Description

The present invention relates to a removing device for removing dust and oil contained in the waste water of a restaurant.

A large amount of trash (food residues, toothpicks, skewers, etc.) and oil (sludge substances such as fats and oils) are mixed in the wastewater of commercial kitchens such as restaurants that frequently cook and wash dishes. When the sewage pipe flows down, they adhere to the pipe and solidify, which may reduce the pipe diameter or block the pipe. In addition, there has been a problem that the environment such as rivers is adversely affected by the waste and oil flowing into the public sewer.

In order to prevent the above problems, in restaurants and the like, a grease trap (Patent Document 1) for separating the oil contained in the wastewater from the water is installed upstream of the drainage route leading to the public sewer. The oil is removed from the water so that no waste or oil flows into the public sewer.
JP 2002-161577 (page 2-3, FIG. 1)

Here, a conventionally known grease trap will be described with reference to FIG. The grease trap 10 has an internal space in the main body 12 for collecting drainage discharged from a washing sink of a restaurant kitchen. The internal space is divided into a first tank 16, a second tank 18, and a third tank 20, which are partitioned from each other by slidable partition plates 14a and 14b. Drainage from a kitchen sink (not shown) is introduced into the first tank 16 through an upstream drainage passage 22 such as a groove or a pipe. The first tank 16 and the second tank 18 communicate with the lower side of the partition plate 14a, and the second tank 18 and the third tank 20 communicate with the lower side of the partition plate 14b. A partition plate 24 extending upward is provided at the bottom of the second tank 18, and wastewater introduced from the first tank 16 to the second tank 18 by the partition plate 24 is always above the second tank 18. It will move once. The main body 12 forming the internal space is shown in FIG. 10 as a concrete wall, but a metal or FRP container may also be used.

Drainage from a washing sink in a restaurant kitchen includes shaped garbage (edible residue, toothpick, skewers, etc.) and oil. In the first tank 16, for example, a residue basket 26 formed of a metal punch board having a number of holes having a diameter of about 5 mm is provided, and the residue basket 26 has an inside from the upstream drainage passage 22. It is set so that drainage is introduced. The residue basket 26 collects edible residue, garbage such as toothpicks and skewers, and the oil having no shape is discharged into the first tank 16 from the hole in the residue basket 26 together with water. Since oil adheres to the garbage collected in the residue basket 26, some oil is collected in the residue basket 26, but most of the oil contained in the waste water is discharged from the hole of the residue basket 26 to the first tank 16. Discharged inside.

The drainage discharged into the first tank 16 through the residue basket 26 reaches the second tank 18 through the lower side of the partition plate 14a. The drainage that has reached the second tank 18 is once moved upward by the partition plate 24. Water and oil are separated in the second tank 18, and oil accumulates in the upper part of the second tank 18 and water accumulates in the lower part. The water collected below the second tank 18 reaches the third tank 20 through the lower side of the partition plate 14b. The third tank 20 is provided with a downstream discharge pipe 30 whose opening is positioned sufficiently below the water surface, and the water reaching the third tank 20 is led from the downstream discharge pipe 30 to a public sewer (not shown). It is burned.

In order to remove the residue basket 26 from the first tank 16, or to wash the partition plates 14a, 14b, the first tank 16, the second tank 18, the third tank 20, and the like, the first tank 16, the second tank 18, and A lid 32 with a handle is provided above the third tank 20. In addition, when the upstream drainage passage 22 is a groove, a lid 34 is provided above the groove.

In the grease trap 10, the first tank 16 includes a residue basket 26, and the residue basket 26 collects shaped garbage in the drainage. Further, in the second tank 18, oil / water separation is performed to float and accumulate the oil upward, and the oil accumulated in the second tank 18 is removed. In the 3rd tank 20, the water after removing garbage and oil is stored, and the water is discharged from the downstream discharge pipe 30 to a public sewer. If the water level in the grease trap 10 in a state where drainage does not flow into the grease trap 10 is the water level 36a, the opening of the downstream discharge pipe 30 is disposed sufficiently below the water level 36a. When drainage flows and the water level in the third tank 20 reaches the water level 36b, the water in the third tank 20 passes through the downstream discharge pipe 30 and is discharged to the public sewer.

The residue basket 26 mounted in the first tank 16 has an upper portion above the water surfaces 36a and 36b, but most of the residue is immersed below the water surfaces 36a and 36b. The residue basket 26 collects food residue, garbage such as toothpicks and skewers, and oil adheres to the surface of the garbage and residue basket 26 having the shape. When food residues are immersed in water for a long period of time, they oxidize and decay and produce an unpleasant odor.

Generally, in restaurants, the removal of garbage from the residual basket 26 and the cleaning of the residual basket 26 are performed for the purpose of removing the garbage collected in the residual basket 26 before an unpleasant odor is generated from the garbage containing the food residue. There are many places that require daily work. The removal work of the garbage and the cleaning work of the residue basket 26 are the work of the restaurant clerk. In addition to this, for example, the operation of removing the oil accumulated in the second tank 18 every week, and the inner wall surface of the main body 12 (the first tank 16, the second tank 18, and the third tank 20) of the grease trap 10, for example, There are work to clean every month, but these are generally requested by a cleaning specialist.

In restaurants such as fast food restaurants, there are many part-time clerk, and general clerk, part-time clerk, etc., often dislike the work of removing odor-producing food residues and the cleaning of the residue basket 26 to which oil sticks. On the other hand, if you forcibly perform such cleaning work on general store staff or part-time job clerk, many people quit their part-time job or work because they hate them. There was a problem that had to be recruited. Failure to remove food residue and clean the residue basket 26 will cause corruption and increase the odor of corruption, which means that a busy store manager must perform these operations, increasing the burden on the store manager's work. There were drawbacks.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and provides a dust and oil removing device that can easily remove dust and oil contained in wastewater from a restaurant without touching them. is there.

The dust and oil removing device of the present invention is used for a grease trap for introducing drainage from a drainage passage, and a collection bag in which a bag portion and a plate-like base portion made of a rigid material are fixed is detachable. A support means provided with a support base for supporting the bag portion above the water surface accumulated in the grease trap, and provided in the support means or the body of the grease trap, An engaging means for engaging with the base, and a movable member that displaces the engaging means and is displaceable with respect to the support means or the body of the grease trap. The collection bag is separated from the drainage passage at one moving end, and the collection bag is placed close to the drainage passage at the other movement end of the movable member. It is an.

In the dust and oil removing device according to the present invention, a drainage introduction hole for introducing drainage from the drainage passage into the inside of the bag portion is formed in the plate-shaped base, and the grease trap side in the drainage passage is formed. The outlet is a tube, and the tip of the tube is inserted into the drainage introduction hole of the base at the other moving end of the movable member. The present invention is characterized in that the bag portion is formed of a net. The present invention is characterized in that the material of the mesh is a synthetic resin or synthetic fiber. The present invention is characterized in that the size of the hole formed in the net is 1 to 5 mm. The present invention is characterized in that a handle hole is formed in the base portion. The present invention is characterized in that the bag portion has a plurality of layers. The present invention is characterized in that the plurality of layers of the bag portion are three layers.

According to the present invention, it is possible to remove dust and a large amount of oil that are to be discharged into the grease trap only by taking out the collection bag from the support means without the collection bag. Further, the operation is simple by simply exchanging the collection bag, and it is possible to eliminate the operation of removing dust from the residue basket and the operation of cleaning the residue basket attached with oil, which are conventionally required. As a result, since annoying work related to the grease trap is eliminated, it is possible to improve the fixing rate of general clerk and part-time job clerk in a restaurant. In addition, since the bag portion of the collection bag is always arranged above the water surface in the grease trap, if the collection bag is removed after the water in the bag portion has been drained, water will fall or fall from the collection bag. The drainage does not make your hands dirty. In the present invention, the movable member that attaches and detaches the collection bag in the support means is movable with respect to the leg portion and other parts, so that only the movable member is moved without moving the entire support member. The bag can be attached / detached to / from the drain pipe, and the attaching / detaching operation of the collection bag becomes very easy.

In the present invention, the bag portion of the collection bag has a plurality of layers, and the material of each bag portion can be attached with oil. As a result, dust and oil can be collected in each bag portion of the multiple layers, and most of the oil discharged from the discharging means toward the grease trap and dust adhering to the oil are collected in the bag portion of the collection bag. I can gather. As a result, the amount of oil accumulated in the second tank of the grease trap can be greatly reduced, and the interval for removing oil from the second tank can be greatly extended and the cleaning interval in the grease trap can be extended. This can greatly reduce the cleaning work cost.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which a dust and oil removing device according to the present invention is provided in a grease trap, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an example of a supporting means used in the present invention, and FIG. 3 is used in the present invention. It is a perspective view which shows an example of a collection bag. In FIG. 1, the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 10 denote the same members. In the present invention, a conventionally known grease trap 10 is used. However, as an upstream drainage passage for introducing drainage into the first tank 16 of the grease trap 10, it is desirable that the outlet side is a drain pipe 38 instead of a groove. The dust and oil removing apparatus according to the present invention uses a support means 40 shown in FIG. 2 and a collection bag 42 shown in FIG. 3 instead of the residue basket 26 shown in FIG.

The support means 40 shown in FIG. 2 has a support base 46 on which a bag portion 68 of the collection bag 42 shown in FIG. 3 is placed and in which a plurality of water passage holes 44 are formed. The height of the support base 46 is set so as not to be submerged even when the maximum amount of water is accumulated in the grease trap 10. The support means 40 further has a front wall 48 located above the support base 46 and side walls 50 on both sides of the front wall 48. A hole or notch 52 is formed in the center of the front wall 48. Grooves 54 are formed vertically on both sides of the notch 52 in the front wall 48. The fitting groove 54 is formed by a front wall 48 as first engaging means and an L-shaped engaging member 56 fixed to the inside. Below the support base 46 in the side wall 50 is a leg 58 formed integrally with the side wall 50. At the end of the support base 46 opposite to the front wall 48, a drop prevention guide 60 raised upward is provided to prevent the collection bag 42 from falling. As shown in FIG. 1, a base 62 is provided at the bottom of the first tank 16, and the legs 58 of the support means 40 are placed on the base 62. Note that the base 62 may be eliminated, the leg 58 of the support means 40 may be lengthened, and the lower end of the leg 58 may be brought into contact with the bottom of the first tank 16.

The recovery bag 42 shown in FIG. 3 has a plate-like base 64 made of a rigid material as the second engaging means, a drain introduction hole 66 formed in the base 64, and a drain introduction hole 66. The bag portion 68 is fixed to the base portion 64 so as to surround the opening portion. The bag portion 68 includes, for example, three layers of bag portions 68a, 68b, and 68c that have the same opening position. The base 64 as the second engagement means is preferably formed of, for example, rigid plate-like paper or plate-like rigid resin, and the base 64 as the second engagement means is the first engagement means. By inserting the groove 54 in the vertical direction, the base 64 (the recovery bag 42) can be attached to the support means 40 without being detached. Since the base 64 of the collection bag 42 only needs to be detachably attached to the support means 40, the first engagement means is not limited to the groove 54, and the second engagement means is a plate shape that fits into the groove 54. It is not limited to those. The drainage introduction hole 66 formed in the base 64 is configured so that drainage discharged from the washing sink of the kitchen is a bag part 68 (the innermost bag part 68a of the three layers of bag parts 68a, 68b, 68c). It is for introducing inside. In addition to the drainage introduction hole 66, a handle hole 70 into which a hand can be inserted is formed in the base 64.

Each bag part 68a, 68b, 68c uses the material which can adhere oil, for example, a nonwoven fabric. Nonwoven fabrics allow water to pass but not oil. The three-layer bag portion 68 includes a bag portion 68a that surrounds the drainage introduction hole 66 of the base portion 64 with its opening, covers the outside of the bag portion 68a with the bag portion 68b, and covers the outside of the bag portion 68b with the bag portion 68c. It is something to cover with. As shown in FIG. 4, each bag part 68a, 68b, 68c is formed with a large number of water passage holes 72 through which water can pass. The diameter of the water passage hole 72 is preferably 1 mm to 5 mm at the maximum (including numerical values at both ends), but is not limited thereto. If the diameter of the water passage hole 72 is 1 mm or less, the water may not flow easily, and if the diameter of the water passage hole 72 is 5 mm or more, the dust may pass and the dust cannot be captured. The bag portions 68a, 68b, and 68c may be formed by weaving, for example, a strip-shaped nonwoven fabric to form a large number of mesh-like spaces in the woven nonwoven fabric, and the other number of spaces may be used as the water passage holes 72.

As shown in FIG. 4, a first space 72a is formed between the bag portion 68a and the bag portion 68b, and a second space 72b is formed between the bag portion 68b and the bag portion 68c. In FIG. 4, the bag portion 68 is composed of three layers of bag portions 68 a, 68 b, 68 c from the inside to the outside. That is, however, the amount of oil collected is small in the two-layer bag portion 68, and the four-layer or more bag portion 68 is heavy and requires a force for attachment / detachment. .

The state shown in FIG. 1 shows a state where the support means 40 is accommodated in the first tank 16 but the collection bag 42 is not yet attached to the support means 40. From the state of FIG. 1, the base 64 of the collection bag 42 is inserted and engaged from the upper part of the groove 54 of the support means 40. Thereby, the collection bag 42 is attached to the support means 40 (FIG. 5). In a state where the collection bag 42 is attached to the support means 40, the bag portion 68 is placed on the support base 46. The height of the support base 46 is set so as not to be submerged even when the maximum amount of water is introduced into the grease trap 10, so that the bag portion 68 is caused by the water accumulated in the grease trap 10. Never get wet.

After the collection bag 42 is attached to the support means 40, the support means 40 is moved in the arrow A direction with respect to the base 62 in FIG. 5 (the support means 40 is moved in the arrow A direction with respect to the main body 12 in FIG. 6). . By moving the support means 40, the tip of the drain pipe 38 is inserted into the drain introduction hole 66 of the base 64 of the collection bag 42 as shown in FIG. Thereby, the waste water discharged from the washing sink of the kitchen such as a restaurant through the drain pipe 38 can be surely introduced into the bag portion 68 (the innermost bag portion 68a).

Drainage from the washing sink of a kitchen such as a restaurant contains shaped garbage (edible residue, toothpicks, skewers, etc.) and oil (sludge substances such as fats and oils), but shaped garbage Is generally collected by the innermost bag portion 68a. Of the shaped garbage, for example, a sharp skewer or the like may break through the inner bag portion 68a. The middle bag portion 68b or the outer bag portion 68c collects the garbage such as the skewer. be able to. On the other hand, the material of the bag portions 68a, 68b, 68c uses a non-woven fabric or the like that allows water to pass but attaches oil (does not allow oil to pass), so that the oil contained in the wastewater adheres to the inner wall of the inner bag portion 68a. . Moreover, the oil adhering to the inner wall of the bag part 68a adheres to the dust collected by the bag part 68a. The oil that has passed through the water passage hole 72 of the inner bag portion 68a and the oil that can no longer be collected by the inner wall of the bag portion 68a enters the first space 74 between the bag portion 68a and the bag portion 68b and enters the bag portion 68b. Oil is collected by adhering to the inner wall of the wall. Further, oil that has passed through the water passage hole 72 of the bag portion 68b or oil that can no longer be collected by the inner wall of the bag portion 68b enters the second space 76 between the bag portion 68b and the bag portion 68c, and enters the bag portion 68c. Oil is collected by adhering to the inner wall of the wall.

Thus, the oil contained in the waste water introduced into the three layers of the bag portions 68a, 68b, 68c is collected by the inner walls of the bag portions 68a, 68b, 68c and also collected in the bag portion 68a. Also collected by adhering to trash. Oil that has not been collected by the three layers of bags 68 a, 68 b, 68 c is discharged to the first tank 16. Thereafter, the oil discharged to the first tank 16 moves to the second tank 18, is stored in the second tank 18, and is taken out from the second tank 18 in the same manner as the normal grease trap 10. However, by providing the recovery bag 42 of the present invention, most of the oil contained in the drainage can be collected by the recovery bag 42, and the amount of oil reaching the first tank 16 and the second tank 18 is greatly reduced. I can do it. Further, there is an advantage that the oil attached to the inner walls of the bag portions 68a, 68b, 68c causes small dust to adhere to the bag portions 68a, 68b, 68c.

At the restaurant, the collection bag 42 is taken out from the grease trap 10 at the end of one day's work or at the start of the next day's work. The collection bag 42 is taken out by first removing the lid 32 of the first tank 16 and then moving the support means 40 in the direction B from the state of FIG. 6 so that the drainage introduction hole 66 of the base 64 of the collection bag 42 is formed. Remove from the tip of drain pipe 38. Next, the collection bag 42 can be taken out from the support means 40 by putting the hand into the handle hole 70 of the base portion 64 of the collection bag 42 and lifting the collection bag 42. Since the location where the collection bag 42 is touched is the position of the handle hole 70 of the base portion 64 away from the bag portion 68 (the location where the collection bag 42 is not contaminated), the hand is not soiled in the operation of taking out the collection bag 42. Since the bag portion 68 is higher than the water surfaces 36a and 36b in the grease trap 10, the water drains from the bag portion 68 after a certain amount of time has passed after the last drainage has flowed, and the recovery bag 42 Even if it is taken out, water does not drip from the bag portion 68.

Conventionally, it has been necessary to remove shaped garbage (edible residue, toothpick, skewer, etc.) from the residue basket 26 and wash the residue basket 26 to which oil (sludge material such as oil and fat) is adhered. Then, it is only necessary to take out the collection bag 42 from the support means 40, and the hand is not soiled when the collection bag 42 is attached or detached. Moreover, since the collection bag 42 is not immersed in the water in the grease trap 10, if the collection bag 42 is replaced every day, for example, the collection bag 42 is removed before the food residue in the collection bag 42 generates odor. , The clerk who is the worker does not feel a bad smell. As described above, according to the present invention, since the work related to the grease trap 10 is not made unpleasant to the restaurant clerk, the fixing rate of the general clerk and the part-time job clerk can be greatly improved.

In the collection bag 42, for example, oil is collected by three layers of bag portions 68a, 68b, and 68c, so that most of the oil contained in the drainage discharged toward the grease trap 10 is collected by the collection bag 42. The Therefore, the amount of oil per day that accumulates in the second tank 18 of the grease trap 10 can be greatly reduced. As a result, the oil removal operation interval from the grease trap 10 can be greatly extended compared to the conventional interval, and the cleaning interval in the grease trap 10 can be extended accordingly, and the cleaning operation cost for the grease trap 10 can be increased. It can be greatly reduced.

Each layer of the bag portion 68 may be a net 78 formed with a plurality of water passage holes 72 made of a material (for example, synthetic resin or synthetic fiber) to which oil can adhere instead of the nonwoven fabric (FIG. 7). Synthetic resins and synthetic fibers do not allow water or oil to pass through. For this reason, when the bag portion 68 has three layers, water passes through the water passage hole 72 in the first layer net 78, but adhesive oil adheres to the first layer net 78. . Even oil that has been prevented from adhering to the net 78 of the first layer adheres to the net 78 of the second layer and the net 78 of the third layer. On the other hand, water passes through the water passage holes 72 of the net 78 of each layer, passes through the inside of the bag portion 68 composed of a plurality of layers, and reaches the outside. Furthermore, since dust adheres to the oil adhering to the inner walls of the bag portions 68a, 68b, 68c, there is an advantage that both oil and dust can be captured inside the bag portions 68a, 68b, 68c.

In this way, even if the bag portion 68 is constituted by a three-layer net 78, for example, oil adheres to the net 78, so that most of the oil and dust adhering to the oil can be captured by the three-layer net 78. it can. The net 78 made of synthetic resin, synthetic fiber, or the like is stronger and less expensive than other materials that form a large number of water passage holes 72. Even when each layer of the bag portion 68 is a net 78, one side or diameter of the water passage hole 72 is preferably 1 mm to 5 mm at the maximum (including numerical values at both ends), but is not limited thereto.

Although the support member 40 is structured to be placed on the bottom of the first tank 16 or the base 62, the support member is structured to be hung downward from the top of the first tank 16 by a hook (not shown). Also good. Further, the first engagement means that engages with the second engagement means of the collection bag 42 is provided in the support means 40, but the first engagement means that engages with the second engagement means on the main body 12 of the grease trap 10. May be provided.

Next, FIG. 8 shows a support means 80 which is a modification of the support means 40 shown in FIG. 8, the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 2 denote the same members. In the support means 40 shown in FIG. 2, the front wall 48 to which the engaging member 56 for attaching and detaching the collection bag 42 is fixed to the support base 46 and the legs 58. However, in the support means 80 shown in FIG. A movable member 84, which is a front wall provided with an engaging member 82 for attaching and detaching the collection bag 42, is movably attached to the support base 46 and the leg 58. A notch 86 is formed in the center of the movable member 84. Engaging members 82 are formed on both sides of the notch 86 of the movable member 84 by bending. A fitting groove 88 into which the base 64 of the collection bag 42 can be inserted is formed by the material 82 as the first engaging means and the movable member 84 as the front wall. A connecting rod 90 that connects the engaging members 82 on both sides is fixed to the upper portions of the engaging members 82 on both sides. A support portion 92 for supporting the lower edge of the base portion 64 of the collection bag 42 is provided below the movable member 84. Arms 94 extending downward are fixed to both side surfaces of the movable member 84, pins 96 are fixed near the lower ends of the arms 94, and the pins 96 are rotatably held by the legs 58. That is, the movable member 84 is attached so as to be swingable with respect to the leg 58 around the position where the two pins 96 are held by the leg 58. The movable member 84 may be moved in the horizontal direction with respect to the leg 58 by other moving means. Each leg 58 is provided with a stopper 98 for preventing each arm 94 from being inclined in a direction away from the support base 46 by a predetermined distance or more.

To attach the collection bag 42 to the support means 80, as shown in FIG. 8, the base 64 of the collection bag 42 is inserted into the fitting groove 88 formed by the movable member 84 and the engagement member 82 of the support means 80. To do. In a state where the base portion 64 of the collection bag 42 is inserted into the fitting groove 88 of the support means 80, the bag portion 68 of the collection bag 42 passes through the notch 86 (FIG. 8) of the movable member 84, and as shown in FIG. The lower surface of the bag portion 68 is placed on the support base 46. As shown in FIG. 9, when the bag portion 68 of the collection bag 42 is mounted in the fitting groove 88 of the support means 80, the movable member 84 is placed on one side so that the drain pipe 38 does not contact the collection bag 42. It is moved to the moving position (position close to the support base 46). The movable member 84, the base 64 of the collection bag 42, and the arm 94 in this state are indicated by solid lines in FIG. Thereafter, holding the connecting rod 90 by hand, the arm 94 is swung around the position of the pin 96, and the movable member 84 and the base 64 of the collection bag 42 are tilted toward the distal end side of the drain pipe 38. The movable member 84, the base portion 64, and the arm 94 that are tilted toward the drain pipe 38 are indicated by a one-dot chain line in FIG. By tilting the collection bag 42 together with the movable member 84 toward the distal end side of the drainage pipe 38, the distal end of the drainage pipe 38 can be positioned inside the bag portion 68 (innermost bag portion 68 a) of the collection bag 42. .

Thus, in the support means 80 shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the tip of the drain pipe 38 can be inserted into the bag portion 68 of the collection bag 42 by tilting the movable member 84 and the arm 94. Compared with the operation of moving the entire support means 40 in the case of FIG. 2 back and forth, the operation of positioning the tip of the drain pipe 38 in the bag portion 68 of the collection bag 42 becomes easier. When removing the collection bag 42 from the support means 80, the movable member 84 and the arm 94 are moved from the state indicated by the one-dot chain line in FIG. 9 to a position close to the support base 46 (solid line position in FIG. 9). As a result, the tip of the drain pipe 38 is detached from the collection bag 42. Thereafter, when the collection bag 42 is pulled upward, the collection bag 42 can be removed from the support means 80 without being obstructed by the drain pipe 38. As described above, the movable member 84 for attaching / detaching the collection bag 42 is swingably attached to the leg 58, so that it is not necessary to move the entire support means 80 when attaching / detaching the collection bag 42, and the collection is performed. The attaching / detaching operation of the bag 42 becomes very easy.
