Description

The present invention relates to a cable holder used when a cable for drawing is laid on a construction object such as a rain gutter.

For example, when a cable for power transmission or communication is introduced into a building, generally, a cable for drawing (a so-called pulling cable or a drop cable, hereinafter simply referred to as a “cable”) is branched from a trunk cable. Is led to the vicinity of the position where it is drawn indoors along a construction object such as a rain gutter in the immediate vicinity of the trunk cable. At this time, the cable is attached to the installation target object by a binding member such as a binding band.

However, a binding member such as a binding band is used to fix the cable and the object to be installed by fastening them tightly, and during installation, the cable is bundled while maintaining the state along the object to be installed. Since it is necessary to handle the member, there is a problem that it takes time and the workability is not good.

Further, since the binding member is an elongated member, there is a problem that tearing is likely to occur due to aging. In this case, even if a bundling member having weather resistance is used, it is not an effective solution.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a cable holder that can easily perform a cable erection operation and is less likely to deteriorate over time.

A cable holder according to the present invention is a cable holder that holds a cable having a flat cross-sectional shape and is attached to an object to be installed, and is fixed to the object to be installed by an adhesive means, and the shape of the object to be installed A fixture that integrates a plate-like portion that is shaped to fit with the cylindrical portion through which the cable is inserted, a cross-sectional shape is formed in a trapezoidal shape , and the end on the expanded diameter side is inside the cylindrical portion of the fixture so as to be compressed it is inserted into and internally subjected to form a cut-split from the front surface, forming a through hole for holding the cable have the same cross-sectional shape as the cross-sectional shape of the cable to the inner end portion of the cut-split The holding member is combined with each other.

Since this cable holder is composed of a combination of a fixture and a holding member, the workability of installing the cable on the installation object is excellent. That is, the cable is clamped by the holding member, and is inserted into the cylindrical portion of the fixture, and the holding member is inserted into the cylindrical portion of the fixture, whereby the cable is connected to the cable holder. It can be easily held. Further, when the fixing tool is fixed to the installation target object by the adhesive means, the cable is installed on the installation target object.
Moreover, according to this cable holder, a cable will be in the state accommodated in the through-hole formed in the cut. Therefore, the holding member is not deformed by the cable, in other words, since stress is not applied, it can be made difficult to deteriorate over time. If the cross-sectional shape of the cable is flat, the through hole is formed in a long hole shape.

In order to install the cable on the installation object, the cable holder according to the present invention may be used singly or plurally, or the cable holder according to the present invention and the hook that is simply hooked like a hook. You may combine tools.

Further, in the cable holder, a crack in the length direction is formed in the cylindrical portion of the fixing tool , and the crack is formed in a C shape in which the outer surface side of the cylindrical portion is expanded and the inner surface side is narrowed. Preferably it is.

According to this cable holder, since the cable can be inserted into the tubular portion from the crack formed in the tubular portion of the fixing device, the cable is inserted from one end portion of the tubular portion to the other end portion. Not only is the workability improved, but a cable inserted into the cylindrical portion can be easily added even after the cable holder is fixed to the installation target.

Further, in the cable holder, the cylindrical portion of the fixture, preferably are overlapped as both side edges Komu embrace.

Further, in the cable holder, it is preferable that protrusions for pressing the cable are provided in a staggered manner in the through hole.

According to this cable holder, even when a gap is generated between the inner wall of the through hole and the cable, the cable is slightly meandered by being pressed by the protrusions protruding in a staggered manner. In such a state, it can be made difficult to move in the through hole.

According to the present invention, the cable holder is a combination of a fixture and a holding member, and the cable is easily fixed to the cable holder, thereby improving the workability of installing the cable on the installation target. be able to. Therefore, the construction cost for installing the cable along the installation target can be reduced. In addition, since the holding member is inserted into the cylindrical portion of the fixture, the cable holder is less likely to deteriorate over time, and repair work such as troublesome parts replacement can be reduced.

An embodiment of a cable holder according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

A cable holder 1 in this embodiment is provided with a cable 3 such as an electric wire, a telephone line, an optical fiber cable or the like on a construction object 2 such as a rain gutter located at a high place as shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, it is installed on both outer sides of a plurality of hooks 4 such as hooks for hooking the cables 3 at appropriate intervals. However, for example, when the cable 3 is immediately pulled into the building from the utility pole, the cable holder 1 of this embodiment can be used alone or in pairs.

In any case, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A, the cable holder 1 of the present embodiment includes a fixture 10 that is fixed to the construction object 2, and a holding member 20 that holds the cable 3. Are combined. The fixture 10 includes a cylindrical tubular portion 11 through which the cable 3 is inserted, and a plate-like portion 12 integrated along the length direction of the tubular portion 11. Adhesive means 13 is attached.

A crack 14 into which the cable 3 is inserted is formed in the tubular portion 11 in the length direction. As shown in FIG. 3B, the cracks 14 are formed in a C shape so that the cable 3 can be easily inserted into the cylindrical portion 11. However, as shown in FIG. 5, the cylindrical portion 11 may be overlapped so as to be hugged by being formed of a metal or resin of a material having elasticity.

Further, the crack 14 may be formed on the side opposite to the plate-like portion 12 of the cylindrical portion 11 as shown in the figure, or may be formed on the lateral side close to the plate-like portion 12. When the crack 14 is formed on the lateral side of the tubular portion 11, even when the cable 3 is slackened in the tubular portion 11, it is possible to prevent the cable 14 from drooping out of the tubular portion 11. it can.

And the plate-shaped part 12 is made into the shape match | combined with the shape of the construction target object 2. FIG. That is, if the installation object 2 is a flat plate, the plate-like part 12 is a flat plate as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A, and if the installation object 2 is an arc, the plate-like part. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, 12 has an arc shape having the same curvature as that of the erected object 2.

The adhesive means 13 is made of a thick elastic double-sided adhesive tape that can be in close contact with the erected object 2 even if there is an uneven portion or the like. However, it is also possible to apply a sticky adhesive that hardens over time as the bonding means 13. The length of the plate-like portion 12 is set based on the balance with the adhesive force of the adhesive means 13. That is, the plate-like portion 12 has a length necessary for fixing the cable holder 1 to the construction object 2 by the bonding means 13.

On the other hand, the holding member 20 includes a frustoconical insertion portion 21 and a flange portion 22 provided at an end of the insertion portion 21 on the diameter increasing side, and is configured by an elastic member such as rubber. The outer diameter of the end portion on the enlarged diameter side of the insertion portion 21 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 11, and this end portion is compressed and inserted into the cylindrical portion 11, thereby The holding member 20 inserted into the shape portion 11 is prevented from easily coming out.

Further, the insertion portion 21 is prevented from being inserted too far into the tubular portion 11 by the flange portion 22. Therefore, when the outer diameter of the end portion on the enlarged diameter side is sufficiently larger than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 11, the flange portion 22 is not necessarily required.

And the slit 23 is formed from the surface of the insertion part 21 and the collar part 22 to the inside. A through-hole 24 having the same cross-sectional shape as the cross-sectional shape of the cable 3 is formed in the insertion portion 21 and the flange portion 22, that is, in the inner end portion of the slit 23. For example, if the cross-sectional shape of the cable 3 is flat, the through hole 24 is formed in a long hole shape.

When such a through hole 24 is formed and a gap is generated between the cable 3 and the inner wall of the through hole 24, a plurality of holes are formed on the inner wall of the through hole 24 as shown in FIG. The protrusions 25, 25... Project in a staggered manner. The cables 3 meander slightly by the projections 25, 25... And are fixed in the through holes 24 so that they are difficult to move.

In order for the cable holder 1 configured in this way to hold the cable 3, for example, the cable 3 is first inserted into the tubular portion 11 of the fixture 10. The cable 3 may be inserted from one end portion of the tubular portion 11 toward the other end portion, or may be inserted from the crack 14 of the tubular portion 11.

Then, the holding member 20 holds the cable 3 in the vicinity of the fixture 10. That is, the cut 23 of the holding member 20 is slightly expanded, and the cable 3 is inserted into the cut 23. When the cable 3 is positioned in the through hole 24, the cable 3 is prevented from coming out of the through hole 24 by closing the widened slit 23.

Then, when the insertion portion 21 of the holding member 20 holding the cable 3 is inserted into the tubular portion 11 of the fixture 10, the operation of holding the cable 3 on the cable holder 1 is completed. Since the end portion on the diameter expansion side of the insertion portion 21 is slightly compressed and inserted into the cylindrical portion 11, the holding member 20 is made difficult to come out of the cylindrical portion 11.

The cable holder 1 to which the cable 3 is fixed is fixed to the installation target object 2 by mounting tools 30 and 40 as shown in FIG. 7 (a) or (b). The attachment tool 30 shown in FIG. 7A is provided with an openable / closable clamping portion 32 that sandwiches the cylindrical portion 11 of the fixture 10 at the upper end portion of the bar 31, and opens and closes the clamping portion at the lower end portion of the bar 31. A lever 33 is provided. Then, when the lever 33 is gripped (closer to the bar 31), the clamping part 32 opens, and when the lever is not gripped, the clamping part 32 is urged in a direction to sandwich the cylindrical part 11 of the fixture 10.

7 (b) has a U-shaped sandwiching portion 42 having a spring property at the upper end portion of the bar 41 at an interval slightly narrower than the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 11 of the fixture 10. The clamping portion 42 is configured to sandwich the cylindrical portion 11 of the fixture 10 by a spring force.

By using such an installation tool 40, the cable holder 1 holding the cable 3 can be easily attached to the installation object 2 even when the installation object 2 is located at a high place like a rain gutter. Can be fixed. The cable holder 1 is fixed by adhering the bonding means 13 attached to the plate-like portion 12 of the fixture 10 to the construction object 2.

For example, as shown in FIG. 1, a pair of cable holders 1, 1 holding a cable 3 are fixed to a construction object 2, and a plurality of hooks 4, 4 for hooking the cable 3 between the cable holders 1. Is fixed to the installation target object 2, so that the cable 3 is installed along the installation target object 2. A hook or the like may be used as the hanging tool 4, or only the portion of the fixing tool 10 of the cable holder 1 in this embodiment may be used.

In any case, the holding members 20 and 20 of the pair of cable holders 1 and 1 are inserted into the cylindrical portions 11 and 11 so that the insertion portions 21 and 21 are opposed to each other. Slight tension is applied, for example, the cable 3 can be prevented from being disconnected without being pulled toward the utility pole, and can be made parallel to the installation target 2 and have a good appearance. .

And when adding the cable 3 or exchanging the cable 3, since the fixing tool 10 is being fixed to the installation target object 2, the cable 3 is inserted in the cylindrical part 11 from the crack 14 of the fixing tool 10. Insert. Further, the insertion portion 21 of the holding member 20 is extracted from the tubular portion 11 of the fixture 10 so that the new cable 3 is sandwiched in the slit 23.

In addition, this invention can be variously changed within the range of the technical matter described in the claim, without being limited to the said embodiment. For example, even when the number of cables 3 is increased, a new cable 3 can be inserted into the cylindrical portion 11 of the fixture 10 from one end side to the other end side. It can also be formed.

Further, the tubular portion 11 of the cable holder 1 may be a triangular tubular shape or a rectangular tubular shape, and the insertion portion 21 of the holding member 20 may be a triangular prism shape or a quadrangular prism shape. In the fixture 10 in this case, one surface of the tubular portion 11 also serves as the plate-like portion 12.
