Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a volatilizer that volatilizes chemicals such as fragrances and deodorants in the surrounding space.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a volatilizer for volatilizing chemicals such as fragrances and deodorants generally consists of a container having an opening at the top and a cap mounted on the top of the container and provided with a plurality of volatilization ports. The chemical that volatilizes is contained inside the container. When the volatilizer containing the drug is placed in an appropriate space such as a room, the drug is volatilized into the air flowing into the container from the volatilization port, and then flows out of the container, and the fragrance due to the medicinal effect of the drug is surrounded. A space or the like is formed.
[0003]
Therefore, it is possible to obtain the effect of volatilization of the medicine without a cap, but it can prevent the fallen object from entering the container in the arrangement state, or the volatilizer can be used during transportation or display. Caps are provided to allow stacking. Moreover, even if a cap is provided, a volatilization port is formed in the cap so as to enable volatilization.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this way, the cap is indispensable considering that the volatilizer is appropriately placed and that stacking is required at the time of transportation and display. Inflow and outflow are hindered, and the volatilization efficiency of the medicine is lowered. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the opening area of the volatilization port formed in the cap as much as possible so that the inflow and outflow of air into the container can be performed more efficiently while the cap is provided.
[0005]
However, when the opening area of each volatilization port is increased, an object enters the container from the volatilization port, and the effect of preventing the object from falling into the container by the cap is impaired. Therefore, it is conceivable to increase the volatilization efficiency while ensuring the effect of preventing the cap from falling into the container by increasing the number of volatilization ports without increasing the opening area of each volatilization port. However, if the number of volatilization ports is increased, the remaining portion other than the volatilization ports will be relatively reduced, and as a result, the strength of the cap is lowered and stacking becomes impossible.
[0006]
This invention is made | formed in view of such a conventional subject, and aims at providing the volatilizer which can ensure stackability (stackability), aiming at the improvement of volatilization efficiency. is there.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the volatilizer according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a container capable of containing a chemical volatilized therein and having an opening in the upper part, and is mounted on the upper part of the container. Ri Do and a plurality of caps volatilization port is provided, is formed in a curved shape that bulges a plurality of ribs upwardly into the cap, the volatilization device forming the volatilization opening between adjacent ribs, the ribs Is arranged with one end coupled to the peripheral edge of the cap and the other end coupled to the center of the cap, and only the one end is formed in a bifurcated shape and has a vertical width. Is set wider than the horizontal width .
[0008]
Therefore, the air flowing on the cap easily hits the side surface of the rib, and the air is efficiently introduced into the container to increase the volatilization efficiency, and the strength against the load from above is also increased.
At this time, since the rib is coupled to the peripheral edge of the cap at one end of the bifurcated shape, the bonding strength with the peripheral edge of the cap is increased even if the lateral width of the rib is reduced to increase the opening area. Is sufficiently obtained, and the strength against the load from above is also increased.
Moreover, since the vertical width of the rib is set wider than the horizontal width, the strength against the load applied from above can be ensured.
[0009]
In the volatilizer according to the second aspect of the present invention, a flange protruding upward is formed on the peripheral edge of the cap. That is, if the rib is formed in a curved shape that bulges upward, it will be easy to slide down when another volatilizer is stacked on it, but the upper volatilizer will slip off by forming a flange on the peripheral edge. Is prevented. Therefore, the stacking property can be ensured while increasing the volatilization efficiency and the strength against the load from above.
[0010]
In the volatilizer according to the invention described in
[0011]
Moreover, in the volatilizer concerning invention of
[0013]
Moreover, in the volatilizer concerning invention of Claim 5 , the said container is a spherical shape which the middle part of the up-down direction of the surrounding wall swelled to the external direction. Therefore, after the air that has flowed into the container flows down along the peripheral wall, an air flow path that flows out of the container after flowing in the center direction of the container along the surface of the medicine is formed, thereby making the configuration efficient. Volatilization is done.

【The invention's effect】
As described above , according to the present invention, a volatilizer that is not damaged by a load that occurs when the volatilizers are stacked at the time of transportation or display while air is efficiently introduced into the container and the volatilization efficiency is increased. Can be provided.
That is, since the rib is coupled to the peripheral edge of the cap at one end of the bifurcated shape, the coupling strength with the peripheral edge of the cap is increased even if the lateral width of the rib is reduced to increase the opening area. It can be obtained sufficiently and the strength against the load from above can be increased. Moreover, since the vertical width of the rib is set wider than the horizontal width, the strength against the load applied from above can be ensured.
Therefore, the intensity | strength with respect to the load from upper direction can also be raised, narrowing the width | variety of the horizontal direction of a rib and increasing an opening area and improving volatilization efficiency.
[0031]
Furthermore, since the flange that protrudes upward is formed on the peripheral edge of the cap, it is possible to prevent sliding off when stacking the volatilizer, while increasing the volatilization efficiency and the strength against the load from above, Stackability can be secured.
[0032]
In addition, since the flange protrudes obliquely outward, the air flowing on the cap can be guided to the rib, and thus the volatilization efficiency can be improved while ensuring the stackability.
[0033]
Also, since the rib is curved in the lateral direction, the side surface of the rib is curved, and when the air flowing on the cap is guided by the side surface of the rib and flows into the container, the curved side surface Air can be diffused and allowed to flow into the container, whereby the inflowing air can be brought into contact with the internal drug over a wide range, and the volatilization efficiency can be increased.
[0035]
In addition, since the peripheral wall of the container has a spherical shape with the middle part in the vertical direction bulging outward, the air that has flowed into the container flows down along the peripheral wall, and then the container center along the surface of the drug. An air flow path that flows in the direction and then flows out of the container is formed, whereby the volatilization efficiency can be increased.
