【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、歯科用の複数のチェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びに複数のシンクの水回路の処理に係り、特に殺菌水あるいは洗浄水を大本で切り替えて一斉に殺菌・洗浄を行うか又は各インスツルメントおよびシンクを個別に切り替えて殺菌・洗浄を行い、かつ上記は常温あるいは加熱された殺菌水又は洗浄水の選択を可能とする殺菌・洗浄管理装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメント並びにシンクの水回路の処理は、使用後洗浄水による洗浄が、個別に行われていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記インスツルメント並びにシンクにおいて、洗浄水のみではその水回路の残留水が汚染されるおそれがあった、また、酸性水等による水回路の殺菌も試みられているが、酸化による水回路の腐食劣化等の問題があった、また、従来は洗浄は個別に行われていたため、複数のインスツルメント並びにシンクの水回路の洗浄は作業効率が悪かった。
さらに、前記の洗浄は常温で行われており、洗浄効率もよくなかった。
本発明は上記の課題を解決しかつ、効率的に処理する殺菌・洗浄管理装置を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題に鑑み本願発明者等は鋭意研究の結果下記に示す手段によりこの問題を解決した。
(1)複数の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びに複数のシンクの水回路の基管に連結された殺菌水洗浄水供給部と、前記殺菌水・洗浄水供給部からの殺菌水の供給と洗浄水の供給と切り替える切り替え選択回路と、複数の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びに複数のシンクの水回路において使用した後の殺菌水又は洗浄水を排出する排出管路とを備えてなることを特徴とする歯科用殺菌・洗浄管理装置。
(2)殺菌水洗浄水供給部に、殺菌水及び洗浄水を常温で、あるいは加熱して供給する回路を備えてなることを特徴とするに記載の歯科用殺菌・洗浄管理装置。
(3)殺菌水・洗浄水供給部からの殺菌水の供給と洗浄水の供給と切り替え操作をするための操作盤を備え、同操作盤には複数のチェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びに複数のシンクの水回路を一斉に殺菌又は洗浄す一斉用操作スイッチを備えてなることを特徴とする前項(1)又は(2)に記載の歯科用殺菌・洗浄管理装置。
(4)上記操作盤、複数のチェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びに複数のシンクの水回路を個別に殺菌又は洗浄するために、殺菌水洗浄水供給部からの殺菌水の供給と洗浄水の供給と切り替える個別用操作スイッチを備えてなることを特徴とする前項(3)に記載の歯科用殺菌・洗浄管理装置。
(5)上記操作盤、複数の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びに複数のシンクの水回路に供給する殺菌水及び洗浄水を常温で、あるいは加熱して供給するための、殺菌水加熱器用開閉スィッチと洗浄水加熱器用開閉スィッチを備えてなることを特徴とする前項(3)又は(4)に記載の歯科用殺菌・洗浄管理装置。
(6)複数の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びに複数のシンクの水回路各個別操作盤を備え、該個別操作盤が個々のチェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びに個々のシンクの水回路の殺菌又は洗浄を実施するために、殺菌水・洗浄水供給部からの殺菌水の供給と洗浄水の供給と切り替える切り替え操作スイッチを備えてなることを特徴とする前項(1)〜(5)のいずれか1項に記載の歯科用殺菌・洗浄管理装置。

【発明の実施の形態と実施例】
本発明の形態を実施例により図に基づいて
説明する。
図1は、殺菌水・洗浄水供給及び制御の配管、配線の基本系統図である。

図において、19cは個別用操作スイッチ、20cは一斉用操作スイッチ、21cは一斉用の殺菌操作スイッチ、21dは一斉用洗浄操作スイッチ、31aは加熱用操作スイッチ、31dは常温用操作スイッチ、37は加熱温度表示メータ、38は常温表示メータをそれぞれ示す。
図3は、個別チェアユニット及びシンク用操作盤の外観図である。
図において、22c〜26cは個別用殺菌用操作スイッチ、22d〜26dは個別用洗浄操作スイッチをそれぞれ示す。
以下図1〜図3に基づいて構成及び作用を説明する。

図1に示したように、全体の配管の系統としては、殺菌水・洗浄水供給部1から、殺菌水を供給する殺菌水基管10a、殺菌水配管10bの2系統及び、洗浄水を供給する洗浄水基管8a、洗浄水配管8bの2系統からなり、それぞれ複数台のシンク部41(図1では1台、他は図示せず)並びに複数台のチェアユニット部42〜45に供給している。
なお、洗浄水は原水(水道水、浄水タンクの水等)を使用する。
上記の配管は、殺菌水・洗浄水供給部操作盤46により、前記シンク部41及びチェアユニット部42〜45の水回路の殺菌あるいは洗浄を一斉に実施する2系統と、個別チェアユニット及びシンク用操作盤47により、前記シンク部41及びチェアユニット部42〜45の水回路の殺菌あるいは洗浄を個別に実施する2系統の計4系統が配設されている。
また、前記シンク部6からの排水及びチェアユニット部42〜45からの排水は、個別の排出流路14から連結された排出管路13によって、外部に排出される1系統の配管があり、合計5つの系統から構成されている。
そして、上記の配管の間には、多数の切り替え開閉用のバルブが配設されており、殺菌水・洗浄水供給部操作盤46あるいは個別チェアユニット及びシンク用操作盤47の切り替えスイッチにより各種の機能が設定される。
以下図1及び図2によってその事例を説明する。

▲1▼、殺菌水・洗浄水供給部操作盤46において殺菌水を一斉に供給する場合は、図2の一斉用操作スイッチ20cを押すと、図1に示した連動する個別用の洗浄水開閉バルブ19a及び殺菌水開閉バルブ19bは閉となると共に、閉となっていた一斉側の洗浄水開閉バルブ20a及び殺菌水開閉バルブ20bが開きスタンバイの状態になる。
この状態で、図2の一斉用殺菌用操作スイッチ2cを押すと、図1に示す前記一斉側の洗浄水開閉バルブ21aは閉となり、殺菌水開閉バルブ21bが開となって作動状態となり(細部図4)、前記シンク部41並びにチェアユニット部42〜45に殺菌水が供給される。
そしてこの殺菌水はシンク部41のシンク6の水回路並びに、チェアユニット部42〜45のチェアユニット2〜5のインスツルメントの水回路18(図4)を通過し、排出流路14を通って排出管路13より外部に排出される。
上記によって、水回路内を殺菌することができる。

▲2▼、殺菌水・洗浄水供給部操作盤46において洗浄水を一斉に供給する場合は、図2の一斉用操作スイッチ20cは上記と同様とし、この状態で、図2の一斉用洗浄用操作スイッチ21dを押すと、図1に示す前記一斉側の洗浄水開閉バルブ21aは開となり、殺菌水開閉バルブ21bが閉となり作動状態となり(細部図4)、前記シンク部41並びにチェアユニット部42〜45に洗浄水が供給される。そしてこの洗浄水はシンク部41のシンク6の水回路並びに、チェアユニット部42〜45のチェアユニット2〜5のインスツルメントの水回路18(図4)を通過し、排出流路14を通って排出管路13より外部に排出される。
上記によって水路内の残留殺菌水は洗浄されるので、水回路の腐食や劣化を防止することができる。

▲3▼、次に複数台のシンク部並びにチェアユニット部で個別に、殺菌・洗浄を選択し実施する場合を説明する。
殺菌水・洗浄水供給部操作盤46において、個別用操作スイッチ19c(図2、)を押すと、図1に示したように、まず開となっていた一斉側の洗浄水開閉バルブ20a及び殺菌水開閉バルブ20bが閉となると共に、個別用の洗浄水開閉バルブ19a及び殺菌水開閉バルブ19bは開となって、前記洗浄水用配管8b及び殺菌水用配管10bを通って洗浄水及び殺菌水が供給される(細部図4)。
そして、前記前記シンク部41並びにチェアユニット部42〜45には、個別にチェアユニット及びシンク用操作盤47が配設されており、個別時の殺菌・洗浄用操作スイッチ22c〜26c(図3)の切り替えによって、個別に殺菌・洗浄を行うことができる。
例えば、チェアユニット部2において、個別チェアユニット及びシンク用操作盤47の個別用殺菌操作スイッチ23cを押すと(図3)、個別殺菌水開閉バルブ23bが開き、連動する個別洗浄水開閉バルブ23aが閉じて、殺菌水のみが供給される(図4)。

また、上記において、洗浄水を供給する場合は、同様に個別チェアユニット及びシンク用操作盤47の個別用洗浄操作スイッチ22dを押すと(図3)、個別殺菌水開閉バルブ23bが閉じ、連動する個別洗浄水開閉バルブ23aが開いて、洗浄水のみが供給される(図4)。
上記のようにして、各のシンク部並びにチェアユニット部において、自由に殺菌・洗浄の選択を行うことができる。
この個別選択の設定にしておけば、例えば複数のシンク並びに複数のチェアユニットのインスツルメントがある場合、相互関係及び診療中又はその終了後等の時間に関係なく、それらの殺菌・洗浄を個別に行うことができる。

そして、上記殺菌水あるいは洗浄水は、シンク部41のシンク6の水回路並びに、チェアユニット部42〜45のチェアユニット2〜5のインスツルメントの水回路18(図4)を通過し、排出流路14を通って排出管路13より外部に排出される。
上記によって水路内は殺菌されまた、洗浄により水回路の腐食や劣化を防止することができる。

以上は主として配管の系統について述べたが次に、前記殺菌・洗浄の効果を助成する殺菌水並びに洗浄水の加熱方式について述べる。
図1に示した殺菌水生成器9の形態は特に問わず、例えば前記水道水等の原水を注入しながら酸性水、ソフト酸性水等をその場で生成する装置、あるいは殺菌性の錠剤、粉末等の水溶液をタンクの中に貯留したものでもよい。
また、洗浄水は洗浄水(水道水)のままでもよいが、両者共通常は常温で使用されている。
周知のように、洗浄水は常温よりやや高い温度の方が、汚染に対する洗浄効果があることが知られており、さらに、60℃では大半の細菌が死滅することが知られている。また、殺菌水等も薬液成分が変化しない範囲内の加熱温度においては殺菌効果が高まることが知られている。そして、歯科の患者にとって口腔内の注液は冷液より体温に近い微温であることが望ましい。
したがって、本発明では、殺菌水・洗浄水供給部1に殺菌水用加熱器30及び洗浄水用加熱器32を設け(図1)、殺菌水・洗浄水供給部操作盤46の常温用操作スイッチ31d及び、加熱用操作スイッチ31a(図2)によって、切り替え制御並びに温度表示を行うようにしている。

例えば、殺菌水及び洗浄水を加熱する場合、加熱用操作スイッチ31aのスイッチを押すと(図2)、殺菌水加熱器用開閉スイッチ31b及び洗浄水加熱器用開閉スイッチ31cはONになり、前記殺菌水用加熱器30、洗浄水用加熱器32が加熱され近接している殺菌水及び洗浄水も加熱される。
そして、その温度は加熱器制御部36によって設定温度にコントロールされ、
加熱温度表示メータ37に表示される(図1)。
常温で使用する場合は、常温用操作スイッチ31dを押すと(図2)、前記殺菌水加熱器用開閉スイッチ31b及び洗浄水加熱器用開閉スイッチ31cはOFFになり常温になる(図1)。
なお、温度の設定・表示は常温・加熱の両方を表示、あるいは殺菌水・洗浄水の温度を別々に設定、表示してもよい(図2)。
上記のように温度の設定、制御は選択することができるため、例えば診療時には微温とし、診療終了後の殺菌・洗浄には高温に設定すれば、効率よく作業を進めることができる。

図4は、本発明の歯科用殺菌・洗浄管理装置全体の系統図である。
図において15はスピットン、16はインスツルメント収納台、17はインスツルメントON,OFFスイッチ、18はインスツルメントのヘッド部、19〜21は電磁バルブ駆動コイル、22〜26は個別用電磁バルブ駆動コイル、27は電磁バルブ駆動コイル用DC電源、31は常温・加熱用操作スイッチ駆動コイル、33は洗浄水加熱用容器、34はACラインをそれぞれ示す。

本装置の配管、配線の基本系統については、図1〜図3によって前述したが、本図4によって詳細を補足説明する。
殺菌水・洗浄水供給部1は殺菌水・洗浄水供給操作盤46を含むが(図1、図2)、本系統図では番号によって当該切り替えスイッチ等を表示している。
▲1▼、前記殺菌水・洗浄水供給操作盤において殺菌水を一斉に供給する場合は、一斉用操作スイッチ20cを押すと(図2)、電磁バルブ駆動コイル19及び電磁バルブ駆動コイル20が作動して、洗浄水開閉バルブ19a及び殺菌水開閉バルブ19bが閉となると共に、一斉用の洗浄水開閉バルブ20a及び殺菌水開閉バルブ20bが開となって、スタンバイの状態になる。
この状態で一斉用殺菌操作スイッチ21cを押すと(図2)、電磁バルブ駆動コイル21が作動して、洗浄水開閉バルブ21aが閉となり、殺菌水開閉バルブ21bが開となって、殺菌水配管10bを通って前記シンク部41並びにチェアユニット部42〜45に殺菌水が供給される。

▲2▼、前記殺菌水・洗浄水供給操作盤46において洗浄水を一斉に供給する場合は、上記と同様な状態で、一斉用洗浄水操作スイッチ21d(一斉用洗浄水操作スイッチ21cと機械的に連動のリセットスイッチ)を押すと(図2)、前記一斉用殺菌操作スイッチ21cの接点はOFFとなるため電磁バルブ駆動コイル21は作動が解除され、洗浄水開閉バルブ21aが開となり、殺菌水開閉バルブ21bが閉となって、洗浄水配管8bを通って前記シンク部41並びにチェアユニット部42〜45に洗浄水が供給される。

▲3▼、次に複数台のシンク部並びにチェアユニット部で個別に、殺菌・洗浄を選択し実施する場合には、
殺菌水・洗浄水供給部操作盤46において、個別用操作スイッチ19c(一斉用操作スイッチ20cと機械的に連動のリセットスイッチ)を押すと、前記一斉用操作スイッチ20cの接点はOFFとなるため、電磁バルブ駆動コイル20は作動が解除され、洗浄水開閉バルブ21a及び殺菌水開閉バルブ21bが閉となって一斉供給の水路は停止されると共に、電磁バルブ駆動コイル19も作動が解除され、洗浄水開閉バルブ19a及び殺菌水開閉バルブ19bが開となり、洗浄水配管8b及び殺菌水配管10bを通って供給される。
そして、前記前記シンク部41並びにチェアユニット部42〜45には、個別にチェアユニット及びシンク用操作盤47が配設されているので、個別用殺菌操作スイッチ22c〜26cあるいは個別用洗浄操作スイッチ22d〜26dの切り替えによって、個別に殺菌・洗浄を行うことができる。
▲4▼、上記において、例えば、チェアユニット部42において、前記個別チェアユニット及びシンク用操作盤47の個別用殺菌操作スイッチ23cを押すと(図3)、個別殺菌水開閉バルブ23bが開き、連動する個別洗浄水開閉バルブ23aが閉じて、殺菌水のみが供給される。
また、個別用洗浄水操作スイッチ23dを押すと(図3)、個別洗浄水開閉バルブ23aが開き、連動する個別殺菌水開閉バルブ23bが閉じて、洗浄水のみが供給される。
以下、同様にして前記シンク部41並びにチェアユニット部43〜45における各殺菌・洗浄用操作盤47の選択に応じてに洗浄水が供給される。

次ぎに、前記シンク部及びチェアユニット部の排出について説明する。
例えば、チェアユニット部42において、前記殺菌水が供給されているとすると、その殺菌水は図4に示すように、チェアユニット2のスピットン15の水回路と、各種インスツルメント16においては、インスツルメントON,0FFスイッチ17をONすることにより、インスツルメントのヘッド部18を通って前記スピットン15部に排出されるものとすると、殺菌水は排出流路14から排出管路13に排出されそこから外部に排出される。
また、前記に洗浄水が供給されているとすると、同様にチェアユニット2のスピットン15の水回路と、各種インスツルメント16においては、インスツルメントON,0FFスイッチ17をONすることにより、インスツルメントのヘッド部18を通って前記スピットン15部に排出されるものとすると、洗浄水は排出流路14から排出管路13に排出されそこから外部に排出される。
シンク6においても同様に排出される殺菌水あるいは洗浄水は、排出流路14から排出管路13に排出されそこから外部に排出される。

上記の排出作用は、一斉供給、個別供給共同じであるが、一斉の場合は、排水管路13には、殺菌水あるいは洗浄水のいずれか片方が排出され、個別供給の場合は複数台における選択によって、殺菌水及び洗浄水が混合して排出管路13に排出されそこから外部に排出される。

【発明の効果】
本発明の歯科用殺菌・洗浄管理装置によれば下記に示す優れた効果を発揮する。
1、本発明の請求項1の発明によれば、
複数の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びに複数のシンクの水回路の基管に連結された殺菌水洗浄水供給部と、前記殺菌水・洗浄水供給部からの殺菌水の供給と洗浄水の供給と切り替える切り替え選択回路と、複数の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びに複数のシンクの水回路において使用した後の殺菌水又は洗浄水を排出する排出管路とを備えてなるため、前記路の殺菌を行った後、洗浄してその腐食、劣化を防止することができ、また、一台の殺菌水洗浄水供給部によって、複数台のシンク並びに複数台の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの殺菌・洗浄を実施できるため作業管理の簡易化と効率化を図ることができる。

2、請求項2の発明によれば、
本発明では常温の他、調整加熱して洗浄水あるいは殺菌水を供給できるため、洗浄水においては、患者用の微温湯から洗浄効果のよい中高温、さらに殺菌効果をもつ高温まで広範囲に温度設定し使用することができる。また、殺菌水においても薬液成分が変化しない範囲の温度まで加熱設定でき殺菌効果を高めることができる。
3、請求項3の発明によれば、
殺菌水洗浄水供給部の操作盤において、複数の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びにシンクの水回路を一斉に殺菌又は洗浄す一斉用操作スイッチを備えてなるため、前記一斉用操作スイッチの操作により、一台の殺菌水・洗浄水供給部によって、複数台のシンク並びに複数台の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの殺菌・洗浄を同時に実施できるため、作業管理の効率化を図ることができる。
4、請求項4の発明によれば、
殺菌水洗浄水供給部の操作盤において、複数の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びにシンクの水回路、個別に殺菌又は洗浄す個別用操作スイッチを備えてなるため、一台の殺菌水・洗浄水供給部によって、複数台のシンク並びに複数台の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの殺菌・洗浄作業を個別に実施することができる。
5、請求項5の発明によれば、
殺菌水洗浄水供給部の操作盤において、複数の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びにシンクの水回路に供給する殺菌水及び洗浄水を、常温あるいは加熱するための切り替え操作スイッチを備えてなるため、作業時の状況に応じて常温あるいは加熱に切り替え、殺菌水、洗浄水をそれぞれ単独に、あるいは組み合わせて効率よく管理使用することができる。
6、請求項6の発明によれば、
複数の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びに複数のシンクの水回路が各々、個別操作盤を備え、該個別操作盤が個々の歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路並びに個々のシンクの水回路を殺菌又は洗浄するための切り替えスイッチを備えてなるため、個別操作盤の前記切り替え操作スイッチの操作により、それぞれのシンクの水回路並びにそれぞれの歯科用チェアユニットのインスツルメントの水回路の殺菌、洗浄作業を個別に行うことができ、かつ、治療あるいは終了時間に関係なく実施できるため作業に自由度をもたせることができる。
