Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a separation type air conditioner composed of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, and more particularly to a bottom plate structure that constitutes a bottom part of a unit body in the outdoor unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A separate air conditioner composed of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit is often used. In particular, in an outdoor unit, a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a blower, and the like are placed and fixed on a bottom plate that forms the bottom of a unit body that is a casing.
[0003]
The bottom plate has a horizontally long rectangular shape in plan view, and a flange portion having a predetermined height is integrally provided along the periphery, and a plate body such as a front plate or a side plate is attached to the flange portion. Furthermore, the upper end opening is closed by the top plate, and these constitute the unit body.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 4A, fixing legs b are provided at the four corners of the unit body S. These fixing legs b are placed on an installation table c which is an installation part, and are fixed by using an attachment fixture (fixing bolt) d.
[0005]
First, the fixing leg b is manufactured as a separate part from the bottom plate, and one end is fixedly attached to the back side of the bottom plate by, for example, spot welding or the like, and the other end provided with the mounting hole is removed from the bottom plate. It extended to the direction and was fixed.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the welding means is used to attach the fixing legs to the bottom plate, the coating for preventing corrosion of the metal plate is incinerated and removed. Therefore, it is necessary to paint after welding to prevent the occurrence of rust, which takes time.
[0007]
Recently, molten aluminum-zinc alloy-plated steel plates (eg, galvalume steel plates: trade names) that are excellent in workability and durability have been adopted, but welding cannot be performed with these steel plates.
[0008]
Assuming that the steel plate is used, a technique for attaching and fixing a fixing leg to the bottom plate using means other than welding, such as screwing, riveting, and caulking, has been adopted. (Example: JP-A-11-337117)
However, according to such a means, the attachment process is increased and the cost is adversely affected. In addition, if the fixing leg comes into contact with a wall or the like during installation of the outdoor unit, the fixing leg may be twisted depending on the degree of impact or may fall off from the bottom plate in an extreme case, so that the mounting reliability is low.
[0009]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4 (B), there is provided a fixing leg g in which a part of the flange portion f formed along the periphery of the bottom plate T is cut out and the cut portion is protruded outward of the bottom plate. It came to be able to.
[0010]
A bent portion k is formed along both side portions of the fixing leg g so that the bottom surface of the bottom plate T does not come into contact with the installation portion, and the lower end edge is placed on the installation portion. The fixing leg g is integrally provided on the bottom plate T, and the above-described mounting and fixing means is not necessary.
[0011]
However, defrost water is likely to be generated during heating operation, and dew condensation water is likely to be generated during cooling operation. After the drain water once accumulates on the bottom plate T, it leaks to the outside from the notch of the flange portion f where the fixing leg g is provided. It will come out.
[0012]
On the other hand, in order to maintain the rigidity of the fixing leg g, a rectangular protrusion h is integrally formed on the upper surface part, but the weight of the entire outdoor unit is applied to the bent part k of the fixing leg g. Since the bent portion k does not have a reinforcing structure, there is a concern about strength.
[0013]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4C, there is an idea of changing the plurality of protrusions m to the fixing legs g1 provided integrally with a predetermined interval. In this case, the rigidity can be increased more than the above structure, and there is no fear of strength.
[0014]
On the other hand, since each protrusion m protrudes upward, in the plate body D such as a front plate or a back plate attached to the flange portion of the bottom plate, it is necessary to cut out the lower end edge portion facing the fixing leg g1 in a concave shape. is there.
[0015]
If it is left with the notch n provided, rust will be generated, so it is necessary to carry out a rust prevention treatment here, which is troublesome. Further, the notch n is provided on the front plate and the back plate. In particular, the presence of the notch n on the front plate and the protrusion m of the fixing leg g1 is conspicuous and impairs the appearance.
[0016]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to increase the rigidity of the bottom plate constituting the bottom portion of the unit main body, and eliminate the need for mounting the fixing legs on the bottom plate. An improvement in manufacturability and appearance is obtained, and it is intended to provide a highly reliable outdoor unit of an air conditioner by preventing drain water from leaking from a portion where a fixing leg is provided.
[0017]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of claim 1 made to satisfy the above-mentioned object is to mount and fix an outdoor heat exchanger or the like on the bottom plate forming the bottom of the unit main body as a casing, and to fix the legs provided on the bottom plate. In the outdoor unit of an air conditioner, in which the fixing leg is fixedly attached to the installation part via a fixture, the fixing leg is formed at a predetermined height by being integrally processed from the inner periphery of the bottom plate And a portion that is attached and fixed to the portion to be installed protrudes outside the bottom plate.
[0018]
As a second aspect of the present invention, in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the first aspect, the width dimension of the portion that is attached and fixed to the mounting portion of the fixing leg is formed smaller than the width dimension of the base of the jetty portion. It is characterized by that.
[0019]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the first aspect, a flange portion to which a plate body constituting the unit main body is attached is integrally formed along the peripheral edge of the bottom plate, and the jetty portion of the fixing leg Is located inside the flange portion of the bottom plate.
[0020]
As the fourth aspect, in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the first aspect, the bottom plate has a horizontally long rectangular shape in a plan view, and fixing legs are provided at portions facing the left and right sides of the front and rear long sides, The bottom plate part that is almost along the line connecting the front and rear fixing legs is integrated with a recessed part that protrudes so that the bottom surface is close to the surface of the mounted part with a predetermined gap or is in contact with the surface of the mounted part It is provided in.
[0021]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the outdoor unit for an air conditioner according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, a drain hole is provided on the projecting bottom surface of the concave portion.
[0022]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the outdoor unit for an air conditioner according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, an edge that protrudes upward from the bottom plate surface is integrally provided along the periphery of the recessed portion.
[0023]
By adopting the above-described configuration, according to the invention of claim 1, the rigidity of the bottom plate is increased, and it is possible to improve the manufacturability and appearance without the need for mounting the fixing legs. Prevent leakage of drain water from the site.
According to the invention of claim 2, it is possible to obtain an increase in the strength of the fixing leg by sufficiently making the width dimension of the part integrally formed from the bottom plate.
[0024]
According to the invention of claim 3, since the pier portion of the fixing leg is located on the inner side of the flange portion of the bottom plate, it is not necessary to cut out the lower end portion of the front plate and the back plate attached to the flange portion, and the processing labor is reduced. And no rust prevention treatment is required, and the appearance is improved.
According to the invention of claim 4, even if the mounted part is a long and narrow base, the front and rear fixing legs and the recessed part support three points, and the weight is not dispersed in the fixing legs and dispersed. Can be
[0025]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, even if drain water flows into the recessed portion from the bottom plate, the drain water is discharged from the drain hole on the bottom surface and does not accumulate in the recessed portion.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the edge provided along the periphery of the recessed portion prevents the drain water accumulated on the bottom plate from flowing into the recessed portion as much as possible, and helps increase the strength of the bottom plate.
[0026]

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a bottom plate, and a flange portion 1 a is erected along the periphery of the bottom plate 1. A plate body such as a front plate or a back plate is attached to the flange portion 1a, and the upper end portion is closed by a top plate to constitute the unit main body 2. In the figure, only a part of the bottom plate 1 is shown, and a plate body such as a front plate is omitted.
[0028]
A partition plate 3 is erected at a corner on the bottom plate 1 to partition the unit body 2 into two chambers. One space (right side in the figure) from the partition plate 3 is referred to as a machine room 4, where a compressor is placed, and a suction cup, a four-way valve, and a group of pipes communicating these (not shown). Is housed.
[0029]
A valve support plate 5 is erected on the side of the machine room 4 and a packed valve (not shown) communicating with the piping group is attached and fixed. Further, three rubber bushes 6 are placed on the bottom plate 1, and the compressor is elastically supported at three points.
[0030]
The other space space partitioned by the partition plate 3 is called a heat exchange chamber 7, and an outdoor heat exchanger 8 formed in an approximately L shape in a plan view is placed here. The outdoor heat exchanger 8 is formed so as to go around to the back side of the partition plate 3. Further, a blower and a support base (both not shown) for supporting the blower are attached to face the outdoor heat exchanger 8.
[0031]
A part of the flange portion 1a provided along the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 1 is in a suspended state with a predetermined width dimension, and a fixing leg 10 described later is provided integrally therewith. A part of the fixing leg 10 protrudes outward from the bottom plate, and is fixedly attached to the installation portion c via the attachment tool d as described above with reference to FIG.
[0032]
Next, the bottom plate 1 and the fixing leg 10 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2A is a plan view of the bottom plate 1, FIG. 2B is a sectional view taken along the line BB, FIG. 2C is a sectional view taken along the line CC, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the bottom plate. is there.
[0033]
The material of the bottom plate 1 is a coated steel plate coated with a hot dip galvanized steel plate, a hot-dip aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate (eg, Galvalume steel plate: trade name), etc., and has excellent workability and durability. Yes.
[0034]
The bottom plate 1 is formed by pressing a metal plate, and is formed in a horizontally long rectangular shape whose length in the left-right (width) direction is several times longer than the length in the front-rear (depth) direction in plan view. Along the periphery of the bottom plate 1, a flange portion 1a that is bent in a stepped cross section from the bottom surface to the upper edge is integrally provided.
[0035]
The bottom surface of the bottom plate 1 is generally formed in a three-step height including a low step surface, a middle step surface, and a high step surface, except for a portion described later. Most of the bottom surface of the machine room 4 is formed of a high step surface and a middle step surface except for a part thereof, and this is referred to as a compressor mounting surface 4A. Most of the bottom surface of the heat exchanger chamber 7 is formed of a low step surface except for a part, and this is referred to as a heat exchanger mounting surface 7A.
[0036]
Both the machine room mounting surface 4A and the heat exchanger mounting surface 7A are provided with circular or rectangular protrusions or recesses integrally at necessary places, and the weight of the compressor, the outdoor heat exchanger, and the blower support body. The strength of the water and the smooth treatment of drain water are achieved.
[0037]
The fixing legs 10 are provided only on the front and rear long sides of the bottom plate 1 and are not provided on the left and right sides which are short sides. For convenience of explanation, the pair of left and right fixing legs 10 provided on the front long side portion in the figure is referred to as a front side fixing leg 10A, and the pair of left and right fixing legs 10 provided on the rear long side portion in the figure is rearward. This is referred to as a side fixing leg 10B.
[0038]
This is because the front plate is attached to the flange portion 1a of the front long side portion of the figure and is installed in the front side, and the rear plate is attached to the flange portion 1a of the rear long side portion of the drawing and installed. It is because it becomes the back side in the state.
[0039]
Both the front and rear fixing legs 10A and 10B have a jetty portion 11 formed at a predetermined height by being integrally processed from the inner periphery of the bottom plate 1 and projecting outward from the jetty portion 11 to the bottom plate. The inclined portion 12 is inclined obliquely downward, and the mounting portion 13 is horizontally bent along the lower edge of the inclined portion 12 and is actually mounted and fixed on the mounted portion.
[0040]
If it demonstrates, the said jetty part 11 will be located inside the flange part 1a of the baseplate 1 periphery. The height of the jetty portion 11 is smaller than the height from the bottom surface of the bottom plate 1 to the upper edge of the flange portion 1a, but is higher than the bottom surface of the bottom plate 1.
[0041]
In particular, as shown in FIG. 2A, when the width dimension La of the base end of the jetty 11 is compared with the width dimension Lb of the mounting part 13, the width La of the base of the jetty 11 is equal to the mounting part 13. The width dimension Lb is larger (La <Lb).
[0042]
A plurality of reinforcing ribs 14 are integrally provided in parallel at a predetermined interval from the base end of the jetty 11 of the fixing leg 10 to the inclined portion 12 and the mounting portion 11. These reinforcing ribs 14 have a semicircular cross section and protrude on the plate surface.
[0043]
A long mounting hole 15 in the front-rear direction is provided in the mounting portion 13 of the front fixing leg 10A. The attachment portion 13 of the rear fixing leg 10B is provided with a bifurcated long groove 16 extending from the distal end to the base end of the inclined portion 12.
[0044]
At the time of installation of the outdoor unit, the mounting fixture is temporarily fixed to the installation portion in advance, and the bifurcated long groove 16 is simply inserted into the buttocks of the mounting fixture with the rear fixing leg 10B as the rear side. The outdoor unit can be easily positioned.
[0045]
A recess that protrudes so that the bottom surface of the bottom plate 1 is substantially along the line connecting the fixing legs 10A-10B on the front and rear sides of the bottom plate 1 with a predetermined gap with the surface of the mounted portion or in close contact with the surface of the mounted portion. The parts 17A and 17B are integrally provided.
[0046]
In other words, a taper shape in which the diameter of the bottom surface of the bottom plate 1 is large and the diameter of the protruding bottom surface is small at a position shifted by about ± 30 mm from the line connecting the front and rear fixing legs 10A-10B at the right end of the figure. A recessed portion 17A formed in the above is integrally formed.
[0047]
As shown in FIG. 2C, the bottom surface of the recessed portion 17A here protrudes so as to be close to the surface of the part to be installed with a predetermined gap v (about 3 mm), and the bottom surface of the recessed portion 17A Is provided with a drain hole 18. Furthermore, an edge portion “a” protruding upward from the bottom plate surface is integrally provided along the periphery of the recessed portion 17 </ b> A on the bottom surface of the bottom plate 1.
[0048]
In addition, in the position where the left end of the figure is shifted by about ± 30 mm from the line connecting the front and rear fixing legs 10A-10B, the diameter of the bottom surface of the bottom plate 1 is different by a semicircle, and the concave bottom surface is formed with a small diameter. The part 17B is integrally formed.
[0049]
As shown in FIG. 2B, the bottom surface of the recessed portion 17B protrudes so as to contact the surface of the installation portion, and a drain hole 18 is provided on the protruding bottom surface of the recessed portion 17B. Furthermore, the edge part a which protrudes upward from the bottom plate 1 surface is integrally provided along the periphery of the recessed part 17B in the bottom plate 1 bottom face.
[0050]
Since the fixing legs 10 are integrally formed on the bottom plate 1 in this way, the mounting process such as welding and caulking can be eliminated, the productivity of the bottom plate 1 is improved, and low-cost and highly reliable parts are supplied. it can.
[0051]
Since the rigidity of the bottom plate 1 is increased and the jetty portion 11 of the fixing leg 10 is formed at a predetermined height, the drain water accumulated on the bottom plate 1 is prevented from leaking from the fixing leg 11 and reliable. Get improved sex.
[0052]
Since the width dimension La of the attachment portion 13 of the fixing leg 10 is made small and the width dimension Lb of the base end of the jetty part 11 is made large, the width dimension of the part integrally formed from the bottom plate 1 is sufficient. An increase in strength can be obtained.
[0053]
Since the jetty portion 11 of the fixing leg 10 is provided inside the flange portion 1a of the bottom plate 1, the jetty portion 11 is located inside the front plate and the back plate attached to the flange portion 1a, and the lower ends of these plate bodies This eliminates the need for notching, eliminating the need for processing and rust prevention, and improving the appearance.
[0054]
Since the recessed portions 17A and 17B are provided at positions substantially along the line connecting the front and rear fixing legs 10A-10B, the outdoor unit is supported at three points by the line even if the mounted portion is an elongated base. Thus, it is possible to avoid the concentration of weight on the fixing leg 10 and to disperse.
[0055]
Even if drain water on the bottom plate 1 flows into the recessed portions 17A and 17B, the drain water is discharged from the drain hole 18 provided on the bottom surface, and the drain water does not accumulate in the recessed portions 17A and 17B.
[0056]
The edge a provided along the periphery of the recessed portions 17A and 17B prevents the drain water accumulated on the bottom plate 1 from flowing into the recessed portions 17A and 17B as much as possible, and helps increase the strength of the bottom plate 1.
[0057]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, the bottom plate constituting the unit body is integrally processed and deployed from the inner periphery of the bottom plate to provide the fixing legs, so that it is not necessary to attach the fixing legs to the bottom plate. It has the effect of improving manufacturability and obtaining high reliability at a low price.
