本発明は、液状の洗剤や化粧品あるいは洗浄・除菌剤等の内容物を充填した容器をスクリューキャップにて密封したキャップ付き容器に関し、とくに、スクリューキャップを容器本体の開口部に係合させる際のキャップの傾きに起因した内容物の漏れを効果的に回避しようとするものである。

【従来の技術】
液状の内容物を充填・保持する容器は、一般に、容器本体内に通じる開口部の外周にねじ部が形成されていて、この開口部にスクリューキャップをねじ込んで係合させ、該キャップの内部に設置したシール用のパッキンに、開口部の先端を押し当てるようにして容器の充填空間を密閉するようになっている。

ところで、この種の容器は、スクリューキャップを容器本体の開口部に強くねじ込んで係合させても、その搬送過程や容器の取り扱いの際の振動や衝撃によってキャップが自然に弛んでしまい、ときとして容器内の内容物が漏れてしまうことがある。

このため、従来は、キャップの弛み止め防止策として、開口部のねじ山の相互間(ねじの谷部)に局所的な突起を設けて、キャップのねじ込みに際して、かかる突起にキャップのねじ部を乗り上げさせることによってキャップの開口部に対する係合力を高めるようにしており、この点に関する先行文献としては、例えば、実公昭56−12204号公報等が参照される。

しかしながら、突起にキャップのねじ部を乗り上げさせてキャップの係合力を高める形式のものにおいては、キャップが簡単に弛むことはないものの、キャップが径方向に押し広げられるような力が常時付加されるため、例えば、容器を誤って落下させるなどしてキャップに衝撃が加わった場合に破損しやすくなる。

このため、キャップのねじ山に対する突起の押圧力を小さくしてキャップの径方向に加わる力の軽減を図るべく、図1に示すように、突起1の一部分(Rが形成されている面等)にキャップ2のねじ部2aが接触してキャップの弛み止め防止効果を発揮させるようにしているが、このような構造のものでは、キャップ2のねじ部2aと突起1の接触が不安定になり、図2に示す如く、キャップ2が開口部3において傾いて装着される場合があって、開口部3の先端とキャップ2の内側に配置したシール用のパッキン4との間に部分的ではあるがすき間tが生じ、キャップを装着しているにもかかわらず内容物が漏れ出してしまう問題がある。

本発明の課題は、容器本体に対するキャップの弛み止め効果が期待でき、かつ、容器本体の開口部にキャップが傾いた状態で装着されることのない新規なキャップ付き容器を提案する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、外周面にねじ部を有する内容物充填用の開口部を備えた容器本体と、この容器本体の開口部のねじ部に係合して容器本体の充填空間を密封するスクリューキャップからなるキャップ付き容器において、
前記開口部は、その外周の少なくとも一カ所に、ねじ部のねじ山相互間においてスクリューキャップのねじ山先端部と強固に接して該スクリューキャップの弛みを防止する係止突起を備え、
この係止突起に隣接して、容器本体の開口部に対するスクリューキャップの傾きを回避する傾き防止部分を設け、
該傾き防止部分は、係止突起の突出端よりも低いがねじ山相互間の谷底よりも高い先端部を有し、該係止突起との間で段差を形成するものである、ことを特徴とするキャップ付き容器である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明を具体的に説明する。
図3は本発明に従うキャップ付き容器の要部を模式的に示したものであって、図中番号5は熱可塑性樹脂の如き素材をブロー成形によって製造される容器本体であり、この容器本体5は外周面にねじ部5aを有する内容物充填用の開口部5bを備える。また、6は開口部5bのねじ部5aに係合して容器本体内の充填空間を密封するスクリューキャップである。

また、7はスクリューキャップ6の弛みを防止するための係止突起であって、この係止突起7は、開口部5bの周りのねじ山相互間に、好適には3箇所程度等間隔で設けられ、スクリューキャップ6のねじ山先端部と強固に接するようになっていて、これによってスクリューキャップ6の弛みを防止する。

本発明によれば、キャップの緩みを防止する係止突起からキャップのねじ部がずれるようなことがあっても、該ねじ部の先端は傾き防止部分で受け止められるので、キャップが開口部において大きく傾いて装着されることがなく、従ってこの傾きに起因した液漏れを回避できる。
