Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a volatilizer that volatilizes chemicals such as fragrances and deodorants in the surrounding space.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a volatilizer for volatilizing chemicals such as fragrances and deodorants generally consists of a container having an opening at the top and a cap mounted on the top of the container and provided with a plurality of volatilization ports. The chemical that volatilizes is contained inside the container. When the volatilizer containing the drug is placed in an appropriate space such as a room, the drug is volatilized into the air flowing into the container from the volatilization port, and then flows out of the container, and the fragrance due to the medicinal effect of the drug is surrounded. A space or the like is formed.
[0003]
Therefore, it is possible to obtain the effect of volatilization of the medicine without a cap, but it can prevent the fallen object from entering the container in the arrangement state, or the volatilizer can be used during transportation or display. Caps are provided to allow stacking. Moreover, even if a cap is provided, a volatilization port is formed in the cap so as to enable volatilization.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this way, the cap is indispensable considering that the volatilizer is appropriately placed and that stacking is required at the time of transportation and display. Inflow and outflow are hindered, and the volatilization efficiency of the medicine is lowered. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the opening area of the volatilization port formed in the cap as much as possible so that the inflow and outflow of air into the container can be performed more efficiently while the cap is provided.
[0005]
However, when the opening area of each volatilization port is increased, an object enters the container from the volatilization port, and the effect of preventing the object from falling into the container by the cap is impaired. Therefore, it is conceivable to increase the volatilization efficiency while ensuring the effect of preventing the cap from falling into the container by increasing the number of volatilization ports without increasing the opening area of each volatilization port. However, if the number of volatilization ports is increased, the remaining portion other than the volatilization ports will be relatively reduced, and as a result, the strength of the cap is lowered and stacking becomes impossible.
[0006]
This invention is made | formed in view of such a conventional subject, and aims at providing the volatilizer which can ensure stackability (stackability), aiming at the improvement of volatilization efficiency. is there.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the volatilizer according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a container capable of containing a chemical volatilized therein and having an opening in the upper part, and is mounted on the upper part of the container. In a volatilizer comprising a cap provided with a plurality of volatilization ports, a plurality of ribs are formed on the cap, the volatilization ports are formed between adjacent ribs , and the ribs are curved in the lateral direction. The one end is coupled to the peripheral edge of the cap and the other end is coupled radially to the center of the cap, and the one end is bifurcated. And a flange protruding upward and obliquely outward is formed .
That is, the rib is curved in the lateral direction. Therefore, since the side surface of the rib is also curved, when the air flowing on the cap is guided by the side surface of the rib and flows into the container, the air flows into the container while being diffused by the curved side surface. The volatilization efficiency is increased by contacting over a wide area.
In addition, since the rib is coupled to the peripheral edge of the cap at one end of the bifurcated shape, the coupling strength with the peripheral edge of the cap is increased even if the lateral width of the rib is reduced to increase the opening area. It is sufficiently obtained and the strength against the load from above is increased.
Further, a flange protruding upward is formed on the peripheral edge of the cap. If the rib is formed in a curved shape that bulges upward, it will be easier to slip when another volatilizer is stacked on it, but the upper volatilizer will be prevented from slipping by forming a flange on the periphery. The Therefore, the stacking property can be ensured while increasing the volatilization efficiency and the strength against the load from above.
In addition, the flange protrudes obliquely outward. Therefore, the air flowing on the cap flows along the surface of the flange and is guided to the ribs, so that the volatilization efficiency is improved while ensuring stackability.
[0008]
In the volatilizer according to the second aspect of the present invention, the longitudinal width of the rib is made larger than the lateral width.
When the lateral width of the rib is reduced, the opening area of the volatilization opening between adjacent ribs is increased accordingly, and the volatilization efficiency is improved. However, since the longitudinal width, ie, the thickness of the rib is larger than the lateral width, the strength against the load applied from above is ensured even if the lateral width of the rib is reduced. Also, the flow of air flowing on the cap is guided by the side surface of the rib having a large vertical width, so that the air efficiently flows into the container, and the drug contained in the container is also thereby Volatilization efficiency is increased.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention forms a plurality of ribs on the cap of the volatilizer to form a volatilization port between adjacent ribs, and the ribs are curved in the lateral direction. When the side surface is curved and the air flowing on the cap is guided by the side surface of the rib and flows into the container, the curved side surface can diffuse the air and flow into the container. Volatilization efficiency can be increased by bringing the inflowing air into contact with the internal drug over a wide range.
In addition, since the ribs are arranged radially and coupled to the peripheral edge of the cap at one end of the bifurcated shape, even if the lateral width of the rib is reduced to increase the opening area, the cap Bond strength with the peripheral portion can be sufficiently obtained, and strength against a load from above can be increased.
In addition, since a flange protruding upward is formed on the peripheral edge of the cap, it is possible to prevent slipping when stacking the volatilizer, while increasing the volatilization efficiency and strength against the load from above. , Stackability can be ensured.
And since the said flange protruded diagonally outward, the air which flows on a cap can be guided to a rib, Therefore Volatilization efficiency can be improved, ensuring stackability.
[0031]
In addition, since the vertical width of the rib is larger than the horizontal width, the volatilizers are stacked during transportation and display while increasing volatilization efficiency by increasing the opening area of the volatilization port and air guide action by the ribs. It is possible to provide a volatilizer that is not damaged by a load that occurs in the event of a failure.
In addition, since the ribs are formed in a curved shape that bulges upward, air can be efficiently introduced into the container, and the volatilization efficiency can be increased.
[0035]
In addition, since the peripheral wall of the container has a spherical shape with the middle part in the vertical direction bulging outward, the air that has flowed into the container flows down along the peripheral wall, and then the container center along the surface of the drug. An air flow path that flows in the direction and then flows out of the container is formed, whereby the volatilization efficiency can be increased.
