【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機に関し、さらに詳しくは、パチンコ機の前面下部の構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
図１１および図１２に示す従来のパチンコ機８１は、周囲を機枠８２で覆われており、機枠８２には、裏枠８４が、内部に位置するよう片開き自在に枢着されている。裏枠８４は、後面に機構板８３を備えており、また金属板を折り曲げて形成されていて、上半部は後方に没入の上開口され、その没入部９８には、遊技盤８５が装着されている。遊技盤８５の前面には、障害釘や入賞装置などを備えた遊技領域８６が形成されている。また、裏枠８４には、遊技領域８６を覆うように、ガラス板８７を嵌入した前面枠８８が、片開き自在に枢着されており、前面枠８８の下側には、供給皿８９を前面に取り付けた前方板９０が、片開き自在に枢着されている。さらに、前方板９０の下側において、裏枠８４の下部が前方へ突出されており、その突出部９９には、灰皿９１と発射ハンドル９２を両脇に並設した水平突出状の貯留皿９３が、裏枠８４の後方から螺着されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のパチンコ機８１にあっては、水平突出状の貯留皿９３が、１枚の金属板である裏枠８４に、後方から直に螺着されているため、遊技者が貯留皿９３に体重をかけてしまったときなど、貯留皿９３に対して強い力が作用した場合、螺着部近傍のみに負荷が加わり、裏枠８４下部（突出部９９）が屈曲してしまったり、ネジが外れたりして、貯留皿９３がぐらついてしまうことがあった。

そこで、本発明は、貯留皿もしくはその周辺部材を、強い力が作用したとしてもぐらつくことなく、安定して設置可能なパチンコ機を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のうち、請求項１に記載の発明は、前面の上方に遊技領域が設置されており、その遊技領域の下側に供給皿が突設されているとともに、その供給皿の下側に位置した鉛直な当て板に、貯留皿が突設されたパチンコ機であって、当て板に水平突出部を一体的に設け、貯留皿を、その水平突出部に載置する一方、当て板が、水平突出部の両端際から両側面を立設し、さらに両側面の上端を連結する上面を形成することにより、箱形に形成されているとともに、前方基板と、その前方基板に嵌合された状態で前方基板を後方から補強支持する後方基板との二重構造を有しており、貯留皿の一部を、前方基板と後方基板とによって挟持したことを特徴とする。

また、請求項２に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の発明において、当て板が、両側から上方に突設された支持部を備えていることを特徴とする。

さらに、請求項３に記載の発明は、請求項１または２に記載の発明において、前方基板と後方基板とが、一方に突起を形成し、他方に突起の嵌入孔を穿設したものであることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態につき、図面に基づいて説明する。図１および図２はパチンコ機の前部の説明図であって、パチンコ機１には、外枠２が周設されており、外枠２には、前側および内側に位置する本体枠が、連結部３と本体枠連結金具４とを介して、片開き自在に枢着されている。本体枠は、表枠５とミドル枠６と機構板（図示せず）とからなる３層構造である。表枠５は、ミドル枠６の前面と一体の、外枠２の前面に沿った薄板７、および、薄板７前面に位置する、前枠１０と、中扉１１と、中央下部に貯留皿３０を備えた下側機能部１２とからなる。なお、ミドル枠６は、下部に球通路孔８および互いにほぼ等間隔として配設されたネジ孔９ｂ，９ｂ・・を有するとともに、上半部が落とし込み形成されており、その上半部には、遊技盤（図示せず）が設置されている。遊技盤の前面には、障害釘や入賞装置、図柄表示部などを配した、円形の遊技領域が形成されている。また、機構板には、遊技球タンクや遊技球払出装置、そしてパチンコ機の動作を制御する制御装置などの内部機構が搭載されている。

前枠１０は、パチンコ機１の前面の上半分を占める板状部材であって、連結部３と、ミドル枠６の前面左辺中央に取り付けられた連結金具１５の左半部とを介して、片開き自在に枢着されている。各枢着部の前部は、半円錐状の膨出部１６，１６とされている。また、前枠１０は、遊技領域を囲む遊技領域大の開口部を有しており、その開口部には、輪状のランプ飾り１７が嵌め込まれている。ランプ飾り１７は、各サイド部に、一体成形された点灯可能な透光窓１８を有している。さらに、前枠１０は、後側に、ガラス板１９を具備したガラス枠１４を有している。

また、中扉１１は、直方体状の部材であって、連結金具１５の右半部と、薄板７上の左端部より内側に取り付けられた中扉連結金具１３とを介して、前枠１０の下側において片開き自在に枢着されている。また、中扉１１には、パチンコ機１に内蔵された発射装置（図示せず）へ遊技球を順次送るために遊技球を貯めておく、半円状に突出した供給皿２０、ＣＲ操作部２１、および供給皿２０上の遊技球の送り先を貯留皿３０へ切り替える球抜きレバー２２が配置されている。

一方、図３から図９に示す下側機能部１２は、二重構造の当て板Ｇの、前層としての前方基板２３および後層としての後方基板２４と、貯留皿３０、灰皿３１および発射ハンドル３２とからなる。

前方基板２３は、前後面を開放した箱状の前方本体部２５の、側面後部全体から、前枠１０および中扉１１双方の基部と同厚の前方支持部２６，２６を、中扉１１の高さ分だけ上方に突出した状態で延設することによって形成されている。各前方支持部２６の後側は開口されており、基部の前面は前方本体部２５側面と連続している。なお、前方基板２３の前方支持部２６，２６を含めた肉厚部には、所定深さに穿設されたネジ孔９ａ，９ａ・・（図４）が、ネジ孔９ｂ，９ｂ・・と対応するように配設されている

また、前方本体部２５の水平上面は、中扉１１の下面と同形状とされている。さらに、前方本体部２５の上面後辺の中央部は、前方に切除されており、ミドル枠６に取り付けられたスピーカー３６（図１０）を避けるようになっている。くわえて、前方基板２３の上面後辺の全体に亘って、上ガイド３５が立設されており、さらに、切除部両側方の上ガイド３５上端から、防犯ガイド３７が、それぞれ前方に突設されている。また、上ガイド３５の前方と、支持部２６の突出部の上端縁とには、長手方向に沿った嵌入孔３４，３４・・が配設されている。なお、前辺中央に、切り欠き３３が形成されている。また、前枠１０とのデザイン的な統一感を現出するため、左側の前方支持部２６の前面上端が、下方の膨出部１６と連続した半円錐状の膨出部２７とされている。さらに、左側の前方支持部２６の下端内側に、中扉連結金具１３とほぼ同寸の前方金具逃げ部４４が形成されている。またさらに、右側の前方支持部２６の上端縁には、前方鍵挿入孔４６が前後方向を向けて設けられている。

くわえて、前方基板２３の右側は、側面前辺を若干左に回り込ませた上、下コーナー部を円筒状に没入するように形成されており、さらに、前後に向いた発射ハンドル３２の前方挿通孔３８を備えている。一方、前方基板２３の水平下面は、前方挿通孔３８よりも前方に突出した状態となっているとともに、端縁を残存した状態で開口されており、前辺を基端とする鉛直な壁部３９を、上端が若干後方へ折り曲げられた状態で備えている。さらに、下面の左側縁は、壁部３９ごと後方へ陥没された灰皿台４０として形成されている。灰皿台４０の両側面には、凹部５８がそれぞれ形成されている。そして、灰皿台４０以外の壁部３９は、貯留皿台４３とされている。貯留皿台４３には、下面より若干上方において前後に水平に掛け渡された下ガイド４１と、壁部３９を切り欠いた上レバー逃げ部４２とが形成されている。なお、貯留皿台４３の前面は、下ガイド４１より右側を前に凸の円弧状として形成され、支承部としての右側を鉛直面として形成されている。また、下面の後端縁にも、嵌入孔３４，３４・・が穿設されている。

一方、後方基板２４は、前方基板２３後側に嵌合するように、前方基板２３と対応づけて形成されている。すなわち、後方基板２４は、壁部３９とほぼ同幅で前方本体部２５とほぼ同じ高さである箱状の後方本体部２８の両側面後部から、基部の延長寸法を長くして前方支持部２６，２６に上方突出部を含めて嵌入可能とした後方支持部２９，２９を延設してなる。

また、後方本体部２８の水平上面は、中央部がスピーカー３６から逃げるように切除されている。さらに、後方本体部２８の上面および下面の後端縁と、各後方支持部２９の基部上面および突出部内側とには、嵌入孔３４，３４・・と対応するように、突起５０，５０・・が、内側に向けて突設されている。また、左側の後方支持部２９の突出部の基端内側には、後方金具逃げ部４５が形成されている。くわえて、各後方支持部２９には、補強を目的としたリブ５１，５１・・が前方に突設されている。さらに、右側の後方支持部２９であって、突出部の先端縁には、後方鍵挿入孔４７が、また基部の右下コーナー際には、後方挿通孔４８が、それぞれ前後方向を軸とした円筒面をリブ５１と同じ高さで突出することによって、形成されている。

くわえて、後方本体部２８の前面は、下ガイド４１から灰皿台４０右辺までにおいて、後面を開放した箱状に突出形成された、箱形側面としての仕切り５２と、仕切り５２左方において灰皿台４０同様落とし込み形成された灰皿後壁５３を備えており、他の部分がさらに落とし込まれている。また、仕切り５２の下面後部中央には、逆Ｔ字状の溝体４９が、下方に突設されている（図５，図６）。さらに、後方本体部２８の右側面下部に、溝８０が前後に形成されている。またさらに、後方本体部２８の前面であって、仕切り５２の右方には、球通路出口５４が穿設されており、球通路出口５４の後側上部に、球通路樋上部５５が後方に突設されている。

また、貯留皿３０は、貯留皿本体６０と、下カバー６１と、レバー６２とからなる。貯留皿本体６０は、前辺を円弧状として落とし込まれた球受け６４と、球受け６４左側上部において水平に突出された固定片６３と、球受け６４と連続させて後方に突設した球通路樋下部６５とからなり、右側面に溝８０と同寸の皿ガイド７０が、前後方向に沿って右方に突設されている。また、固定片６３の後部には切り込み６６が前後に形成されている。さらに、球受け６４の底には、上球出し孔６７が穿設されており、上球出し孔６７の前方であって球受け６４の下面には、軸６８が下方に突設されている。

下カバー６１は、水平板状の部材であって、前辺縁および側辺縁が起立されており、さらに前辺縁中央に下レバー逃げ部７２が陥没形成されているとともに、下レバー逃げ部７２両側の起立部に孔６９が、それぞれ横設されている。また、ほぼ中央に下球出し孔７１（図９）を備えている。レバー６２は、前後辺を半円とした長方形状の部材であって、内部隠蔽のため前辺を起立してカバー７３としており、カバー７３中央には、操作突起７４が、前方に突設されている。また、カバー７３後方には、円筒状の軸受７５が、上方に突設されている。なお、貯留皿本体６０の下面および下カバー６１上面には、円弧状のリブ５７，５７・・が配設されている。また、下球出し孔７１周辺のリブ５７は、下レバー逃げ部７２を含めて円形に形成されている。

貯留皿３０は、球受け６４の下側に、レバー６２を乗せた下カバー６１が付設されることによって形成されている。このとき、レバー６２が、リブ５７，５７・・に、摺動可能に挟持され、また貯留皿本体６０の軸６８が、レバー６２上の軸受７５に、回動可能に嵌入されており、レバー６２が、球出し孔６７，７１を封止もしくは開放するように水平回動自在とされている。球出し孔６７，７１開放時、球受け６４上に貯留された遊技球が下方へ落下し、ケースを用意しておけば、レバー６２の操作により遊技球を取り出せる。なお、カバー７３が、下球出し孔７１に周設された円形のリブ５７の内側に添設されており、レバー６２の回動動作の安定に寄与している。また、操作突起７４が、各レバー逃げ部４２，７２から前方に突出し、操作性を向上するとともに、回動範囲を規制している。

灰皿３１は、灰受け７６と、灰皿カバー７７とからなり、灰受け７６の周囲部に突設された爪７８，７８・・が、灰皿カバー７７の周囲部に配設された孔７９，７９・・に嵌入することにより、互いに着脱自在に組み合わせ形成されている。また、灰皿カバー７７の上辺縁中央には、円筒突起５９が設けられている。

そして、当て板Ｇ（下側機能部１２）は、後方基板２４が、前方基板２３の後側から、発射ハンドル３２を発射装置に連結した状態で前方挿通孔３８と後方挿通孔４８とで挿通保持し、かつ貯留皿３０を貯留皿台４３に載置するように嵌合され、さらに、前方基板２３が、薄板７の下部に当接された状態で、外周の肉厚部のネジ孔９ａに、ミドル枠６下部のネジ孔９ｂを介して後方から螺着されることによって、パチンコ機１の前面下部に、一体的に固着するように形成されている。このとき、当て板Ｇの貯留皿３０周辺は、前方基板２３の上面右側および貯留皿台４３と、後方基板２４の前面および仕切り５２と、前方基板２３および後方基板２４の右側面とによって、前方を開放した箱形となっている。ここで、貯留皿３０の固定片６３が、仕切り５２と、貯留皿台４３であって下ガイド４１の左方の部分とによって挟持されている。

また、各突起５０が、対応する嵌入孔３４に嵌め込まれている（図５）。さらに、貯留皿３０の切り込み６６が、仕切り５２下面の溝体４９にスライド挿入され、皿ガイド７０が、溝８０にスライド挿入されている（図６）。またさらに、下カバー６１が、前方基板２３の水平下面下方であって貯留皿台４３の開口部分を覆っている。くわえて、下カバー６１の左辺が、下ガイド４１によって支持されている。また、各貯留皿台４３の爪５６が、対応する孔６９に嵌入されている。さらに、下レバー逃げ部７２が、貯留皿台４３の上レバー逃げ部４２とともに操作突起７４を囲うように配置されている。また、球通路樋下部６５が、球通路出口５４を通り抜けて、球通路樋上部５５下側に、全体筒状となるように位置している（図４）。組み合わされた球通路樋５５，６５は、ミドル枠６下部の球通路孔８に嵌合されている。

さらに、灰皿３１が、各円筒突起５９を灰皿台４０側部の凹部５８に対して枢着されて、灰受け７６上の灰を、灰皿３１を傾けて落下処分可能に、灰皿台４０に載せられている。またさらに、円柱状のシリンダ鍵（図示せず）が、鍵挿通孔４６，４７に嵌着されている。なお、シリンダ鍵は、一方へ回転すると前枠１０が開き、他方へ回転するとミドル枠６が開くようになっている。また、中扉１１の上辺部が、前枠１０の下辺部の後側に回り込むように形成され、さらに前枠１０後側に設置された係止部材（図示せず）によって係脱自在に係止されることにより、前枠１０が閉じている場合には、中扉１１が開かないように構成されている。

くわえて、各支持部２６，２９が、パチンコ機１前面の中扉１１の両側全体に位置し、前方本体部２５の上面が、中扉１１の下面と接触するように、配置されている（図１０）。中扉１１の下面後辺には、上ガイド３５が、防犯ガイド３７を回り込ませた状態で当接している。

以上のようなパチンコ機１にあっては、薄板７の下部に固着された、当て板Ｇの前層である前方基板２３の、一体的に突出された水平下面に、貯留皿３０が載置されているため、貯留皿３０が強い力を受けたとしても、前方基板２３の固着部全体で抗することができ、よって、貯留皿３０が外れたり前方基板２３が変形したりして、貯留皿３０がぐらつく事態を防止し、貯留皿３０を安定設置できる。また、前方基板２３には、前方支持部２６，２６が、前方本体部２５よりも上方に突出した状態で一体的に設けられているため、鉛直方向においても十分な固着代を設けることができ、力が作用した場合の負荷を分散して効率的に強度を向上できる。

さらに、当て板Ｇの後層としての後方基板２４が、前層である前方基板２３に、貯留皿３０を組み込んだ状態で嵌合されて、当て板Ｇが前後二層構造とされているので、前方基板２３が補強され、より一層貯留皿３０を安定設置できる。ここで、貯留皿３０は、切り込み６６と皿ガイド７０とを介して後方基板２４にスライド挿入した上、後方基板２４を、前方基板２３に、爪５６を孔６９に嵌め込み、また固定片６３を仕切り５２と灰皿台４０とで挟持し、さらに底面を下ガイド４１に支持された状態で組み付ける、というようにして組み込まれているため、前方基板２３と後方基板２４とによって支持されることとなり、したがってさらに安定設置することができるし、貯留皿３０が取り出される事態を防止することができ、また貯留皿３０の設置を容易に行うことができる。また、後方基板２４の突起５０，５０・・は、対応する前方基板２３の嵌入孔３４，３４・・に嵌入するので、後方基板２４を強固かつ容易に組み付けることができる。

くわえて、当て板Ｇの貯留皿３０周辺が、前方を開口した箱形となっているため、水平下面を、他の４面によって保持することができ、負荷に対して全体で抗することができて、さらに貯留皿３０周りの強度を増すことができる。また、仕切り５２が突設されているため、当て板Ｇの開口部全体が補強されるし、貯留皿３０の固定片６３を挟持しやすいし、さらに前方基板２３と後方基板２４との嵌め合わせにおいて仕切り５２を貯留皿台４３の左側に合わせて乗せるだけで自然に全体の位置決めができ、当て板Ｇ（下側機能部１２）の設置作業を簡単とできるし、灰皿３１の灰やタバコの煙などの貯留皿３０側への流出を防止することができる。

なお、灰皿３１についても、前方基板２３の下面に載せられるため、貯留皿３０と同様、安定支持することができる。また、発射ハンドル３２も、二重構造を有する箱状の当て板Ｇに、各層を貫通した状態で設置されているため、力の作用に十分に抗することができる。

さらに、灰受け７６と灰皿カバー７７とは脱着自在であるため、簡単に組み合わせることができるし、灰皿３１は、円筒突起５９，５９を凹部５８に嵌めるだけで容易に取り付けでき、しかも使用済みカード入れなど、他の部材に容易に取り替えることができる。また、前方基板２３の下面は、前後に渡された下ガイド４１を備えているため、開口されていても強度が十分となっている。くわえて、前方本体部２５の上面に、切り欠き３３が設けられているため、球受け６４上の遊技球にアクセスしやすい。

またさらに、後方支持部２９，２９にリブ５１，５１・・を配設したので、支持部２６，２９自体の剛性を向上でき、当て板Ｇ（下側機能部１２）の取り付け強度の向上を図ることができる。また、前方本体部２５の上面を水平としているため、中扉１１が開閉容易であるし、中扉１１を開けてメンテナンスする場合に工具などの置き場所として利用することにより、作業性を向上することができる。くわえて、上ガイド３５と防犯ガイド３７が、中扉１１の下面後辺を抱え込むように立設されているので、中扉１１を閉じる際に位置決めできるし、パチンコ機１前方から不正に工具を差し込まれたとしてもまっすぐ差し込めず、したがって中扉１１もしくは下側機能部１２への不正な改造を防止することができる。

なお、本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、次に一部示すように様々に変更可能である。当て板は、水平突出部を備えていれば、箱形状や二重構造や支持部や膨出部や鍵挿入孔を有する必要はなく、１枚の長方形状であっても良い。また、当て板が二重構造を有する場合、貯留皿を載置する水平突出部は、前層のみではなく、双方の層に形成することができる。この場合、後層の水平突出部が前層の水平突出部の内側に配置される状態となるようにするのが望ましい。またさらに、当て板が二重構造および箱形状を有する場合、嵌合後に箱形の右側面となる仕切りを後方部材に設ける必要はなく、嵌合後に箱形の左側面または両側面または上面および側面となる仕切りを設けても良い。さらに、当て板（下側機能部）は、パチンコ機に螺着される必要はなく、リベット止めするなど、固着方法を適宜変更できる。貯留皿は、後方部材に単にスライド挿入される必要はなく、スライド挿入部をあり溝、もしくは、ありとして形成して、より一層貯留皿の安定化を図っても良いし、爪もしくはその係合部を設けて係止されるようにしても良い。また、貯留皿側にレバーを設けず、水平突出部側に設けても良い。そして、本発明は、貯留皿以外の皿状部材、また前枠１０と中扉１１とが一体となったものなどの他のタイプのパチンコ機、ひいては他の遊技機に適用できる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、パチンコ機前面の供給皿の下方に位置した当て板に一体的に設けられた水平突出部に、貯留皿が載置されており、さらに好ましくは、当て板に上方へ突出した支持部が設けられたり、当て板が水平突出部を含んだ箱形に形成されたり、当て板を前方基板と後方基板との二重構造としたり、またさらに好ましくは、前方基板と後方基板とに、それぞれ、突起もしくはその嵌入孔、または箱形の側面もしくはその他の部分が設けられているので、貯留皿もしくはその周辺部材が、力の作用を受けたとしても、ぐらつくことなく、安定して支持される、という効果を奏する。
