Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bookbinding method that allows easy backside processing of a booklet and pasting of a booklet and a cover.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When a small amount of books such as a commemorative magazine or doujinshi are bound, the cost becomes high when machine binding is performed, and thus bookbinding is performed manually. In this manual bookbinding process, a booklet is formed by fixing the back of a sheet of text content having a predetermined number of pages with an adhesive, and a cover is attached to the booklet. Bookbinding that has a solid finish with a cover that is thicker than the paper in the text is said to be top binding. In the upper bookbinding, a thread binding process is performed on the back of the booklet. A simple bookbinding process in which the thread binding process is omitted is also known.
[0003]
The back side treatment of the booklet is applied to the back side of the paper in the text using an adhesive such as paper-based water-based bond or glue, and the back is solidified. Next, a weight is placed so that the back of the paper does not swell, or the paper is dried while being tightened with a tightening machine. Subsequently, a reinforced paper called cold water is adhered to the back of the paper with glue.
[0004]
In addition, the back cover paper, back ball, and front cover paper are pasted on the simple top book cover to form a simple top book cover. Cardboard is used for each ball paper. When the booklet is affixed to such a cover for simple upper bookbinding, simple upper bookbinding is obtained.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the booklet is formed, since the reinforcing paper is glued, it takes time until the glue dries, and there is a problem that rapid processing cannot be performed. In addition, there is a problem that skill is required for work such as adjustment of the amount of glue to be applied, and the back side of the booklet cannot be easily processed.
[0006]
Adhesives such as special paper-working bonds and glues are also used to create a beautiful finish with no wrinkles by sticking the back and front and front cover ball papers to the simple bookbinding cover. However, there is a problem that such processing can only be handled by skilled workers. Furthermore, the process of attaching the booklet and cover with an adhesive also has a problem that the bookbinding process cannot be performed easily because it requires experience in alignment and adjustment of the amount of adhesive applied.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bookbinding method that can easily perform backside processing of a booklet and bonding of a booklet and a cover.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a step of applying an adhesive to the back of a booklet formed by stacking a predetermined number of sheets of the text, and a reinforcing sheet having an adhesive layer formed on the surface of the back of the booklet coated with the adhesive. A step of adhering the sheet so as to wrap the back part of the booklet, and the reverse side of the front side sheet with the adhesive layer formed on the surface thereof on the front side paper of the booklet, and the back side with the adhesive layer formed on the surface A process of adhering the other side of the sheet to the back side paper of the booklet with an adhesive formed on the surface thereof, and a backboard attached to the adhesive layer formed on the inner side of the cover sheet on the other side of the front side turning sheet -A back cover board that covers a back cover paper that is pasted on an adhesive layer formed on the inside surface of the cover sheet on the inside surface of the cover sheet. Adhesive formed on the sheet surface Characterized in that comprising the step of attaching.
[0010]
According to the above feature of the invention of claim 1, from the reinforcing sheet on which the release paper having the adhesive layer formed is attached, the release paper is peeled to expose the adhesive layer, and the center portion is the back surface. It is crimped to the back of the booklet with adhesive. By performing such a process, the reinforcing sheet can be easily and firmly pressed onto the back of the booklet. Further, since the pasting process for attaching the reinforcing sheet to the booklet as in the prior art is unnecessary, the processing time can be shortened.
[0011]
In addition, the reinforcing sheet is attached to the front and back edges of the booklet on the back side of the booklet and tightened with a fastening plate, so that the adhesive will flow out to the side of the booklet, resulting in poor bookbinding. To prevent. Further, since both sides of the reinforcing sheet from which the release paper has been peeled are attached to the front and back sheets connected to the back of the booklet, reinforcement in the vicinity of the back of the booklet can be performed effectively.
[0012]
Furthermore, the release paper affixed to the adhesive layer formed on the inner surface of the upper bookbinding cover is peeled off to expose the adhesive layer, and the front cover ball paper, back ball paper, back cover paper board The paper is stuck. Therefore, it is possible to easily and beautifully create a simple bookbinding cover. Further, the booklet having the simple upper bookbinding cover and the reinforcing sheet attached to the back surface is attached with a facing sheet that peels the release paper and exposes the adhesive layer. For this reason, the bookbinding process can be easily performed without skill.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a bookbinding method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 2 to 5 show the bookbinding member of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view of a reinforcing sheet adhered to the back of the booklet. The reinforcing sheet 2 is formed with an adhesive layer on the inner surface, and the release paper (tack paper) Qa, Qb, Qc divided into a central portion and both sides thereof is adhered to the adhesive layer. Each release paper is peeled to expose the adhesive layer, and is attached to a predetermined portion of the booklet. In addition, it can also be set as the structure which sticks to the whole inner surface of the reinforcement sheet | seat 2, without dividing a release paper into three sections.
[0014]
FIG. 3 shows a decorative member referred to as a flower arrangement, where (a) is a front view, (b) is a plan view, and (c) is a side view in use. In FIG. 3, the flower border 9 is made by attaching the reinforcing core material Sb to one side edge of the synthetic resin tape Sc, and folding back the one side edge and bonding it to the back surface. Sa is an adhesive material such as a double-sided adhesive tape. Cut to an appropriate length, peel off the double-sided adhesive tape Sa to expose the adhesive surface 9a as shown in FIG.
[0015]
