Claims (3)

防水材の浸透による防水ファスナーの製造装置であって、上鋳型と下鋳型を含み、
前記下鋳型の板体上に位置決め槽及び溝槽を設け、
前記上鋳型は型穴を備え、前記上鋳型の底部側縁部にナイフ部を設け、前記ナイフ部が前記位置決め槽の底部平面に貼り付いた状態とし、
前記下鋳型と前記上鋳型を組み合わせて一体とし、且つ前記上鋳型を前記下鋳型の位置決め槽内に設置し、増粘済みの液状ポリエステル合成樹脂系の防水材を前記上鋳型の型穴中に注入し、ファスナー歯部を前記下鋳型の溝槽内に挿入し、ファスナーテープを前記位置決め槽の底部に平らに貼り付かせ、前記ファスナーテープを輸送して前進させ、防水膜層を形成することを特徴とする、防水材の浸透による防水ファスナーの製造装置。
