive it (step 6).

If the fueling nozzle 2 is inserted into the fueling port of the automobile and the nozzle is opened, the fuel is supplied. The amount of oil supply is counted by a flow rate pulse transmitter (step 7) and displayed on the display 10 (step 8).

When the oil supply is completed and the oil supply nozzle 2 is returned to the nozzle hook 4, the nozzle switch 6 is turned off (step 9), and the oil supply pump 24 is stopped by this off signal and at the same time the nozzle cover shutter 9 is closed (step 10).

Then, after the refueling customer has paid the refueling fee and the vehicle exits from the front surface of the refueling device, an off signal from the vehicle sensor 20 is input to the control unit 21 (step 11). The operation unit shutter 18 is closed (step 12).

In this state, the oil supply nozzle 4 is stored in the storage part 4a of the nozzle hook 4 with the tip of the nozzle 2b facing downward, so that the oil adhering to the nozzle 2b does not flow to the lever part 5 or the grip part 2a, During refueling, the lever portion 5 and the grip portion 2a are not soiled with oil.

Then, the oil adhering to the nozzle 2 b flows downward and falls from the waste oil pipe 7 to the underground waste oil tank 8. Therefore, the storage part 4a is not soiled by the oil dropped from the nozzle 2b.

FIG. 6 is a flowchart in the case where the human body sensor 19 is provided instead of the vehicle sensor 20, and the same steps as those in the case of the vehicle sensor 20 are given the same step numbers. When a refueling customer stands in front of the main body case 1 of the refueling device for refueling, the human body sensor 19 detects the refueling customer and the human body sensor 19 is turned on (step 13).

The control unit 21 receives this detection signal and outputs it to the operation unit shutter 18, whereby the operation unit shutter 18 is opened (step 2). In the subsequent operation, the operation unit shutter 18 is opened by the output from the control unit 21 (step 2).

After that, if the fueling customer performs the setting operation, the nozzle hooking shutter 9 is opened, the fueling starts, and after the fueling is finished, the fueling pump 24 is stopped by returning the fueling nozzle 2 to the nozzle hooking 4, and the nozzle hooking is started. Until the shutter 9 is closed, it is the same as the case where the vehicle sensor 20 is provided (step 3) to (step 10).

Even if the refueling is completed as described above and the refueling customer is not detected by the human body sensor 19 (step 14), the operation unit shutter 18 is opened without closing for a predetermined time, for example, 30 seconds (step 15). . Accordingly, during this time, the refueling customer pays the refueling fee with the operation unit 11 and performs a work such as receiving a receipt issued from the printer 16.

After a predetermined time has elapsed, the operation unit shutter 18 is closed (step 16). As described above, the operation unit shutter 18 is closed after the end of refueling, thereby preventing the operation unit 11 from being tampered with when the fueling device is not used.
