前記雌ネジ部材に螺合する雄ネジ部と、前記雄ネジ部の前記竿元側に前記雄ネジ部より小径に形成された首部と、前記首部の前記竿元側に設けられ外径が前記竿体の前記竿元側外周面とほぼ一致するネジ頭とを有する尻栓本体と、
前記首部に貫通した状態で前記雄ネジ部と前記ネジ頭との間に配置されたリング状部材であり、前記ネジ頭側から前記雄ネジ部側にかけて外径が徐々に小径化しているリングとを備え、
前記リングの前記雄ネジ部側外径は前記雄ネジ部外径より小径であり、前記リングの前記ネジ頭側外径は前記雌ネジ部材の内径より大径であり、
前記リングは、前記雌ネジ部材と前記尻栓本体との間にくい込んでいくものである
